requirement
with
the
request
being
that
that
rear
yard
setback
be
reduced
from
10
feet
to
four
feet.

land

hurricane
Harvey,
rebuild
program

I'm

Miss,

the
property
owner
at
that
current
location.
She
qualifies
for
a
new
home,
but
due
to
the
exceptional
narrowness
of
her
property,
there's
not
a
home
that
would
fit
in
the
current
buildable
area
allowed
if
we
use
the
25
foot
front,
set
back
in
the
10
foot
or
15
foot
rear
setback.

if
you
look
at
the
site
plan,
if
you
can
pull
it
up
on
the
screen,
so
if
you
can
see
that
black
outline
dotted
line,
not
the
red
shade,
but
just
the
black
dotted
line,
that
would
be
the
actual
buildable
area
allowed,
which
would
be
15
feet
deep
by
70
feet
wide.
So
it
would
basically
fit
a
mobile
home
single
wide.

the
exceptional
narrowness
of
her
property
doesn't
allow
for
a
you
know,
actual
real
usable
home
to
be
built,
so
we're
requesting
a
variance
for
the
front

rear
setbacks,
and

current
house,

construction
would

up
to

so

would
benefit

to

urgent

living
with
other
family

homes,

frame
