Meeting is compliant with the ralph and brown act as amended by the california assembly bill number 361, effective september 16 2021, providing for a public health emergency exception to the standard teleconference rules required by the brown act. The purpose of this is to provide a safe environment for the public staff and council members, while allowing for public participation.

The public may address the council using exclusively remote public comment options. The council may take action on any item listed in the agenda. Members of the public may view the city council meeting by logging into the zoom webinar listed below city council meetings can also be viewed, live and or on demand via the city's youtube channel youtube.com forward, slash, brisbane ca or on comcast channel 27.

Archived videos can be replayed on the city's website. Brisbanec.Org forward slash meetings. The city council will be an exclusively virtual meeting. The agenda materials may be viewed online at brisbanec.org at least 24 hours prior to a special meeting and at least 72 hours prior to a regular meeting meeting participants are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of the meeting said from commenting while in the zoom webinar.

Hi moving on to oral communications number one: do we have any member of the public wishing to make a public comment on any item? That's not on tonight's agenda. We have none metamer. All right, then, can I get a first and second to approve the consent. Calendar item a please.

Hi, moving on to mayor council matters, uh city manager, our our item on this is uh city council meeting schedule.

Yeah um fingers can we put that on the screen.

The the only um change that we are proposing is that we believe there's going to be a timing issue with notification from the county on the election, so we're suggesting that we move the december meeting to the 15th, which is a regular meeting and that we not have it on the the eighth. Otherwise um the calendar is the same.

I think the only other thing that we put on here um is something that we do annually and that's a november 17th meeting we have a reorganization workshop, that's open to the public and that's uh prior to the regular council meeting.

um I just want to check in um tom. Is it going to be all right for me to attend this november 17th meeting from australia? Yes, thank you.

Does anyone else at this time know of schedule conflict to do december, 15th.

You know I don't have any conflicts for december 15th, but I will be out of the country, um I believe I'm leaving on the 26th of september coming back um middle of october, so I will miss one of the council meetings and so I I will be out of the country. Are there any issues with attending meetings?

If I'm out of the country.

No they're not we have to do proper notice, but know that otherwise, no okay, great okay. So then I can't attend any meeting and I can vote as well.

We received a correspondence from dana dilworth on the 25th about the 2023 housing element for planning commission to install a warm water wellness. Regarding the resolution of the mickelson therapy pool and michelle salmon an update on high-speed rail environmental impact, okay.
