The Board of Commissioners will hold a ceremony on August 21 at 2 p.m. to dedicate the newly remodeled Health and Human Services Building at 40 Coxe Avenue in honor and memory of Margaret Hall Coman

think
it's

we
include
this
in
our
ordinance.

think
it
sends
a
strong
message
to
our
valued
employees
and
to
the
world
into
economic
development
employers,
and
to
pretend
that
there's
not
exposure
would
be
wrong,
but
there's
some
things
in
this
life
that
are
worth
their
we're
fighting
for
and
I
think
this
is
one
of
the
ones
it's
worth
fighting
for
or
any.

a
great
document,

think
it's
very
easy
to
read:

think
it's
a
service
to
our
community
I
think
it's
been
obviously
worked
on
for
hours
and
hours
and
despite
people
thinking
that
questions
or
critiques,
that's
not
the
case.
That
said,
the
inclusion
of
the
protected
class
is
really
at
the
essence
for
me
and
it's
important
enough.
I
approve
of
all
the
other
items,
but
the
exclusion
of
that
makes
Nexus
not
okay
and
I'm
supportive
of
doing
it
by
you
know
we
there
was
lots
of
things
thrown
at
around
the
percentage.

say
this
is
a
point,

one,
but
it's
important
and
I
applaud
the
reducing
the
inequities
that
have
happened.
I
think
there's
some
other
ways
to
go.
I
applaud,
making
better
public
health
choices.
I
applaud
it,
but
this
is
this
is
a
civil
rights
issue
and
I
can't
I
can't
adopt
this
ordinance
without
that
protected
class
included
or.

the
people
enough
who

brought
this
ordinance
to
us
and
I'm
fully
supportive
of
it
thanks
again
for
the
work
you've
done,
a
special
thanks
to
our
employees
and
the
people
who
have
really
benefited
from
this
are
the
citizens
of
buncombe
county
and
that's
the
people
that
ultimately
I
represent
and
I'm
proud
to
do
it.

Is
this
a
smart,
reasonable
use
of
the
money
and
essentially
by
continuing
longevity,
I,
think
we're
helping
to
increase
morale,
we're
honoring
our
word
we're
doing
what
people
need
to
have
good
jobs
and
keep
their
jobs
where
they
are
these
folks
that
have
a
longevity
or
mostly
department
heads
they're
people
that
have
the
most
experience
they're,
making
the
hardest
decisions,
the
cost
of
turnover,
the
cost
of
replacements.
Retraining
is
unbelievable,
and
we
have
we've
heard
this
time
and
time
again
longevity
keeps
it
there.
Does
it
reach
our
goals?

the
second
thing:
I
look
at
goals,
lowest
tax
rate,
primary
care
for
everybody.
Best
schools
protect
the
environment
safety
net
opportunity
for
everybody
to
do
good
if
they
weren't
work.
We
have
a
hundred
and
seventeen
fewer
employees
today
than
we
did
10
years
ago,
and
I'll
bet
you
that
the
folks
that
we've
worked
here,
the
longest
are
probably
doing
those
117
jobs
and
we've
got
to
recognize
that
triple
a
bond
rating.

New
courthouse
new
schools:
these
goals
are
expensive,
but
it's
worth
it
because
the
people
of
buncombe
county
are
worth
it
so
I
support
this.
We
need
to
honor
our
commitments
to
the
staff
that
has
made
us
who
we
are
and
got
us
a
triple-a
rating
and
have
handled
a
budget
kept
it
flat,
kept
the
tax
rate
low
and
done
everything.
We've
asked
them
to
so
last
thing:
I
look
at.
Can
we
afford
it?

followed
our
goals,
we're
reducing
the
gap
between
folks
that
started
here
with
their
longevity,
we're
speeding
it
up
for
them,
but
we're
not
taking
away
something
other
people
have
ever
earned
and
are
entitled
to

work
with
us

teachers,

hearing
on
it

we've

My
taxes

was
denied
equal
protection
under

law
due
to
them.
Accepting
the
word
of
Jesus
England,
the
police
told
me
that
they
would
not
respond
to
my
calls
in
the
future
in
that
we
needed
to
hire
an
attorney
which
we
did
to
resolve
the
problem
of
dispute.
The
assistant
district
attorney
dropped
the
chart
from
a
charge
of
trespassing
and
would
not
pursue
any
charges
against
mr.

seaman.
As

know,
the
law
of
criminal
trespass
state
that
if
someone
trespasses
on
your
property
repeatedly
after
being
told
to
stay
off,
is
guilty
of
criminal
trespass,
mr.
seaman
brought
charges
against
me,
which
considered

loss

Wichita.

hiding

on
