A
A
A
A
D
I'll
stand
up
here
for
a
little
while
this
is
at
today's
CTC
meeting
I'll
be
playing
the
roles
of
Jared
Felix
and
Brian
Bauer,
so
there
Brian
is
actually
he's
he's
being
excused
because
he
he
welcomed
his
first,
his
first
little
one
yesterday
or
yesterday
evening.
D
So
that's
he's
got
a
pretty
good
excuse,
so
dirt
road,
paving
52,
which
was
White
Cliff
right,
plays
Harrison
Island,
David,
Green
everything's
complete,
except
for
the
punchless
items
and
David
Green
is
awaiting
the
closeout
documents,
so
everything's
everything's,
looking
good
on
that
one
number
53,
which
was
Northview
Rainbow,
Road,
Twickenham,
they're,
all
in
design
and
we're
looking
at
Spring
construction
just
dependent
upon
permitting.
So
a
brief
update
on
both
of
those.
B
D
D
It's
it's
really
spot
improvements
along
the
way
to
increased
safety
and
capacity
along
those
along
those
routes.
We
are
awaiting
final
comments
from
scdot,
as
well
as
we're
in
the
queue
for
DHEC,
so
it
just
as
soon
as
we
get
approval
on
both
of
those.
We
have
the
bid
package
ready
to
go.
It's
going
to
be
out.
We've
actually
contacted
our
on-call
cni
and
they're
they're
on
board.
So
we're
ready
to
go
on
that
piece.
D
We
were
hopeful
to
be
able
to
bid
this
still
this
year,
we're
just
kind
of
dependent
upon
those
final
couple
of
approvals,
so
moving
forward
on
those
ones.
As
far
as
the
overall
triangle
project.
Yes,.
A
A
D
I
think
it's
just
I
from
from
our
understanding,
I
think
it's
just
a
staffing
issue,
so
I
think
that
they
just
have
a
queue
of
projects
that
have
come
in.
We
are
so
our
our
consultant
is
AECOM
and
they're
checking,
probably
not
on
a
weekly
basis,
but
I
want
to
say
every
couple
of
weeks
just
to
make
sure
that
we're
at
the
top
they're
both
checking
with
scdot
as
well
as
DHEC,
to
make
sure
that
we're
moving
on
this
thing
and.
D
Yeah
and
and
I
think
I
think
they
are
they're
they're,
expecting
everything
to
move
forward
very
quickly
once
you
know
once
we're
or
very
little
in
the
way
of
comments
coming
back
to
us
based
upon
that
last
submission,
so
we're
hopeful
on
that.
We've
also
been
been
in
contact
with
Michael
Black,
just
to
make
sure
that
we
incorporate
then
the
overlay
that
chairman
you
were
working
on
with
them.
The
overlay
on
the
ramps,
as
well
as
the
overlay
up
on
278
to
again
improve
some
lean
utilization
up
on
top
the
bridge.
A
D
D
So
again,
that
was
one
where
we
were
looking
for
from
a
safety
perspective
to
make
that
signal
from
permissive
to
protected.
Only
so
we've
we've
written
a
letter
to
scdot
to
ask
them
for
that
consideration,
and
we
haven't
heard
back
yet
as
far
as
to
as
far
as
the
overall
triangle
project
we're
also
working
on
some
near-term
access
management,
improvements
for
278,
from
Argent
down
to
The
Interchange
there
as
well
working
with
AECOM
on
that
particular
piece.
D
So
again,
just
continuing
to
move
on
that
and
then
the
other
piece
to
of
note
is
we
did
ask,
because
the
sales
tax
was
did
not
make
the
ballot.
This
go
around
we're
on
2024.
We
did
ask
County
Council
for
some
upfront
funding
to
be
able
to
move
move
forward
with
with
some
projects
that
we
had
on
the
sales
tax
program
and
we
were
given
or
or
allowed
to
move
forward
with.
Six
million
dollars
on
different
projects
so
we're
putting
2
million
towards
the
initial
design
for
the
triangle
project.
D
D
So
that's
going
from
the
single
left
turn
lane
at
the
T
intersection
from
Argent
to
170
to
a
dual
left
turn
lane
so
again
that
when
we,
when
we
bid
that
project
and
we
get
under
construction,
that
we
will
make
sure
that
that's
a
priority
to
the
project,
because
that's
a
it's
a
an
easy
fix
for
something
that
creates
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
issues
in
the
morning.
C
G
D
Oh
for
for
the
full
triangle
project,
it
is
really
hard
to
say
at
this
moment
just
because
there's
there
is
additional
coordination
that
needs
to
occur,
especially
in
the
origin
piece
between
Jasper,
County
and
hardyville.
So
we
will
be
continuing
that
communication,
but
we
want
to
jump
out
in
front
of
that
and
at
least
get
the
concept
design
in
place
before
we
have
those
initial
discussions
there.
They
are
partially
funding
the
170
near-term
project
with
us.
D
So
we
know
that
they're
on
board
with
it
we
just
it-
will
take
some
initial,
some
additional
coordination
and
agreements
to
move
forward.
On
that.
You
know
it's
going
to
be
several
years
in
design
before
we
before
we
actually
get
there
again
before
we
can
get
to
truly
full
design
on
that
whole
project
we'll
have
to
move
forward
with
some
kind
of
sales
tax
to
be
able
to
fund
the
the
other
portion.
So
we
have
an
allotted
amount
just
to
kind
of
bridge
our
Bridge.
D
G
D
The
quicker
that
we
can
get
out
there
and
get
the
the
preliminary
and
concept
designs
down,
then
the
the
better
off
we're
going
to
be
to
share
that
not
only
with
Jasper
and
hardyville,
but
then
with
the
developers
that
subsequently
come
in
and
and
understand.
You
know
really
with
everything
Transportation
wise,
we're
we're
trying
to
make
sure
that
we
can
catch
up
as
much
as
what
we
possibly
can.
While
we've
got
that
funding
Gap.
C
D
A
D
So
year,
five
is
complete,
except
for
the
punch
list.
Walks
were
performed
in
late
October
and
the
punch
list
should
be
complete
by
the
end
of
this
month.
So
again,
everything's
looking
really
good
on
year,
five,
as
far
as
year,
six
we're
in
review
right
now
and
we
should
advertise
three
different
bid
packages
later
this
month.
The
first
one
will
be
for
resurfacing.
The
second
will
be
for
the
preservation,
which
is
the
micro
surfacing
and
scrub
seal,
and
then
the
third
is
the
rejuvenator.
So
we're
really
we're
breaking
those
three
up
into
separate
bids.
D
Again,
it
just
makes
more
sense
than
to
bid
it
under
somebody
else,
and
really
the
the
prime
portion
of
the
contract
is
is
with
a
sub,
so
we're
splitting
those
three
out
again
I
think
we
should
get
a
better
end
product
by
doing
it.
That
way,
so
we
started
that
two.
A
D
D
D
Absolutely
yeah
and
this
support
I'm
still
getting
used
to
moving
from
the
Midwest
to
to
a
warmer
climate,
just
being
able
to
to
start
that
that
pavement
process
that
early
in
the
season,
all
right.
Let's
move.
D
And
that's
really
it!
It
really
coincides
with
really
the
last
bulleted
items,
so
we're
going
to
be
moving
forward,
we're
going
to
bid
out
the
resurfacing
as
one
bid
package
and
that
those
are
currently
in
review
and
again
that
that
one
will
be
out
later
this
month
as
well.
D
We
are
working
we're
currently
putting
that
together
in-house
right
now,
so
we
we
will.
The
the
anticipation
is
to
get
the
permitting
to
get
everything
into
dot
by
the
end,
probably
by
mid-month
December
yep.
A
All
right:
well,
let's
move
down
to
new
business,
2022
2023
Transportation
plan,
so
that
you
apply
to
your
practice
and
the
new
Transportation
plan
for
2022-2023
and
we're
not
going
to
sit
here
and
have
everybody
who
your
minor
changes
made
in
it,
that
just
primary
wording
changes
other
than
that
we've
pretty
much
kept
it
the
same.
A
We've
added
all
the
new
appendices
and
so
on,
they're
having
vampires
here
or
less
than
580
chief
for
the
next
five
years
on
this
program,
right
absolutely
recovery,
I
I'm
willing
to
or
make
the
recommendation
that,
let
you
all
take
you
with
you
I'll
ask
for.
If
there
are
no
comments
back
from
anybody
by
one
December,
it
will
be
adopted
rather
than
trying
to
get
everybody
on
the
phone.
A
A
E
A
So
I'm
done
with
initials
meet.
A
Recognize
the
major
changes
will
adoption
as
it
is,
and
to
the
state.
A
We
have
been
having
conversations
with
senior
painters
and
scenery.
Pavers
is
a
company,
it's
actually
a
national
company,
but
for
local
offices
in
North,
Carolina
and
they've
done
our
micro
resurfacing
over
the
years,
and
the
thought
was
that
and
having
a
February
Retreat
and
we'll
talk
about
the
timing
of
it
in
a
minute.
A
So
the
thought
was
rather
than
tie
everybody
up
for
several
hours
in
a
meeting
going
through
pavement
types
and
so
on
and
know
and
Phil
and
everything
else
that
is
done.
The
idea
was
to
have
a
command
and
do
a
presentation
as
a
retreat,
and
that
way
everybody
would
kind
of
be
on
board
of
the
type
of
Paving
techniques
and
so
on
that
we're
using
so
I'm
offering
that
as
a
suggestion
to
have
a
retreat.
If,
if
I'm
open
for
a
conversation
discussion
on
it,
whether
it's
a
good
idea
or
bad
idea,
tell
me.
F
A
Well,
I'll
keep
working
on
it
and
get
everything
set
up
for
the
meeting.
You'll
be
hearing
more
from
me
either
at
in
January's
meeting,
probably
well.
A
In
your
packet
included
along
with
and
I'm
talking
for
Sierra,
because
she
will
find
our
County
transportation
committee
meeting
scheduled
for
next
year,
Jane
we're
doing
it
the
same
as
we've
done
in
past
years.
We've
pulled
them
every
other
month,
rather
than
monthly.
F
D
F
G
C
F
G
F
G
E
G
Was
was
fine
in
that
there
were
no
no
conflicts,
no
discrepancies.
The
only
note
of
interest
from
it
was
that
we
we
slightly
under
spent
our
commitment
for
non-recurring
funds,
so
we
will
have
to
spend
an
additional
eighty,
seven
thousand
dollars
this
fiscal
year
to
make
up
for
that
gas.
A
Public
comments
again
seeing
nobody
here
to
make
public
comment
but
move
on
again
sorry
for
the
delay
in
getting
the
2022
2023
Transportation
plan
to
you
all
at
it
went
through
some
some
work.
This
time
and.
