A
I
guess
it's
hard
to
make
connections
or
correlations
I'm,
not
sure
with
anything
drug
related,
yeah
I
will
say
that
there's
so
many
factors
that
come
into
the
the
reason.
Why
we're
seeing
now
a
lot
of
younger
kids
coming
in
and
experimenting
with
much
harder
things
at
our
earlier
age?
You
know,
whereas
at
the
age
of
16,
maybe
the
hardest
thing
they've
tried
is
marijuana
or
you
know,
grandfather
or
dad
gave
them
a
few
sips
of
beer.
A
Now
it's
like
you
have
kids
that
are
14
that
are
taking
Xanax,
you
know
and
whether
that's
the
the
culture,
whether
it's
the
music
they're
listening
to
or
social
media,
we
can't
really
pinpoint
but
I
mean
James
I,
don't
know
if
you
would
agree
with
me
on
this.
I
would
say
that
we're
seeing
a
higher
trend
of
younger
people
doing
harder
drugs
in
general.
B
Yes,
absolutely
I
was
just
talking
to
a
family
today,
with
a
15
year
old,
who
is
already
snorting,
you
know
snorting
what
they
call
Blues,
which
is
you
know,
Percocets.
C
Well,
so,
thank
you
both
for
that.
Thank
you
both
for
your
feedback
and
answers
and
that
stuff
Sean
I
see
you
have
your
hand
up
and
so
I
don't
see
anyone
else
with
their
hand
up
so
you're
up.
D
Thank
you,
I
we've
been
talking
week
by
we
I
mean
district
managers
and
the
sport
and
other
community
members
have
been
talking
a
lot
about
the
proliferation
of
unpermitted
tobacco
and
e-cigarette
stores
and
the
sort
of
aggressive
marketing
to
youth
with
flavors
and
cartoon
characters.
D
And
just
you
know,
cigarettes
are
so
cute
now
kind
of
and
so
I
just
wonder
if
you,
if
you,
if
there's
any
sense
of
a
correlation
or
or
or
evidence
of
a
correlation
between
you
know
this
sort
of
mature
behavior
of
mature
Behavior,
smoking
and
and
substance
use.
B
I
don't
know
if
I
see
a
correlation,
the
young
people,
we
we
work
with,
you
know:
yes,
they
they
vape
and
we
try
and
we
try
to.
We
we
try
to
get
them.
You
know
to
stop.
You
know
smoking
cessation
and
you
know
they're
not
allowed
to
Vape
on
our
property
and
they're
not
allowed
to
bring
those
devices
or
or
tobacco
where
tobacco-free
campus,
but
in
terms
of
a
direct
correlation
Sean.
B
We
we
see,
then
you
know
we're
trying
that
pulse,
that
we're
trying
to
save
lives
with
our
Fresh
Start,
kids,
the
younger
kids
that
are
doing
the
high
school
here
in
Brooklyn.
Yes,
we've
I
see
a
correlation,
but
also
we're
in
a
different.
You
know
a
different
place
with
the
with
the
severity
of
drugs,
like
I,
said
we're
we're
seeing
so
much
overdose
where
we're
prioritizing
on
that
level.
B
D
B
It's
also
being
marketed
at
young
people,
any
store
you
go
to
now,
even
though
no
one
has
a
license,
you
can
buy
it
and
these
stores
are,
you
know
they
have
big
flashy
lights,
the
LED
lights,
and
you
know
everything
and
I'm
not
talking
about
adult
use,
I'm
talking
about
the
kids,
they're
selling
to
them,
they're,
they're,
they're
marketing
to
them,
and
it's
it's
a
shame.
D
Yeah,
thank
you
and
I
I
certainly
wasn't
trying
to
suggest
an
equivalency
I,
just
it
just
sort
of
clicked
when
we're
talking
about
younger
and
younger
people,
with
involved
with
substance
use
and
I'm
just
hearing
about
younger
and
younger
people
with
with
the
cigarettes
and
the
you
know,
and
The
Laffy
Taffy
Cherry,
you
know
Tutti
Frutti,
tobaccos.
C
So
thank
you
for
that
James
and
Sean,
and
so
are
there
any
other
folks
on
the
call
who
have
you
know:
follow-up
questions
for
either
James
or
Paul.
C
Okay,
so
then,
here
yep,
so
then
hearing
none
just
to
kind
of
tie
everything
together,
and
so
we
have
our
next
planning
meeting
for
the
for
our
60
fan
and
we'll.
You
know,
youth
conference,
Youth
Event,
it's
going
to
be
on
Monday,
February,
27th
and
then
James
and
Paul
friendly
reminder
that
there's
going
to
be
the
non-profit,
Roundtable
and
Sean.
C
Remind
me
again
is
that
February
9th
or
is
that
another
okay
on
February,
9th
right
so
friendly
reminder
for
that
one
Paul
and
James
for
that
event
and
then
and
then
Paul
there
was
that
piece
that
Sean
had
mentioned
where,
regarding
the
7-0
precinct
to
connect
with
some
of
those
Youth
mcos
and,
like
you
said,
you'd
already
started
talking
with
one
of
your
colleagues
about
that
as
well
and
then
James
like
Joanne.
Had
you
know
flag
for
you
and
it
turned
out.
D
Please
do
yes
to
the
board
members
participating
with
us
tonight.
There
a
memo
went
out
to
all
of
you
for
those
of
you.
You
know,
which
is
all
of
you
serving
on
committees
if
you'd
like
to
participate
in
the
February,
9th
youth
conference.
I'm.
Sorry,
sorry,
the
February,
9th
non-profit
Roundtable.
D
There
is
going
to
be
a
portion
of
that
event
where
all
of
the
cpos
are
going
to
break
out
into
sort
of
affinity
groups,
and
so
we
would
put
board
members
at
the
tables
that
most
closely
matches
the
Committees
you
serve
on
unless
you
have
a
special
request
to
sit
with
somebody
else,
but
we
we
want
board
members
to
be
involved
and
to
facilitate
the
small
group
conversations
to
bring
back
to
feed
into
the
larger
group.
D
Conversation
and
I
think
we're
going
to
have
a
really
good
keynote
and
it's
just
going
to
be
a
great
event.
This
is
my
I
know
the
youth
conference.
We
all
love
it.
Carl
I
promise,
I
love
the
youth
conference,
but
there's
something
about
the
non-profit
Roundtable.
That
just
makes
me
feel
you
know
just
to
be
in
awe
of
the
people
like
like
James
and
Paul,
who
you
know,
provide
such
important
services
in
the
community.
I
just
love
this
event,
so
I
hope
you'll
join
us.
C
Awesome
and
so
so
yeah
so
hearing
or
seeing
no
other.
Let
me
just
do
one
more
check,
yeah,
so
I
don't
see,
you
know
any
more
hands
up,
and
so
with
that
being
said
folks,
you
know.
That
concludes
this
evening's
committee
meeting,
and
so
thank
you
all
for
attending.
You
know
James
and
Paul.
Definitely
a
pleasure
meeting
you
and
learning
about
you
know
your
organization
and
the
people
that
you
serve
and
the
need
that
you're
trying
to
you
know
help
people
bridge
the
gap
in
you
know.
C
We
appreciate
that
and
you
know
everybody
else-
stay
safe
and
stay
dry
and
have
a
good
night.
