the

changed
what

reference
metric
was
because

working

Energy
Star
portfolio
manager
and
our
software

are
using
to
manage

program

realized
that

metric

the
performance
metric
to
compare
to
for
25
percent.
Better,
we
had
written
in
weather,
normalized

ghg
intensity,
which

turns
out,
doesn't

platforms

kind

about
their
speeds
and
we
looked
into
it.
Chargie
looked
into
it
and
found
that
there
was

setting.

was
not
right
and
they
corrected
it,

it
seems

that
has
fixed
that
situation.

complained
that
they've
used
it
again
and
it
seems

working
well

chargie
has

tried
the
Chargers
in
the

week

two

slow
charging

potential
need

pricing

electricity
perspective,

don't
want
people
to
be
charging
EVS
if
they
can
avoid
it.

charging
spaces

public

parking

issue

from
the
city's
perspective,
not
really
drainage,
but
there
is
that
channel.
So
there
used
to
be
pipe
that
was
kind
of
abandoned,
but
there's
still
a
natural
Channel.
That's
what
Jason
and
Paul
muscal
have
been
working
on
and
then
there's
the
concrete
Channel
and
in
between
there's
a
pipe.
That's
mostly
full
clogged.

water
had
filled
that
natural
Channel
and
spilled
over
onto
the
trail
and
that's
what
Shawna
had
sent
NSR
about
and
the
pipe
was
clogged
and
I
hadn't
been
out
there
to
see
it.
So
I
couldn't
really
picture
where
the
pipe
was
and
then
I
guess
it
dried
out.
But
then
in
the
latest
storm
it
happened
again
and
we
got
a
different
service
request.

inspector
and

engineer

on
the
trail
resurfacing
and
I
got
the
utility
team
leader

District

that
the
trail
was
wet
because
we're
going
to
resurface
and
we're
going
to
build
it
up
a
little
bit
so

didn't
know.

stop
the
water
and
we
talked

we
heard
from
Paul
is
that
he
wants
to
hold
water
there.

mean
