A
B
C
After
that
190
thousand
dollars,
Town
staff
has
processed
applications
to
assist
income,
qualified
households
for
this
current
year
as
of
August
25th
2022,
when
this
report
was
submitted,
six
Airlines
have
been
approved
for
home
repair
and
are
and
are
on
schedule
to
begin
one
home
will
be
visited
in
the
upcoming
days
to
review
requested
work.
So
just
an
update
on
that
line.
We
have
about
10
applications
that
have
already
been
approved.
This
far
for
assistance.
C
Some
of
them
are
bigger
jobs
than
are
normal,
so
I'm
waiting
on
some
estimates
to
come
through
for
those
because
there's
some
bigger
jobs
that
need
to
be
done
in
two
more
have
been
visited
in
order
to
go
ahead
and
get
estimates
so
we're
looking
at
about
10
applications
on
my
desk
right
now
that
are
looking
to
have
repair,
work
done
and
dropped
a
couple
off
yesterday
and
a
few
more
will
be
dropped
off
today.
C
So
again,
as
always,
we
are
getting
in
the
applications
they're
coming
in
they're,
getting
income
qualified,
so
we're
requesting
more
contractors,
as
always,
I
posted
it
on
our
social
media
pages
that
we're
looking
for
more
contractors,
so
that
work
can
be
done
a
little
faster
yeah.
Any
questions
on
that.
C
You
know
questions
I'll
go
down
to
an
Excel
sheet
as
of
right
now
for
our
current
fiscal
year.
We
have
not
spent
any
dollars
since
our
last
meeting,
so
we're
kind
of
standing
still
at
where
I
reported
last
month,
because
we
haven't
spent
any
dollars.
Yet
no
work
has
been
done
in
order
to
spend
any
dollars,
so
we're
kind
of
holding
tight
to
where
we
are
any
questions
with
that.
A
You
know
just
the
clarity,
let
them
know
when
the
physical
year
actually
starts.
A
Okay-
and
we
can't
see
the
entire
okay,
sorry.
C
A
A
C
I'm
trying
to
see
if
our
guest
speaker
is
in
spoke
with
her
on
Monday.
She
said
she
would
be
here.
Does
anyone
have
any
comments
or
questions
while
we
kind
of
give
them
earlier?
You
know
we're
only
six
minutes
in
but
I'm
complete
with
my
discussion.
Does
anyone
have
any
questions,
comments
or
concerns
I'm,
trying
to
give
her
a
call.
B
A
Has
approached
me
about
meeting
in
person
in
person
and
then
I
had
that
they
would
like
to
meet
in
person.
Then
I
had
other
members
about
three
as
well.
They
said
it
would
be
a
conflict
for
them
to
meet
in
person
because
of
their
work
schedule
enjoying
Zoom
gave
them
their
ability
to
do
that.
My
my
concern
with
three
and
three
is
that
we
struggled
to
have
a
forum
even
on
virtual,
so
how
we
can
balance.
A
That
would
be
I
guess
it
is
one
question
one
third
came
to
mind
was,
that
is
to
pull
the
room.
A
You
can
see
who's.
B
Going
to
be
available
to
meet
in
person.
A
So
either
way,
I'm
I'm,
I'm,
comfortable
and
like
a
day
like
today
being
being
out
of
town,
makes
impossible
because,
like
I,
wouldn't
I
wouldn't
have
to
miss
it.
You
got
John
who's,
particularly
he's
out
of
town
too,
for
extended
period,
so
he
can
always
make
it.
So
we
can
have
both
it's
also
both
hybrid
to
use
the
hype
or
nothing.
Those
who
are
out
of
town
and
also
zoom
in
so
is
it
that's
open
for
discussion.
While
we
wait.
C
C
So
my
presenter
is
not
answering
work
phone
or
cell
phone,
so
I
hope,
she's,
okay,
I
did
leave
her
detailed
message.
She
was
going
to
be
presenting
a
little
some
options
for
some
non-profit
agencies
that
we
can
team
up
with
to
do
some
more
work
when
our
projects
get
bigger,
so
I
hope,
she's.
Okay,
her
name
is
Felicia
Kilgore
she's,
the
manager
at
the
SC
housing
trust
fund,
she's,
the
manager
of
the
finance
and
Development
Authority.
C
C
C
D
F
Well,
I'll
speak
up
in
favor
of
of
in-person
meetings
and
and
obviously,
if
we
need
to
have
a
quorum,
we're
probably
going
to
have
to
have
have
some
people
come
in
online,
so
I
guess
hybrid.
C
Okay,
I
missed
I
was
talking
before
to
yes
or
in
person
in
person.
Miss
everyone
and
we
love
engagement,
is
voting
to
come
back
in.
A
October
meeting,
let's,
when
you
send
out
the
invite,
let's
find
out
how,
if
who's
going
to
be
able
to,
can
you
hear
me.
B
A
Of
us
to
be
in
person
and
everybody
else
online
and
the
other,
the
other
concern
I
have,
and
you
know,
even
when
we
met
in
person,
we
didn't
have
anybody
in
the
audience.
You
know,
and
only
now
that
we
are
having
the
opportunity.
The
concept
of
inviting
guests
might
be
getting
some
more
interesting
for
others
to
come
and
be
an
audience,
but
as
and
and
also
now
that
we
have
this
project
on,
they
send
me
two
contract.
They
might
bring
some
more
some.
A
It's
not
on
the
agenda
but
I
like
to,
and
that's
my
fault,
because
I
forgot
to
tell
you
to
put
it
on
there.
That's
my
fault
but
I'm
going
to,
but
we
do
have
1080
1085
on
Park
Island
Road
under
contract.
All
of
the
all
of
the
details
is
still
not
clear
about
the
concept
or
the
in
the
concept,
which
means
it's
the
type
of
building
or
buildings
open
space
and
whether
there
would
be.
A
This
condo
or
single
dwelling.
A
B
A
The
the
concept
there
was
preliminary,
if
you
will
had
a
lot
of
questions
for
me
myself
and
I'll,
share
that
with
you
I
just
love.
We
it
showed
that
they
want
to
have
attached
units
and
that's
a
concern
for
me,
because
a
tattoo
is
also
come
with
responsibility.
Financial
responsibility
to
the
homeowners
number
one
would
be
grouping
and
number
two
would
be
maintenance,
because
this
is
shared
roofing
system.
If
you
will
and
then
it's
most
most
of
the
dead
type
structures
required
by
HOA
fee.
A
So
if
you,
if
we
were
giving
you
put
those
on
top
of
the
event
or
mortgage
I'm
sorry
I
mean,
let
me
become
a
financial
burden
that
most
of
us
don't
want
to
see
so
we're
still
working
through
those
type
Concepts
or
those
type
of
arrangements
for
that
concept.
I'm.
Sorry!
A
So,
let's,
let's
I
like
for
the
committee
to
ask
any
questions
or
concerns
of
what
you've
seen
so
far
and
Clarity
for
what
you
may
have
confusion
on
and-
and
there
may
be
some
other
concerns
that
didn't
come
that
I'm
not
aware
of.
But
this
committee
has
to
be
at
the
table
with
all
of
those
discussions
and
that's
going
to
be
my
strong
attempt
to
make
sure
that
the
committee
is
involved
in
the
process.
C
G
C
C
A
The
big
question
is:
I
can't
answer
that
question
because
Community
works.
A
To
at
this
point,
we're
talking
to
them
also
from
a
so
local
and
it
sounds
like
they
are:
managers
of
properties
and
overseer
properties,
but
I
don't
know
if
they
have
funding
problems.
So
if
she
can
clear
that
up-
and
she
have
more
information
about
that
for
her
to
clear
that
up
and
I
know
she's-
probably
at
work
but
on
kids-
let's
talk
but
but
that's
the
question.
I
have,
but
many
words
have
funding
that
will
subsidized,
because
the
program
that
I
I'm
familiar
with
that
they
have
on.
A
What's
so
local,
we
we
have
to
provide
the
funding
and
we
are
providing
most
of
the
funding
from
different
municipalities.
So
since
you
said
that.
C
Someone's
typing
right
now
that
was
me
I
was
afraid.
You
couldn't
hear
me
I,
said
basically,
I
will
look
into
it
more,
but
I'm
pretty
sure
they've
had
some
similar
contracts
or
concepts
that
they
were
working
on
in
Greenville
and
now
that
they
are
moving
down
here
and
they
have
a
regional
partner
here.
C
I
think
that
we
should
be
able
to
access
that
screen
the
same
type
of
product
as
per
our
own,
affordable
housing
committee,
but
I'll
connect
with
them
and
I'll
move
the
Korea
in
and
look
and
see
what
options
are
available,
but
I
think
we
should
keep
it
open
as
as
many
options
that
are
possible
and-
and
we
figure
out
what's
the
best
solution
in
there.
A
Mm-Hmm
excellent,
you
said
you're
gonna,
look
into
it
more.
C
Yes,
yes,
I
will?
Yes,
sir
okay,
all
right
and
I
can
Loop
you
in
also.
C
G
Fred
Fred,
this
is
John
I.
The
one
question
I
have
is
is,
but
exactly
does
the
partnership
agreement.
G
G
A
It's
done
most
of
what
you
said.
Kind
of
is
breaking
up
as
well.
Okay,
I
can
see
you
and
it
seem
like
when
you
lean
forward,
is
when
you
start
breaking
up.
Can
you
can
you
try
that
again
from
your
me,
relax
position.
E
G
A
Victor,
that's
the
a
job
I'm
a
testament
to
get
Stephen
to
share
that
better
contracts
with
all
the
affordable
housing
committee
members.
Please.
D
Mr,
chairman
I'm,
not
really
I,
guess
I
can't,
remember,
I
I
presume
we've
covered
it
at
some
point
how
they,
how
the
potential
homeowners
will
be
qualified
for
the
mortgages,
but
if
there
is
an
HOA
getting
back
to
what
you
were
saying
with
the
attached
housing,
if
there's
an
HOA
fee
that
is
counted
as
in
the
income.
D
You
know
when
they're
doing
the
calculations,
that's
counted
in
the
in
what
they
need.
As
far
as
income
to
be
qualified.
B
C
A
Yeah,
so
you
guess
your
guess
is
not
here
right.
Oh
yes,
anyway,.
C
A
All
right:
well,
maybe
we
can
invited
to
October
meetings.
Okay,.
A
All
right:
well,
let's
get
excited
about
the
possibility
of
doing
this
affordable
project,
that's
as
we
have
a
contract
for
and
and
Victoria
will
send
you,
those
that
haven't
seen
the
the
media
that
went
out
about
it
and
they
is
also
I
believe
WS
of
the
Sab
and.
B
A
Video
on
that
they've
presented
a
couple
of
days,
I
saw
myself
and
I
believe
one
of
a
couple
of
our
social
media,
page
at
the
town
has
from
from
my
videos
as
well.
So
if
you
can,
if,
for
example,
I'm
putting
it
all
on,
you
I'm
sorry.
But
if
you.
A
Those
videos,
the
committee
somebody
else.
A
And
and
when
you
get
when
you,
when
you
see
the
video
or
the
or
the
media
released
and
any
other
questions
come
to
mind,
please
send
those
questions
to
Victoria
and
and
she'll
share
with
me
and
we'll
try
to
have
those
as
a
topic
for
next
month.
Discussion.
A
Your
time
and
and
at
this
point
I
have
a
happy
Labor
Day
weekend
and
we'll
see
next
next
month,
possibly
in
person.
