These
units
will
remain

the
revitalization
of
two
parcels
of
land,

have
been
in
the
city's
inventory
for
the
past
44
years.
The
project
is
expected
to
create
17,000
construction
hours,
which
will
generate
local
job
opportunities,
and
the
sale

these
two
parcels
can
also
be
expected
to
yield
long-term
financial
benefits
to
the
city.
