two
is
being

by
James
Smith
he's
a
senior
environmental
compliance
manager
with
the
real

impact
for
the

in
the

E
Her

We
recommend
the
tentative
developer
designation
of
the
north

music
and
Performing
Arts
Center.
In
particular.
An
impact
proposes
to
renovate
the

preserving
its
historic
character.
E
The
building
will
then
be
open
to
the
public,
where
an
impact
will
offer
its
music
and
performing
arts
educational
programming.
The
vote

The

which
total
one

E
You
may
recall
a
D&D

before
a
PFC
in
April
2018,
to
request
transfer
of
these
surplus
parcels

an

their

education
programming.
Space
summary:
if
PFC
approves
the
boat
request
and
result
with
following
public
benefits.
E
Well,
the
property
will
be
leased
for
$1
per
year
up
to
30
years,
an
impact
will
invest
over
400,000
and
a
historically
sensitive
restoration
of
the
buildings
meet
their
programming
needs
and,
finally,
an
impact
will
be
responsible
for
the
operation
and
maintenance
of
the
building
during
the
lease
allowing
the
city
to
forego
costs
and
liabilities
of
maintaining
the
property
during
the
lease
term.
We
expect
to
close
on
the
lease
within
a
year
I'm
here
to
answer
any
questions

may
have.
Thank
you.
