Alright, we're back from our brief I'll make a motion to go in closed session chairman here's their motion to go into closed session, discuss legal matter there. A second second there's motion and second, is very discussion. The legal matter we will be discussing is a procedure on the voting protocol for this room tax bill. All those in favor say are all opposed. No motion carries 620. Thank you.
