So,
based
on
the

the
configuration
of
the

services
and
soundness
of
Aesthetics
and
appeal
of
the
space.
F
B
I'm
worried
about
suicide,
basically
gross
lease
includes
all
of
the
costs
and
so
for
the
Triple
net.
Lease
means
for
additional
costs,
whether
it's.
G
Oh
I'm,
sorry
Larry,
we
don't
do
real
estate
and
PFD.
So
the
the
it
is,
it's
all
cost
included
and
it's
fine.
B
B
That's
all
right
questions,
no
questions,
commissioner.
Thank
you
motion.
Google
close.
Second,
all
in
favor
all
right.

in
a

as
well.
This

the

of
the
of
the
building
before
we
put
up
the
scaffolding
next,
please
thank
you
here
on
the
top
Center,
you
can
see
the
the
existing
Plaza
in
the

You
can

of
the

up
at
the
top
right
is
the

the

columns
and
the
upper
floors
of
the
building,
and
then
the

next
slide.
Please.
D
This
is
a
rendering
of
the
North
Plaza.
As
in
our
design,
we
worked
with
the
The
Branding
Representatives
over
at
City
Hall
to
discuss
the
The
Branding
of
the
building.
We
have
the
city
of
Boston
26,
Court
Street
there
at
the
front
on
the
Planters.
These
are
new
Planters
there.
We
also
have
accessible
Pathways
from
both
directions.
D
D
Next,
please,
this
is
a
section
of
the
building,
so
public
facilities
department
is
scheduled
to
be
on
the
top
two
floors,
followed
by
three
floors
for
the
mayor's
office
of
Housing,
and
then
we'll
have
five
floors
for
offices
for
various
City
departments,
as
well
as
some
shared
meeting
spaces,
where
people
could
gather,
perhaps
for
lunch
or
for
an
internal
meeting
or
an
external
meeting.
There'll
be
a
variety
of
conference
rooms
that
can
be
signed
out
and
then
the
the
first
floor
is
the
public
area.
D
When
we
enter
we
come
into
the
main
lobby,
we
go
through
security,
and
then
we
come
up
to
the
mayor's
office
of
housing.
Meeting
areas
for
meeting
with
the
public
and
some
private
areas,
there'll
be
additional
public
transaction
space.
There
will
be
the
the
bid
counter
that
serves
both
the
public
facilities
and
the
mayor's
office
of
Housing,
and
then
they'll
be
the
transformed
meeting
room
all
right
next,
please-
and
this
shows
a
little
bit
about
land
restoration
of
the
exterior
right.
Now
we
have
the
Hoist
is
up
at
the
back
of
the
building.
D
We
have
scaffolding
up
all
around
the
building,
they're
just
finishing
putting
up
the
of
the
scrim
on
the
front
of
the
building,
we're
starting
the
the
wash
down
and
the
pointy
of
joints
and
cast
iron
grinding
and
priming.
D
So
we're
taking
off
as
much
of
the
the
staining
as
we
can
to
an
appropriate
level,
I'm
working
with
the
historic
consultant
and
then
at
the
right
hand,
side
is
just
some
of
the
details
that
the
historic
Consultants
called
out
for
different
areas
of
restoration
and
what
needs
to
be
done
for
you
know:
Stone,
repairs
and
cleaning
I
think
that's
our.
E
D
D
Oh,
we
got
one
more
okay,
this
is
it
for
the
cast
iron.
On
the
left-hand
side,
you
can
see
some
of
the
cast
iron,
some
of
it's
more
simple,
some
of
it's
more
decorative
they've,
looked
at
different
methods,
for
you
know
removing
of
the
scaling
and
the
paint
and
the
cast
iron
contractor
comes
in
and
primes
it
and
then
the
painter
comes
back
and
does
his
his
primary
painting
work
and
over
at
the
right
are
some
of
the
the
details
there
for
the
cast
iron
restoration.
D
Okay,
so
the
city
publicly
advertised
for
the
owner's
project
management
Services
through
an
RFQ
process
pursuant
to
chapter
149,
section
44,
a

D
The

was

The
opmp

based
on
an
estimated

120

D
B
One
quick
question:
the
previous
OPM
contract
is
based
on
a
72
million
dollar
construction
cost.
Today
we're
talking
120
million.
It's
a
60
increase
of
reasons
for
the
increase.
D
Yeah
there
there
were
a
lot
of
Market
increases
during
the
during
the
pandemic,
with
significant
inflation
and
construction
prices
over
the
the
last
couple
of
years.
In
addition,
there
are
a
number
of
you
know,
structural
and
foreseen
items
such
as
at
the
where
the
hollow
sidewalks
are
supported.
As
we
did,
you
know
more
investigation,
you
know
into
the
building
became
apparent
that
more
extensive
Renovations
were
going
to
be
required
and,
in
addition,
I
think.
B
Glad
to
see
this
moving
forward,
I
know
this
has
been
going
on
for
a
bit
of
time.
So
it's
about
it.
No
question
