A
A
Have
been
circulated,
council
davis
is
moving
council
government.
All
those
in
favour
very
thankful.
The
government's
meeting
is
conducted
important
with
the
local
government
act.
2020
in
the
naval
rural
city
council,
government's
rules
of
2020.,
in
accordance
with
the
government's
rule
of
2024
6.4
meetings
of
the
council
will
be
will
be
audio
recorded
and
made
available
for
the
public
access.
A
Members
of
the
public
presidential
meeting
must
remain
silent
during
the
proceedings
and
others
when
specifically
invited
to
address
the
committee
council
of
wealth
are
reminded
of
their
behaviors.
At
this
meeting
in
the
labor
government
act
2020.
The
council
must
declare
any
conflict
of
interest
pertinent
to
section
130
of
the
acts
in
any
item
of
this
agenda,
and
they
must
confirm
whether
the
interest
was
general
or
material,
because
any
counsellor
no
conflict
of
interest.
C
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
This
month
we
have
received
three
applications
through
the
community
sponsorship
program
and
I'll
just
go
through
those.
The
first
is
from
the
berg
hall
reserve
and
committee
of
management
they're
seeking
500
for
the
development
of
the
don
mckenzie
reserve.
C
This
is
a
low-cost
camping
ground
that
they're
establishing
to
obviously
offer
camping
and
community
events.
This
is
a
project
that
the
community's
been
working
on
for
over
10
years
and
they're
actually
seeking
funding
to
convert
the
bike
shed
into
a
camp
kitchen
so
that
it
will
increase
the
functionality
of
the
area
and
attractiveness
and
actually
allow
for
low-cost
camping,
so
they're
seeking
500
with
the
total
project
cost
being
a
thousand
dollars.
The
second
application
is
from
the
mourn
gag
cemetery
trust.
C
This
group
is
actually
seeking
five
hundred
dollars
and
they're
planning
a
celebration
to
mark
the
opening
of
the
new
lawn
area,
which
is
includes
a
rotunda
mural
and
storyboards,
and
it's
based
on
a
master
plan
that
the
group
did
in
2019,
so
they're
seeking
funding
for
the
actual
launch
of
the
event
where
they're
having
70
or
so
folk
attend
and
they're
wanting
to
cater
for
it.
C
Today,
foundations
come
and
try
day
coming
up
in
march,
where
they
actually
want
to
hire
an
inflatable
court
to
more
appropriately
be
an
interactive
event,
with
a
visual
attraction
for
their
display,
so
that
adults
and
children
participating
can
get
more
of
a
look
at
what
the
sport
involves
and
they're
also
hoping
that
they
could
utilize
some
this,
while
they're
hiring
it
at
one
of
the
local
primary
schools
over
the
time.
C
D
Every
one
of
those
three
fantastic:
they
really
are.
You
know
that
everything
all
the
community
things
that
come
before
us
are
fantastic,
but
these
three
that
I'm
known
on
the
the
loophole
reserve.
They
have
been
working
on
that
for
a
long,
long
time
and
they're
doing
it
and
that
they're
doing
it.
Well,
I
love
the
idea
of
the
inflatable
squat
court.
I
can't
quite
imagine
that
one,
but
I'm
sure
it'll
be
fantastic
but
and
the
moon
game.
D
I
know
the
one
gag
cemetery
trust
a
lot
of
people
without
my
way
are
part
of
that
trust
and
they
they
do
a
fantastic.
E
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
chair
you're,
just
following
up
on
from
council
of
the
I've
noticed
when
I
read
this
song
prior
to
tonight's
meeting
that
it's,
I
also
agree
it's
covering
a
great
cross-section
of
the
community
of
different
interests.
I
think
it's
fabulous
that
we're
able
to
be
able
to
assist
these.
C
C
The
first,
perhaps,
is
the
continuation
of
the
rural
outreach
worker
who,
over
that
over
that
time,
visited
94
community
members
over
the
quarter,
and
he
obviously
continues
to
link
in
with
the
community
and
do
an
amazing
job,
and
I
think
it's
also
pleasing
to
note
that
community
donations
continue
to
come
in
to
support
that
program
and
which
enables
ivan
to
distribute
vouchers
to
those
who
might
be
struggling
and
in
need
and
I'll
just
go
over.
C
I
did
want
to
highlight
over
on
the
next
page
some
of
the
youth
events,
because,
as
you
know,
it's
been
very
tricky
for
the
youth
team
and
they've
tried
to
get
so
many
events
up
and
running,
but
they
have
actually
managed
to
get
a
few
in
during
this
time.
It's
been
very
frustrating
for
us
all,
as
you
know,
with
covert
restrictions
and
so
forth,
but
it
was
wonderful
that
we
were
finally
able
to
have
the
launch
of
the
tac's
l2p
program
over
the
10
years.
C
C
It's
also
really
pleasing
to
see
that
the
team
mental
health
first
aid
through
the
live
for
life
program
has
continued
on
over
the
time
and
last
year
the
group
of
year
11s
that
completed
at
vanilla
p12
were
the
first
young
people
to
complete
the
full
live
for
life
cycle.
Having
done
their
first
team
mental
health
first
aid
training
in
year-
eight.
So
you
know
the
fact
that
we've
been
doing
this
program
over
a
number
of
years
is
a
really.
C
You
know
solid
foundation
for
our
community,
and
you
can
see
by
the
photos
there
that
there
was
a
color
run
that
that
leave
the
life
crew
organized
really.
In
lieu
of
having
other
events-
and
that
was
very
well
attended-
and
also
you
can
see
that
we're
able
to
run
a
skating
event
with
a
young
participant
there,
so
I
hopefully,
we
will
be
able
to
start
running
many
more
events
over
the
coming
months.
C
C
Also-
and
you
know
it
ran
during
fourth
term,
and
it
was
wonderful
that
they
not
only
had
a
number
of
mums,
but
a
number
of
some
fathers
attend
and
in
fact
now
they're
running
a
special
group
for
fathers.
C
The
other
highlight
was
the
integrated
family
services
team
paired
up
with,
obviously
through
the
community
care
and
other
council
staff,
but
also
through
the
lerd
community,
getting
a
whole
lot
of
donations
that
they
were
able
to
give
christmas
presents
to
23
families
that
included
22
mothers,
9
fathers
and
68
children
who
were
able
to
receive
gifts
for
christmas,
and
we
had.
They
were
just
wonderful
gifts
and
to
see
the
expressions
on
the
children's
faces.
You
know,
as
they
received
them,
was
just
very
rewarding
for
the
team
within
aged
and
disability.
C
I
think
it's
important
to
note
that,
although
there's
been
lots
of
staff
absent
absences
through
covert
and
holidays
and
so
forth
that
we
have
managed
to
keep
up
with
targets,
certainly
some
are
much
more
oversubscribed
than
others,
but
we
seem
to
be
able
to
balance
it
out,
and
I
think
it's
also
important
to
note
that
we
did
send
out
letters
to
all
clients
and
agencies
notifying
of
council's
intent
to
exit
out
of
service
delivery
at
the
end
of
june
this
year.
C
So,
of
course,
there
were
a
few
concerns
within
the
community,
but
staff
have
managed
to
allay
most
of
those.
We
also
did
gather
a
bit
of
feedback
from
staff,
because
we
have
set
up
with
hr
support
some
sessions
for
transition
for
our
staff,
as
they
transition
out
just
offering
different
services
for
them.
Should
they,
you
know
just
around
what
they
might
like
to
do
over
the
next
part
of
their
lives,
and
perhaps
a
highlight
too
I'm
going
on
on
page
16
was
in
september,
when,
unfortunately,
we
couldn't
actually
hold
a
children's
week.
C
Event,
we
did
actually
partner
with
berminda
community
house
and
distribute
120
sort
of
fun-filled
activity
packs,
which
was
again
very
rewarding
to
many
children
and
families.
C
With
comments
being
that,
you
know,
because
we
hadn't
even
had
the
show,
the
kids
were
so
excited
to
get
these
packs
and
we
were
able
to
also
distribute
some
of
these
packs
to
some
of
the
families
who
we
were
giving
covert
relief
to
as
part
of
that
program
as
well.
C
So
I
just
draw
your
attention
to
the
recommendation
on
page
20
and
I'm
happy
to
take
any
questions.
F
Terry
thanks,
mr
sasha,
for
the
report.
It's
very
good
good
to
see
a
lot
of
hard
work
and
good
work.
It's
a
comment.
Man.
It's
really
good
that
activity
pack.
I
saw
that
actually
at
momenta,
when
I
was
at
rominda
once
that's
really
thoughtful.
That
yes
disagree
with
some
of
them
during
the
query
by
isolation
of
the
families
who
are
isolating.
F
Is
there
a
possibility
to
continue
that
with
some
families
who
are
isolating
with
young
children?
I
can
so
that
would
be
very
handy
being
in
isolation.
C
Through
you,
mr
chair,
yes,
councillor
gunnaradi,
we
are
continuing
on
with
that.
We
still
do
have
some
funding
left
to
do
that,
and
we
would
continue
to
do
that.
So
we
are
happy
to
distribute
packs
and
so
forth
to
families
in
isolation.
A
Thank
you.
Is
there
any
sort
of
questions?
Yeah
look.
I
have
two
jane
one
concerning
the
draft
township
plans
which
are
on
our
council
website,
but
I
know
a
couple
of
towns
have
taken
it
up
fairly
strongly
in
some
of
the
other
stands
for
you
to
even
notice
it
there.
So
are
we
going
to
target
the
people
that
haven't
responded
as
yet.
C
Yeah
through
you,
mr
chair,
that's
a
very
good
question.
We
are
just
we
have
just
employed
a
staff
member
who
is
going
to
help
with
that
process
and
we're
just
in
the
the
beginning
stages
of
beginning
to
set
up
sessions
with
all
of
the
rural
communities.
C
So
that's
certainly
on
the
plan
for
this
next
few
months,
because
we
we
really
need
to
inspire
them
because
they,
as
you
say,
counselor
carriage.
Only
some
communities
have
responded.
So
we
really
need
to
get
out
there
and
actually
have
interactions
with
them.
A
Thanks
and
the
second
question
is
the
aids
disability
service,
I've
had
a
few
people
contact
me
and
they're
they're
aware
that
council
are
exiting
but
they're,
not
aware
of
where
they're,
where
they'll
be
and
meals
on
wheels
is
one
thing
where
they're
concerned
it
may
just
stop.
So
I
think
probably
need
to
do
a
little
bit
more
work
and
explain.
What's
going
to
happen
after
june.
C
Again
through
you,
mr
chair,
I
I
think
the
issue
the
difficulty
for
us
has
been
that
we're
still
awaiting
confirmation
from
the
commonwealth
as
to
who
the
successful
provider
or
providers
will
be.
So
it's
been
very
hard
to
give
further
information
with
specifics
to
clients,
except
to
say
that
there
will
be
continuity
of
service
delivery.
So
I
mean
our
main
aim
is
to
reassure
clients.
You
know
that
that
they,
you
know
that
in
theory,
services
will
still
continue
on.
A
G
And
it's
good
to
see
that
it's
being
led
by
the
young
people,
but
that's
fantastic,
I'd,
love
to
be
a
subject
that
that
was
greatly
attended
at
the
the
moira
club
some
time
ago
and
which
now
missed
the
I
missed
the
handover
of
the
new
vehicle
on
monday.
G
But
I'm
I'm
sure
that
that
that
was
successful
and
moving
forward,
which
is
great
but
a
great
project
and
our
outreach
work
is
doing
a
great
job
and
unfortunately
spent
a
little
bit
of
time
in
hospital
a
little
while
back
and
actually
and
he
was
in
the
hospital
and
he's
still
taking
his
phone
and
still
taking
phone
calls.
G
So
I
said,
put
your
phone
away
when
you're
in
hospital,
but
it's
a
pretty
dedicated
sort
of
operation,
but
once
again,
jan
thanks
very
much
and
it's
good
to
see
the
community
on
the
march
again.
Thank
you.
F
I
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
As
you
said,
this
is
my
report
for
people
and
performance
department
for
quarter
ended
31st
of
december.
I
I
just
firstly
want
to
bring
your
attention
to
the
diagram
chart
on
the
bottom
of
the
first
page,
and
just
let
you
know
it's
actually
incorrect.
The
the
table's
not
converted
properly
the
20
21
figure
chart
should
be
on
the
21
22
side.
So
this
has
been
corrected
on
the
master
copy.
I
Take
you
over
to
page
22
with
human
resources,
you'll
see
that
our
training
applications
have
been
fairly
high
since
the
last
quarter.
That's
because
we
did
our
first
aid
in
cpr
training
and
also
visitor
vex
to
vax
training
was
held,
and
this
was
to
assist
our
front
of
house
staff
in
knowing
how
to
communicate
with
customers.
Who
were
not
all
that
happy
with
the
vaccination
mandate.
I
I
So
the
restrictions
have
eased
a
little
now
in
most
areas,
but
the
library
and
art
gallery
are
still
required
to
have
a
covered
martial
at
entry
and
check,
vaccinations,
statuses
and
ensure
qr
coding
is
still
still
done
and
those
rules
are
reviewed.
I
think
in
april
this
year,
going
down
to
payroll
payroll's
been
busy
working
with
our
payroll
provider.
I
I
There
was
also
several
functions
held
at
the
end
of
the
year
in
recognition
and
calendars
were
distributed
to
all
the
volunteers,
and
these
had
all
local
site
photos
on
them.
They
were
quite
quite
lovely
and
just
lastly,
over
the
page
25
also
in
the
library.
F
Thank
you
chair.
Thanks
for
the
report,
I
have
a
question
from
this
workplace
incidents
from
page
22,
flip
0.2,
from
the
human
resources
and
in
september
we
have
16
incidents
and
in
december
quarter
we
have
16
incidents
too,
and
some.
J
F
Incidents,
global
abuse
and
harassment
it's
bit
concerning.
F
I
would
like
to
know
what
actions
have
we
taken
after
these
incidents
to
avoid
these
sort
of
things
happening
in
the
future,
and
how
have
we
have
we
taken
any
steps
to
make
sure
the
workplace
is
more
safe
and
respectful
for
the
people
who
were
affected
by
those
things.
I
Three,
mr
chair,
yes,
look.
We
work
on
this
all
the
time.
The
the
harassment
incident,
I
believe
was
internal.
The
verbal
abuse
was
external,
and
that
does
happen
quite
often
to
the
customer
facing
staff.
We
have
a
system
where
we
fill
in
our
staff
fill
in
incident
reports
and
then
we
investigate
these
and
we
speak
to
the
staff
and
we
go
through
the
full
investigation
process
and
we're
always
working
on
ways.
We
can
try
and
avoid
this,
but
unfortunately,
with
the
customer
facing
staff
they're
subject
to
this
sort
of
thing
quite
often.
E
D
I
Through
you,
mr
chair,
I've
had
feedback
from
a
few
of
the
staff
and
said
yes,
it
was
beneficial.
That's
that's
about
all
really
yeah.
It
was
nice
to
have
and
yeah
gave
them
a
few
more
skills.
I
think
in
how
to
deal
with
the
type
of
things
that
were
coming
to
them.
G
I
F
Customer
relations
the
crms
increased
by
28
for
the
quarter,
that's
having
called
the
phone
calls
and
all
that
and
my
question
was
during
the
christmas
break,
especially
during
the
holidays.
There
was
a
bit
of
a
talk
or
a
concern
comments
in
the
community
saying
they
couldn't
reach,
so
they
couldn't
leave
messages
or
reach
the
council
cleanliness.
Was
there
a
technical
issue
or
what
what
was
happening
at
that
time?.
I
Through
you,
mr
chair,
I
do
believe
there
was
a
technical
issue
with
our
on-call
service
and
I'll
have
to
provide
further
information
on
notice
as
to
what
that
was.
That
doesn't
seem
to
be
happening
now,
but
that,
but
there
was
an
issue
over
that
break.
A
Yeah,
thank
you.
Just
do
a
query
on
page
20
notes
number
one
where
there's
unfavorable
variants
because
of
the
carry
forward
funds
have
not
been
yet
added
to
the
forecast.
Are
the
carry
forward
funds
enough
to
balance
that
deficit.
I
I
think
that's
jane's
report,
counselor
claridge.
G
It
is
a
little
bit
disturbing
now
that
we
have
some
issues
at
the
art
gallery
in
the
in
the
library
and
the
pacific
center
of
the
the
customer
services,
because
at
the
end
of
the
day,
whether
you're
a
player
or
a
counselor,
whatever
you
responsible
on
the
same
team.
Thank
you.
Yeah.
J
I'll
just
go
through
and
highlight
a
few
points
that
I've
picked
out
throughout
the
report.
The
spin
map
report
and
analysis
indicates
there's
more
money
going
around
our
economy
at
the
moment,
which
is
one
good
sign.
Is
that
there's
incident
money
coming
in
it's
increasing,
so
that's
new
money
coming
into
our
municipality.
J
One
of
the
highlights
was
also
the
introduced
introduction
of
our
digital
platform
yourself.
We've
had
a
few
projects
out
now
and
we'll
continue
to
build
on
that.
So
hopefully
that
will
see
a
better
return
and
better
engagement
with
the
community.
J
The
australia
day
awards
were
well
attended
and
well
presented
and
well
received,
and
we
had
one
new
citizen
on
that
date.
The
gallery
attendance
is
still
strong
and
seems
to
be
growing,
so
that's
an
indication
that
the
exhibitions
are
hitting
them
up,
but
unfortunately
our
visitor
numbers
are
down
at
the
vic
and
and
down
by
a
reasonably
large
gap.
So
some
of
the
theory
around
that
is
our
recent
move
to
the
temporary
borders
on
the
signage.
J
This
might
be
a
bit
more
difficult
for
people
to
find,
but
and
to
finish
on
a
positive
note,
we're
now
engaging
with
a
private
company
about
getting
our
first
electric
vehicle
charging
station
installed
in
denny
street
car
park.
Hopefully,
but
that's.
J
Yes
and
yeah
I
mean.
E
Questions,
yes,
thank
you,
mr
chair
yeah.
It
could
be,
but
I'm
I'm
really
interested
to
see
all
of
the
bits
and
pieces
from
battle
of
money
and
get
things
bent
and
then
it's
online
and
whatever,
but
I'm
just
wondering
about
the
reach
of
the
visitors
to
vanilla,
mostly
mansfield
violet
tower
in
your
grower.
Is
there
any
way
that
we
can
reach
further
to
kind
of
grab?
You
know
people
primaries.
J
A
Stretch
radiant
vanilla
is
well
not
completely
high,
but
higher
than
the
rest
of
the
station.
I
think
it's
probably
even
underestimated
there.
I
know
the
source
down.
The
bottom,
I
presume,
is
that
the
source
you've
used
to
gain
this
information,
or
is
that
just
for
the
having
suitability.
D
Personally,
I
would
suggest
that
it's
because
cbd
is
lacking
a
few,
particularly
retail
outlets.
Are
we
having
any
encouraging
signs
from
investors
or
retailers
coming
into
the
town
or
looking
at
coming
into
the
town?
We
we
really
seem
to
be
falling
behind
in
some
of
the
things
that
we
have
that
are
available
with
our
town.
If
we
can
pick
them
up,
obviously
our
escape
spin
will
go
down.
I
would
imagine,
are
we
having
any
no
doors,
not.
J
Through
your
chair,
there
is
inquiry
coming
in
all
the
time.
Some
of
that's
tide
kicking
some
of
that.
J
Looking
at
developing
businesses
within
the
and
some
of
the
the
business
types
are
the
same
as
what
we
have
so
growing
the
the
foundation,
but
there's
there's
a
number
of
businesses
that
I
think
that
we
don't
have
that.
We,
for
example,
that
specialisation
in
luxury
goods
it's
going
to
be
hard
to
attract
that
here
and
it's
one
of
one
of
the
key
gaps
in
regional
towns
just
across
the
board.
J
Now
that
that's
you
know
this,
there's
the
high
end
luxury
goods,
so
we're
not
going
to
get
those
type
of
things.
I
suppose
there's
one
area
of
interest
there
is
that
dining
and
entertainment,
where
we
need
to
improve
our
offering
that
would
that
would
have
to
be
included
in
the
florida.
G
Thank
you
adam
you,
just
going
on
from
what
council
purchase
said,
I
was
amazed
when
I
saw
the
the
figures
compared
wenger
added
with
shepard.
I
thought
shetland
would
have
been
miles
in
front
of
the
escape
spending
that
goes
to
wang
greta.
G
Maybe
is
that
just
the
the
the
few,
the
things
that
people
with
the
average
things
that
people
can't
get
in
vanilla,
they're
going
to
won't
rather
for
worse
shepherd?
Is
it
more
electrical.
J
We
don't
go
down
to
that
detail
level
of
detail
through
the
the
analysis
of
the
bank.
Information
just
won't,
allow
it
to
get
down
to
see
where
it's
going
on.
What
specifically
but
wang's
a
25-minute
drive
it's
pretty
close.
However,
that
would
be
my
assumption
and
it's
it's
a
highlight:
easy
drive
as
opposed
to
champions
a
little
bit
further
away
a
little
bit
out
of
drive.
A
G
J
Depending
on
the
inquiry,
to
be
honest,
you
know
what
it
is
you
know,
but
in
my
experience
we're
definitely
engaging
and
trying
to
assist.
B
A
F
You
thanks
adam
for
the
report
from
the
page
42,
the
first
table
with
with
actions.
Could
you
please
speak
to
the
first
three
action
items,
the
environmental
environment
strategy
and
the
adoption
plan
review?
Can
we
expect
them
to
happen
very
soon
or
the
total
reveal
and
the
electric
vehicle
is
that
the
one
you
mentioned
for
the
danny
street.
J
A
review
of
the
environment
strategy
to
plan
to
do
as
was
presented
last
year
when
the
final
emergency
petition
came
through
and
we've
we've
now
got
an
operational
plan
in
place.
We
are
waiting
until
we
fill
the
position
of
our
sustainable
environment,
also,
which
is
going
to
happen
before
easter
and
we're
taking
a
little
bit
of
a
different
approach
on
that,
as
we
want
them
to
be
a
starting
line,
pretty
much
ready
to
go.
A
D
A
Making
a
dollar-
and
they
still
get
on
board.
A
G
H
Very
happy
to
present
this
report.
The
items
that
I
intend
on
highlighting
include
the
victorian
assistance
grants
commission
visit
that
we
had
last
thursday.
That
was
the
first
item
that
we
had
down
the
things
that
we
did
in
the
october
to
december.
We
every
year
we
fill
out
a
very
detailed
grant
commission
report
and
it's
definitely
worthwhile
filling
out,
because
we
received
4.4
million
dollars
worth
of
inflow
and
last
week
was
our
turn
for
the
victorian
grants.
H
And
so
I
thought
it
was
very
good
and
greatly
appreciate
the
time
that
people
took
to
listen
and
we
take
it
really
seriously
and
it
was
a
really
good
activity.
So
in
the
last
quarter
we
understood-
and
we
will
continue
to
take
it
very
seriously-
to
get
every
dollar
that
we
can
for
our
community.
H
It
may
appear
that
our
debtor's
balances
are
low
for
the
end
of
december,
but
that
is
because
the
prior
year
was
the
number
of
grants
that
we
were
holding
out,
waiting
for
and
very
much
over
the
last
six
months
we
had
been
given
grants,
if
not
in
advance
or
well
before
so
the
balances
are
low,
but
the
cash
position
is
actually
quite
positive,
which
you
will
see
on
page
46,
where
we're
we're
holding
quite
a
substantial
amount
of
dollars.
Unfortunately,
the
interest
rates
are
all
below
one
percent.
H
H
The
other
thing
I
would
just
like
to
highlight
was
that
we've
been
using
easy
bill
and
bpay
view
options
with
our
e-notices
and
we've
included
the
stats
to
let
you
know
that
we're
trying
to
diminish
the
paper,
that's
flying
through
the
letterbox
and
into
your
email
address,
can
come
your
rates,
notices
and
people
have
been
taking
that
up,
which
is
good
and
we'll
continue
to
try
and
focus
on
that.
We're
also
trying
to
look
at
minimising
any
of
our
costs
associated
with
distributing
the
notices
and
how
we
collect
the
funds
as
well.
H
The
other
focus
that
I'd
just
like
to
mention
is
that
we
are
providing
quite
a
bit
of
information
to
other
partners
in
the
region
on
names
and
addresses
for
municipal
burns
and
for
other
areas
that
we
hold
the
information
and
they
require
access.
We
always
recognise
that
they
have
to
have
authorised
access,
but
it
is
very
much
a
interchange
between
our
information
and
what
we
can
do
to
assist
other
areas.
It
does
take
a
bit
of
safe
resources,
but
I
just
thought:
you'd
be
interested
in
the
numbers
that
were
coming
through
on
that
there's.
H
No
substantial
change
on
page
15
for
my
financial
implications
for
my
budget
other
than
we
have
got
property
and
valuations
in
a
positive
out
turn
of
226
000.
But
I
will
highlight
again
that
we
are
still
waiting
on
one
objection
to
one
large
property
in
vanilla
that
may
swing
away
and
see
favorable
or
unfavorable
that
may
come
down,
but
overall
we're
in
a
positive
position,
and
I
like
positive
positions.
D
Thank
you.
Thanks
for
the
report
reading
item
six
appendix
one,
the
loans.
H
Mr
chair,
our
financial
plan
includes
that
we
continue
packing
some
loans
every
two
years
and
it's
up
to
the
council
to
determine,
but
the
situation
if
we
stood
as
we
are,
that
would
be
the
outcome
and
we
we
take
loans
over
ten
years.
So
yes,
that
would
be
true
given.
Thank
you.
H
Not
it's
not
historically
low.
We
we
have
ups
and
downs
depending
on
the
projects
we
undertake
and
obviously
they're
paid
over
time.
H
H
H
It's
a
little
bit
sad
that
we've
had
to
fly
it
on
for
so
long,
but
this
report
is
recommending
that
we
continue
it
until
the
30th
of
june
and
in
light
of
the
current
bounce
back,
I'm
hoping
that
we
might
be
able
to
reflect
at
the
30th
of
june
that
we
just
introduced
it
to
be
a
hardship
policy
and
we
finally
able
to
remove
the
private
19.
H
But
the
lesson
learned
through
the
application
of
this
policy
is
that
we
need
to
listen
to
our
rate
payers
and
I
believe
we
have,
and
we
have
provided
an
avenue
for
have
a
process
to
come
forward
and
ask
for
some
debt
management
of
their
paying
off
their
rates
and
also
not
charging
them
the
10
interest
that
is
actually
required
under
the
act.
H
I
hope
to
move
this
to
be
just
a
hardship
policy
in
the
future,
there's
quite
a
bit
of
wording
that
will
change
in
the
policy,
which
is
why
I
didn't
do
it
at
the
moment.
But
I'm
recommending
that
we
put
it
forward
to
the
30th
of
june
and
very
happy
to
take
any
questions.
F
Thank
you,
chad,
that's
one
question:
the
focus
on
income
kathy
four
thousand
dollars
that
you
mentioned
in
the
report
is
that
the
program
interesting
company
that
charged
otherwise
you
see.
H
I
had
forecast
when
I
originally
did
the
budget
that
I
wasn't
envisaging
someone
for
as
long
as
it
did,
and
I
was
a
bit
over
keen
to
collect
money,
but
I
think
we'll
be
losing
4
000
in
the
current
projections,
and
I
did
forecast
that
in
my
one
figures
I
would
be
happy
that
people
come
out
of
it,
but
I
think
that
is
the
impact
on
it.
Don't
you
thank.
G
Just
I
think
it's
very
important
and
it's
good
that
we
we
ran
this
cave
into
policy
and
it's
good
to
think
that
it's
hopefully
going
to
come
to
do
to
and
then
in
june,
and
the
fact
is
that
we
will
still
continue
a
policy
which
I
think
is
what
some
of
our
players
want.
Because
you
never
know
anybody
community
at
the
time
can
be
in.
K
K
F
Thank
you
jay.
On
page
58,
there
is
a
slight
difference
on
the
table.
Total
is
3
300
and
at
the
bottom
as
a
third
of
december,
the
actual
spend
against
allocation
is
three
nine,
four
five,
which
is
six
hundred
forty
five
cents.
Forty
six
difference
all
right,
though,
sort
of
anything
else
missing
in
the
table.
G
A
A
G
Yes,
three
inches.
There
would
be
good
if
we
could
get
the
the
whole
brush
to
run
run
like
that.
