Good afternoon and welcome to a closed session meeting of the burbank city council on tuesday august 9th 2022 to help slow the spread of covet 19 city council adopted an emergency proclamation on tuesday july 19th requiring face coverings to be worn while in attendance at all city of burbank public meetings, including, but not limited to, meetings of the city council and its boards and commissions.

We appreciate all attendees joining us in person for wearing a face covering while they are inside the council chamber.
Mr city attorney, will you please state the items on the agenda.

Yes good evening, mr mayor and city council members, this evening, city council is meeting in closed session on one item.
It is a matter of anticipated litigation pursuant to government code, section 54, 956.9 d, one with the city as a potential plaintiff.
