From YouTube: Bethel Park School District Live School Board Facilities Meeting: August 9, 2022 (7 PM)
Description
August 9, 2022
A
Tonight's,
a
facilities
committee
meeting-
thank
you
for
coming,
but
this
time
mr
mccauley
will
call
the
role
please.
Mrs.
B
C
Thank
you,
mr
mojack.
I
have
some
comments
on
some
items
that
are
on
the
agenda,
but
I
did
want
to
make
note
that
coming
up
at
your
voting
meeting
either
in
august
or
september,
steel,
steel
center
is
undergoing
a
renovation
project,
which
I
think
all
of
you
are
probably
aware
of
and
recall
when
mr
rice
had
come
in
and
given
his
presentation
on
the
steel
center
renovation-
and
you
did
a
pre-authorizing
resolution
several
months
ago
to
to
move
that
work
forward.
C
The
time
is
coming
around
where
the
bond
issue
will
be
they'll,
be
proceeding
with
that,
and
so
there
are
a
set
of
two
resolutions
that
you
are
going
to
approve
in
august
or
or
september.
They
just
have
to
be
approved
by
end
of
september.
C
C
You
know
in
a
good
state
for
the
bond
to
be
pursued.
They
approve
a
lease
agreement
because
the
financing
is
actually
being
done
through
a
lease
agreement
and
the
agency
that
is
taking
out
the
bond
is
the
steele
valley
authority,
which
is
an
authority
that
is
made
up
of
all
of
the
jointer
districts.
C
So
it's
sort
of
a
complex
process
that
has
been
arrived
at,
but
it
is
it's
the
process
that
is
most
advantageous
to
all
districts
involved
and
there
have
been
several
meetings
at
steel
center
which
dr
walsh
and
mr
mccousland
have
attended.
But
I
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
those
are
coming
and
will
be
asking
to
have
your
approval
very
soon,
and
I
don't
believe
I
have
anything
further
I'll.
Just
wait
for
my
comments
on
the
agenda
items.
D
Yeah,
thank
you
and
good
evening.
My
name
is
mike
arnold.
I
think
I've
met
most
of
you
at
this
point
and
shane
kelly
is
here
with
me
as
well
project
manager
for
the
project.
So
we
are
going
to
give
a
brief
update
on
phase
one
progress
and
then
talk
a
little
bit
about
some
of
the
milestone
dates
associated
with
phase
two,
so
shane.
E
E
So
I
know-
that's
probably
the
you
know
the
big
piece
of
news
everyone's
looking
for
during
this
update
in
that
area.
We've
completed
demolition
and
rebuilding
that
as
far
as
framing
new
mep
systems,
drywall
painting
at
this
point
in
time
we're
just
wrapping
up
finishes
throughout
that
area.
That
includes
casework
flooring
and
a
few
other
miscellaneous
items
that
will
wrap
up
that
space.
So
we're
going
for
final
inspection
next
wednesday,
the
17th
at
that
point
we'll
have
a
temporary
certificate
of
occupancy
for
that
space.
E
We've
walked
out
at
this
point
with
the
bethel
park
municipality
that
inspector,
so
we
understand
their
expectations
and
what
needs
to
occur
in
order
to
open
for
the
start
of
school.
So
I
really
just
want
to
reiterate
that
you
know
that
area
in
orange,
as
well
as
that
area
shaded
in
green,
which
are
the
temporary
classrooms,
we'll
all
be
turned
over
and
ready
for
students
to
come
back
on
the
22nd.
E
Looking
ahead
on
there,
we've
got
the
phase
one
b
section,
that
is
the
remainder
of
the
sixth
grade
wing,
that's
progressing
as
well.
In
accordance
with
our
schedule,
that's
scheduled
to
turn
over
in
mid
to
late
october.
I
think
october
21st
is
the
exact
date
when
we
plan
to
turn
that
over
so
once
we
get
this
first
administration
area
ready
for
school,
we'll
transition
into
that
lighter
blue
area
and
and
get
that
ready
for
the
turnover
date.
E
Just
a
summary
of
ongoing
activities,
as
I
just
mentioned,
we've
got
the
admin
area
at
this
point
in
time,
we're
just
working
through
flooring,
installation,
casework,
install
and
then
trim
and
finishes.
So
the
bulk
of
our
work
is
done
in
those
areas.
E
At
this
point,
if
you're
to
walk
that
space,
you'll
see,
it's
just
finished,
work
it's
aesthetics
and
pulling
that
space
together
and
get
it
cleaned
up
for
the
start
of
school.
In
the
sixth
grade
wing,
that's
been
split
up
into
two
sections,
so
there's
more
of
a
lag
in
that
area.
As
far
as
progress
goes
and
you'll
see
many
different
things
going
on
there.
E
It's
framing
mep,
roughing,
drywall
hanging
and
finishing,
so
that's
moving
along
nicely
as
well
again
in
accordance
with
our
schedule
to
turn
that
over
on
october
21st,
as
you
know,
we've
had
you
know,
challenges
over
the
course
of
the
summer,
just
related
to
construction.
E
Nothing,
that's
you
know
affected
the
course
of
our
our
construction
schedule
and
the
days
we've
committed
to
the
district,
but
some
of
the
things
we've
encountered
just
you
know,
lead
time,
issues,
doors
hardware,
you
know
electrical
components.
Those
are
all
items
that
the
supply
chain
has
has
been
difficult
and
we
found
ways
to
you
know
expedite
those
and
ensure
they're
here
for
the
start
of
school
and
to
again
meet
our
schedule.
Additionally,
there's
been
some
unforeseen
conditions
we've
had
to
work
through
that
have
caused
some.
E
You
know
internal
struggles,
but
again,
we've
worked
through
those
and
they've
not
affected
our
the
delivery
of
this
project.
E
Here,
just
some
photos
of
of
what
we've
accomplished
up
to
this
point,
I
know
you're,
probably
seeing
you
know
significant
amount
of
change
since
last
month
when
we
reviewed
these.
This
is
the
administration
area.
As
you
can
see
at
this
point,
you
know
the
space
itself
has
been
built
out
and
we
are
really
just
you
know,
working
on
aesthetics
at
this
point
flooring
you
know
casework
installation.
Those
are
all
things
that
happen
very
rapidly
and
quickly.
So
I
assure
you,
you
know
I
don't
want
anyone
to
be.
E
You
know
alarmed
by
the
condition
of
this
space
right
here.
This
is
really
the
final
stretch
and
the
final
components
that
occur
to
wrap
a
space
together
again
they
happen
quickly
and
over
the
next
few
days,
you'll
see
this
transform
and
clean
up
to
a
place
that
what
would
really
be
a
great
environment
for
the
startup
school.
E
This
is
yeah
continued
shots
of
the
administration
area,
temporary
classrooms,
as
well
as
in
this
first
phase,
we'll
be
turning
over
a
few
new
classrooms
as
well.
That
would
be
on
the
right-hand
side.
You
can
see
floorings
going
in
the
next
step.
There
will
be
case
work
to
pull
those
together
as
well
as
lighting
and
then
on.
The
left.
We've
got
the
temporary
classrooms
that
currently
encompass
the
the
library
space
or
the
the
former
library
space,
and
then
this
is
the
sixth
grade
wing
that
I
had
referenced
earlier.
E
This
is
the
area
that's
turning
over
in
october,
which
is
why
you
know
it
looks
you
know
less
finished
than
the
administration
area
right
now.
We're
working
on.
You
know
getting
inspections.
You
know
closing
that
space
up
and
in
the
coming
weeks
you
know
we'll
be
in
there
painting
installing
flooring
installing
new
casework
as
well
and
again
these
are
continued
shots
of
the
sixth
grade
wing.
E
We
broke
that
up
into
a
north
side
in
the
south
side
and
then
that's
why
you'll
see
a
bit
of
a
difference
between
the
progress
in
one
area
versus
the
other.
F
F
Thing
to
add:
that's,
I
think
important
for
everybody
to
know
we're
on
track
we're
on
track
to
open
once
school
starts
and
the
kids
come
back
on
the
25th.
The
work
that's
going
to
continue
will
be
shifted
from
daylight
to
after
school
hours
in
a
second
shift
mode.
So
just
one
let
everyone
know
there
won't
be
any
interference
with
education
as
we
move
forward
throughout
the
year.
It'll
be
a
second
shift
work,
so
I
just
wanted
to
bring
that
up.
G
H
J
for
clarification,
everybody
is
still
being
tagged
and
badged
and
logged
in
logged
out,
so
parents
that
are
new
to
ims
this
year
understand
that
all
of
that
is
going
to
happen.
So
you
know
we
know
who's
in
the
building
at
all
times.
F
Yes,
what
we
didn't
show
you
in
the
some
of
the
photo
illustrations
is
that
there
will
be
a
secure
vestibule.
F
We
do
have
a
buzzing
system,
that's
in
place
for
the
front
door,
we're
hopeful
that,
within
a
reasonable
amount
of
time,
the
second
set
of
doors
right
now.
We
might
have
to
manually
open
them,
but
within
a
reasonable
amount
of
time
it
should
be
electronic
as
well.
So
everyone
that's
on
site
whether
it's
second
shift
or
first
shift.
They
are
all,
have
their
proper
clearances
everything's
in
place,
and
we
will
continue
with
raptor
system
with
the
public
coming
in
during
the
school
day.
F
D
Yeah
just
wanted
to
touch
just
transition
a
little
bit
over
to
phase
two
just
wanted
to
touch
on
on
the
plan.
We
continue
to
meet
with
the
team
as
we
work
through
now
the
construction
document
phase.
We
went
from
schematic
design
to
design
development
now
construction
document
phase
and
just
wanted
to
share
some
milestone
dates
with
you.
As
we
continue
to
meet,
we
will
tie
up
any
loose
ends
that
occur.
D
D
That
works
very
well,
as
you
can
see,
from
from
shane's
update
as
far
as
keeping
the
continuity
of
moving
from
phase
one
to
phase
two
and
things
are
progressing
very
well
at
this
point
and
we're
looking
forward
to
getting
this
project
out
on
the
street,
getting
a
lot
of
bid
results
getting
getting
a
lot
of
competition.
I
think
I
mentioned
at
the
last
meeting
that
we
are.
D
We
are
encouraged
because
of
economic
conditions
that
we
believe
that
the
contractors
are
going
to
be
sharpening
their
pencils,
and
so
you
know
we
are
looking
forward
to
to
that
process
and
bringing
those
results
to
you
in
mid-november.
A
Okay,
thank
you.
Thank
you,
gentlemen.
I
appreciate
it.
I
appreciate
it
next
on
our
agenda
is
hayes
design
group
update
on
bus
garage
and
projects
of
phase
two
of
ims.
I
Thank
you.
My
name
is
andrew
campanero
with
the
hayes
design
group.
I
appreciate
you
having
me
here
tonight:
can
we
advance
to
the
next
slide
who's
that
controller.
I
All
right,
thank
you,
so
just
to
update
you
on
how
the
bus
garage
is
going,
so
we
did
get
through
all
the
government
approvals.
There
is
one
conditional
approval
from
bethel
park.
That's
still
at
their
third
party
engineer
for
official
review.
They
had
a
question.
It
was
really
minor
on
a
dimension
difference
between
a
plan
and
a
detail,
but
they
gave
us
conditional
approval
to
move
forward
with
construction.
We
have
approvals
from
the
county,
allegheny
county
conservation
district
and
the
pennsylvania
department
of
environmental
protection.
I
So
that's
all
in
good
position.
We
also
held
the
pre-construction
meeting
with
the
county
conservation
district,
so
construction
is
able
to
start
and
actually
started
this
past
week
on
site
phillino
basically
started
excavation.
They
were
on
seat
the
on-site
the
week
before
you
know
getting
ready
for
construction
to
do
that.
Spartan
did
install
ens
controls,
erosion
and
sedimentation
controls
last
week,
but
to
bring
to
the
board's
attention
they
have
not
signed
their
agreement
yet
with
their
contract.
So
that's
an
item
to
talk
about
later
that
we're
asking
for
reward.
I
So
spartan
has
requested
to
not
be
involved
in
this
project
any
further,
and
then
we
would
default
to
the
second
lowest
bidder,
which
would
be
a
felino
and.
D
I
That's
up
in
front
of
the
board
for
later
for
discussion
and
then
a1
electric
is
the
electrical
contractor
they're
ready
to
go
it's
just
probably
a
few
weeks
until
we
need
them
on
site,
so
that's
kind
of
the
construction
update.
We
really
just
started
this
week.
It's
really
early
regarding
the
project
schedule.
Obviously
we've
just
started
and
the
intent
is
they'll
be
done.
You
know
late
fall
this
year.
J
H
No,
I
think
the
main
question
I
have
is
logistics
with
the
buses
and
where
they
are,
are
we
able
to
move
them
for
events
and
those
kinds
of
things.
F
So
right
now,
as
you
drive
by
the
high
school
you
can
see,
our
fleet
of
buses
are
located
there.
That's,
hopefully,
a
temporarily
temporary
situation,
we're
in
discussion
with
simon
from
the
mall
we're
going
to
be
presenting
them
a
proposal
and
we're
hoping
to
stage
the
buses
somewhere
across
the
across
the
way
from
the
bus,
the
large
parking
garage.
That's
there
close
to
the
old
seniors
automotive
center,
so
we're
in
discussion
with
them.
Hopefully
that'll
happen
soon.
So
we
get
get
the
buses
where
we
need
to
move
them.
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
then,
we'll
move
on
to
discussion
on
phase
two.
A
I
A
I
Yes,
so
we
provided
an
amendment
to
our
agreement
to
the
district.
It
was
been
reviewed
also
with
your
solicitor.
I
don't
believe
there
were
any
comments
that
we
received
from
them.
We
provided
a
memo
to
the
district
as
well
that
I
think,
was
shared
with
the
board.
To
summarize
the
amendment
to
the
agreement,
and
it's
here
for
your
discussion
and
consideration.
K
Just
to
remind
the
board,
the
ims
project
was
approved
as
a
gisa
energy
savings
project
and,
as
a
result
of
that,
the
board
would
have
approved
in
phase
one
a
guaranteed
maximum
price
for
the
project
and
a
separate
fee
that
the
hayes
design
group
would
be
paid
for
their
work
in
phase
one.
The
amendment
clarifies
the
fee
for
phase
two.
K
If
it's
way
before
andrew
leaves,
let's
just
get
into
the
issue
with
regard
to
that
lowest
bidder
backing
out
of
their
bid
and
how
er
what
the
recommendation
is
to
the
board.
I
Certainly
so
the
the
lowest
bidder
on
the
general
construction,
so
it's
the
site,
improvement
part.
So
the
asphalt
the
concrete
has
basically
wanting
to
withdraw
their
bid.
So
the
next
lowest
bidder
is
afelino.
Who
has
is
the
low
bidder
on
the
plumbing
contract?
The
district
has
a
contract
with
them.
There
is
a
difference
in
obviously
going
from
the
lowest
bidder
to
the
second
bidder
that
was
about
70
000.
I
So
that's
that's
that
difference,
and
then
the
other
item
for
discussion
is
escalation
costs.
So
there
was
a
provision
within
the
agreement
of
65
days
to
hold
the
price,
but
we're
beyond
that
from
when
the
bids
were
opened.
I
H
C
I
mean
dr
walsh,
and
I
talked
about
this.
It
was
close
towards
the
end
of
last
week.
The
situation
I
I
think
right
now,
the
opera,
the
up,
there's,
not
an
opportunity
to
go
with
the
highest
bidder,
because
they're
not
willing
to
sign
the
contract
and
perform
the
work.
So
at
this
point,
your
option
is
to
move
to
the
second
second
lowest
bidder.
C
I
should
have
said
lowest
not
highest
and
move
forward,
and
so
you'll
see
on
number
six
under
facilities,
the
recision
of
the
prior
award,
because
the
board
did
previously
award
the
contract
to
spartan
you're
going
to
be
rescinding
that
award
and,
at
the
same
time,
awarding
it
to
the
second
lowest
bidder.
H
K
F
Just
one
more
point
of
clarity:
we're
past
the
65
days
where
we
would
have
had
that
contract
signed
and
really
it
was
the
permit
process
that
kind
of
held
things
up
a
bit.
So
that's
why
the
escalation
costs
they
did
their
estimates.
They
did
new
escalation
costs.
That's
why
the
costs
are
going
to
be
a
little
bit
higher
outside
their
their
contract.
Bid
that
you
know
what
you're
going
to
do
is
hopefully
award
them
their
contract
bid
and
then
we're
going
to
have
to
consider
down
the
road.
I
We
were
under
budget
a
few
hundred
thousand
dollars,
okay,
yeah.
B
G
I
guess
is
the
bid
for
that
item
broken
down
by
line
items
such
that
we
can
ensure
that
any
change
orders
will
only
be
due
to
those
increase
in
costs
and
that
we
just
aren't
being.
I
guess
exorbitantly
change
ordered
like,
for
example,
would
it
make
more
sense?
G
I
imagine
it
would
be
very
difficult
at
this
point
to
you
know,
put
something
out
to
bid
again,
but
I
I
guess
I
just
have
the
concern
that
we're
leaving
open
the
option
of
giving
them
the
bid
as
the
second
lowest
bidder,
but
then
acknowledging
that
we
will
be
changed,
ordered
our
price
will
be
increasing
and
we
can't
ensure
that's
just
due
to
increase
in
price
of
construction
materials.
Yeah.
I
We
would
be
evaluating
the
change
order,
request
they'd,
be
making
to
confirm
what
that
difference
is
we
were
to
be
anticipating,
it's
just
an
escalation
cost
on
materials,
only
okay,
so
the
labor
should
stay
the
same.
It's
the
same
effort,
it's
just
you
know,
did
those
materials
go
up
in
relation
to
your
first
question,
which
is:
do
we
have
a
breakdown
on
their
bid?
I
We
do
not,
when
contractors
put
a
bid
together,
it's
a
single
number
that
we
receive,
but
we
will
be
looking
at
them
and
asking
them
to
provide
backup
to
explain
that
change
order,
so
they
would
have
to
show
us
how
much
material
and
why
you
know
the
difference.
You
know
this
is
what
we
bid.
This
is
where
it
is
now
and
then
we
could
ask
someone
such
as
sitelogic.
Can
they
confirm
you
know
that's
a
reasonable
change
in
the
marketplace.
G
I
A
And
we
have
to
move
forward
and
I
have
a
question
from
sunderl,
but
since
we
did
not
have
a
contract
with
spartan,
there's,
probably
no
recourse,
we
could
take
with
them
I'll.
D
C
You
that
they
haven't
signed
their
contract,
so
I
I
would
not
I
mean
there,
you
could
always
you
know,
pursue
or
threaten
some
type
of
recourse,
but
I
don't
think
that
that's
going
to
achieve
what
the
district's
goals
are
here,
so
my
recommendation
would
be
to
go
to
the
second
second
lowest
bidder
and
keep
those
timelines
in
mind,
because
I
know
that
there's
a
limitation
because
of
whether
to
complete
the
asphalt
yeah,
that's
my
recommendation.
Thank.
A
L
Good
evening,
everyone,
dan
engen
and
cassie
renninger
here
and
dan
dillo
in
the
back,
so
a
little
update
as
to
where
we
are.
We
wanted
to
remind
everyone
of
the
schedule
for
the
project
and
highlight
the
fact
that
we
are
in
the
very
beginning
throws
you
can
kind
of
see
the
dash
line
going
up
and
down
through
the
schematic
design
phase,
so
we're
in
that
portion
of
the
project
where
we're
just
trying
to
figure
out
what
the
best
potential
utilization
is
for
the
site,
how
you
could
potentially
fit
a
building.
L
We've
been
looking
at
multiple
massing
models
and
preliminary
grading
of
the
site
for
a
potential
building,
and
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
that
today.
We
have
some
examples,
but
as
we
go
forward
in
this
fall
we'll
be
advancing
through
schematic
design.
We
haven't
spoken
to
any
stakeholders,
no
staff
members
other
than
administration.
L
So
there's
a
lot
of
different
activities
that
are
going
on
we're
just
starting
site
survey,
infiltration
testing
and
environmental
investigation
that'll
be
coming
in
the
next
few
weeks.
L
So
we're
again
at
the
very
beginning,
we've
been
doing
educational
space
programming
for
about
a
month
and
a
half
or
so
now
and
working
with
dr
walsh
and
his
team
preliminarily
to
try
to
make
sure
that
we
have
all
the
major
spaces
covered
in
the
project
to
garner
a
size
of
building
and
an
organizational
system
and
then
upcoming
activities.
L
I
mentioned
the
site
investigations
we'll
be
working
with
the
municipality
on
their
process
and
how
it
relates
to
your
project
and
then
we'll
be
sharing
actual
more
design
concepts
beyond
what
we're
showing
today
and
then
a
big
barrage
of
teacher
meetings.
You
you're
familiar
with
talking
about
that
and
hearing
about
that
just
from
hayes
process
at
the
middle
school,
I'm
sure
so
I'll
turn
it
over
to
cassie.
M
So
tonight
we
wanted
to
kind
of
give
you
an
update
on
the
design
just
a
big
level
here.
This
is
the
existing
site.
Kind
of
a
google
image.
We've
got
king
school
road
is,
on
the
left
hand,
side
of
the
image,
and
you
can
see
the
existing
namms
building
up
there
in
the
top
right
corner
with
the
two
driveways
that
come
in
and
serve
the
site
with
the
additional
property
that
you're
acquiring.
M
We
look
at
the
overall
site
and
you
know
we
want
to
look
at
the
the
buildable
area,
access
points
and
all
of
the
other
site
constraints
that
exist
on
the
property,
and
so
you
can
see
here
with
the
dash
black
lines
that
we
are
looking
to
utilize.
M
Two
main
entry
points
onto
the
site:
a
new
entry
point
off
of
king
school,
road
kind
of
aligned
with
jasmine
drive
and
then
another
point
over
at
boyer
avenue
and
we're
really
looking
at
the
area
very
much
in
the
middle
of
the
site
for
the
building
and
the
adjacent
site
development,
and
you
can
kind
of
just
for
reference,
see
the
underlay
of
the
softball
field.
That's
underneath
the
proposed
area
of
development.
M
So
these
are
very
early
sketches
that
we've
developed
that
kind
of
give
you
an
idea
of
how
we're
envisioning
the
building
and
the
site
working
on
the
property
when
we're
designing
a
building
the
site
is
so
absolutely
integral
to
the
design
of
the
building,
we're
looking
at
all
the
different
traffic
flows,
vehicular
and
pedestrian
traffic
that
needs
to
enter
and
exit
the
site.
The
adjacency
of
parking
adjacency
of
you
know
pedestrians
students
during
the
day
after
hours
events
and
then
on
your
site.
M
What
we're
proposing
you
can
see.
The
white
box
is
roughly
the
outline
of
the
three-story
building
that
we
are
looking
at.
We're
purposely
keeping
the
footprint
very
compact
because
of
the
site
constraints,
as
well
as
all
the
things
that
are
needed
on
the
site
to
support
the
educational
environment
you'll
see
over.
On
the
left
hand,
side.
That
would
be
the
proposed
roughly.
The
proposed
new
intersection
with
king
school
road
aligned
at
jasmine
drive
and
you
can
see
on
the
right
hand,
side.
M
There's
an
existing
entry
point
at
boyer
and
you'll
notice
on
the
plan
that
there
are
purple
dots
that
those
represent,
what
we're
expecting
to
be
kind
of
like
the
the
vehicular
drop
off
the
parent
drop
off
and
pick
up
line
when
you
have
a
school,
especially
at
elementary
level,
there's
a
long
queuing
that
needs
to
take
place
so
we're
imagining
that
traffic
vehicular
traffic
could
come
from
either
direction
and
essentially
stack
along
that
driveway
that
you
see
there
with
the
purple
dots
and
then
the
access
point
to
the
building
would
be
at
the
main
entry
that
main
entry
were
showing
as
being
the
mid-level
to
the
building.
M
And
then
they
can
proceed
through
that
bus
area
can
be
used
as
additional
parking
in
like
after
hours
use.
You'll
see
that
we've
started
to
really
look
at
how
you
know.
Visitors
and
staff
and
event
will
circumvent
the
site,
but
we're
also
looking
at
proximity
of
the
services.
M
You
know
bringing
deliveries
into
the
kitchen
and
to
the
receiving
area
and
educational
spaces
like
the
playgrounds
for
the
k2
and
the
playground
for
the
3.5
and
internally,
we're
going
to
show
you
some
diagrams
of
how
this
kind
of
building
footprint
might
be
starting
to
come
together.
But
we're
thinking
about
the
proximity
of
those
two
cafeteria
spaces
to
the
classroom
wings
and
to
the
pe
spaces
as
well.
M
Another
feature
that
you'll
see
kind
of
tucked
between
the
two
classroom.
Wings
is
a
concept
for
an
outdoor
learning
space
and
that
outdoor
learning
space
we
see
as
being
very
connected
to
the
academic
areas
of
the
building,
the
stem
spaces
that
within
the
building-
and
it
is
an
opportunity
for
us
to
create
a
captured
outdoor
space
that
the
students
can
be
free
to
somewhat
roam
around
during
instruction
without
you
know,
fear
of
them
kind
of
wandering
off.
So
those
are
kind
of
the
main
highlights
here
on
the
plan.
M
Just
these
are
very
diagrammatic.
We
we
do
have
more.
You
know
developed
plans
in
our
office,
but
we
felt
that
for
tonight
it
was
appropriate
to
show
these
in
very
block
diagram
in
relationships
of
spaces.
M
We've
talked
previously
about
the
idea
of
a
main
street
concept
where
there's
an
organizing
spine
that
would
be
on
all
three
floors
of
the
building
and
that
the
more
common
use
spaces
spaces
that
are
used
by
all
of
the
students
would
be
organized
along
the
main
street
and
then
the
idea
of
having
the
educational
communities
for
the
k2
and
for
the
three
five.
So
in
this
diagram,
you'll
see
the
kind
of
red
dashed
line
represents
that
that
main
street
that
would
go
from
the
main
entry
point
to
a
gym
entry
point
at
the
rear
spaces.
M
On
the
first
floor,
that
would
most
likely
be
along
that
street
would
be
administration,
an
lgi
assembly,
space,
music,
the
cafeteria
spaces,
the
gym
and
steam
and
you'll
see
kind
of
below
that
main
street.
We
have
our
two
wings
of
the
building
that
represent
one
a
k2
community
and
then
the
other
one
being
a
3-5
community
and
we're
actually
proposing
that
they
would
be
linked.
M
You
know,
kind
of
part
way
down
the
wing
so
that
it
makes
a
little
bit
of
a
loop
in
circulation
and
it
gives
us
an
opportunity
for
staff
to
be
able
to
interrelate
across
both
sides
as
well
and
then
on.
So
this
is
the
middle
level
going
down
a
level
from
here.
We
once
again
have
the
main
street.
You
can
see
these
these
gray
boxes
or
the
spaces
that
are
above.
M
We
have
fitness
space
here
for
the
k2
or
adjacent
to
the
k2.
We're
thinking
that
the
character
of
that
fitness
space
would
be
more
like
movement
rooms
and
auxiliary
gym,
not
the
high
bay
performance
gym
that
you
would
have
on
the
upper
level
in
this
location,
and
then
this
upper
tier
would
then
have
the
3-5
playground.
M
You'll
see
that
this
is
kind
of
a
repeat
of
the
all
on
all
three
floors,
although
the
the
wings
themselves
are
going
to
look
different
because
we're
going
to
articulate
the
needs
of
the
kindergarten,
the
primary
school
students
and
then
the
kind
of
the
upper
elementary
students,
and
so
the
wings
are
going
to
look
a
little
different
from
each
other
internally.
But
we
create
this.
This
kind
of
loop
here
between
the
spaces
and
then
going
up
to
the
top
level
of
the
building.
M
We've
got
media
center,
we're
actually
looking
at
making
a
connection
to
the
lgi
at
this
level
as
well,
art
and
then
steam
along
with
the
academic
spaces,
and
I
think
that's
it
for
our
organ.
You
know
for
our
presentation,
but
we're
happy
to
answer
some
questions.
We're
really
getting
excited
about.
M
N
M
Talking
with
staff,
we've
been
working
with
the
administration
on
trying
to
define
how
many
spaces
that
we
need
to
deliver
the
program,
so
things
like
will
we
need
two
art
rooms
or
will
we
need
three
art
rooms?
That's
still
in
flux,
but
we
are,
I
think,
close
to
having
an
understanding
of
what
you
know.
M
The
gym
might
look
like
in
terms
of
its
size
or
the
lgi's
size,
the
size
of
the
library
so
where
we
probably
have
the
most
uncertainty
is
more
in,
like
things
like
specials,
because
how
the
kids
circulate
through
their
their
schedules.
Is
it's
still
a
discussion
point.
Does
that
answer
your
question.
G
N
Sure
that
the
common
spaces
we
we
have
enough
space,
I
want
to
make
sure
that
every
single
program
that
exists
today,
if
we
were
to
transfer
over
that,
we
don't,
we
don't-
have
to
change
our
program,
to
adapt
to
a
new
building
and
then
have
less
like
the
program
just
to
make
sure
that
our
programs
are
driving
the
design
of
that
building.
So
it
accommodates
everything
that
we
do.
You.
M
I
I
will
say
that
we,
we
have
kind
of
challenged
back
and
forth
a
little
bit
on
the
program
to
make
sure
that
we're
thinking
about
what
could
be
different
here
not
to
under
build,
but
to
think
about
like
what
opportunities
this
building
might
have,
that
your
existing
buildings
in
multiple
buildings
don't
have
so
things
like
the
steam
spaces
is
an
is
something
that
is
a
new
opportunity
that
we
can
create
here.
So
I
think
to
answer
your
question.
We
definitely
are
meeting
what
you
have
now.
N
H
As
we
move
forward
will
be
an
opportunity
and
other
than
at
these
meetings
for
some
community
interactions
to
make
sure
that
those
parents
that
will
be
going
into
this
new
building
will
have
another
opportunity
to
examine
and
present
their
questions.
L
Yes,
in
working
with
the
administration,
we
have
talked
about
scheduling
potential
once
things
are
a
little
bit
further
along
and
we
have,
I
think,
a
little
bit
more
to
criticize
it
would
be
easy.
Coming
into
this
fall
to
be
able
to
have
community
meetings,
we
usually
go
to
pto
meetings
or
pta
meetings.
It's
a
good
forum
to
be
able
to
present
and
get
invite
comments,
and
things
like
that.
J
Just
thank
you
so
much
and
cassie.
I
agree
with
you
that
there
are
opportunities.
J
I
think
that
there
are
things
that
we
currently
do
because
of
our
building
constraints,
and
you
know
the
way
we
always
have
done
them
that
aren't
necessarily
needed
when
we
have
a
center
and
we
have
enough
space,
and
we
have
much
more
flexibility
to
create
the
programming
that
supports
our
students
and
is
driven
by
our
educational
priorities,
and
thank
you.
This
is
all
very
exciting.
I
appreciate
it.
A
O
Well
now
I
would
have
looked
at
this
map
the
map
and
it
doesn't
appear
to
be.
Will
the
district
establish
a
walking
path
from
our
street
to
the
school
drive
for
the
children
in
our
neighborhood?
Is
the
district
going
to
leave
trees,
the
trees
and
property
on
the
new
newly
acquired
land?
Is
it
as
it
is,
except
for
the
parking
lot
and
drive?
O
O
What
will
happen
to
the
old
white
building
that
the
current
owners
have
on
that
property
in
terms
of
the
historic
value
of
that
land
who,
in
the
municipality
and
the
school
district,
could
we
talk
to
because
we
would
like
input
into
our
new
backyard
and
how
it
how
it's
going
to
be,
and
maybe
there
are
things
that
we
can
provide
information?
We
can
provide
as
a
neighborhood
that
borders
this
school
to
help
the
district
or
help
the
students
in
the
future.
P
I'm
mary
lou
conroy:
I
live
at
4201
suite
bay
drive,
which
is
a
property
at
the
corner
of
sweet
bay
and
king
school
road.
I
was
very
pleased
and
prep
preparing
for
this,
but
we
have
two
sons
that
graduated
from
the
bethel
park
school
district.
So
I'm
one
of
those
parents
now
and
my
husband
that
we
really
don't
pay
attention
anymore
to
really
what's
going
on
within
the
school
district
and
it
wasn't
until
our
neighborhood.
P
The
architects
did
address
some
of
the
concerns
I
was
bringing
to
the
board
this
evening
and
I
think,
with
the
time
and
money
that
was
spent
on
the
feasibility
studies
and
the
projecting
costs
for
this
building.
I
think
it's
also
important
for
the
school
district
to
really
be
transparent,
with
the
residents
of
the
district
as
well.
There
are
many
people
like
myself
and
when
I
referred
to
someone
as
the
elderly
I
kept
thinking.
P
How
are
we
going
to
be
affected
by
that?
I
think
if
there
is
a
way
to
relay
that
information
to
community
members,
it
would
be
really
really
important
and
valuable
to
them
and
you'll
have
that
buy-in
from
the
community
as
well.
P
P
We
have
projections
now
on
the
number
of
buses
that
will
be
going
to
the
new
school,
the
projection
of
car
riders,
knowing
that
many
parents
drive
their
children
to
school
that
could
really
impact
some
of
the
property
owners
on
king
school
road
and
how
are
we
looking
to
mitigate
those
effects
and
will
the
district
be
working
with
the
planning
and
zoning
commission
to
ensure
that
these
infrastructure
issues
are
addressed?
Was
that
the
hook
for
me
and
that
zoning
won't
be
changed?
P
And
I
think
you
know
it's
easy
to
vote
as
a
school
board
on
these
schools,
but
I
think
some
of
these
broader
community
issues
need
to
be
addressed
as
well.
So
I
thank
you
for
all
your
hard
work
I'll
continue
to
appear
at
some
meetings
to
keep
abreast
of
things.
Thank
you.
J
A
Any
other
members
of
the
audience
want
to
take
this
opportunity
during
public
comments
to
discuss
agenda
items.
Please
feel
free.
Q
Hi
mike
festuco,
I
live
at
5620,
king
school
road,
actually,
mary
lou's
neighbor,
the
first
speaker-
and
I
don't
remember
your
name
addressed
a
lot
of
my
questions
that
I
actually
did
have,
but
I
do
still
have
some
other
concerns
too.
You
know
where
my
property
is
is
directly
across
the
street
from
miss
petapiece's
house.
Q
I
was
concerned
about
a
light,
but
now
seeing
the
diagram
that
the
road
possibly
will
be
at
jasmine.
I
do
have
the
concern
of
a
an
led
sign,
as
there
is
at
the
high
school.
What
are
we
going
to
do
with
sidewalks?
The
sidewalk
stops
almost
at
the
saddlebrook
entrance.
Am
I
going
to
lose
some
of
my
property?
Are
they
going
to
lose
some
of
their
property
to
a
sidewalk?
Q
If
I
do
a
driveway,
am
I
going
to
lose
some
of
my
driveway?
Is
it
going
to
be
torn
up
during
construction?
The
traffic
questions
is
what
really
kind
of
gets
me
that
that's
going
to
be
a
main
entrance
more
than
an
access
road.
Q
Excuse
me
it's
already
kind
of
difficult
because
nobody
does
25
on
king
school.
Now
you
know
when
I
bought
the
property.
Four
years
ago
there
was
no
intention
of
a
school,
at
least
that
I
heard
of
so
I
it
wasn't
my
concern
that
I
was
going
to
be
living
with
a
school
across
the
street
from
my
house,
because
I
will
die
in
my
house
because
I
am
not
moving
again
so
now.
These
kind
of
things
have
been
erased.
Q
So
I
just
like
to
voice
the
concern
of
those
types
of
things
too
and,
as
the
first
speaker
again
said,
with
the
neighborhood,
it's
a
very
quiet
neighborhood
other
than
some
of
the
traffic.
It's
not
terrible.
But
what
will
this
do?
You
know?
What
will
this
do
on
the
weekends
for
different
events
and
different
things
like
that?
What
does
it
do
to
my
property
value?
You
know,
I
don't
know
that
everybody
looks
at
their
home
as
an
investment.
Q
I
think
those
are
kind
of
just
the
generic
concerns
that
I
think
a
lot
of
people
have.
As
mary
lou
said,
I
was
also
blindsided.
Last
saturday,
two
saturdays
ago-
and
I
know,
there's
been
several
social
media
posts
saying
this
has
been
in
works
for
years.
I
do
not
have
kids,
I
do
not
pay
attention
to
what
you
guys
do.
This
is
your
business.
Now
this
directly
affects
me
seeing
the
diagram.
I
am
happy
with
how
everything
looks.
Q
Q
A
Anybody
else
from
the
audience
just
just
to
have
point
out
if
you
notice,
our
architects
were
sitting
in
the
back
taking
notes
this
whole
time,
because
obviously
this
is
great
input
for
them
as
they
further
these
designs
and
bring
it
as
updates
coming
forward.
So
thank
you
for
them.
Your
comments,
any
other
call-ins,
mr
mcauslan.
No.
B
A
K
I
would,
I
would
assume
dan
that
you
and
your
team
would
be
willing
to
join
me
in
a
public
meeting
for
that
neighborhood
group
to
give
feedback
and
ask
questions
yeah,
so
we'll
get
something
scheduled
for.
Let
me
get
school
opened
first
and
once
we
get
things
settled
down,
we
can
put
something
out
there
for
an
input
meeting.
A
H
Just
that
the
the
fundraiser
for
the
golf
tournament
is
september
16th
for
the
library,
the
community
center,
those
kinds
of
things.
So,
if
you
know
anybody
that
wants
to
play,
it
is
dr
walsh
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong,
I
believe
it's
september
16th.
I
don't.
H
Monday,
so
that's
the
big
one
for
the
bethel
park,
library
as
their
liaison.
A
Thank
you,
nothing
else.
Anybody
all
right
move
on
to
our
next
part
is
the
facilities
committee.
We
have
six
items
for
this.
We're
gonna
vote
on
here
tonight.
I'll
read
them
off.
One
is
discussion.
Five
items,
sorry,
five,
six
items,
five
votes.
Thank
you.
Sir.
First
item,
which
is
non-voting,
is
a
discussion
piece
on
the
peter
page
park
project.
The
second
one
will
be
payment
of
independent
middle
school
phase.
One
renovations
third
would
be
property
access
agreement
which
we'll
have
more
information
for
you
here
shortly.
A
Next
item
is
another
ims:
phase
two
renovations
and
the
sixth
one
is
a
warning
of
a
bid
which
we
had
conversation
about
already
at
the
bus
garage,
but
the
first
item's
discussion
on
the
peter
page
park
project.
Ms
sunderland,
give
us
a
little
more
insight
on
that.
Please.
C
Happy
to
do
that,
mr
modric,
so
the
municipality
solicitor
reached
out
to
our
office
recently
to
sort
of
revive
this
discussion
of
a
parcel
of
land
that
is
currently
owned
by
the
school
district
and
the
municipalities
plan
to
use
that
use
or
their
proposal
to
use
a
portion
of
that
land
for
a
storm
water
management
project
that
they
have
planned
for
peter
page
park.
The
portion
of
land
that
the
school
district
owns
is
a
sliver
of
land
that
borders
the
high
school
football
and
baseball
fields.
C
There
have
been
renderings
and
you
know,
and
drawings
drawn
up
that
have
been
provided
to
the
school
district
to
to
show
this
information
and
we're
not
asking
to
vote
on
anything
tonight.
But
that
will
be
provided
prior
to
a
vote.
C
C
There
did
not
appear
to
be
in
opposition
to
the
district
donating
that
small
portion
of
property
to
the
municipality
pursuant
to
the
school
code,
section
that
governs
those
types
of
land
transfers,
but
the
municipality
has
asked
us
to
revive
that
discussion,
and
I
so
I
want
to
throw
it
to
all
of
you,
particularly
new
school
board
members
who
might
need
additional
information
from
the
municipality
to
to
tee
that
up
and
and
move
that
process
forward.
I'm
prepared
to
bring
a
resolution
for
your
review
and
approval.
C
If
there's
not
any
objection
here,
we
could
have
that
on
as
soon
as
august,
23rd.
K
There's
there
has
been
a
change
if
I
could
add
on
to
your
comments,
msundel,
that
the
municipality
is
going
when
they
were
here
in
august
to
where
they
are
now
is
looking
to
take
some
more
involve
more
land
from
the
baseball
field
in
the
project,
but
not,
but
to
restore
it
when
they're
done,
but
the
the.
K
If
you
know,
perky
field,
you
know
it's
prone
to
flooding,
and
so
our
our
district
position
on
this
is
it
could
be
to
our
advantage
if
they
can
resolve
the
water,
runoff
and
drainage
issues
on
that
side
of
the
field
all
the
way
to
the
creek.
It
would
be
to
our
advantage
that
they
would
do
that
work
and
it
would
it
could
impact
it.
H
Dr
welsh
is
that
can
impact
what
the
boosters
and
the
district
has
already
done
to
parking
by
putting
the
hydro
block
in
and
those
kinds
of
things
I
mean
how
much
of
that
is
going
to
be.
H
K
C
G
N
A
C
This
is
exciting,
so
number
three
is
an
access
agreement
and
you
can
click
into
the
document.
I'll
do
a
little
summary
of
it.
It
does
relate
to
the
property
on
king
school
road
that
the
district
in
june,
the
board
had
authorized
an
eminent
domain
taking
of
that
property.
C
Since
that
time,
we've
had
some
very
productive
discussions
with
the
property
owner
and
it's
always
been
the
district's
intention
to
engage
in
a
sale
transaction
versus
an
eminent
domain.
Taking
the
access
agreement
extends
the
amount
of
time
for
the
parties
to
have
those
negotiations
on
sale
price.
C
It
also
permits
the
district
to
go
on
to
the
property
as
long
as
notice
is
provided
so
that
we
so
that
the
district
can
complete
its
construction
tasks,
including
field
surveys,
environmental
assessments
and
it
sets
it
sets
forth
a
time
frame
so
that
we
can
move
those
discussions
forward
as
quickly
as
possible,
but
recognizing
that
the
property
owner
does
want
to
do
some
background
gathering
of
information
on
her
end,
and
so
that,
in
summary,
is
what
the
access
agreement
does
and
I'll
be
happy
to
answer.
Any
questions.
A
So
so,
basically
folks,
you've
heard
tonight
from
our
architects
for
this
project
from
draw
on
their
time
frame.
If
you
look
even
their
diagram
that
was
presented,
they
were
looking
to
have
things
finalized
on
schematic
design
by
mid-september
of
22..
A
A
So
it
keeps
us
on
our
time
frame,
so
we
can
get
this
building
open
at
the
appropriate
time
for
the
school
year
of
25
right.
So
with
that
being
said,
we
will
take
all
the
other
items,
two
three
four
and
five
and
six
on
one
vote.
If
we're
ready
at
this
time,
unless
there's
any
discussions,
I'm
sorry,
you
know
kim
sharon
and
discussion
points.
A
O
Hi,
I
just
wanted
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
how
information
is
presented.
I
I
mean
I
understand
or
docs.
I
can
maneuver
around
some
of
the
software
and
it
is
nice
that
things
are
connected
to
the
meeting
that
has
it
has
positives,
but
it
also
has
negatives
for
a
lot
of
people,
especially
for
people
who
can't
maneuver
around
on
the
computer
as
well
or
perhaps
just
aren't
looking
and
the
addition
of
the
added
piece
off
of
the
the
microsite
off
of
the
school
district
website.
O
I
think
was
a
very
good
idea,
but
I
want
you
to
understand
like
just
if
we
talk
about
this
approval
of
property
resolution,
that's
how
it
was
labeled
on
the
agenda.
If
you
have,
if
you
go,
if
you
watch
the
meeting,
there's
no
discussion
of
what
that
really
was,
but
you
all
voted
on
it.
You
had
to
go
into
the
agenda.
Click
on
it
to
find
out
there
was
this
legal
fouling
about
the
king
school
property.
O
So,
like
somebody
has
to
know
the
meetings
happening,
go
through
the
agenda,
click
on
a
very
small
icon,
and
it
and
there's
really
not
a
lot
of
description.
There
like
what
is
a
property
resolution
to
the
average
bear
out
in
the
community,
and
then
there
are
still
I
mean.
I
know
that,
there's
a
giant
building
going
in
on
king
school.
You
know
I'm
in
where
neil
armstrong
is.
O
So
when
the
link
comes
up
just
as
a
board
doc
error,
they
have
to
then
maneuver
their
way
back
into
the
meeting
into
the
agenda
on
to
the
icon,
so
you're
having
miscommunication,
because
people
are
trying
to
use
the
way
they
feel
comfortable
to
communicate
information
with
each
other
and
and
different
technology
levels
and
age
groups,
and
things
like
that.
So
there's
people
like
a
group
of
people
who
are
trying
to
communicate
on
facebook
and
share
information,
say
hey.
O
This
is
what's
going
on
in
our
community,
this
is
happening
and
then
there
are
people
in
the
community
who
are
older
like
or
I
don't
even
say
older.
There
are
people,
my
age
and
younger
who
still
can't
don't
have
the
technology
skills
and
like
they're,
looking
at
the
almanac,
you
know
or
they're
saying
hey
did
I
get
a
letter
from
dr
walsh.
O
Tells
me
something
about
this
and
then
there's
the
kids,
the
community
members
that
don't
have
children
in
school
they're
not
focused
on
this
at
all,
and
so
but
then
their
kid
calls
them
and
they're.
Like
guess
what
this
is
happening,
I'm
just
saying
some.
There
has
to
be
something
that
says
like
hey.
This
is
out
here
for
people
in
different
areas
of
the
community,
and
the
last
point
I
wanted
to
make
was
you
have
to
watch
the
video.
O
O
A
O
I
just
want
to
point
that
out
where
I
know
I've
had
some
conversations
with
people
about
it
with
vicki
floyd,
like
vicki
flota,
used
to
send
out
a
tentative
like
meeting
information
to
at
least
people
who
were
on
that
contact
list,
and
I
understand
that
you're
trying
to
be
transparent
and
give
us
all
this
information.
I'm
just
trying
to
point
out
ways
that
it's
falling
through
the
cracks
depending
on
technology
levels
of
your
of
the
people
in
the
community
and
just
the
timeliness
of
when
that
information
is
available.
So.
B
G
I
just
like
to
express
very
strong
support
of
having
multiple
facilities
forums
as
we
go
through
this
and
I
I
know
we
had
two
one
online
and
one
in
person,
kind
of,
as
we
were
discussing
the
strategic
plan
and
all
the
options
before
the
newly
elected
board.
Members
were
on
the
board,
but
I
hope
that
this
time
we
do
a
better
job
of
advertising,
those
because
we
had
rather
low
attendance
at
both
of
those,
and
I
think
it
wasn't
so
much
that
people
weren't
interested.
G
G
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
to
marcia
that
to
marsha's
point
that
people
are
aware
of
these
things
that
are
happening,
because
I
think
there
would
be
more
people
that
would
be
interested
and
could
also
provide
more
of
this
good
feedback
that
we're
hearing
now,
because
I
think
everyone
agrees
that
a
lot
of
the
things
that
we
heard
today
are
really
good
and
that
are
like
dr
walsh
said.
Our
architects
can
use-
and
I
think
it'll
be
very
beneficial
for
the
project.
G
Moving
forward
also
want
a
second,
the
comment
about
board
docs,
because
I've
tried
to
share
links
on
there
so
many
times,
and
you
can't
do
it.
There's
no
good
way
to
share
information
from
board
docs.
I
don't
know
an
easy
solution
for
that.
I
don't
know
that
switching
mediums
is
the
answer,
but
if
there's
any
way
that
we
can
figure
out
on
the
it
end,
so
that
we
can
easily
share
information
that
so
community
members
can
tell
other
people
what's
going
on.
I
think
that
would
be
very
beneficial
as
well.
Good
task.
H
I
kind
of
want
to
piggyback
on
the
last
public
comments,
as
you
know,
a
parent
in
this
district.
Now
for
12
years
being
on
the
board
for
three,
the
biggest
thing
I
relied
on
when
I
could
not
attend
a
board
meeting
before
I
was
a
board
member
was
what
vicky
called
her
round
up
and
that
roundup
was
a
lifeline
to
what
was
going
on
in
micro
synopsis
of
what
happened
on
each
line
item
in
the
agenda.
It
may
be
something,
dr
walsh.
H
We
want
to
talk
about
on
a
conference
call
tomorrow
if
they
could
help
us
with
that
situation,
but
I
do
agree
with
you.
We
need
to
get
this
out.
I
think
we
need
to
work
with
lawrence
christian
and
tim
murray
also
to
get
this
out
to
the
community
in
other
ways,
such
as
the
public
library
such
as
the
community
center,
such
as
the
school
house,
those
kinds
of
things
where
people
go
in
and
have
it
posted
publicly.
I
do
agree.
A
Just
one
one
thing
folks,
and
I
know
we
had
a
conversation
last
week
and
it'd-
be
mr
festuca.
We
were
talking
out
there
for
almost
an
hour
and
again
and
why
he
got
involved,
and
I
appreciate
them
glad
to
see
here
again
tonight.
We
have
been
discussing
this
for
over
18
months.
You
know,
a
lot
of
things
have
been
tied
up
with
other
issues.
We've
been
dealing
with
as
a
district
and
as
a
nation
here
with
covet
in
that,
but
this
has
been.
You
know
again.
A
I
appreciate
you
were
saying
you
went
back,
looked
at
the
strategic
planning
and
some
of
this
comments.
You
know
the
process
we
went
through.
Thank
you
for
those
compliments,
because
again
we
have
been
working
on
this
part
of
this
going
through
the
property.
Is
that
you
know
we
are
in
negotiations
in
in
how
do
we
sit
there
and
and
publicly
notify
negotiation?
We're
going
on?
No
business
can
do
that
too
and
again,
but
we're
here.
We
we
have
things
going.
A
Your
points
that
in
the
residence
upper
are
well
taken
you
mister,
draw
a
collective
backer,
was
taking
good
notes
about
everything
they
will
be
meeting.
We
will
be
getting
this
feedback
and
moving
forward.
The
comments
you
made
in
regards
to
working
on
board
docs
trust
me.
We've
all
experienced
that
mr
krom
is
making
his
notes
over
there
and
we'll
see.
We
can
do,
go
back
and
get
that
information
to
you.
But
again,
please
always
don't
hesitate
to
contact
central
administration.
A
Our
emails
are
on
there.
We
try
to
do
our
best
to
respond
the
emails
in
a
quickly
timely
fashion.
Sometimes
it
will
be
from
central,
responding
on
behalf
of
the
board
or
if
it's
individually
board
members
will
respond
individually,
but
you
know
we'll
do
our
best
to
keep
everyone
involved
in
this
loop.
As
we
move
forward,
we've
got
two
big
projects.
Actually,
three
big
projects
going
on
dr
jay's
got
his
thumb
on
the
pulse
of
all
them.
You
can
always
reach
out
to
him
too
he's
available.
His
information
is
on
our
directory.
