C
Thanks
Danny
I
did
review
the
video
and
I
did
see
a
violation
on
the
part
of
the
licensing.
The
employee
was
a
six-year
model
employee
and
he
was
immediately
fired.
However,
I
think
this
is
an
opportunity
for
the
licensee
to
retrain
their
staff.
C
I
would
like
to
see
some
written
documentation
of
a
training
plan
in
writing,
including
de-escalation,
Conflict,
Management,
Patron
interaction,
but
I'd
also
like
to
see
what
we've
been
doing
at
other
licensees
that
have
found
themselves
in
a
similar
situation,
I'd
like
to
see
that
they've
actually
brought
in
trainers,
whether
they're
internal
trainers
or
third-party
trainers,
improve
of
the
training
of
the
staff.
D
A
D
Thing
what
we've
seen
is
having
two
door
people
out
there,
but
one
of
the
biggest
failures
here
was
the
second
door
person
who
wasn't
the
person
who
I
thought
was
the
aggressor,
but
really
did
very
little
to
separate
the
aggressive
employee
from
the
aggressive
Patron
and
then,
after
after
it
had
happened.
I
was
pretty
disturbed
by
the
lack
of
assistance
and
action
on
the
part
of
that
second
door
person
so,
and
not
only
do
I
want
them
to
look
at
the
actions
of
the
the
assailant
door
person,
but
the
the
other.
D
C
A
B
To
the
disposition
of
the
violation,
it
sounds
like:
the
board
wants
to
see
a
plan
in
writing
that
includes
de-escalation,
Conflict,
Management,
Patron
interaction
and
documentation
that
staff
has
been
retrained.
As
for
the
disposition
of
the
violation,
is
this
a
warning?
Is
this
a?
What
is
the
the?
Are
we
treating
the
violation
here.
C
A
B
Violation
with
the
warning,
in
addition
to
what
I
just
stated,
is
there
anything
else
the
board
would
like
to
see
from
this
licensee.
B
Thank
you

This
really
brought
to
light
for
me
the
lack
of
understanding
of
our

which
is
probably
our
fault,
because
we
only
have

I,
see
a

However,
I
really
think
we
could
be
helpful

we

I
saw
a

I
was
concerned
and
I
think
it
it
could
be
appropriate
to
have
them
stop
until
they

It's
been
too
long.
Yeah.
C
Think
they
need
to
remain
closed
in
their

Their

they

Our

the

I,
believe
they
assess
the

some
comments
about
the
BYOB

The
current
BYOB
regulations
were
written
in
such
a
way
to
to
assist
certain
categories
of
licenses
with
the
ability
to
have
alcohol
in
a
way
that
isn't
going
to
be
a
direct
competition
to
certain
neighborhoods
in
the
city
where
they
have
had
to
go
and
purchase
licenses
on
the
open
market.
C
C
D
Yeah
I
am
the
issue
of
the
Fenway
it
you
know,
I,
don't
know
how
well
we've
defined
it,
but
for
me
once
you
cross
the
pike
there
and
you
know
on
Beacon
Street
out
towards
that
way
like
getting
almost
at
Brookline
I.
Just
don't
I,
don't
see
it
as
the
exact
same
neighborhood
as
Fenway,
and
the
idea
that
it
couldn't
be
in
Fenway
was
a
different
kind
of
Zone
and
competition.
So
I
feel
reasonable
that
we
could
allow
it
where
it
is.
Even
though
it's
very
close.
