A
A
A
B
At
this
time,
madam
clerk,
if
you
could
please
call
the
roll.
C
C
A
A
F
A
E
A
Opposed,
nay,
all
right
motion
carries
next
on.
Our
agenda
is,
let's
see
we
have
the
culver
fine
arts
by
alison
moulton.
I
don't
know
okay
there.
She
is
all
right
come
on
over.
G
Of
public
fine
arts,
I
know
some
of
you
already
understand
that,
okay,
to
start
with,
I
just
want
to
thank
you
guys
for
all
of
your
work
this
year
and
the
past
several
years.
It's
been
hard
once
for
everyone.
J
G
A
fascinating
time
to
try
to
do
performing
arts
when
we
couldn't
gather
for
much
of
the
last
couple
years,
but
we
have
had
some
fantastic
experiences
with
your
kids
in
the
caldwell
school
district.
So
I've
just
put
a
few
things
together
and
this
would
be
the
mp4
just.
I
want
to
show
you
some
of
the
things
that
your
kids
have
done
this
year.
So
we'll
just
start
with
that.
K
K
J
K
Dance,
my
name
is
layla
and
I'm
a
horse
in
the
place
awesome.
My
name
is
rodney
and
I'm
a
picnic
horse
too.
K
What
have
you
learned
about
being
in
a
play
that
you
need
to
make
the
audience
believe
that
it's
actually
happening?
Oh
and
and
also
think
it's
also
real
yeah?
That's
right
and
that's
it,
and
we
also
have
to
be
super
loud
and
one
more
thing.
K
M
O
O
And
what
have
you
enjoyed?
I've
enjoyed
performing
and
like
messing
around
with
everybody,
especially
like
backstage,
getting
to
know
everybody
and
my
bandits
getting
along
with
them
very
well
awesome.
Have
you
been.
O
I've
been
in
many,
the
first
play
I
was
ever
in.
There
was
called
the
cleanest
town
in
texas.
Then
we
did
then
I
was
in
another
one
and
I
actually
had
the
lead
in
that
play.
O
L
Thing
that
matters
is
cash
cold,
hard
cash
and
as
long
as
we're
with
dylan
there's
plenty
of
that
to
go
around
that's
right.
No
one
dares
mess
with
dylan,
you
better
believe
it
there's,
no
one
with
as
much
power
as
all
of
hindi
wallow.
I
think
you
mean
windy
hollow!
That's
what
I
said
and
when
no
one
dares
mess
with
you,
you
can
do
what
you
want
unless
you
learn
from
being
in
a
play.
M
P
H
Q
Well,
first
of
all,
my
sister,
my
little
sister's
in
it
and
I
have
been
pretty
busy,
so
I
could
spend
a
lot
of
time
with
her,
which
is
really
nice,
but
I
think
it's
also
a
good
conference
booster
because
you
have
to
you
have
to
be
confident
and
if
you're
not
no
one
can
hear
you.
I
think
it's
also
nice
too,
for
it's
like
you,
learn
a
lot
of
things,
especially
because
I'm
in
choir
and
I'm
like
just
in
this
week.
I've
learned
a
lot.
So
I
just
said
that.
R
F
H
H
H
K
K
I
S
G
They
really
are
amazing,
they
are
creative
and
they
are
they
want
it.
They
they
want
to
create,
I
think,
as
humans
we
all
want
to
create
and
when,
given
the
chance
every
single
time
we've
gone
into
one
of
the
schools,
we've
had
nothing
other
than
just
pure
enthusiasm
for
all
of
these
programs,
and
this
was
just
half
the
year.
We
just
started
our
ed
programs
in
january
this
year,
and
so
we're
really
happy
with
all
the
kids
we're
able
to
serve
and
call
those
school
districts
some
of
our
plans.
G
I
just
wanted
to
kind
of
run
past
the
board
and
also
to
get
feedback
for
what
things
you
would
like
to
see
happen
in
your
school
district.
I've
been
in
a
couple
schools
where
I've
set
up
shop
during
lunch
and
just
as
the
teachers
come
in
I'll,
give
them
a
cookie
and
say
what
would
you
like
to
see,
and
so.
R
N
G
G
We
hope
that
every
single
school
kid
in
k-5
gets
a
meet
the
master's
experience
we
have.
We've
bought
a
curriculum
where
we
have
nine
different.
Nine
different
artists
like
this
is
frida
kahlo.
G
Like
you
saw,
and
so
I
would
hopefully
work
with
either
the
teachers
or
curriculum
specialists
to
say
which
of
these
fits
best
for
this
age
group,
for
example,
there's
davinci,
you
know:
is
there
a
science
unit,
so
that
would
be
a
perfect
tie-in
with
the
arts
and
sciences
together,
and
so
every
kid
gets
to
do
a
masterpiece.
They
each
have
one
of
those
experiences
and
then
each
k
through
5
students,
also
gets
an
extra.
So
they
get
this
visual
art
and
then
they
also
have
an
extra
program.
G
B
G
Contest
or
an
essay
contest
haiku,
whatever
we
decide
with
those
schools
but
to
kind
of
focus
on
literacy,
we've
had
a
lot
of
success,
bringing
in
authors
such
as
gary
schmidt
and
albert
skye
to
syringa
in
the
past,
and
so
they'll
seem
to
go
over
wealth
from
middle
school
and
in
high
school
we'd
like
to
do
one
full
assembly
for
the
school
per
year,
where
we
bring
something
in
for
all
the
students
to
participate
in.
G
Additionally,
our
goal
is
to
have
each
performing
arts
group
have
a
master
class
so
that
there's
someone
for
orchestras
someone
for
ban
somebody
require
as
a
goal
for
each
school
year
and
alternative
high
school
students.
We
have
a
real
soft
spot
for
alternative
high
schools
and
juvenile
detention
center.
Some
of
my
best
times
in
the
last
year
have
been
at
the
juvenile
detention
center
they
eat
it
up.
F
G
And
juvenile
detention
center-
both
we
want
to
do
a
lot
extra
programs
there,
and
so
the
alternative
school
would
like
to
have
at
least
three
arts
experiences
at
the
alternative.
High
schools
and.
G
You
saw
we
had
a
blast
at
cinco
de
mayo
at
van
buren,
those
kids-
they
loved
it
and
they
absolutely
loved
it,
and
it's
good
for
them
to
see
people
that
look
like
them
performing
up
on
stage,
and
it's
also
good
for
everyone
to
have
an
appreciation
for
the
culture.
That's
in
our
community,
and
so
we
really
want
to
expand.
G
De
mayo
programs
as
well
so
just
a
little
idea
about
what
we
want
to
do
so.
The
meet
the
masters
program,
like
I
said,
a
little
bit,
it's
just
it's
all
age,
appropriate,
there's
different
levels
for
each
grade,
so
they
make
something
simple
and
more
progressively
hard
for
each
master.
So
we
can
tailor
that
to
this
school.
It
has.
C
G
G
Art
history,
as
well
with
that
so
for
kindergarten.
What
we
want
to
focus
on
is
a
traveling
puppet
show
where
we'll
have
high
quality
puppets
and
a
pop-up
puppet
theater,
where
all
the
kids
can
do
a
unit
on
puppetry.
First,
with
you
know,
puppets
making
up
stories
and
we
thought
we
would
help
teachers
along
a
little
bit
too
by
having
prompts
about
like
a
kindness
matters
play.
G
G
Me
a
worksheet
with
lots
of
great
ideas
about
you,
know
correlation.
They
don't
want
that
they're
so
busy,
so
we
found
boxes
of
things.
For
example,
this
is
a
puppet
set,
so
they
can
make
their
hand
puppet
and
it
comes
with
all
the
pieces,
all
ready
to
go
instructions,
and
so
after
they
play
with
the
puppets,
they
also
get
to
create
a
puppet,
and
hopefully
you
know
use
that
in
their
classroom,
maybe
they're
having
a
disagreement
about
something
or
they're
having
an
issue
in
their
class.
G
I
can
see
the
teachers
saying:
hey,
let's
get
the
puppets,
let's
see
what
we
could
act
out.
What
are
two
different
ways
we
could
handle
this,
but
using
the
arts
to
kind
of
let
kids
create
and
think
in
a
different
way,
but
that's
what
we.
D
G
G
Last
year
we
had
73
kids
in
the
play
and
then
506
kids
from
caldwell
school
district
went
to
the
plate
to
see
it
performed,
and
so
we
want
to
focus
on
first
grades
for
that
to
get
them
in
the
auditorium,
maybe
for
the
first
time
in
their
life
and
see
a
production
for
second
grade.
We
did
this
community
art
show.
We
had
1200
kids
across
the
community
painting
all
in
the
same
month
about
the
theme
of
time
to
dream.
G
Some
people
took
it
as
it
was
during
black
history
month,
so
they
could
take
it
as
a
you
know.
What
is
your
dream,
as
in
martin
luther
king,
I
have
a
dream
or
they
could
just
take
it
in.
What
do
you
want
to
be
when
you
grow
up
teachers
had
that
option
of
taking
whatever
direction
they
wanted,
and
so
we
provide
again
everything
we
give
them
canvases
and
the
kids
love
like.
Oh,
it's,
a
real
canvas.
G
We
give
them
the
paint
brushes,
we
give
them
the
art
sets,
we
even
give
them
a
google
drive
that
has
the
poster
to
print
out
for
their
own
art.
Show
we
give
them
a
file
with
the
prompts
and
with
the
little
cards
to
hang
up.
So
all
they
have
to
do
is
hit
print,
lay
it
out
and
their
kids
get
to
do.
It.
G
Next,
one
for
fourth
grade
for
their
idaho
history,
we
thought
it'd
be
really
fun
to
bring
in
some
of
the
local
performing
arts
groups,
whether.
F
C
G
Show
some
of
the
history
of
idaho
through
the
arts,
so
we're
excited
about
that
and
then
for
fifth
grade.
This
is
something
new
that
we
want
to
develop
over
the
summer.
Some
of
those
fifth
grade,
kids,
don't
know
that
it's
an
option
to
play
the
oboe.
G
If
that
hasn't
been
part
of
their
experience
or
to
you
know,
we
did
a
pottery
program
with
some
fifth
graders
and
one
kid
was
so
into
it.
And
the
lady
I
worked
with
said
that
he
said
that
she
told
him
that
he
could
do
that
in
middle
school
and
high
school.
He
said
you
can
take
pottery
classes
at
school.
G
It
was
just
it
blew
his
mind,
and
so
we
want
kids
to
know
what's
available
in
the
arts
is
starting
in
the
sixth
grade,
because
they
they
literally
may
not
even
know
what
a
deal
is
or
that
they
want
to
play
the
cello
unless
they
hear
those
instruments
and
just
get
a
little
assembly
to
say
these
are
some
of
the
things,
and
this
could
be
with
those
middle
school
high
school
art
teachers
or
it
could
be
with
like
college
of
idaho,
just
demonstrating
all
the
instruments.
So
that's.
J
G
A
G
So
I
think,
I
think
both
are
good.
I
think
local
authors,
you
know,
people
that
they
might
even
see
them
down
or
be
able
to
go
to
book
signings,
but
also
if
they
could
get
an
author
for
their
favorite
book.
How
cool
is
that
yeah?
This
is
gary
schmidt
who's,
a
newberry
winner
who
won't
wednesday
wars.
If
you
know
that
book
a
lot
of
teachers
use
that
book.
O
N
G
G
Of
connection
yeah,
but
we're
open
to
suggestions,
if
there's
like
oh,
we
wish
we
could
get
this
person
yeah
and
then
for
this
next
year
for
high
school.
I
would
like
to
propose,
like
we
did,
living
legends
at
the
high
school
for
accessibility.
Not
everyone
feels
comfortable
going
to
a
college
campus
when
it's
a
new
place
for
them.
G
G
This
was
actually
before
the
invasion
of
ukraine
that
I
chose
this
program,
but
it
makes
me
realize
why
it's
so
pertinent
right
now.
This
is
a
one-man
play
with
winston
churchill
and
it's
one
night
of
the
blitz
he's
up
on
a
rooftop
in
london
during
the
blitz,
and
so
he
talks
about
the
war.
He
talks
about
what
he's
seeing
what
people
are
experiencing
and
I
just
think
it
would
be
amazing
to
have
our
kids
experience
that
I
think
it's
more
of
a
high
school
level
program.
G
So
just
a
fun
interactive
thing
for
that,
and
then
I
think
that's
the
last
one,
but
I
do
but
again
the
the
cinco
de
mayo
program.
It
went
so
well
this
year
that
we
really
are
excited
to
expand
that
to
at
least
five
schools.
Eventually,
I'd
like
to
do
all
the
schools-
I
don't
know
that's
possible
next
year,
but
I
was
more
funding.
I
think
we
could.
We
have
six
elementaries.
G
C
G
A
I
was
going
to
suggest
that
there
is
a
couple
of
gentlemen
that
I
know
that
are
local
eddie,
menendez
ontario
and
he
has
been
commissioned
to
do
a
lot
of
art
portraits,
and
so
he
he
has
a.
He
had
an
art
exhibit
at
this
very
cultural
center,
but
he
lives
right
here
and
I
know
that
he
would
love
to
come
and
show
the
kids.
A
Miguel,
who
doesn't
have
a
lot
of
art
in
the
city
of
boise
and
so
he's
been
commissioned
by
the
city
of
boise,
to
also
paint
some
art
in
in
the
city,
and
so
you
know,
maybe
that
could
help
some
of
the
kids
like,
oh
okay,
somebody
locally
too,
and
that
looks
like
them,
and
I
know
they
they're
all
about
you
know
expanding
their
their
experience
and
in
their
ideas
and
suggestions.
So
I
love.
G
That
thank
you.
I'd
love
to
see
that
content,
okay
and
we're
also
doing
a
big
heritage
festival
on
august
27th,
where
we're
having
basque
dancers,
we're
having
a
hispanic,
both
the.
G
Florida,
mexico
window
and
we're
having
the
social
manik
tribe
dancers,
as
well
as
like
a
big
envelope
display,
and
we
want
to
have
booths
work
with
local,
with
people
with
local
artists
as
well.
So
that
would
be
great
to
pull
them
into
this.
This
is
the
27th
of
august
at
indian
creek,
again
as
part
of
our
you
know,
to
get
off
campus
a
little
bit
and
to
get
out
into
the
community
where
people
already
are
growing
to.
C
C
G
G
G
I
you
know,
I
wouldn't
say:
we've
done
less,
we've
done
different
things,
but
especially
here
in
coburn
we're
doing
much
more
visual
arts,
because
that's
something
we
can
drop
off
in
the
schools
and
they
can
do
it
without
having
to
bust
into
it
and
being
with
800
people.
So
the
last
couple
years
have
been
much
more
school
centered.
G
But
now
we're
having.
I
mean
same.
B
Amount,
this
is
the
first
time
I've
heard
of
any
of
this
stuff
I
mean
before
it
was
bust,
the
kids
to
public,
fine
arts
plus
the
kids
to
do
it
foster
kids
for
this,
so
I
never
seen
color
fine
arts
in
our
actual
school
buildings
doing
things
with
the
kids.
This
is
the
first
time
I've
heard
of
it
and,
and
so.
G
Either
went
to
do
pe
classes,
I
called
well.
I,
for
example,
did
dance
but
yeah
the
arts
is
pretty
new
for
us.
As
far
as
the
art
goes,
we
also
have
three
assemblies
that
schools
can
go
to
as
well.
We
have.
J
P
G
Band
we
have
a
classical
at
chelsea
pianist,
so
we
will
have
some
of
those
other
traditional
things
too,
but
we
want
to
focus
on
sometimes
schools.
They
can't
fit
it
in.
If
we
say
this
person's
coming
tuesday
at
10.
get
all
your
kids
here,
you
know
for
them
to
take.
You
know
three
hours
by
the
time
you
get
them
loaded
on
the
buses,
go
to
a
program
load
them
out,
call
them
donations
yeah,
and
so
we
have
been
seeing
a
decrease
in
interest.
G
We
thought
we're
beating
the
bushes
a
little
more
sometimes
for
those
programs
which
I
think
we
can
do
a
better
job
of
advertising.
But
when
we
say
we
have
a
program
for
you,
they're
just
raising
their
hands
like
crazy,
and
so
I
think
teachers
want
a
mix
to
choose
from
to
see
what
works
best
for
them.
L
A
Scene
and
the
permission
slips
and
the
time
off
and
and
then
the
fact
that
you're
coming
and
talking
to
our
teachers
about
what
is
it
that
they
need
what
they
would
like
to
see.
That's
commendable,
and
I
think
that's
great
in
your
part,
to
be
able
to
come
to
our
schools
and-
and
you
know,
show
your
enthusiasm
and
energy
to
get
this
into
the
schools.
I
mean.
G
So
we
are
funded
largely
through
grants.
We
write
grants
like
crazy,
idaho,
commission
on
the
arts,
whittenberger
foundation,
it's
one
of
our
big
ones,
us
bank
foundation,
walmart
foundation,
etc.
We
also
in
the
past,
have
had
a
stipend
from
caldwell
school
district
to
underwrite
our
program
so
that
they
get
it
either
at
half
price
or
like
this
year.
Everything
was
we
just
did
it
all
for
free,
any
program
that
we
have
I'm
sorry
and
also
donations
from
our
donors.
G
E
G
So
surprising
to
me
they
will,
if
you
give
them
an
art
project
or
you
put
them
in
a
concert
or
you
put
them
in
a
play.
They
will
get
off
their
phones
and
off
their
video
games.
But
when
there's
no
other
alternative,
it's
like
yeah,
that's
the
easy
way,
but
they
will
create.
In
fact,
we
did
a
ukulele
program
with
valencia
school
district
and
they
did
an
after-school
little
ukulele
club
and
so
many
of
those
kids
she
said
ask
for
ukuleles
over
christmas
and
that
to
me
is
like
win-win-win-win,
like
you
have
a
ukulele.
G
J
E
C
D
I
made
him
cry,
but
I
think
it's
a
good
thing
to
let.
D
G
Call
fine
arms
well,
thank
you
appreciate
that
and
part
of
it
as
they're
saying
we
do
want
to
do
things
in
school,
so
everyone
has
a
chance,
but
bringing
them
into
a
concert
hall
and
talking
about
etiquette
that
this
is
different
from
a
basketball
game.
You
don't
just
get
up
and
you
need
to
drink
or
wander.
G
Train
these
kids
to
be
good
audience
members
to
be
able
to
sit
through
their
graduations
to
do
these
things
that
require
a
different
set
of
skills
and
to
feel
comfortable
in
that
setting.
Then
it's
not
scary
for
them
to
go
to
a
concert
to
go
to
the
nutcracker
that
they
already
know
how
to
be
an
audience
number.
So
both
things,
I
think,
are
really
important
that
we
want
to
keep
doing
bringing
stuff
into
the
schools
and
also
get
them.
G
G
Go
into
the
hassle
the
permission
slips
and
everything
else,
but
both
are
really
important.
I
think
raising
nice
people,
but
we've
I've
talked
to
dr
french
a
few
times
too
about
the
use
of
caldwell
high
school.
We
understand
that
does
put
people
out.
You
know
to
have
little
kids
running
around
the
high
school
for
three
or
four
days.
G
We
do
think
it's
valuable,
though,
for
them
to
have
some
programs
at
the
high
school,
and
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
feedback
about
that
part
of
the
you
know,
part
of
it
or
if
you
know
we
were
also
talking
about
the
rental
fees,
we
get
a
set
rate
at
juvederm,
no
matter
how
many
we
do
and
so
pulling
one
out
if
it
costs
an
extra
three
thousand
dollars,
that's
just
an
extra
budget
item
or
fifteen
hundred
dollars
or
whatever
it
is,
and
so
that
is
a
consideration
as
we
do
our
things.
G
We
can
do
more
things
outside
of
this.
You
know
out
of
juvederm.
If
we
do
get
a
reduced
rate,
we
also
offer
a
school
program
with
it,
so
I'll
just
throw
that
out
for
your
consideration
as
well
that
it's,
it's
always
an
extra
budget
item,
because
not
instead
of
on
our
part.
So,
but
we
love
having
our
programs
that
I
called
walpi
as
well.
J
C
A
C
C
C
C
E
G
Yeah
we
we
offer
a
pretty
razor
thin
budget,
but
we
want
to
do
as
much
as
we
can
with
what
we
have.
You
know.
You
know
it
multiplies.
Every
100
500
that
we
have
gets
to.
You
know,
make
another
50
puppets
or
bring
another
mariachi
in.
So
we
always
yeah.
We
want
to
be
fair
and
make
sure
we're.
You
know
honoring
our
agreements,
but
we
do
want
to
just
get
as
much
arts
as
we.
J
G
Creative
wonderful
students
and
they've
had
a
hard
couple
years
and
just
to
see
them
so
excited
about
just
a
little
painting.
Yes,
you
know
this
is
my
masterpiece.
This
is
the
first
thing
I
ever
painted
or
I've
never
been
in
a
play
or
those
experiences,
I'm
just
happy
that
we
could
give
a
little
a
little
more
sunshine
after
kind
of
crappy
years.
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair
trustees.
So
I
don't
have
a
video
and
I
don't
have
a
three-ring
binder
to
share,
but
I
do
have
a
cute
little
excel
spreadsheet
color.
That
caleb
is
going
to
put
up
on
the
screen
for
us
and
I
you
have
copies.
C
D
So
this
is
just
a
very,
very
preliminary
draft
budget.
I
can
tell
you
that
the
revenues
I
feel
very
comfortable
with
the
revenue
projections,
the
expenditures
I
feel
comfortable
in
the
overall
expenditures,
but
we're
still
negotiating
with
the
association.
So
there
may
be
some
changes
within
some
of
the
categories
that
are
presented
in
the
final
presentation
on
june
13th.
D
I
did
want
to
let
you
know
that
our
revenue
is
calculated
based
on
enrollment
funding
of
98
of
our
projected
enrollment
of
5610
students.
That
is
a
slight
decrease
from
this
current
year
this
year,
we're
also
seeing
an
increase
in
our
insurance.
D
What
we
will
be
talking
about
next
after
I
finish
my
budget
presentation-
is
the
transportation
request
for
proposal
that
we
submitted,
and
I
in
my
email
that
I
sent
to
you
earlier
this
week.
I
didn't
indicate
that
full
transportation
was
our
little
bitter,
and
so
we
are
looking
at
if
the
board
approves.
That
bid
accepts
the
bid
proposal,
we're
looking
at
about
a
million
dollar
increase
for
next
year,
and
that
is
all
included
in
this
budget
proposal.
D
D
As
you
know,
we
talked
earlier
in
the
year
that
one
of
our
priorities
was
to
increase
our
classified
salaries,
and
so
that
is
something
that
is
included
in
here.
We
felt
we
were
on
a
really
good
road
and
then
one
of
our
neighboring
districts
posted
their
current,
their
22-23
seller
schedule,
and
so
we
felt
that
we
really
needed
to
sharpen
our
pencil
look
at
what
we
were
proposing
so
that
we
could
recruit
and
retain
especially
our
classified
staff,
because
that
is
where
we
mentioned.
D
We've
had
many
openings
and
that's
what
we
talked
about
earlier
in
the
year.
If
you
remember,
we
had
anywhere
from
24
to
40
positions
open.
So
that's
something
that
we
have
definitely
included
in
this
budget
for
next
year
and
when
you,
if
you're
looking
at
comparing
the
different
years,
you
can
see
that
we
have
the
1920.
Those
are
the
actual
expenditures
for
that
year.
That's
the
column
to
the
presence
of
the
right.
Then
we
showed
the
next
year.
D
2021
then
you'll
see
the
21
22
budget
that
you
approved
last
year,
then
the
column
2122
projected
actual.
That
is
where
I'm
projecting
that
we
will
end
the
year
without
our
revenues
and
our
expenditures,
I'm
hoping
that
I've
captured
everything,
but
that
changes
almost
on
a
daily
basis.
D
If
something
comes
up,
but
I
feel
pretty
confident
about
where
it's
going
to
end
the
year
and
then,
of
course,
the
budget
projections,
a
proposal
for
next
year,
if
you're,
comparing
the
years
you'll,
see
that
I
am
projecting
that
this
year
and
next
year
we're
going
to
have
larger
operating
transfers
out
and
what
that
means.
Is
we
transfer
money
out
of
the
general
fund
into
our
other
programs,
and
it
is
intentional
because,
as
you
know,
the
legislature
increased
our
insurance
funding.
D
It
was
only
increased
for
the
general
fund
and
unfortunately
not
unfortunately,
but
fortunately
we
give
the
same
benefits
for
all
of
our
staff,
regardless
of
whether
funded,
so
some
of
our
federal
programs
could
not
survive
if
the
district
did
not
transfer
funds
into
those
programs
just
with
the
salary
increases
and
the
increased
cost
of
insurance.
So
that's
what
you'll
see.
That's
what
that
difference
makes
up
and
the
same
for
this
year
we're
going
to
have
some
more
transfers
this
year
and
project
an
even
higher
amount
for
next
year.
D
That
is
really
a
very
brief
overview
of
tonight's
budget
proposal.
We
meet
again
on
the
13th
of
june,
we'll
have
our
budget
hearing
and
we'll
have
a
much
more
in-depth
review.
I
think
I'll
even
do
a
powerpoint.
D
So
I
think
it
will
also
give
you
more
information
of
our
projections
looking
forward
to
our
federal
funds,
our
essa
funds.
You
know
where
we've
ended
the
year
where
we
project
it
will
be
next
year
as
we're
utilizing
those
funds
for
different
projects.
So
that's
what
you'll
see
on
the
13th
when
we
open
our
budget
hearing
also,
I
will
be
requesting
to
have
a
fee
hearing
on
the
same
night
and
just
as
a
reminder
to
you
when
the
district
increases
a
fee
that
is
more
of
a
five
percent
increase.
D
We
must
have
a
fee
hearing
allowing
the
public
to
come.
Speak
to
this
and
the
item
that
will
be
on
that
fee
hearing
is
an
increase
in
our
driver's
education
they're,
requesting
an
increase
from
two
hundred
dollars
for
the
student
fee
to
225
we're
still
less
expensive
than
the
surrounding
districts,
but
they
fill
just
with
the
increase
in
fuel
cost
and
increased
labor
costs,
because
they
too
are
it's
hard
to
find
drivers
for
the
drivers
at
training,
so
they
have
requested
an
increase
and
so
we'll
be
going.
D
But
putting
that
on
hearing
as
well
in
the
the
june
meeting.
D
Absolutely,
yes,
venture
trustees,
it's
their
advanced
opportunities
funds,
it's
part
of
that
four
thousand
dollars
that
students
are
provided,
and
I
will
tell
you
I
just
calculated
so
far
this
year
we
have
twenty
three
thousand
dollars
in
drivers,
entities
that
students
that
the
driver's
ed
program
has
used
for
their
students.
So
that's
that's
money
that
we've
received
through
the
fall
and
the
spring,
so
students
are
using
them
from
high
school
and
they
all
know
that
they
can
use
that.
D
That
our
career
counselors
discuss
it's
something
that
the
driver's
ed
program
advertises,
lisa
lisa
velazquez,
who
is
our
assistant
principal
at
canadian
springs,
has
now
taken
over
the
program
along
and
pam.
Howard
is
still
with
the
program,
so
they
do
a
great
job
of
advertising
that
information
for
our
students,
but
absolutely
this
is,
but
that
is
the
the
and
that's
that's
the
fee
that
they'll
be
charging
that
program
as
well,
so
we'll
be
able
to
charge
use
advanced
opportunities
for
that
increase.
So
that's
been.
A
A
great
thing
for
our
program.
I
wanted
to
make
a
statement
on
the
available
fund
for
the
available
fund
balance.
I
know
that
it's
increased
we
could
see
in
the
in
19
2019
to
2020
was
3900
and
now
it's
at
6293,
I'm
sorry.
I
wish
it
was.
B
B
A
B
A
D
I
think
that's
a
great
point.
I
do
want
to
assure
you
that
we
have
been
seeing
those
increases
and
again
you
have
to
start
looking.
Why
well
remember.
These
are
the
code
years
that
we've
been
dealing
with,
so
our
expenditures
have
been
down
just
because
for
several
things
we
couldn't
hire
the
staff
we
had
openings
all
year
long,
we
couldn't
do
a
lot
of
our
professional
development.
There
weren't
a
lot
of
trips
being
taken
students
weren't
in
school
right.
D
J
D
D
B
D
It
is
between
our
salaries,
our
salaries
and
our
monthly
expenditures
of
our
utilities
and
our
bus
contract,
all
those
the
contracts
that
we
have
with
our
speech
and
language,
pathologists,
our
other
professional
services
for
our
psychologists.
So
so
that's
why
you're,
seeing
the
increase
in
the
fund
balance
the
last
couple
of
years.
D
Does
the
board
also
ask
for
a
minimum
on
that
trustee
butler?
We
did
that.
D
That
we
would
allow
is
five
percent
of
our
expenditures,
so
that
is
a
moving
target
and
again,
as
we
start
going
forward,
though
there
will
be
expenditures
that
we
will
look
at
one-time
expenditures
to
use,
because
you
can't
use
your
fund
balance
for
ongoing
expenditures.
That's
that
is
the
dilemma
with
a
lot
of
the
funds,
and
when
you
hear
everyone
talk
about
the
yes
or
funds,
those
federal
funds
they're
one
for
one
time,
their
soft
money
they
go
away.
So
it's
going
to
be
really.
D
The
district
is
going
to
have
to
be
very
diligent
as
how
we
use
those
funds
going
forward
and
what
happens
when
those
funds
run
out
and
they're
scheduled
to
run
out
in
2010.
D
Absolutely
absolutely
we
can
and
manage
your
trusty
money
to
that
point.
Just
as
a
reminder.
The
district
is
required
to
post
their
budget
ten
days
prior
to
the
hearing.
So
we
have
to
do
two
things:
there'll
be
a
publication
in
the
idaho
tribune
on
the
third
on
friday,
the
third
ten
days
prior
to
the
budget
hearing,
so
that
information
will
be
in
the
paper
and
then
we'll
also
have
that
summary
on
our
website.
D
And
then,
if
more
details
requested,
we
can
provide
a
detailed
report
to
the
public,
and
that
is
part
of
the
budget
hearing
requests
and
we
will
have
to
post
twice
before
the
the
fee
hearing
so
we'll
post
on
the
third
and
then
the
following
week
for
the
hearing
on
the
13th
as
well.
D
So
we'll
open
up
one
hearing
for
the
budget
and
then
close
that
and
open
up
the
memory
and
the
hearing
is
an
opportunity
for
the
public
to
come
and
ask
the
board
questions,
give
their
input
actually
on
the
budget
that
we're
proposing
for
the
information
that
they've
seen
on
the
website
or
in
the
paper.
So
that
is
what
the
hearing
is
for
to
get
patron
input
for
any
feed
proposal
or
any
budget.
D
That
will
be
my
request,
but
we
do.
The
board
can
delay
that
to
a
later
date,
but
it
has
to
be.
I
think,
the
last
state
that
we
could
approve.
It
would
be
the
end
of
june.
I'm
going
to
say
the
last
monday
in
june
is
a
requirement.
D
So
we
have
there's
so
many
days
over
the
budgetary
and
then
I
think
the
23rd
is
the
date.
You
know
I
can
send
that
information
to
you
if
the
board
decides
not
to
approve
the
budget
that
night
but
they're
going
to
come
back
and
have
another
meeting
to
approve
them
for
them
to
do
that.
That
is
always
a
request.
E
D
She
is
very
experienced
in
this
10
years
of
experience
as
a
business
manager
and
she
she's
she'll
be
great.
You
will
go.
D
Has
a
great
reputation
in
the
state
of
idaho
and
again
she
has
over
10
years
experience
as
a
business
manager
so
and
other
of
course,
other
business
experience
yeah
right
there,
so
she's
you'll
be
very
impressed.
D
Okay,
I
think
I'm
back
up
here
for
the
transportation.
D
D
But
you
you
do
doing
copies
of
all
of
the
in
your
emails.
You
had
copies
of
all
of
the
oh
right,
the
request
for
proposal
that
the
district
had
to
submit
this
year.
Dr
french,
has
a
copy
of
the
book.
I
have
several
options
if
you'd
like
to
review
that.
No,
I
would
not
ask
you
to
go
into
this.
This
book
is
bigger
than
burns.
D
This
was
new
to
me
this
year
because,
having
come
from
a
district
that
we
had
our
in-house
transportation
department,
this
is
all
new
to
submit
a
request
for
proposal
for
transportation
contract,
so
we
submitted
it.
We
had
to
publish
in
the
paper
twice
they
posted
the
request
for
proposal,
which
was
this
document
here,
just
this
section
in
the
document
that
the
book
in
binder
is
what
any
bitter
would
be
required
to
provide
information
to
us.
D
Coal
transportation
was
the
only
company
interested
in
putting
in
a
bid
on
our
transportation
contract,
mr
real
quick
just
so
the
public
can
understand
and.
D
Well,
as
first
state
statute,
we
are
required
to
put
this
out
to
bid
we
posted
twice
in
the
paper.
We
I
was
in
contact
with
another
company,
letting
them
know
that
we
were
putting
this
out
to
bid.
D
Districts
that
have
put
their
transportation
contract
out
today.
So
for
us
we
looked.
We
were
interested
to
see
who
was
interested
and
bidding
on
this
contract,
but
also
we
wouldn't
have
looked
to
see
the
type
of
services
that
any
other
local
contractor
have
been
able
to
perform
this
year.
D
D
We
have
had
a
long-standing
relationship
with
public
transportation,
and
I
will
tell
you
this
year
we
absolutely
had
no
interruption
in
service.
D
No
routes
were
missed,
there
were
there
were
very
few
if
any
delays
and
the
delays
were
like
minutes,
it
wasn't
like
hours,
they
were
able
to
provide
transportation
for
all
of
our
athletics
or
after
school
activities,
and
I
can
tell
you
that
that
cannot
be
said
for
some
of
our
surrounding
districts
dealing
with
their
contractors,
so
we
would
have
had
to
take
a
long
hard
look
at
that
as
well.
That
would
receive
it
with
it,
but
this
is
just
this
is
the
process
of
going
out
to
bid
you're
always
subject
to
one
bid?
D
That
is
something
that,
whether
you
put
a
building
at
a
construction,
a
project
out
to
bid
any
you're
always
at
risk,
but
you're
always
at
the
mercy
of
the
market,
to
see
if
others
are
interested
in
bidding
and
and
so
if
we
felt
and
in
some
cases
you
can
decide
to
not
accept
a
bid
and
go
out
again,
that's
not
going
to
be
my
request
tonight.
D
D
F
D
Just
to
let
you
know
some
of
the
things
that
we
have
that
I
have
asked
about
from
my
peers,
as
business
managers
is,
what
are
they
seeing
happening
in
their
contract?
What
are
they
doing?
They
all
for
the
ones
that
have
that
contract
somewhat
unheard
of
contractors
are
coming
back,
mid
contract
asking
for
increases.
D
D
D
D
So
in
some
districts
we're
all
just
looking
to
see
where
this
may
go
as
far
as
what
the
market
looks
like
and
again,
there's
been
other
districts
that
have
gone
out
to
bid
and
there's
been
no
bidders.
There
was
a
charter
school
that
has
been
funded
last
two
years
and
no
one
has
been
fit
under.
D
That
you
have
included
in
the
document
you'll
see
the
all
the
information
as
far
as
the
routes
and
again
these
are
increases
of
a
little
over
about
27
and
where
we
are
now
there's
always
a
fluctuation
based
on
our
contract
based
on
fuel
crisis.
There's
a
low
tech
escalator,
so
fuel
goes
up,
there's
a
percentage,
an
increase
down.
A
B
D
And
boise
school
district
went
out
in
november
of
2019
right
prior
to
covet,
so
their
bid
was
effective
for
the
yeah
2020,
so
it
went
into
effect
in
the
2021
school
year
and
it
was
a
33
increase.
D
This
was
back
in
2019,
so
that
is
something
that
they
shared
with
me
and
again
right
now,
they're
they
have
a
request
for
increase.
So
we're
just
you
know:
okay,
everyone.
D
I
think
for
us
we're
probably
the
first
school
district,
that's
going
out
to
full
bid
first,
one
post
open,
at
least
in
our
area.
Okay,
so
I
think
I
don't
know
when
once
data
went
up
to
bid,
there's
not
even
2019
but
belly,
we
just
extended
our
contract
for
five
more
years.
D
So
that's
why
it's
always
interesting.
You
know
the-
and
I
think
we've
talked
about
this
with
the
full
transportation
company.
In
that
we've
had
a
long
history
with
the
company.
We
came
to
you
to
look
at
negotiating
the
dilemmas
that
we
were
having
with
the
impact
of
covent
on
their
business
as
we
went
remote
and
how
we
negotiated
through
that
they
were
again
before
time,
but
they
absolutely
helped
the
district
out
in
2012
when
funding
was
decreased
in
state,
when
we
eliminated
kindergarten
miles,
they
would
come
back
and
ask
for
additional
money.
D
D
B
E
C
There
is
a
built-in
consumer.
D
D
As
we
know
from
year
to
year
what
the
consumer
price
index
does
it
establishes
the
time
of
this
contract
july
1,
and
then
it
will
be
adjusted
july
1
from
now
on,
so
this
is
set
for
this
year.
D
The
rates
that
are
in
this
proposal,
where
there
will
be
an
increase
or
fluctuation,
will
be
fueled.
There's
a
fuel
escalator
in
there
as
well.
We
establish
a
price
that
was
at
the
time
of
the
bid
and
based
on
that
price.
It
can
go
up
and
down
because
we
did
see
decreases
based
on
when
we
first
over
the
last
six
years,
based
on
what
the
route
rate
was
and
then
based
on
fuel,
it
decreased.
So
it
does,
it
does
go
in
our
direction
and
you
know
to
benefit
us
as
well.
D
A
E
N
D
Trustee
butler,
thank
you.
That
is
exactly.
That
is
a
very
good
point,
so
we
do
receive.
We
have
been
receiving
around
70
to
72
percent
reimbursement,
so.
N
D
That
million
dollars
most
likely
it
would
not
be
the
whole
million
dollars
right.
However,
with
that
being
said,
I
need
to
say
that
we
will
experience
the
increased
costs
for
the
22-23
school
year.
We
will
not
be
reimbursed
until
the
23-21
year.
That
is
the
dilemma
from
from
going
into
a
contract
like
this,
because
this.
C
D
We're
being
reimbursed
for
last
year,
next
year's
revenue
in
in
the
revenue
categories
that
you
see
is
based
on
what
I'm,
anticipating
from
the
expenditures
for
2122
into
next
year.
So
we
won't
see
that
jump
in
reimbursement
revenue
until
next
year.
So
that
is
the
challenge
that
we
have,
and
luckily
we
do
have
a
good
fun
balance
that
allows
us
to
do
that
in
the
event
that
we
would
need
to
dip
into
that
fun
balance
contract.
A
C
D
Absolutely
thank
you
for
breaking
that
up.
We
had
asked
for
letters
of
recommendation
from
other
entities
that
they
do
business
with.
D
They
do
hold
their
contract
with
mountain
home
school
district,
so
those
that
are
coming
from
the
school
district.
D
Those
letters
of
recommendation
of
the
school
district
is
because
they
hold
the
contract
with
them
and
they
had
to
indicate
to
us
any
bidder
would
have
to
indicate
they
were
providing
services
to
any
other
school
district
in
the
state
of
idaho,
and
so
that's
part
of
it,
and
in
doing
that,
we
asked
for
letters
of
recommendation
from
other
entities
and
some
of
the
commercial
entities
that
they
do
business
so
with
the
college
of
idaho
they
would
do
their
charter
business.
D
So
those
are
the
types
of
that's
why
there
would
be
a
letter
of
reference
from
the
college
of
idaho
and
there's
letters
of
reference
from
their
insurance
company
hartwell.
So
that
is
why
it's
just
part
of
the
process
that
we
ask
for
those
letters
as
part
of
any
type
of
stupid,
specs.
C
B
B
And
our
next
presenter
is
bernie
carrera
bernie
sanders,
herrera,
carrera,
okay,
maintenance,
analysis
and
facility
needs.
I'm
the
author.
E
E
Now
we
can
start
with
the
roofing
kind
of
give
you
a
breakdown
of
where
we're
at
first
school.
As
far
as
completion,
the
majority
of
the
schools
are
original
groups,
the
high
school.
What
we'll
be
talking
about
tonight
is
the
membrane
route
right
now
we're
about
a
quarter
complete
and
we'll
be
needing
to
address
the
other
three
quarters
a
school
was
built
in
1996
and
we've
exceeded
the
life
expectancy
of
the
warranties.
E
E
It
goes
then,
into
lewis
and
clark
elementary,
which
it
shows
the
fasteners
and
coughing
throughout
the
roof
being
addressed.
We
have
accomplished
that
with
that
roof
as
well
secondary,
it
required
the
same
attention
as
far
as
fasteners
backing
out
and
blocking
being
dried
out
and
having
to
be
recalled.
We
have
addressed
that
as
well.
E
E
C
E
E
That
is
currently
one
that
we
have
just
actually
today,
I've
received
backward
on
the
warranty
from
dow
and
they
have
denied
the
warranty
but
we'll
be
resubmitting
for
the
warranty,
because
we've
submitted
it
saying
that
there's
been
multiple
issues.
Well,
they
came
back
and
said:
well,
it
wasn't
within
the
last
30
days.
E
Well,
we've
been
trying
to
fit
this
process
through
for
quite
some
time,
so
we're
going
to
go
back
and
argue
that
point
of
payment
we
have
documentation,
saying
multiple
topics,
requested
repairs
and
things
that
happen,
and
this
is
van
buren
van
buren,
and
we
can
just
group
van
buren
and
washington
together
they're
same.
L
E
Same
school
same
year,
same
same
materials.
So
what
we're?
On
top
of
the
warranty
issues,
the
material
that
was
used
is
discontinued
so
having
the
people
come
out
and
try
to
patch
is
very
difficult
because
of
material.
You
can't
match
it.
So
there's
been
many
yeah
they're
newer
schools
right
when
they
built.
E
and
ever
since
the
construction
of
those
we
have
had
issues
with
the
roofing
and
had
a
difficult
time
getting
people
back
out
after
that,
first
year
of
warranty,
work
dow
sold
the
warranty
off
to
the
foreign
company
and
then
trying
to
track
them
down
and
trying
to
just
deal
with
the
warranty
and
having
material.
That's
not
available
anymore.
It's
been
very
difficult,
so
we'll
just
keep
pursuing
as
best
we
can.
E
E
E
C
Building
is
the
poplar
built
our
ift
building
and
let's
see
the
the
pictures
on
that
and
that
has
been
redone
just
within.
C
E
Our
good
colleagues
in
the
state
legislature
just
to
help
them
understand
the
conditions,
the
conditions
of
our
buildings
kevin.
I
I
donate
my.
E
And
section
two:
it
takes
a
look
at
the
hvac
as
we
had
a
system.
Total
systems
come
out
and
do
analysis
on
those
to
show
what
the
condition
is
there,
as
well
kind
of
breaks
it
down
on
the
first
couple
pages
of
just
the
conditions.
E
I
can
pause
this
there
with
what
we've
done
since
last
five
years.
We've
done
everything
again
to
do
the
preventative
maintenance
and
bring
up
the
units
to
the
best
we
can.
They
discover
things
as
very
about
the
greatest
pearls,
condensing
coils
screens
plugged
or
broken
and
bearings
going
out.
J
E
It
shows
it
breaks
down
first
school
and
you
can
see
that
will
show
you
on
the
units.
The
rooftop
units
is
where
they're
at
and
then
the
last
page
you
can
see
after
the
high
school
you
can
kind
of
see
in
there,
let's
say
negative
11
in
in
red,
showing
the
life
expectancy
we've
already
exceeded
11
years.
E
C
E
If
you
go
to
the
very
last
pages,
we'll
give
you
an
idea
of
what
kind
of
cost
I
have
one
sheet
just
from
an
engineer
which
we've
looked
at
any
strings.
This
is
a
good
example
of
what
their
proposal
or
cost
estimate
is
three
million,
seven
hundred
seventy
seven
thousand
eight
hundred,
and
that's
just
for
the
hvac
that
candidate.
So
I
can
kind
of
give
you
an
idea
of
what
hvac
is
requiring
as
far
as.
E
E
That
there's
still
other
bids
that
go
along
with
the
three
million
seven
hundred,
knowing
that
this
is
what
we've
received
the
37,
knowing
that
we
have
to
replace
all
the
windows
as
well
and
that's
another
very
large
truck
with
the
stucco
and
the
repairs
there.
So
there's
when
you
start
looking
at
the
other
items,
besides
just
the
hvac,
the
numbers
are
really
getting
close
to
having
that
discussion.
That's
that's
why
I
made
that
call.
E
I
don't
know
I
can't
spring
some
years
so
ago
for
their
event,
where
they
had
students
showing
off
their
projects,
and
I
was
upstairs
and
one
of
the
teachers
that
opened
one
of
the
windows
have
been
in
the
hall
to
help
airflow
and
they
couldn't
get
the
window
closed.
That
is
correct
and
we've
tried
to
go
through
and
retro
those
ones.
The
only
way
there
is
is
the
retro
complete
breakout
because
we
can't
get
parts
for
those
anymore.
So
it's
been
that's
the
discussion.
E
If
you
look
at
3-7
for
the
heat,
that's
great
the
words
actually
going
to
go
right
out
the
window,
so
I
mean
there's,
there's
things
that
we
have
to
look
at
as
there's
a
full
building
and
the
cost
that
it's
going
to
take
for
that,
I'm
still
pursuing
a
lot
of
those
numbers,
but
we've
stopped
right
here
at
6
million.
So
then
I
just
looking
at
how
far
did
we
want
to
take
it?
How
much
other
plumbing
issues
that
we
have
as
well
as
hvac?
And
it
goes
it's
cool.
E
E
So,
as
you
can
see,
this
general
successes
is
we're
we're
really
pushing
where
we're
at
with
the
hvac
throughout
the
district.
It's
it's
something
that
needs
to
be
addressed
as
far
as
where
we
want
to
go.
What
we
need
to
do
is
put
in
a
plan
to
have
a
stretch
out
plan
to
lakes
in
a
lot
of
these
ones
that
we
know
are
eventually
going
to
start
going
down
and
when
they
do
there's
going
to
be
significant.
E
It's
not
the
small
heat
pumps
we're
talking
about
we're
talking
about
large
units
on
inspecting
whole
gems,
and
things
like
that.
So,
if
those
go
down,
it's
not
like,
you
can
just
switch
it
out
in
one
or
two
days.
These
are
getting
trains
getting
up
on
top
of
roofs
and
doing
some
major
replacements.
E
E
E
E
C
So
there's
only
and
we
we
spend
on
facility
money,
I'm
just
doing
repairs,
making
those
repairs
removing
asbestos
there's
about
a
five
hundred.
D
Thousand
dollar
request
from
bernie
to
fix
the
heat
that
syringa's
gym:
that's
just
the
gym
because
they
don't
have
quality
heat
in
the
gym.
So
it's
like
this
is
a
big.
This
will
be
a
big
conversation,
it's
beyond
the
plant
facility.
If
you
get
maybe
into
considering
a
bond
to
repair
buildings,
I
think
the
hvac
as
bernie
will
have
correct
me.
C
D
C
C
D
E
Far
as
the
next
column,
it
goes
from
hvac
over
to
controls,
which
kind
of
goes
hand
in
hand
right
now.
The
controls
trying
to
have
our
bbc
system
that
we
can
read
which,
what's
going
on
in
each
school
as
you
can
see
in
the
controls
column,
which
ones
have
it,
which
ones
don't.
We
still
do
not
have
controls
on
some
of
the
schools
and
what
I've
included
on
those
in
dab.
E
Three
is
just
an
idea:
two
schools,
washington
van
buren,
that
are
that
are
currently
under
the
dnc
system,
trying
just
to
upgrade
and
get
to
a
new
one.
That's
not
proprietary
that
ones
that
we
have
more
flexibility
on
getting
in
it's
about
one
hundred
thousand
dollars
per
school,
and
that's
just
like,
I
said
ones
that
are
established
once
schools,
like
canyon,
springs
that
we
don't
even
have
on
any
kind
of
system
or
which
is
an
old
steam
weather
system.
We'd
have
to
be
updating
everything
to
even
have
the
capability
of
reading.
E
J
J
Other
items
that
we'd
like
to
look
at,
let's
see
in
chapters
the
water
heaters
you
can
see
in
the
spreadsheet
the
water
heaters
that
we
have
they're
ranging.
E
E
We've
been
very
fortunate
and
then
some
of
those
that
have
been
used
were
just
regular
commercial
water
heaters.
So
when
we
look
at
replacing
we're
looking
at
one
commercial
and
making
sure
I
mean,
we've
lasted
this
long,
but
it
doesn't
mean
that
we
get
that
lucky
with
the
newer,
newer
ones
that
we're
putting
in.
So
those
are
ones
that
we
need
to
consider
on
just
starting
to
get
those
replaced.
As
as
you
can,
I've
provided
just
a
quote
to
show
kind
of
what
what
the
cost
is
on
those.
But
that's
just
the
cost
of.
E
That's
here
where
you
were
talking
about
on
it's
not
a
matter
of
if
this
matters
when
on
this
one
here
it's
analysis,
but
it's
also.
What
I
find
is
what
I
feel
is
the
pressing
items
right
now
at
this
current
time,
the
chs
the
high
school
is
in
need
of
a
new
tower
separator.
We
just
replaced
the
cooling
tower,
but
there's
still
piping
and
lots
of
components
that
go
in
the
mechanical
room
that
need
to
be
addressed,
and
that
is
one
of
them.
E
The
auditorium,
the
makeup
units
number
11,
the
eight
ton
heat
pumps
and
the
luxury
orchestra
on
band
rooms
and
six
classrooms.
Those
are
all
units
that
are
not
just
get
in
the
ceiling
and
replace
the
unit.
Those
require
crane
some
extensive
planning
to
get
those
off,
so
we
don't
want
to
just
let
those
go
down
or
we
will
be
out
with
weeks
without
having
equipment,
because
the
leak
time
on
the
equipment
now
is
so
long
and
unknown.
E
P
E
That
at
that
point,
we
should
be
addressing
can
springs.
As
you
see
it's
my
recommendation,
based
on
the
amount
of
work
and
extensive
numbers
that
I've
seen
and
knowing
the
value
that
we
got,
we
haven't
had
a
trace
lately,
but
that
was
based
on
the
last
appraisal
that
we
had
right
now
at
minimum
to
make
sure
that
we
do
have
full
climate
and
each
of
the
spaces.
E
We
are
looking
at
having
five
areas
that
need
to
have
the
units
replaced
and
those
are
running
about
25,
000
apiece,
so
those
that
would
be
what
the
minimum
recommendation
at
this
point
would
be
jefferson
middle
school.
This
hasn't
been,
I
believe
it
was
2016,
or
so
they
did
do
some
block
repair
on
it,
but
it's
still
not
holding
up
and
it's
expensive
as
far
as
what
repairs
need
to
be
done.
The
ceiling
of
the
block
and
the
windows
and
the
blocked
frame
are
rusted
out
and
need
to
be
replaced.
E
So
when
you're
looking
at
the
placement,
though,
the
replacement
lock
work-
and
it's
not
just
pop
the
window
out-
put
it
in
so
right
now.
These
are
the
newer
boilers
at
that
school.
But
one
of
the
currently
one
of
the
circulation
homes
is
not
working
online
and
then
also
we've
been
working
with
environmental
company
on
locating
smell.
That's
going
on
that
we've
identified,
that's
not
called
idle
power,
or
it
was
called
inspections.
We've
called
so
we
know
it's
not
we're
hazardous
right
now,
we're
just
trying
to
identify
it.
E
So
we've
taken
air
samples
and
we'll
be
sending
those
to
the
left
to
find
out
what
it
is:
serena
middle
school
as
you've
seen
the
roofs
address
the
roof.
So
then
we
can
address
some
of
the
ceiling
tiles
and
such
inside
the
classroom.
The
boiler
is
in
need,
but
with
that
being
said,
when
you
replace
the
boiler
go
to
a
new
susan,
we're
gonna,
look
at
all
the
units,
and
these
are
the
classrooms
throughout
the
building.
E
The
gym
we've
looked
at,
we
priced
out
and
friends
should
mention
we're
at
about
450
000
to
just
for
the
the
gym.
We're
looking
at
heating
and
cooling.
We've
never
had
air
conditioning
in
there,
so
we're
entertaining
going
back
just
to
get
the
heat
back
right
now,
just
to
see
so
we
went
back
to
the
engineers
and
asked
to
kind
of
investigate
that
a
little
bit
deeper
on.
E
E
The
van
buren
elementary,
the
membrane
roof
is,
is
definitely
the
biggest
issue
since,
since
it
was
built,
we've
been
here,
they
have,
and
I
have
been
myself-
have
been
working
on
getting
that
taking
care
of
the
block
and
the
window
are
leaking
around
the
outside.
So
we
need
to
recock
the
windows
and
the
vfd
we
had
a
circulation
pump
went
out,
we
had
a
leak
and
squirted
had
water
on
it.
So
we
have
to
replace
that.
E
E
Sacagawea,
the
water
heaters
there's
quite
a
few
water
heaters
that
need
to
be
replaced,
lincoln
the
majority
of
the
roof
that
we've
seen
that
needs
to
be
replaced
in
the
front
line
due
to
the
like
they're
roofing,
as
a
leak
through
and
needs
to
be
repaired.
Now
that's
the
attic
space
recently
the
birds
have
gotten
through
the
through
the
equipment
up
top
and
gotten
into
the
added
space
and
we're
working
on
getting
those
out,
but
because
there's
still
asbestos
piping
in
there,
it
makes
a
little
bit
more.
E
The
bathroom
is
good,
the
bent
hoods
are
needed,
replaced
and
we're
working,
apparently
that
roof
was
done
and
I'm
just
working
with
the
roof
around
the
markings
to
get
some
of
the
minor
repairs
that
would
damage
the
tiles
inside
with
some
part
like
I
was
saying,
there's
ceiling
needing
to
be
happening.
Some
block
work
before
we
start
to
seal
that
up.
E
Indian
creek
cami,
the
gym
we've
been
working
on.
We've
got
the
gym
floor
done
now.
We've
got
the
doors
in
they're
working
on
some
of
the
thresholds,
but
we
still
don't
have
heat.
So
this
the
boiler
and
the
skull
steep
meters
that
are
up
in
the
corners
are
now
obsolete.
So
we're
having
to
look
at
what
the
option
is
to
get
so
we
don't
have
to
look
right
back
to
the
whole
steam
unit,
we're
looking
at
potentially
coming
up
with
another
unit
that
will
come
in
and
be
updated
and
that's
probably.
E
We
recently
have
had
fire
inspection
and
state
inspections
have
gone
through
the
district
and
pointed
out
items
that
we
need
to
address,
and
those
two
first
on
the
list
are
the
fire
doors
and
the
chain
link
exit
doors,
those
the
fire
doors
we
have
are
not
mechanically
fastened
when
the
fire
system
goes
off,
we
have
them
they're
all
manual
right
now,
so
they're
recommending
that
we
go
through
and
put
magnetic
locks
on
all
the
fire
doors
throughout
the
disc.
Some
schools
have
a
majority
of
the
older
ones.
E
You
know
that's
something
that
we're
working
with
and
then
some
of
the
the
areas
where
the
way
that
the
building
is
constructed,
we've
set
up
chain
link
fence.
We
could
have
to
create
exit
ways
to
get
out
of
those,
rather
than
keeping
it
locked
up,
which
is
just
coming
up
and
putting
in
special
effects
and
doors
through
the
champions
areas.
E
Another
large
projects
that
we've
got
are
the
tennis
courts.
Those
are
about
right
now,
because
the
condition
that's
been
so
long
since
anyone's
addressed
them,
there's
nothing
that
they
can
resurface
on
the
tennis
courts
right
now,
so
they're,
all
about
half
a
million
dollars
to
repair
the
three
tennis
courts
that
they
have
so
we're
looking
at
quite
a
bit
of
money
for
those
asphalt,
as
you
know,
see
the
parking
lot
as
you
pull
in
those
are
also
something
that
needs
to
be
addressed
throughout
the
district
and
some
are
worse
than
others.
E
E
We've
been
trying
to
do
bathroom
remodels
for
quite
some
time
and
trying
to
address
those,
but
they
know
those
get
costly
and
there's
quite
a
few
that
they
didn't
do
just
another
project.
Is
that
the
high
school
and
the
stairs
and
the
carpet
we've
been
looking
at
a
place
that
that
is
the
original
over
there
in
that
school?
So
we've
been
looking
at
that
we
started
the
the
re-key
project
for
security
purposes.
We've
got
the
re-key,
we've
gone
all
and
got
and
we're
looking
at
continuing
on
with
some
interior
interiors.
E
E
Yeah,
that's
that's
been
talked
about,
but
also
because
the
size
and
the
orientation
of
school,
the
noise
factor
is
something
that
we
have
to
consider
on.
What
sections
that
we'll
be
looking
at
doing
in
the
stairwells
is
the
same
scenarios
got
carpeted,
but
it's
also
concrete,
so
we've
priced
out
the
stairwear,
still
staircase,
and
so
we've
kind
of
looked
at
doing
exactly
what
you're
talking
about
polishing
some
of
the
areas
and
kind
of
going
from
there
and
seeing
how
it
works.
So
we've
got
some
bits:
it's
almost
just
for
the
stairwells
to
do
those
underneath.
D
C
D
E
P
C
Something
that
we're
we're
looking
at
as
far
as
numbers
go.
We
did
it
at
that
syringa
and
it's
worked
out
real
well,
we
took
all
the
stuff
out
of
there.
It's
worked
out
really.
Well,
they
just
don't
have
this
high
ceilings.
E
C
E
E
Equipment,
so
it's
definitely
helped
it
was
the
older
equipment
was
just
not
cleaning
it
as
well.
So
we
did
have
seen
a
little
bit
better
scenario.
Now
that
we've
got
newer
equipment,
that's
cleaning
a
little
bit
better,
but
as
you
go
and
you
notice
how
there's
there's,
definitely
where,
on
the
I
don't
like
that,
that's
not
something
that
three
five
years
is
definitely
the
reason
I
made.
That
up
is
that
I
mean
we're.
Looking
at
immediate
needs
like
right
now,
because
perhaps
the
district
hasn't
looked,
I
had
enough,
maybe
they
have.
I
don't
know.
E
I
mean
I've
been
on
the
board
seven
years
and
we
do
our
best,
but
I'm
just
and
maybe
not
to
get
the
carpet
for
the
horse,
but
you
know,
let's
say
we
did
decide
to
do
some
sort
of
you
know,
approach
the
community
with
a
levy
for
maintenance
and
repairs.
E
That's
the
right
term
that
we
would
use.
Maybe
we've
bought
yeah,
and
you
know
it
would
be.
You
know,
potentially
a
lot
based
on
what
you've
shown
us
today,
but
maybe
we've
helped
before
we're
looking
as
well.
I
don't
know
so
you
know
we're
not
requiring
just
immediate
repairs
like
for
right
now,
but
we're
also
looking
at
five
years.
E
E
Yes,
I
believe
those
those
would
last
much
longer
than
streams
only
because
the
condition
and
the
way
that
they've
been
taken
care
of,
for
whatever
reasons
start
to
say
what
it
is
that
I
know
structurally,
that
this
we're
still
dealing
with
the
steam
or
the
boiler,
so
I
mean
you're
still
looking
at
the
big
components
of
it,
but
if
you
aren't
looking
at
immediate
decisions
right
now,
the
the
condition
of
the
windows,
we
don't
have
that
same
conditional
breath.
E
C
C
E
E
E
There's
a
lot
of
windows
at
those
schools
so
trying
to
come
up
with
a
future
plan
desk
that
has
to
be
addressed
at
some
point.
I'm
just
not
sure
at
this
time
what
the
best
route
is
like.
I
said,
I'm
getting
contractors
out
to
say
here.
Well,
you
know,
there's
an
issue,
there's
no
doubt
about
it.
It's
just
a
matter
of
how
we
want
to
move
forward.
It's
got
to
be
addressed
in
some
fashion
and
they're
not
covered
by
the
warranty
right.
No,
I'm
speaking
to
the
vice
chairman
manning's
point.
E
I'm
going
on
the
leaking
window
and
then
yeah
furniture
cost
of
is
a
big
fine
item.
As
far
as
trying
to
get
everything
update
every
stuff,
so
we've
been
updating
some
of
the
furniture
as
we
go.
Some
of
the
schools
still
have
some
very
old
desks
and
that's
not
the
last
school
I
think,
was
400
000
to
get
the
new
desks
and
chairs
in
that
school.
So
it's
not
a
that's
when
I'm
looking
at
things
to
consider,
I'm
looking
at
numbers
of
just
as
far
as
numbers
go
not
for
what
you
like.
E
Some
major
repair
is
that
on
our
food
service,
the
food
service
building.
E
And
then
the
ovens
at
chs,
lewis
and
clark
and
wilson
are
the
original
events
of
those
as
same
as
the
equipment
and
the
hvac.
It's
life
expectancy
as
well,
but
they're
still
operating.
E
E
E
B
C
F
C
D
My
recommendation
would
be
a
bond
because
we
receive
money
from
the
state
to
pay
interest
and
sometimes
principal
on
bond
with
your
plant
facility
levees,
it's
just
a
tax
for
patrons.
But
if
you
bond
you
know
you
can
bond
over
10
years,
15
years,
20,
whatever
the
board
decides,
but
the
state
does
reimburse
us
for
bond
limit
equalization
monies.
They
will
give
the
district
some
funding
that
can
pay
your
payments.
We
can
also
ask
eric
here
to
come
whenever.
F
R
D
For
us
and
our
bonds
are
paying
off
so
pretty
soon
we
will
have
no
more.
I
mean
it's
it's
easier,
more
palatable
when
there
won't
be
a
huge
spike.
You
know
your
interest
in
your
living
rate,
so
we
want
to
look
at
just
managing
that
living
rate
and
see
what
the
impact
yes
and
at
this.
C
D
D
E
E
E
We're
trying
to
do
everything
we
can
to
get
those
prepared,
but
the
bond
would
look
at
something
to
where
an
alternative,
or
we
have
to
do
further
investigation
as
far
as
harder
numbers
on
putting
a
package
together
and
say
here,
this
is
the
monies
that
it's
going
to
take
to
do
x,
y
and
z.
Over
there
you
got
windows,
you
got
you
just,
don't
know
what
you
got.
Those
things
involved
in
all
those
processes,
all
the
plumbing
being
done.
E
So
that
would
be
a
bigger
package
that
we
put
together
and
then
that
time
you
look
at
it's
a
bond.
Where
does
the
fund
fit
in?
Is
it
going
to
go
to
a
school
that
we
want
to
repair
or
that
enough
money?
Is
that
we'd
be
able
to
have
another
facility
for
even
a
smaller
facility
that
the
district
offices
go
to
and
gain
strengths?
Can
move
to
this
building
and
take
it
up
in
the
agreement.
E
E
Correct
so
because
we're
talking
about
buildings,
do
we
have
any
updates
on
a
new
crate
as
far
as
the
voice
of
gross
followers?
That's
something
we're
just
going
to
talk
about
future.
D
C
C
E
A
Okay,
so
the
next
item
on
our
agenda
is
kobit
19
school
operation
plan
for
2021-2022,
dr.
C
French
yeah,
madam
chair
and
trustees,
just
to
update
you,
the
my
authentication.
C
I
have
updated
with
cindy
cross,
said
that
last
two
weeks
of
our
own
testing,
what
she's
been
taking
tracking
in
our
schools,
you
can
see
where
we're
at
with
our
own
covered
tracking,
it's
still
really
low
and
then
friction
collection
from
the
southwest
sister
calc
sent
the
information
that
was
as
of
saturday.
C
C
B
Future
agenda
items
anything
that
trustees
you'd
like
to
see.
A
In
future
agenda
items
for
june
either
the
regular
session.
A
Again,
if
you
have
any
ideas
or
any
suggestions.
A
Put
it
on
the
agenda,
if
you
have
to
think
of
something
between
them
and
now,
okay,
all
right!
So
now
we
come
to
our
executive
session,
so
here
we
will
take
action
and
we'll
go
into
its
executive
session.
So
we
will.
I
will
ask
for
a
motion
to
enter
into
executive.
E
A
A
So
we
are
back
coming
back
out
of
executive
session.
I
will
need
a
motion
to
come
out
of
executive
session.
C
C
D
A
Yes,
and
vice
chairman,
if
you
could,
let
us
know
what
what
was
considered
an
exhibition.
