A
Am
a
Buncombe
County,
public,
librarian
and
I
am
here
to
do
a
story
time
for
you
today.
So
thank
you
all
for
joining
me.
First,
we're
going
to
read
one
of
my
favorite
books.
It
is
called
where
is
home
littlepip
by
karma
Wilson
and
Jane
Chapman
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
Simon
and
Schuster
for
giving
permission
for
me
to
read
this
book
to
you
today.

Flap
flap,
but
when
she
got
close,
Oh
Augusta,
freezing
wind,
fluttered,
the
feather
away,
flap,
flap,
flap
chased
and
chased
and
chased
got
you
she
cried,
but
when
she
turned
for
home
home
wasn't
there
as
far
as
PIP
could
see,
there
was
no
pebbly
nest,
no
penguins
and
worst
of
all,
no
momma
and
Poppa,
where
his
home
pip
cried.
Nobody
answered
so
pip
set
off
too.

A
Pip
frowned,
but
that's
not
my
home.
She
said
the
bird
shook
her
head,
sadly,
squat
dreadful
I'm
sure,
but
that's
the
home
I
know
oh
well.
Pip
I'll
keep
looking
pip
slumped
along.
She
had
walked
far
when
she
saw
something
strange.
Indeed,
a
tall,
two-legged
creature
being
pulled
by
many
four-legged
creatures.

Finally,
pip
stopped
tears,
drips
down
her
cheek
and
froze
solid.
Her
legs
were
sore,
her
beak
was
cold,
her
eyes
were
sleepy
I
want
mama
and
papa.
She
wailed
I
want
couldn't
think
of
anything
else.
To
do
so.
She
thought
of
mama
and
papa
and
started
to
say
our
home
is
where
the
land
is
free
from
hill
or
mountain
twig
or
tree
in
our
family
nest
by
the
stormy
sea,
where
Mama
and
Papa
and
pip
makes
three.
A
A
Little
pip
said:
mama,
we've
looked
for
you
all
day
said
Papa.
We
finally
heard
you
singing
as
they
snuggled
mama
side.
After
such
a
long
day,
you
must
be
exhausted.
My
dear
let's
sleep
yes,
but
aren't
we
going
home,
asked
pip,
Mama
and
Papa
kissed
pip
on
her
hand,
they
asked:
where
is
home
little
pip,
then
they
sang
this
song.
B
A
A
Alright,
hey
thanks
for
listening
friends.
Let's,
let's
move
around
a
little
bit,
we're
gonna
sing
a
song,
so
I
brought
my
friend
pic
with
me
for
this
song
and
I'm
gonna.
Ask
you
all
to
stand
up.
I'm
gonna,
stay
seated
and
pips
gonna
do
the
jumping
for
you
today
we're
gonna
sing,
hee
jump
up
and
down
so
once
you're
standing,
I'm
gonna.
A
Ask
you
if
you
want
to
challenge
to
try
to
stamp
like
a
pig
win
so
put
your
feet
together,
put
your
arms
or
your
wings
at
your
sides
and
get
ready
to
jump
like
a
little
penguin
ready
gang
wins,
penguins,
jump
up
and
down
jump
up
and
down
jump
up
and
down.
Eggwin
thing:
win,
jump
up
and
down
now
sit
back
down
all
right.

A
Right,
let's
do
that
one
more
time
and
something
really
fun
to
do.
Maybe
you
thought
you
already
did
it
when
we
blast
off
is
jump
as
high
as
you
can
in
the
air
blast
off
alright
ready?
Let's
do
the
song
again
climb
aboard
the
spaceship
we're
going
to
the
moon.
Hurry,
get
ready,
we're
gonna
blast
off
soon
put
on
your
helmet
and
buckle
up
real
tight
here
comes
the
countdown.
Let's
count
with
all
our
might
ten
nine.

A
Right,
thank
you
for
listening
and
being
with
me
today.
Friends
I
hope
that
you're
finding
lots
of
fun
things
to
do
at
home
and
enjoying
this
beautiful
spring
weather,
let's
sing
one
more
song
together
and
our
goodbye
song.
It
goes
like
this
now,
it's
time
to
say
goodbye,
say
goodbye,
say
goodbye
now,
it's
time
to
say
goodbye,
I
hope
to
see
you
soon.
