B
B
A
First,
I
would
like
to
acknowledge
that
we
have
a
couple
of
new
community
members
and,
if
you
guys
like,
I
would
really
appreciate
if
you
could
introduce
yourselves
and
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
yourselves
and
we
could
do
the
same,
and
if
you
can
also
mention
why
you
joined
the
idea
committee
and
what
you
would
like
us
to
call
you.
That
would
be
great.
So
I
guess
we
could
start
with
a
christian.
C
Hi
thanks
for
having
me
everyone.
My
name
is
christian,
I'm
with
lyrical
opposition
here
in
downtown
brisbane.
I
joined
this
committee
because
I
would
like
to
further
the
progress
of
diversity
and
inclusion,
as
well
as
more
bypoc
communities
here
and
to
help
advance
that
yes,
thanks
for
having
me
great.
D
I'm
miyoko
and
I've
been
living
in
brisbane
for
10
years
and
I
feel
that
it's
important
for
all
the
people
in
the
city
of
brisbane
to
feel
included
with
everything.
So
I
just
feel
that
that's
important
yeah.
A
All
right,
thank
you
miracle.
I
guess
I
can
start
off
with
the
pre-existing
members,
so
my
name
is
william.
I'm
the
chair
of
the
committee.
I've
only
been
in
brisbane
since
about
january,
but
when
I
first
moved
here,
I
realized
that
it
was
such
a
great
place
to
be,
and
I
really
wanted
to
give
back
and
when
I
found
out
about
the
the
academy,
especially
given
everything
that's
been
going
on
the
last
couple
years
with
the
various
hate
crimes
that's
been
going
on
with
minority
groups,
especially
of
asian
descent.
A
A
E
Sure
thanks
cheerlock,
so
first
of
all
welcome
christian
welcome,
myoko
glad
to
have
you
on
board.
F
And
this.
E
Is
actually
our
third
meeting
now
and,
as
you
might
have
caught
up,
we
have
defined
so
far
the
you
know,
collectively
and
collaboratively
what
our
interpretations
are
of
these
elements:
diversity,
equity,
inclusion
and,
of
course,
accountability.
E
So,
just
to
follow
up
on
what
sherlock
was
saying,
yeah
brisbane
is
a
lovely
city.
You
know
we
are
blessed
with
great
climate
and
it's
perfect
location
and
it's
it's
a
definitely
a
great
place
to
live
and
even
raise
a
family,
two
kids
of
my
own,
both
teenagers
and
the
more
diversity.
There
is
the
more
opportunities
there
are
for
everyone
here
and
the
more
everyone
feels
included.
E
You
know
the
better,
it's
gonna
get,
it's
there's
a
lot
of
strength
in
numbers
and
basically
you
know
you
know
what
we
will
be
attempting
to
do
with
this
committee
is
to
harness
the
collective
strengths
of
the
diversity
within
our
population.
You
know,
as
our
national
mother
goes
see,
pluribus
and
a
little
bit.
E
You
know
in
diversity
that
is
strength
and
that's
what
this
is
all
about,
and
in
addition
to
that
also,
you
know
enabling
everyone
to
have
that
they
have
equal
opportunity
and
ensuring
that
everyone
feels
included
in
every
and
that's
the
recommendations
we
intend
to
make
to
the
staff
who
have
been
very
cooperative
and
very
helpful
and
like
chair
lock.
I
hope
we
can
move
the
needle
and
make
a
positive
difference
and
have
a
lasting
impact
in
the
city
so
over
to
you
alex.
G
Yes,
hi
everyone,
I'm
alex
horton.
I've
lived
in
brisbane
now
for
about
a
year.
Similarly
like
new,
like
some
others
and
very
excited
to
be
here,
I
think
what
really
inspired
me
to
want
to
join
the
committee.
I
worked
my
day.
Job
is
with
the
genentech
foundation
and
I
get
to
spend
a
lot
of
my
time.
G
Thinking
about
how
philanthropy
can
support
diversity,
equity
and
inclusion
and
anti-racism,
particularly
in
increasing
the
diversity
and
stem
workforce,
and
it's
an
area
that
I'm
pretty
passionate
about
and
so
having
an
opportunity
to
bring
that
passion
and
experience
to
my
home
community.
You
might
have
might
have
seen
my
daughter.
G
She
just
turned
two,
and
so
it's
become
really
important
for
me
to
create
a
community
that
is
both
allowing
her
to
become
the
best
person
she
can
be,
but
is
also
making
sure
that
all
of
the
children
in
brisbane
have
those
opportunities,
and
so
just
really
grateful
that
this
committee
even
exists
and
excited
to
work
with
you
all
to
to
push
forward
some
agendas
around
increasing
diversity,
equity
inclusion
and
accountability
and
I'll
hand
it
over
to.
H
You
diane,
oh
hi,
my
name
is
diane
osito.
I
decided
to
apply
for
this
committee
because
I
was
always
in
the
past.
I
I
live.
I've
been
living
in
brisbane
for
over
10
years
and
I
really
love
being
here
forever.
I
love
the
city
and
then
but
I
never.
I
never
wanted
to
share
my
opinion.
H
I
was
always
afraid
as
a
minority
and
because
I
didn't
want
to
stand
out,
I
didn't
want
to
share
my
opinion
and
I
didn't
want
to
you
know,
get
attacked
because
of
my
sharing
my
own
opinion,
but
since
I
loved
brisbane
and
then
I
had
a
chance
to
work
with
some
immigration
and
then
started
to
think
you
know,
I
feel
I
I
want
to
share
my
opinion
and
I
I
wanted
to
kind
of
make
more
awareness
of
minority
and
diversity
and
then
feel
more
safe
to
live
in
brisbane.
H
That's
what
I
kind
of
you
know
started
to
feel.
I
need
to
change
myself
and
I
wanted
to
feel
more
like
proud
of
myself
for
being
in
a
minor
reading
and
and
stand
up
to
share
more
interesting
opinion
and
have
fun
with
others.
A
All
right,
thank
you
so
much
everyone,
I'm
sure
we're
gonna
have
a
lot
more
opportunity,
we'll
get
to
know
each
other
as
the
next
two
years
kind
of,
but
in
the
meantime
staff,
if
you
don't
mind
roll
call,
please.
F
B
Boosters
please
say
I.
C
A
C
A
A
A
Thank
you
so
much
everyone.
Now,
let's
move
on
to
the
next
segment
of
our
meeting
today.
Is
there
a
member
of
the
public
wishing
to
make
a
public
comment.
A
A
At
our
last
meeting,
we
were
discussing
the
community,
the
committee's
responsibilities
and
through
that,
what
we
felt
the
definition
of
inclusion,
diverse
diversity,
equity
and
accountability
means
to
the
committee
staff
report.
If
you
could
kind
of
just
go
over
what
we
did
last
time,
especially
for
the
new
members.
B
Have
been
read
by
our
legal
counsel
and
he
felt
like
there
he
he
felt
that
in
his
opinion
there
should
be
nothing
wrong
using
you
know
those
different
sources
and
defining
these
terms
accordingly.
H
B
So
inclusion
definition
is
an
active
state
of
being
valued,
respected
and
supported
that
focuses
on
the
needs
of
every
individual
and
ensures
the
right
conditions
are
in
place
for
each
person
to
achieve
their
full
potential
while
harming
none
diversity.
A
broad
array
of
differences
in
identity
perspective,
skill
and
style,
equity
practices
and
policies
that
are
just
transparent
and
consistent,
which
identify
and
eliminate
barriers
preventing
the
full
participation
of
all
groups,
accountability,
defining
metrics,
taking
measurements
and
reporting
that
progress
under
and
reporting
that
progress
on
a
regular
basis,
as
it
relates
to
inclusion,
diversity
and
equity.
A
Yeah,
so
I
think
it's
great
that
we
have
two
new
community
members
here.
So
this
is
what
we
did
two
months
ago
in
staff
can
remind
me
if
my
memory's
a
little
hazy,
but
I
think
we
had
pretty
much.
A
So
if
you
don't
mind,
I'm
sorry
for
calling
on
you
both
of
you
but
christian,
now
that
you've
kind
of
taken
a
look
at
the
definitions,
kind
of
whether
to
gather
your
thoughts.
D
I
I
think
it
looks,
I
think
it
looks
great,
but
I'm
wondering
if
we
should
look
at
maybe
a
website
in
washington
dc
to
see
maybe
what
the
nation,
the
nation's
capital
is,
is
doing
as
far
as
inclusion
and
diversity
to
see.
If
I
mean
all
this
looks
very
full
and
whole,
but
I'm
just
I'm
just
wondering
if
looking
at
a
a
couple
websites
in
dc
would
be
held.
A
Wait:
staff,
I
think,
can
you
remind
me
of
which
sources
we
pulled
this
from?
I
know
that
the
bill
and
linda
gates
foundation
was
one
in
a
couple.
Local
sources
right.
H
H
G
And
we
also
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
helpful,
we
we
internally
have
sort
of
have
a
much
more
robust
definition,
working
definitions,
and
I
don't
know
if
we
can
share
those
as
well
but
made
the
decision
for
like
externally
facing
purposes
to
keep
it
shorter,
broader.
But
then,
as
we're
like
getting
into
the
nitty-gritty
of
the
work,
we
have
sort
of
fleshed
out
much
more
like
what
this
means
in
practice.
A
Yeah
I
want
to
add
to
that
by
kind
of
more
in
depth.
We
were
really
for
certain,
like
inclusion,
especially
we
really
dived
into
what
certain
groups
actually
meant
and
what
like
each
person
meant.
So
that's.
These
are
just
pretty
much
overarching
guidelines
that
we
want
city,
council
and
the
idea
committee
to
really
concern
moving
forward,
but
we
last
meeting
we
did
talk
about
more
detailed
analysis
of
what
we
did
want
to
do
and
yeah
like.
A
So
what.
A
A
A
So
should
we
take
a
vote
on
whether
we
should
push
this
to
the
next
meeting
again
or,
if,
oh
christian,
what
do
you
think
sorry
to
put
you
on
the
spot.
C
For
me,
at
first
glance,
it
looks
very
clear
and
concise.
It's
straight
to
the
point.
It
sounds
very
inclusive
and
diverse
and
equitable.
So
to
me
it
does-
and
I
think
it's
a
great
starting
point-
and
I
feel
like
these
are
very
impactful
things
that
are
on
this
document
and
yeah.
It's
a
good.
These
four
seem
pretty
powerful
to
me.
A
So,
as
a
committee,
how
should
we
perceive
yoko?
Do
you
want
to
table
this
and
kind
of
consider
the
dc
stuff?
Was
there
anything
in
particular
that
you
saw
that
was
problematic
or
you
just
wanted
to
kind
of
compare
and
contrast.
B
Okay,
I
could
bring
that
back
if
there
is
any
content
from
that
particular
entity.
Also,
I
could
bring
back
like
the
internal
definition,
because
maybe
that
could
be
also
incorporated
into
it,
like
the
new
information.
A
So,
just
to
be
sure,
are
you
talking
about
the
city
of
dc
or
more
so
the
federal
government.
D
I
guess
I
guess
both
but
again
I
think
it
looks.
I
think
it
looks
great.
I
just
you
know
with
little
that
I
know
I
just.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
there's
nothing
that
we're
missing,
but
it
doesn't
look
like
there's
anything
missing.
D
And
I
thought
maybe
it
would
be
kind
of
interesting
to
see
what
dc
is
doing
because
they're,
a
pretty
diverse
city
in
general,.
D
F
D
That
california
isn't
diverse,
but
dc
is
definitely
the
second
most
liberal
city
in
the
united
states.
But
but
again
it
looks
it
looks
great.
It
was
just
an
idea.
A
B
B
We
don't
need
to
vote,
we
could
just
continue
it
until.
A
A
That
case
next
time,
all
right-
I
guess
in
that
case,
for
the
next
meeting
we
could
look
into
what
dc
is
doing
and
then
bring
back
the
internal
discussions
that
we
had
and
then
hopefully,
by
the
next
meeting.
We
can
really
agree
to
the
definitions
of
what
inclusion,
diversity,
equity
and
accountability
means.
As
a
committee.
H
And
maybe
mio
call
you
can
you
can
access
to
the
sources
that
we
based
and
we
we
kind
of
read
to
create
this
definitions?
It's
I
think
the
link
in
grid
provided
on
the
agenda
report.
B
H
E
H
D
B
The
staff
report
is
staff
report
is
like
what
is
currently
being
discussed
during
the
meeting,
and
I
believe
that
was
emailed
to
you,
as
well
as
the
link
to
the
actual
council.
Like
idea,
committee
packet.
B
F
B
A
Well,
ingrid,
would
it
be
possible
to
show
this
week's
agenda
packet,
which
has
all
that.
I
And
since
ingrid's
bringing
that
up,
I
just
wanted
to
remind
the
committee
that
at
our
last
meeting
you
have
wanted
to
see
what
the
community
thought
about
these
definitions.
That's
just
trying
to
get
a
pulse
of
if
the
community
members
that
wanted
to
look
at
the
definitions
agreed
with
them
or
had
suggestions,
and
so
we
did
include
the
definitions
that
were
just
shared
on
the
idea
committee
page
at
brisbanestate.org
idea,
and
there
was
a
link
to
a
google
form
that
you
could
vote
if
you
agreed
or
if
not.
I
I
So,
in
the
meantime,
I
can
also
maybe
do
another
plug
for,
since
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
definitions
again
next
meeting
try
and
see
if
anyone
else
wanted
to
chime
in.
Do
you
think.
F
B
A
Can
you
click
on
that
right,
arrow,
right?
Okay,
that
works
perfect.
B
So,
each
item
here
a
b
c
and
d,
if
there's
any
pertinent
information
that
needs
to
be
shared,
we
usually
attach
it
here.
For,
for
this
part,
this
is
the
minutes
that
are
supposed
to
be
reviewed
by
committee
members
before
the
vote
and
those.
B
May
and
then
the
gender
report
typically
looks
like
this
in
terms
of
its
template
and
as
you
can
see,
it
corresponds
to
kind
of
like
the
agenda,
title
item
title
and
there's
usually
a
discussion
about
the
purpose.
The
recommendation,
why
it's
being
recommended
by
staff
what's
being
recommended
by
staff,
the
background
and
then
discussion
kind
of
like
what
is
in
this?
What
we
would
like
committee
members
to
discuss
and
then
there's
a
fiscal
impact.
F
D
B
Thanks
for
asking
it's,
luckily,
it's
only
13
pages.
Sometimes
the
packets
are
a
lot
more
in
terms
of
our
council
package.
That
is,
but
let
me
know
if
you
have
any
questions
regarding
the
material
or
anything
you
know
any
any
attachment
within,
like
the
policies
and
procedures
of
the
committee,
I'm
very
much
available.
B
Yeah,
you
could
discuss
like
any
item.
Agendas.
You'd,
like
you
know,
during
the
meeting,
but
also
you
could
work
with,
or
email
myself
and
share
locked
to
make
suggestions.
J
And,
according
to
the
brown
act,
you
can
only
talk
about
things
that
have
already
been
posted
on
the
agenda,
so
you
really
can't
carry
on
a
conversation.
That's
something
not
on
the
agenda.
The
reason
being
is
we
want
to
make
sure
that
other
people
from
the
public
are
interested
in
it
that
they
have
an
opportunity
to
speak
on
it
before
it's
fully
discussed
right
with
the
group.
J
A
A
And
then
stuart
anyway,
have
the
two
newest
committee
members
been
through
the
brown
act?
I
guess
inauguration.
B
Discussions,
but
if
christian
and
miyoko
would
like,
like
a
formal
orientation,
I'd
be
glad
to
do
that
I'll.
Send
you
all
an
email
and
discuss
kind
of
like
what
you
would
want
to
go
over.
A
All
right,
thank
you.
So
much
all
right.
So
I
think
it
kind
of
looks
like
the
first
item
of
business,
defining
what
I
idea
means
as
a
committee.
We're
gonna
continue
that
discussion
next
week
when
or
next
month.
Sorry
when
we
review
additional
sources
from
the
city,
the
district
of
columbia
and
the
federal
government
and
we'll
bring
back
the
some
of
the
other
definitions
that
we
had
done
internally
and
hopefully
by
the
next
meeting,
we
can,
as
a
committee
vote
on
having
the
definitions
approved
to
be
reviewed.
A
But
I
guess,
if
it
does
change,
you'll
have
to
be
reviewed
again
by
just
to
the
attorney
for
final
approval,
and
then
we
can
formally
declare
those
as
the
definitions.
A
I
was
hoping
to
kind
of
bring
back
another
old
business
which
last
meeting
we
were
talking
about,
the
creating
subcommittees,
which
is
one
thing:
that's
given
to
committees.
We're
allowed
to
create
subcommittees
where
we
split
off
into
small
groups,
and
we
focus
on
very,
I
guess,
narrow
goals
within
the
committee,
and
I
think,
last
time
we
were
talking
about
two
possible
subcommittees.
One
was
policy
making
and
one
was
more
event
planning
and
community
outreach.
A
So
if
we
could
get
staff
report
on
that,
just
for
everyone's
benefit.
J
I
think
angry
wants
me
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
policy
development
first
before
you
talk
about
the
subcommittee
itself,
so
let
me
share
my
screen.
J
When
you
talk
about
public
policy
matters,
the
first
thing
you
really
want
to
do
is
to
find
the
problem
that
you're
trying
to
solve.
So
you
have
to
know
what
is
happening
that
we
want
to
change.
An
example
of
a
problem
could
be
something
like
there
are
too
many
potholes
in
the
street.
That's
a
problem
that
we
we
know
what
the
problem
is
it's
easy
to
define.
J
J
Is
this
you
know
in
the
case
of
too
many
potholes?
Is
the
street
base
not
thick
enough?
Is
it
you
know?
Did
you
not
have
the
right
street
discreet
face
down
growing
up
in
new
york?
Is
it
because
there's
too
much
freezing
happening
so
when
you
have
a
small
crack
water
gets
into
it,
it
freezes
it
expands.
It
expands
contracts
and
expands
contracts.
You
get
a
pothole,
it
eats
so
that
eats
the
volkswagen
bugs
my
understanding
at
some
point
and
then
the
other
question
is
have
the
road
repair
has
not
been
done
properly.
J
J
Once
some
causes
are
determined,
can
can
you
work
on
what
can
fix
the
issue
and
then
the
extra
last
question
is:
does
the
solution
make
it
better?
There
are
a
lot
of
times
that
we
solve
problems
that
doesn't
actually
make
anything
better,
and
if
so-
and
this
is,
I
think,
important
for
what
your
committee
is
talking
about
is
if
it
does
make
it
better,
for
whom
does
it
make
it
better
for
everybody
or
just
a
select
group
of
people?
J
J
So
I
I
especially
when
you're
talking
about
equity
and
diversity
and
inclusion,
how
you
define
your
problem
is
going
to
potentially
create
what
kinds
of
solutions
are
out
there
for
you.
What
information
do
you
need
to
determine
the
cause?
How
easy
is
it
to
get
to
the
information
and
are
there
suitable
proxies
for
information?
J
What
are
the
costs
of
solutions?
You
always
need
to
you
know,
especially
as
a
city
there's
a
there's,
a
finite
amount
of
money
that
we
can
spend
and
resources,
and
then,
where
have
the
solutions
been
been
tried
before?
What
were
the
results
and
the
results
repeatable
in
government?
We
often
look
to
what
other
cities
are
doing.
What
other
agencies
are
doing
to
find
our
solutions.
J
J
So
what
are
the
policies
that
you,
as
a
committee,
think
need
to
be
looked
at
and
studied
and
make
suggestions
on
would
be
one
aspect
of
the
work
plan.
Another
aspect
of
the
work
plan
that
you've
talked
about
is
what
kinds
of
events
or
functions
are
associated
with
inclusion,
diversity,
equity
and
accountability.
J
I
apologize
for
my
throat
if
we
incorporate
these
concepts
with
existing
events
so
right
now
we
do
something
like
day
in
the
park.
So
if
you
want
to
take
a
look
at,
you
know,
how
do
you
make
day
in
the
park
more
inclusive
or
more
or
have
an
equity
aspect
of
it
or
inclusion
aspect
of
it?
You
would
want
to
work
with
the
parks
and
recreation
commission
who's
already
putting
that
on.
J
Also
there's,
you
know.
Other
committees
that
you
may
want
to
be
looking
at
partnering
with
is
the
open
space
and
ecology
committee,
the
public
art
committee.
You
know
at
some
point
we're
going
to
have
more
public
art
in
the
community,
and
you
know
you,
as
a
committee
might
want
to
talk
about
what
is
inclusion
in
public
art
mean
what
does
equity
and
public
art
mean
complete
streets
is
another
committee
that
talks
about
what
is
our
street
infrastructure?
How
does
it
work
for
walking?
How
does
it
work
for
bikes?
J
The
work
plan
process
you
develop
a
work
plan,
it's
developed,
you
know
you
could
develop
in
subcommittees
and
that
you
know
that
gives
you
an
ability
to
spend
more
time
on
the
items.
Once
you
look
at
stuff
in
the
subcommittee,
you
review
it
by
the
full
committee.
You
then
discuss
what
your
work
plan
is
with
your
council
liaisons,
which
are
cliff
lentz
and
madison
davis,
and
then
once
everybody
is
happy
with
the
work
plan.
It's
presented
to
the
whole
council
for
their
review
and
agreement.
J
J
You
review
various
alternatives,
request
staff
refer
the
research
and
then
the
committee
brings
the
idea
and
solutions
forward
to
the
whole
committee.
So
it's
not
that
the
whole
community
doesn't
review
them
at
some
point.
It's
just
that!
There's
a
more
study
done
in
the
subcommittee
and
so
with
the
whole
committee.
F
F
J
And
I
know
at
this
point
you
know-
I
think
the
next
item
is
talking
about
some
of
the
events
that
the
city
has
put
on
which
the
city
which
the
committee
asked
for-
and
I
think
caroline's
going
to
talk
about
that
as
well
as
talking
about
the
results
of
a
parks
and
recreation
survey.
That
I
think
the
county
committee
also
talked
briefly
about.
I
Great,
so
thanks,
stuart
I'll
just
share
my
screen
to
go
over
the
link
that
I
believe
was
included
in
the
email
that
had
the
agenda
packet,
but
this
is
the
parking
rack
section
of
the
website
and
their
special
events
page
lists
out
all
their
annual
events.
Stuart
mentioned
the
day
in
the
park,
but
you
can
see
the
ones
that
happen
annually
here
that
you
may
have
either
been
to
or
heard
about,
or
will
be
going
to.
I
So
I
think
yeah
right
now,
they're
looking
for
more
volunteers
for
habitat
restoration
day
on
saturday,
but
anyways.
These
are
the
ones
that
the
community
talked
about
a
little
bit
in
one
of
our
initial
meetings
of
just
like
who
goes
to
the
events,
and
it
was
kind
of
asked
during
just
talking
about
events.
What's
like
the
breakdown
and
even
though
the
city
doesn't
necessarily
keep
tabulation
of
that
sort
of
data.
I
At
these
events,
we
could
infer
from
the
results
of
the
park
and
rec
needs
assessment
survey
that
just
was
closed
at
the
end
of
june.
I
believe
the
park
and
rec
commission
did
have
the
results
shared
at
their
last
commission
meeting
earlier
this
month,
and
so
the
last
few
questions
were
about
the
more
demographic
questions
and
although
they
don't
necessarily
talk
about
events
per
se,
but
we
can
just
see
who
answered
the
survey.
I
So
let
me
share
this
slide
that
noreen
the
parks
and
rec
director
put
together
and
shared
question.
19
322
were
added
and
they
talked
about
just
the
gender,
the
person
taking
the
survey.
So
on
all
the
questions
there
was
a
prefer
not
to
state,
so
we
had
mostly
female
respondents
for
the
survey.
I
think
the
total
number
of
respondents
is
a
180
seven
and
then
is
that
right.
I
I
184
sorry,
yes,
184!
Thank
you
and
then
members
of
the
household
you
see
mostly
adults
and
then
ethnicity,
we're
curious
about
just
how
this
aligned
with
we
shared
the
demographic
information
for
the
city
itself.
And
so
I
just
looked
back
at
that
about
us
page
on
our
website.
And
it's
you
see
like
60
who
answered
this
survey
are
white
and
according
to
the
2020
census,
we
had
43.8.
I
So
it's
a
differential
of
about
16,
29
percent,
who
answered
the
survey,
was
were
identified
as
asian
and
32
according
to
the
census
identified
as
asian
and
that's
about
three
percent
differential
and
then
for
hispanic,
15
or
10
percent
who
answered
the
park
and
rec
survey,
but
that
by
hispanic
or
latino
and
the
census
was
pretty
close
to
with
13.3
percent
so
about
2.7
differentials.
I
thought
that
was
interesting
to
see
that
it
doesn't
align
perfectly,
but
generally
it
does
and
then
the
last
question
had
the
most
prefer
not
to
state.
I
A
I
Oh,
I
hadn't
gotten
to
out
that
yet,
but
the
median
for
the
city
about
us
paid,
I
believe,
was
one.
Oh,
my
gosh.
Let
me
just
stop
sharing.
F
A
I
think
that
just
means
that
people
will
make
more
are
more
willing
to
admit
that
unfortunately,
but
I
did
like
the
other
numbers
that
were
given,
that
was
really
insightful.
I
Yeah,
so
that
was
just
what
we
wanted
to
share
in
regards
to
the
events
and
just
in
relation
to
what
had
been
talked
about
previously
the
results
of
that
survey.
I
I
know
that
the
park
and
direct
commercial
are
going
to
be
studying
that
in
their
subcommittees
the
results
of
the
survey,
that
is,
they
have
a
lot
of
different
subcommittee's
events
being
one
of
them
as
well,
but
also
just
in
terms
of
the
survey
of
how
to
reach
beyond
who
answered
and
thinking
about
more
creative
ways
of
doing
that,
which
is
very
much
what
we've
been
talking
about
as
well.
A
Well,
I
kind
of
had
more
of
a
logistical
question
so
for
the
sub
communities
do
they
meet
publicly?
Is
it
kind
of
the
same
forum
and
then
did
we
decide
on
a
time?
How
does
that
work.
J
J
E
Stuart
just
one
comment
regarding
the
additional
slides
that
you
presented,
so
thank
you
for
sharing
that
in
terms
of
process,
the
scope
for
the
different
subcommittees
for
and
as
it
relates
to
the
ideas
committee
here
very
helpful.
Only
thing
I
wanted
to
point
out
was
in
the
events.
Accountability
would
does
not
need
to
be
included.
You
know
we
will
be.
The
subcommittee,
I
would
imagine,
would
focus
on
events
related
to
id
and
e
accountability
is
more
means.
E
As
we
talked
about
the
previous
meeting
of
reporting
and
account
and
holding
you
know,
having
some
sort
of
accountability
in
terms
of
the
impact
that
we're
making
relative
to
those
three
dimensions:
intrusion,
diversity
and
equity.
E
But
that
was
very
helpful,
so
thank
you
and
yeah
yeah,
I'm
looking
forward
to
receiving
those
slides
as
well,
so
it
will
help
the
subcommittee's
function.
A
So
I
was
really
hoping
that
we
have
two
subcommittees:
that
we
really
want
to
get
committee
members
in
not
sure
how
everyone
wants
to
do
this.
Is
there
we.
E
A
It
sounds
good
just
to
kind
of
because
christian
and
you
are
new,
if
you
wouldn't
mind,
I
would
love
to
hear
which
committee
they
would
prefer
to
be
on,
and
then
we
can
go
from
there.
C
A
So
we
have
two
subcommittees:
one,
that's
mostly
dealing
with
policy
making
and
the
other
one's
more
focused
on
community
outreach
and
events.
So
the
policy
making
would
be
more
in
line
with
advising
city
council
on
certain
things
that
should
be
implemented
within
the
city
and
then
the
other
one
focuses
more.
Like
mangash
said
on
the
the
first
three
letters
of
idea
and
the
last
one,
I
guess
really
does
speak
more
to
accountability
of
the
entire
city
as
a
whole
through
policies.
A
Miyoko
is
there
a
preference
for
you.
D
I
definitely
like
both,
but
I
think
I
would
like
to
try
the
public
policy,
because
I
think
that's
something
new
for
me.
A
Right,
I
think
we're
one
to
one.
So
that's
great
for
me.
I
could
do
either
one
so
if
anyone
else
has
a
strong
preference
for
one
or
another,
I
would
love
to
hear
your
thoughts.
G
I'm
happy
to
step
in
where
needed.
If
there
is
space
on
the
policy
committee,
I
think
that
would
be
my
my
preference.
A
A
All
right,
so
I
think
we
have
our
subcommittee
division
if
everyone's
okay
with
this,
I
would
like
to
put
this
for
a
vote-
is
there
first
and
second
to
approve
the
subcommittee
assignments.
A
B
A
All
right,
I
think
the
next
sort
of
business
is
additional
staff
reports,
reading
city
emails
and
business
cards,
so
if
even
while
did
anyone
else
want
to
talk
anymore
about
the
double
business,
if
not,
I
think
we
can
move
forward
on
the
staff
reports.
B
So
the
city
is
launching
a
city,
email
program
and
that's
to
make
sure
that
the
records
and
our
emails
and
the
correspondences
are
accessible
are
can
be.
B
You
know,
cause
can
be
protected,
because
what
what
is
happening
is
if
there's
a
records
request.
This
the
city
is
basically
has
to
provide
correspondences
via
emails,
and
so
it's
difficult
for
us
to
kind
of
do
that.
Research
for
records
requests
within
people's
personal
emails,
and
we
would
not,
like
you
know
not
like
we
would
rather
have
that
the
city
emails
be
used
for
city
business,
related
items
and
correspondences,
so
we
will
send
out
a
info
information
about
how
to
use
or
how
to
get
started
with
your
city
emails.
B
B
It's
basically
going
to
be
idea,
slash
your
last
name
and
basically
that
is
going
to
be
the
email
that
we
will
use
from
now.
On
to
correspond
with
you
and
to
let
you
know,
you
know
when,
when
the
meetings
are
happening
and
the
other
information
that
we
would
need
to
pass
on.
A
Okay,
I
think
some
of
us
might
be
wondering
what
about
the
past
correspondences?
B
Yeah,
I
think,
right
now
we
haven't
really
had
a
lot
of
correspondences
per
se,
but
so
from
from
from-
I
guess
the
late
part
of
july
on
when,
when
that
is
launched,
then
we'll
provide
that
information
to
you.
Okay,.
B
So
the
the
request
would
be
specific,
like
issue
specific,
so
right
now,
there's
not
really
a
lot
of
issues
that
have
come
up
within
the
committee.
So
moving
forward
we'd
like
to
go
ahead
and
have
you
use
it
it's
through
outlook
and
so
we'll
provide
you
like
the
outlook
link
and
like
all
that.
B
Yeah
we
have
lovely
business
cards
also
for
all
of
our
community
members
to
provide
information
in
case
members
of
the
public.
You
need
to
reach
out
to
members
of
the
public
if
they
need
to
reach
you.
So
we
have
that
that
as
well
and
I'll
provide
information
when
you
can
pick
it
up,
usually
during
city
hall,
open
hours,
you
can
pick
that
up
anytime
and
they're
very
lovely
thanks
to
the
communications
department.
B
F
A
What
time
does
everyone
usually
get
in.
B
Oh,
the
our
office
hours
is
right
now,
nine
a.m,
to
four
p.m.
Mondays
and
thursdays
right
is
that
right
and
then
wednesdays,
9
a.m
to
7
p.m.
B
G
I
do
have
a
question
about
that:
just
is
there
any?
Are
there
any
plans
to
like
kind
of
switch
back
to
in-person
meetings
or
for
the
foreseeable
future?
Are
we.
E
B
Right
now
we're
working
with
our
legal
counsel
and
our
city
attorney
to
get
that
advice,
but
as
of
now
we
are
still
working.
We
are
still
anticipating
september
up
to
at
least
september,
to
be
remote.
I
mean.
J
A
A
All
right,
thank
you.
Does
anyone
else
have
any
final
comments
before
we
end
it
for
the
night.
G
A
Okay-
and
I
think
I
guess
stuart
and
ingrid
quorum
still
four.
A
Yes,
all
right
alex
hope
you
have
fun,
we'll
see
the
following
month,
all
right
in
that
case.
Thank
you,
everyone
for
your
time.
This
meeting
is
now
adjourned
at
7,
01
pm.
Thank
you
so
much
and
have
a
great
night.
