the

comment
period
closed.
The
first
item
for
the
city
council
to
address
today
is
the
adoption
of
a
proclamation
requiring
face
coverings
at
all
public
city
beans
to
help
slow
the
spread
of
covid-19
city
manager.
Justin
Hess
signed
an
emergency
Proclamation
on
Friday
July
15th,
requiring
face
coverings
to
be
worn
while
in
attendance
at
all
City
of
Burbank
public
meetings,
including,
but
not
limited
to,
meetings
of
the
city
council
and
its
boards
and
commissions.
