A
Okay,
good
evening,
everybody
welcome
to
our
executive
session
and
regular
board.
Meeting
today
is
monday,
may
9
2022
and
we're
at
the
kabul
district
office.
I'd
like
to
call
this
meeting
to
order
and
madame
clerk,
could
you
please
call
the
wrong.
C
D
A
B
And
at
this
time,
madam
clerk,
if
you
could,
please
read
the
board
meeting
agenda
postings,
madam
chairpersina
and
trustees,
I
request
the
approval
of
the
board
of
trustees,
executive
session
and
regular
board
meeting
agenda
posting
for
monday
may
9
2022
the
agenda
was
posted
on
friday
may
6
at
5
18
pm
the
agenda
was
posted
at
these
locations,
the
school
district
website
and
the
coldwell
district
office.
A
Okay,
thank
you
and
I
would
like
to
ask
for
a
motion
to
receive
the
clerk's
agenda.
Post
notice,
posting
report.
D
B
A
E
B
C
D
B
Chairman
travis
manning
yes
and
madame
chair
of
myself.
Yes,.
A
A
A
Vice
chairman,
would
you
be
able
to
could
you
let
us
know
what
information,
what
we
decided
during
executive
session.
F
E
B
A
B
Report
so
dr
french,
thank
you,
madam
chair
and
trustee.
So
this
evening
we
have
a
couple
groups,
we'd
like
to
recognize
for
the
outstanding
achievement,
and
it
has
been
a
little
delayed
since,
since
I
was
informed
about
what
they
have
been
doing
so
first,
we
have
our
ffa
group
with
mr
rule
and
miss
wilson
is
here
to
enter.
Are
you
here
to
introduce
him
and
then
and
then
we
have
mr
jeff
nelson
band
director.
B
Within
his
ag
umbrella,
so
he
has
plant
science.
He
has
an
animal
science,
there's
probably
more
technical
terms,
but
he
applied
for
the
animal
science
this
year
and
was
approved
by
the
state,
and
then
he
also
has
a
small
engines
or
you
can
describe
it
better.
But
it's
a
small
engine's
ag
pro
program
as
well.
That's
a
new
program
that
was
approved
by
the
state
just
this
year,
so
he's
been
providing
some
introductory
classes,
but
they'll
be
full
or
advancing
towards
full
programs
next
year.
B
B
I
have
with
me
tonight
landon
o'donnell,
abby,
clough,
justin
warrenson
and
levi
marvin,
I'm
going
to
talk
to
you
guys
for
just
a
few
minutes
about
kind
of
an
update
on
the
program
over
the
last
three
years
and
then
the
kids
have
some
highlights.
They
won't
talk
to
you
about
about
things
that
we've
done
this
year.
So
we
had
a
presentation.
B
Had
an
opportunity,
especially
because
of
code,
to
come
in
and
talk
to
you
guys
about
some
of
the
program
highlights
so,
as
mr
also
mentioned,
we've
expanded
from
one
full
pathway
this
year
to
three
we've
expanded
our
course
offerings
from
three
to
nine.
Starting
next
year,
we've
had
our
facilities
expansions,
which
you
guys
are
aware
of
the
greenhouse
we've
expanded
our
ffa
program
from
eight
active
members
to
about
24
actual
members.
This
year.
C
B
Are
going
to
include
animal
science?
I
have
been
teaching
some
introductory
level
courses
this
year.
I
started
the
intermediate
level
course
and
next
year
we
will
complete
the
pathway
with
the
advanced
level
course
in
that
pathway,
we're
also
starting
a
small
engines.
Repair
program
then
teaching
the
intermediate.
Excuse
me
the
entry
level
mechanics
course
in
that
pathway
for
a
year
now,
next
year,
we'll
start
offering
the
introduction
to
small
gas
engines
and
then
hopefully,
in
the
future,
we'll
be
able
to
expand
our
facilities
and
have
a
full
program
and
offer
the
advanced,
small
engines
course.
B
And
then
we
do
currently
have
the
plant
science
pathway.
That's
the
one
we've
been
teaching
the
full
pathway
for
since
I
started
some
new
courses
to
the
program
this
year
included
animal
science.
We
also
started
offering,
which
is
the
excuse
me,
animal
sciences,
the
intermediate
level
course
for
the
animal
science
pathway,
fat
science.
We
started
offering
the
capstone
course
for
that
pathway
to
make
it
a
complete
pathway
this
year
and
then,
as
I
mentioned,
I
started
at
the
mechanics
course
and
the
next
year
will
be
advancing
to
the
full
or
the
intermediate
level.
D
B
Before
our
fence
after
the
greenhouse
was
completed,
this
was
our
greenhouse
last
year,
happy
to
report
that
we
covered
all
of
our
costs.
Last
year
we
made
pretty
good
money
last
year
enough
to
help
support
this
year,
which
is
these
two
pictures
here.
We
doubled
our
production
this
year
and
we
currently
did
cover
our
cost
this
year.
So
we're
doing
great
we're
having
our
last
day
sale
tomorrow
to
kind
of
finish
cleaning
out
the
inventory
that
we
have
left
over.
B
Okay,
so
this
is
a
big
choppy
right
here.
This
is
us
at
slc,
so
we
went
up
to
play,
falls
in
the
state
leadership
conference
there,
like
you
said
our
chapter
has
grown
from
about
nine
members
from
three
years
ago
to
about
24
active
members.
Now,
so
we
have
our
chapter
level,
which
is
just
our
school
and
then
our
district
is
the
treasure
valley
district.
We
have
seven.
B
B
B
A
In
sophomore,
okay
and
then
do
what
did
you
say?
You
may
have
said
that,
but
I
I
didn't
catch
it.
Do
you
have
an
office
or
a
title
for.
B
The
chapter
for
the
chapter
vice
president:
okay,
good
for
you
all
right,
thank
you
and
we're
currently
working
on
electing
next
year's
officers.
So
the
way
the
program
works
is
at
the
end
of
the
school
year.
We
will
elect
the
following
school
year's
officers,
so
we're
in
that
process.
Right
now.
Okay,.
B
I'm
a
first
year
in
the
ffa
and
global
high
school,
like.
E
B
B
I
don't
remember
what
college
it
was,
but
there
is
1570
people
there.
If
I
remember
exactly.
B
E
E
Yes,
we
did
do
dairy,
judging
at
the
beginning
of
the
year,
which
I
I
did
go
to.
It
was
my
first
time
ever
going
to.
B
E
B
E
E
So
we
have
a
lot
of
different
events
throughout
the
year,
pretty
much
all
the
pathways
career
development
events.
So
the
events
are
designed
by
industry
professionals
to
help
the
kids
practice
their
skills
that
they're
going
to
use
in
the
industry.
B
Trustees,
what
grade
are
you
in
this
year?
I'm
a
friend
also
got
some
more
years
ahead
of
you
just
learn
more.
I
hope
you
can
never
stop.
That's
right!
That's
right!
E
Hi,
I'm
justin
warranty,
I'm
here
to
highlight
the
industry
tours
that
we've
been.
E
B
E
F
B
B
Obviously,
we
have
a
lot
of
kids
across
the
nation
that
are
from
farming
and
livestock
backgrounds,
but
we
really
do
pride
ourselves
on
offering
opportunities
to
all
students,
and
especially
here
at
caldwell,
we
have
a
very
large
percentage
of
students
that
have
never
stepped
out
on
the
farm.
Maybe
even
live
in
an
apartment
in
town,
and
you
know
we
provide
all
those
opportunities
to
them
at
school
who
don't
know
what
achievements
they
have.
E
D
Do
you
have
any
any
animals.
E
I
currently
am
raising
chickens
in
my
backyard.
What
grade
are
you
raised?
I
am
a
freshman
freshman,
okay,
just
to
show
off
a
couple
of
the
tours
that
we
went
on.
We
went
to
a
rnh
steel.
They
produce
80
of
the
ag
products
in
the
united
states
like
tool,
tool-wise
parts,
fencing
stuff
like
that.
No
fencing
just
like
parts
for
chills
and
tractors
and
whatnot.
A
E
C
D
We're
glad
you're
learning
I
mean
it's
it's
again.
I
grew
up
out
in
the
fields
and
on
the
farms
and
stuff,
and
it
was
great
I
loved,
and
it
you
know
it's
neat.
You
go
to
a
big
city,
they
don't
know
anything
about
cows
and
pigs
and
they
go
to
petting
zoos.
To
see
these
things,
it's
neat
that
you're
you're
actually
out
there.
E
B
B
So,
mr
martin,
the
seed
tell
me
what
they
do.
B
And
or
like
pheasants
are
a
bit
proper
out
there
from
eating
them
so
that
it
cures.
A
So
when
I
was
a
kid
and
I
worked,
we
used
to
block
beets
and
you
know
we'd
block
beets,
because
you
know
the
farmer
would
plant
them
very
close
to
each
other.
And
then
you
know
you'd
hope.
You'd
have
a
lot
of
plants
that
would
grow
and
then,
but
if
they
were
too
close,
it
wouldn't
grow.
So
it's
kind
of
like
thinning
apple,
blossoms
or
you
know
dirt
in
fruit.
But
so
you
take
the
home
and
we
block
it,
but
it
this
coating
got
so
good
that
they
could
make.
A
A
So
one
thing
I
wanted
to
say
this:
last
year
we
went
to
our
isba
conference,
which
is
you
know
just
like
you,
young
folks
go
to
conventions,
we
go
to
conventions
as
well,
and
we
we
go
talk
to
legislators
and
one
of
the
interesting.
A
Not
only
do
you
do
you
learn
how
to
these
different
sciences,
but
you're
also
taught
you
know
how
to
speak
eloquently
and
speak
before
crowd,
and
so
this
might
be
your
first
time
or
you
guys
are
doing
great
and
and
you're
prepared
to
answer
questions.
So
that's
really
really
good,
so
I
mean
keep
on
and
keep
doing
what
you're
doing,
because
you
know
you'll
be
great
spokespeople,
because
you'll
know
what
what
what
what
your
stand
for.
What
future
farmers
of
america
stands?
For?
You
know
it
doesn't
have
to
be
just
the
farming
part.
B
B
B
Because
it's
supposed
to
be
worth
it,
I've
got
a
wall
covered
already,
but
I
I
was
really
impressed
with
the
greenhouse.
So
in
that
facility
I
mean
it
was
a
new
facility
last
year,
but
we've
already
taken
up
civilian
drones,
we've
added
some
industrial
grow
lights
and
we've
industrialized
it
a
lot
more
to
what
a
student
might
see
if
they
did
go
into
a
field
like
that
in
industry.
So
we're
growing
slowly
as
we
get
some
money
and
get
supplies
in
the
future.
Mr.
A
Rule
did
your
client
that
saved
all
those
plans?
Did
she
come
get
them
or
because,
if.
A
D
B
B
E
E
B
And
is
here
to
share
about
the
success
at
state,
solar
competitions
and
other
competitions.
C
F
But
anyway,
as
as
you
may
know,
we
have
just
lots
of
events
through
the
year
and
things
that
we
do
is
the
band
program
in
marching
band
concert,
band,
jazz
band
and
so
there's
lots
of
events.
But
one
of
the
events
that
we
have
in
the
band
and
the
in
the
program
in
general
is
seoul.
F
Festival
and
so
students
get
the
opportunity
to
perform
solos
or
they
get
into
small
groups
and
small
ensembles
and
perform,
and
we've
had
a
district
festival
happen
and
one
of
the
things
that
was
new
this
year
is,
I
don't
know
if
I
didn't
have
enough
on
my
plate.
I
was
in
our
instrument
inventory
and
we
have
eight
horns:
french
horns
in
our
inventory
and
they're.
Actually
very
nice,
and
I
don't
they're
not
like
all
used
and
playing
the
horn
is
my
specialty.
I
was
like,
let's
have
a
horn
club.
I
think
that's
a
great
idea.
C
F
C
F
Two
trumpet
players
playing
through
tomorrow
and
then
phoning
them
player
playing
french
foreign,
an
eclectic
group.
We
had
nine
people
playing
and
nine
weren't
checked
out
and
we
started
pretty
much
after
marching
band
season,
and
so
they
met.
They
got
here
at
6
30
in
the
morning
once
a
week
and
we
worked
on
teaching
them
how
to
play
the
horn
and
that's
the
most
difficult
instrument.
There
is
so
they
did
a
great
job.
F
F
Our
percussion
ensemble
receive
the
superior
rating,
unfortunately,
the
size
of
the
group
to
qualify
for
state
the
limit
is
eight
and
we
have
ten,
so
they
couldn't
qualify
for
state
just
because
the
ensemble
size
was
not
one
of
the
categories
so,
but
they
did
a
great
job
of
superior,
and
then
we
had
two
soloists
get
a
third
place
at
districts
that
was
cedric
call
and
also
alex
ramella
on
tenor,
saxophone
third
place
or
fourth
place.
I
don't
remember
one
of
those,
but.
C
F
They
didn't
qualify
immediately
because
they
have
rules
in
the
in
the
imea
where
each
district
qualifies
their
top
two
in
each
category,
and
so
they
weren't
automatic
qualifiers.
So
it
took
about
a
month
after
districts
for
them
to
they
were
alternates
and
they
got
called
up
to
perform,
and
so
they
went
to
state
and
alex
from
ella.
Well
I'll
start
with
the
horn
club.
F
First
time
they've
ever
played
some
of
them
at
all,
and
so
they
go
to
state
and
get
sixth
place
and
I'm
extremely
proud
of
that
and
cedric
call
went
and
got
third
place
and
then
alex
from
ella
came
from
an
alternate
to
being
state
champion
so
wow
so
antenna
saxophone.
So
that's
pretty
much
so
really
proud
of
the
work
that
they're
doing
he's
the
one
that
can't
be
here
because
he's
a
lesson
on
his
center.
So
he's.
F
F
F
B
E
A
A
So
I'll
just
say,
for
the
record,
any
patron
who
wishes
to
have
input
at
this
meeting
can
either
submit
an
email
to
the
clerk
by
the
day
of
the
meeting
at
12
p.m
or
sign
up
before
the
meeting
and
written
comments
must
include
your
name
address
and
phone
number.
A
A
So
we
I'll
ask
to
for
a
motion
to
prove
all
the
items
by
single
vote
unless
there's
a
member
on
the
board,
who
would
like
to
have
an
item
removed
from
the
consent
agenda
and
considered
and
discussed
shortly
thereafter.
So
at
this
time
is
there
anybody
who
would
like
to
well?
Who
would
like
to
have
an
item
removed
from
the
kitchen
agenda.
B
Madam
chair,
I
moved
to
approve
the
consent
agenda,
stated:
okay,.
E
A
B
B
We're
going
well,
we've
got
the
connections
with
the
equipment
right
now,
we're
updating
our
computers
and
what
we
have
to
meet
that
requirement
to
run
the
program,
so
we're
updating
our
laptops
and
desktops
to
run
the
new.
This
ego
system
we've
received
the
repairs
that
need
it
for
the
auditorium,
see
there's
a
lot
going
on
over
there,
so
keeping
that
one
going
the
main
line,
it's
all
complete
and
up
and
running
and
where
the
baseball
shed
is
all
complete.
But
the
metal
door's
on
been
on
that.
C
B
Well
and
got
the
gutters
on
and
spent.
B
Trying
to
get
that
accomplished,
indian
creek
is
going
well
well.
We've
got
the
floor,
complete
the
paint
ceiling,
the
lights
are
in
they're,
working
on
just
trimming
out
the
block
off
carpets
and
then
ready
to
open
that
back
up
for
use
and
then
we'll
just
be
looking
at
this
in
there
and
see
what
we
can
do
on
there
get
rid
of
the
old
boiler
system
and
come
up
with
a
new
key
for
the
gym.
B
The
district
facility
building
we've
received
the
drawing
got
some
conceptual
cost.
We
got
new
plants
back
from
the
city,
so
they've
added
a
scope
of
work.
Now
that
they've
said
yes,
you
could
build.
B
B
The
easter
buns
and
then
kind
of
stipulation
for
that
is
when
we
do
that,
then
there's
like
an
prevailing
wage
effect
because
required
long
effects.
So,
if
you're
looking
at
this,
it
helps.
But
when
you're
looking
at
these
talks,
so
there's
always
a
give
and
take
on
that
time
frame
and
certain
individuals
that
contractors
that
have
to
be
familiar
with
that
kind
of
with
any.
E
B
B
They
reviewed
our
terms
of
the
radiate
florida
lanes
agreement
with
the
boys
and
girls
club
and
how
that
looks,
and
so
we
felt
like,
based
on
trustee
butler's
comment
at
the
meeting,
where
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
are
legally
lined
out
so
that
we
don't
move
forward
and
enter
into
something
that
we
can't
support.
So.
E
B
Just
it's
a
matter
of
how
it
looks
and
then
how
the
mlu
agreement
is
written
up
so
that
there's
not
a
conflict
of
government
and
like
a
charitable
organization.
B
B
A
B
C
B
A
B
E
C
D
B
It's
basically
used
then,
for
budgetary
decisions
and
as
a
basis
on
which
to
make
superintendent
evaluations
and
to
really
take
a
look
at
the
whole
picture
of
the
calwell
school
district
and
say
what
are
the
things
that
we
need
to
focus
on.
Where
do
we
need
to
put
our
money?
Where
do
we
need
to
evaluate
the
superintendent
and
it
gives
the
superintendent,
dr
french,
a
real
good
sense
of
what
the
priorities
are
for
the
district,
so
it
started
out
with
dr
sanchez,
who
did
a
very
nice
job
of
giving
the
framework
of
this
plan.
B
B
They
were
informed,
they
were
vocal,
they
were
opinionated
and
they
were
very
helpful.
So
my
hat's
off
to
them
for
sticking
with
it
and
really
being
committed
to
the
caldwell
school
district,
because
it's
very
easy
to
bail
after
a
period
of-
and
they
don't
have
for
this.
C
B
Had
staff
members
and
we
had
administration,
all
of
whom
brought
different
perspectives
and
we
were
able
to
work
through
and
prioritize
what
the
important
factors
are
for
you
to
consider
going.
C
B
So
what
we
did
then
was
simplify
the
language
and
try
to
come
up
with
strategies,
and
one
way
to
look
at
this
document
is
to
consider
kind
of
a
restaurant,
say:
okay,
what
is
my
goal?
I
want
to
increase
my
revenue.
Okay,
what
are
the
strategies
I'm
going
to
do
a
happy
hour?
How
do
I
know
what's
going
to
work?
My
my
income
during
that
period
of
time
goes
up.
So
when
you
look
at
this,
it's
much
more
kind
of
broad-based,
but
it
gives
you
an
idea
of
what
this
particular
group
of
people
thought.
B
You
should
be
looking
at
in
the
fight
you're
going
through
now.
This
is
not
etched
in
stone.
If
you
approve
it,
it's
certainly
not
something
that
you
can't
look
at
and
say
you
know
this
isn't
working.
We
need
to
pivot.
Here
we
need
to
pivot
there.
It's
just
sort
of
a
broad
outline,
but
it
gives
dr
french
the
ability
to
take
this
to
her
staff
and
for
them
to
come
up
with
work
plans.
That
say
this
is
how,
in
my
department,
I
am
going
to
implement
what
this
document
says
should
be
the
private.
B
So
that's
really
the
next
step,
an
intermediate
step.
If
you
wanted
to
do
it,
would
be
to
send
this
out
for
more
community
to
have
a
survey.
Dr
french
knife
talked
about
that
and
I
would
defer
to
her
judgment
as
to
what
she
would
like
the
next,
the
next
steps
to
be,
but
that's
really
what
what
the
whole
purpose
of
this
is.
Do
you
want
me
to
go
through
the
document?
You've
had
it
for
the
purposes
of
of
the
audience.
A
Okay
and
then
this
plan
is
on
our
board
docs
correct.
Yes,
it
is
because
it's
on
our
wardrobe
store
patrons,
can
jump
on
the
website
and
check
it
out
and
look
at
it.
C
A
All
right
anything
that
stuck
out
to
you,
that
was.
B
B
On
anything
other
than
that,
except
how
can
we
work
with
the
faculty
to
be
better
for
the
kids?
How
can
we
work
with
the
administration?
How
can
we
make
sure
the
money
goes
where
it
needs
to
go?
How
can
we
make
sure
the
buildings
are
safe?
You
know
it
was
always
bottom
line
down
to
that,
which
I
think
I
think
is
the
way
it
should
be.
Yes,
you
know-
and
I
thought
it
was
very
good
too-
that
the
community
members
hung
in
there.
B
You
know
a
lot
of
community
members,
they
have
jobs,
they
have
things
to
do
one
of
drove
for
boise.
You
know
for
work,
and
I
think
that
speaks
very
well
for
the
commitment
of
your
community
to
to
the
district
and
to
you.
So
that's
it's
good.
It's
all
good!
Okay
trustee!
Do
you
have
any
questions
for
this
writer
about
the
trustees
of
our
own
men?
Our
committee
suffered
through
it.
B
What's
always
good
when
there's
a
lot
of
ideas
that
kind
of
float
around
and
then
erases?
Well
what
about
this?
Well,
what
about
that?
Well,
we're
not
initiating
it.
You
know
we're
completing
it
or
we're
moving
it
forward,
or
you
know
whatever,
and
the
verbs
became
very
important,
because
I
think
it
was
a
realization
on
some
people's
part
that
we're
doing
that.
We
just
need
to.
Maybe
do
it
a
little
bit
more
or
a
little
bit
better
or
realize
we're
doing
it
and
have
the
district
report
out
then,
in
fact,
it's
being
done.
B
B
C
B
A
Pillar
which
pillar
it's
talking
about
and
then
just
a
summary,
I
I
like
the
outline
it's
a
lot
easier
to
read
and
comprehend
so.
E
B
Do
we
fight
that
or
whatever
how
do
we?
I
mean?
How
do
we
best
utilize
this?
I
guess
I
kind
of
mentioned
a
couple
of
reasons
when
we
talk
about
budget
issues,
we'll
talk
about
other
issues.
You
know
we
reference
the
strategic
plan
and
say:
okay,
is
this.
B
Go
on
a
shelf
for
five
years
until
we
do
this
again,
I
think
the
most
important
thing
you
can
do
is
get
buy-in
from
your
staff
and
get
it
so
that
they
are
committed
to
it
as
you
are,
because
they
are
the
ones
that
are
actually
going
to
implement
it.
And
if
you
hold
your
staff
accountable
to
this-
and
I
don't
mean
me
but
saying:
okay
we'd,
like
this
done
by
this
time,
and
that's
all
dr
french's
ability
to
set
forward
those
work
plans
and.
C
B
Report
to
you
and
if
you
use
the
state
calendar
for
when
reports
are
given
to
the
state
and
have
those
brought
to
you
or
if
you
focus
on
a
particular
thing,
then
you're
telling
dr
french
and
the
people
who
work
for
her
that
that's
what
you're
looking
at
that's
what's
important.
B
B
They
don't
know
because
it's
never
been
a
working
document.
If
you
will
it's
never
been
something,
that's
been
important
and
I
think
the
other
part
of
it
is
if
you
can
divide
up
the
plan
into
the
departments
that
are
responsible
for
the
actions
it
becomes
manageable.
C
B
You
know
what
it
needs
to
be
is
at
least
a
decision
on
your
part
and
it's
on
your
radar
screen.
That's
the
other
part
of
this.
You
know
it's
not
a
forgotten
issue
and
pre-k
is
not
a
good
example
of
that,
because
I
think
it's
on
everyone's
radar
screen,
but
there
are
other
things
that
can
sometimes
go
by
the
wayside
that
you
don't
think
about
until
it
becomes
a
problem
or
you
have
to
go
back
and
remediate
and
that's
never
good.
A
B
B
D
E
B
A
A
So
what
do
you
think,
dr
french,
that
we,
if
we
we,
we
took
action
tonight
to
accept.
B
B
The
first
group
that
needs
to
see
see
is
the
ad
administrators
because
they're
they
need
to
make
sure
that
if
teachers
come
to
ask
questions-
and
they
know
they're
familiar
with
it
and
then
our
cee-
the
center
for
educational
effectiveness
survey
that
we
plan
to
do
next
last
april
march
april
march
march,
that
there
will
be
questions
that
we've
already
visited
with
them
specific
to
the
strategic
plans
that
we'll
ask
parents,
students,
staff,
are
we
are
we
meeting
this
goals?
B
We
as
we
talk
to
them,
they're
happy
to
work
with
us
on
identifying
questions
that
so
that
we
can
continue
to
ask
every
year.
Are
we
meeting
the
scope?
Is
this
what
you
know?
Do
you
see
us
doing
this,
but
we'll
start
with
admin
and
then
make
sure
that
teachers
are
aware
of
the
strategic
plan?
B
C
C
B
Each
month
that
the
principal's
guiding
that
professional
development,
referring
back
to
we're
doing
this
because
in
the
strategic
plan
we
committed
to
engaging
in
structural
practices,
and
so
part
of
that,
is
that
that's
why
we
are
doing
what
we're
doing,
because
this
is
something
that's
valuable.
B
This
is
how
it's
typed
actually
right,
and
I
want
to
make
sure
it's
doable.
I
want
to
get
feedback
from
teachers
to
make
sure
that,
if
it's
not
doable
that
we
tweak
it
or
whatever
we
need
to
do
to
make
it
work.
I
think
that's
that
I'm
sorry,
madam
chair
interesting,
I
think
trustee
brought
versus
and
question
money
because
I
we
did
want
to
make
it
something
that
would
work
for
students.
C
D
B
C
D
C
E
B
B
B
Christine
macmillan,
who
would
like
to
go
first
yay?
This
will
sound
okay.
B
Trustees,
thanks
for
having
us
here
to
present
to
you
this
information,
so
we
definitely
want
you
to
have
accurate
information
as
you
move
through
the
community
and
also
that
you
have
faith
in
us
that
this
is
what
we
do.
Graduation,
I
feel
like,
is
what
we
do.
We
get
kids
ready
and
we
put
them
out
in
the
real
world,
so
we're
excited
for
graduation.
B
It's
coming
up
quickly,
so
I
just
have
a
few
numbers
for
you
that
we
compiled
so
we
have
239
seniors
at
pablo
high
school
and
seven
of
those
are
pueblo
online
academy
students.
B
So
that's
232
physically
at
kabul,
high
school
three
of
those
are
early
graduates,
so
they
should
be
graduating
next
year,
but
they're
graduating
early.
I
will
say
that
we
have
increased
the
number
of
early
graduates
you
approved
at
least
two
today
from
hawaii
and
so
last
year.
If
you
remember,
students
were
able
to
earn
more
credits
because
we
went
to
quarters
and
they
earned
five
every
quarter,
and
some
students
really
took
advantage
of
that
moving
quite
quickly
through
graduation
requirements
and
also
been
taking
advantage
of
summer
school
opportunities
and
other
overload
course.
B
B
If
they
fail
a
course
that
they're
required
to
take
so
right
now,
all
of
the
seniors
are
in
government
almost
all
of
them
unless
they
took
it
as
an
overlord
class
they're
all
in
econ
this
year,
unless
they
took
it
in
the
summer,
they're
all
in
math
they're,
all
in
english.
So
if,
for
some
reason,
something
happens
and
they
fail
one
of
those
courses,
they
won't
be
graduating
because
our
policy
is,
they
have
to
have
met
all
of
the
graduation
requirements.
B
There
are
some
students
that
we're
tracking
pretty
closely
and
it's
a
bigger
number
than
I
would
like
it
to
be,
because
there
are
about
20
that
will
probably
graduate
in
the
summer
or
next
semester.
That's
way
more
than
we
normally
have.
We
normally
have
about
seven,
but
you
know
that
we've
been
going
through
quite
difficult
times.
The
last
few
years
and
students
have
really
struggled
with
their
education,
but
we
have
a
pathway
where
they
can
still
earn
their
high
school
diploma.
B
If
not
this
summer,
then
as
soon
as
humanly
possible,
we
can
get
them
in
those
classes.
Next
semester
we
have
been
doing
something
dialers
and
letters
home
during
third
quarter.
Fourth
quarter,
especially
for
students
who
are
not
doing
well
in
classes
or
if
they're
failing
mr
pratt
is
our
senior
counselor
he's
met
with
students.
We
have
tutoring
four
days
a
week
or
excuse
me
three
days
a
week,
monday,
tuesday,
thursday,
three
days
a
week,
we
offer
credit
recovery
options
which
right
now
is
through
probable,
online
academy
taught
by
teachers.
B
In
the
district
we
have
a
person
who
proctors
the
classroom,
monitors
classroom
students
go
there
to
take
their
online
classes
to
work
through
that,
so
that's
kind
of
where
we're
at
as
far
as
just
credits,
just
like
the
bare
bones
of
credits,
their
students
are
still
working
through
some
senior
project
makeups
and
things
like
that.
That
are
other
requirements
other
than
the
classes
that
they're
taking.
But
with
that
I'll
stand
for
questions
from
you.
D
Question
so
what
does
that
look
like
that?
They
can
still
get
their
college
graduation
or
have
a
college
grad,
sorry,
high
school,
graduation,
their
diploma.
B
We
have
until
june
30th
to
get
everybody
through
be
counted
in
this
graduating
class
class
of
22..
So
we
have
ordered
diplomas
for
everyone
and
those
who've
earned
it
by
may.
25Th
will
get
it
actually
by
may
20th,
because
that's
the
end
of
finals
and
grades
have
to
be
in
that
day
for
seniors.
B
So
then
we
start
practices
and
things
like
that
and
our
end
of
the
year
types
of
things
for
the
seniors,
so
those
that
have
earned
their
diploma
will
walk
on
the
25th
and
then,
if
they
have
credits
or
fails
classes.
Things
like
that
we
keep
those
sign
them
up
for
summer
school.
B
Sometimes,
students
just
have
to
do
their
senior
project
or
they
have
to
retake
the
class,
something
that
they
couldn't
quite
get
in,
and
so
we
give
them
their
same
diploma
class
of
2022
all
the
same
stuff
just
in
summer
school
and
you've
probably
seen
or
attended
possibly
a
summer
school
graduation,
so
they're
still
encountered
in
the
class
of
2022
four-year
diploma.
That
type
of
thing.
So
then,
as
far
as
accountability
for
the
state,
we
have
a
four-year
cohort
and
a
five-year
cohort.
B
So
if
they
finish
say
next
semester
or
the
or
sometime
during
that
year,
then
they
still
get
to
count
still
learn
their
high
school
diploma
class
of
2023.
You
know
sometimes
things
happen
and
we
just
always
have
mitigated
to
making
a
pathway
for
those
kids
to
be
able
to
earn
their
diploma.
B
B
Cohort
for
accountability
for
the
state,
what's
the
rate
of
like
if
you
didn't
get
your
diploma
for
my
class
of
2022,
what's
the
rate
of
the
the
percentage
of
kids
that
will
actually
get
it
either
during
summer
school
or
by
the
next
year?
Yeah.
Very
good
question,
madam
chair,
so
I
would
I
don't.
Have
it
right
with
me
to
pull.
B
Exactly
my
experience
is
that
almost
all
80
90,
maybe
I'd-
have
to
get
you
actual
numbers
of
students
who
can
finish
in
the
summer
will
finish
the
summer
very
few
students
if
they
just
have
a
class
or
a
senior
project
presentation,
or
something
that
just
not
quite
because
we.
B
The
25th
of
may
you
know
we
have
you,
know,
there's
procedures
and
things
that
we
have
to
get
so
that
deadline
on
the
20th.
If
students
don't
make
that
most
of
the,
if
they're,
just
a
couple
classes
away.
Really,
almost
all
of
those
kids
really
finish
for.
B
Year
more
difficult,
I
would
say
we
typically
have
much
many
many
less
students
that
have
to
go
into
the
next
semester.
Sometimes
those
students
go
to
cannon
springs
and
principal
mcmillan
will
talk
about
that.
Definitely
less
students
finish
with
us
in
that
five-year
time
frame.
B
B
If
our
percentage
is
at
82
graduation
rate,
which
is
different
than
the
number
of
kids
that
are
walking,
that's
a
whole
other
thing,
but
if
it's
82
it
might
only
be
83
or
84
that
finished
in
five
years.
Does
that
make.
C
C
B
C
B
C
E
A
B
Credit
recovery,
I
mean
everybody
has
to
pass
all
of
the
required
classes
but
they're
in
a
credit,
recovery
class
they're,
maybe
d
minus,
maybe
an
f,
but
it
hasn't
been
an
f
all
all
semester.
So
there's
just
they're
the
ones
that
we're
looking
at
every
second
to
make
sure
that
they
get
across
that
side.
C
E
F
F
B
Early
like
scholarships
and
the
college
level
classes
yeah,
I
had.
A
A
B
B
D
B
I
know
yes,
so
I
brought
you
lots
of
numbers,
so
we
have
some
good
information.
The
purpose,
as
you
know,
about
alternative
schools
to
take
kids
who
are
at
risk
of
not
graduating
and
it's
our
mandate
from
the
state
to
get
them
to
graduation.
So
we
take
this
really
seriously
and-
and
we
want
to
do
a
better
job
with
this,
so
we
look
forward
we'll
start
with
some
of
the
good
news.
We
look
forward
to
graduating
approximately
46
students
in
may.
B
We
have
like
28
may
completions
11
5th
year,
students
who
are
finishing
up
and
that's
always
a
win
to
get
them
done.
We
have
seven
early
grads.
We
also
have
eight
that
were
expecting
to
graduate
in
june.
So
all
those
are
our
win
categories,
we're
excited
and
celebrating
notes,
because
some
of
those
are
harder
to
get
into
that
place.
So
we're.
B
B
B
B
C
B
The
troubling
figure,
I
think
for
me,
is
that
we
did
have
19
that
we
dropped
at
various
points
for
lack
of
attendance
and
lack
of
progress
and
we're
talking
home
visits.
We're
talking,
multiple
attempts,
parent
meetings,
all
those
things
and.
B
They're
not
making
any
kind
of
gains,
and
those
are
students
that
I
I
some
of
them
were
fifth
years
as
well,
but
we
just
were
not
able
to
re-engage
them
in
school
and
get
them
to
that
place
that
we
needed
to
now.
F
B
B
Difference
between
our
four
year
and
our
five
year,
because
sometimes
it
does
take
us
longer.
You
know
we
work
with
them
with
caldwell
high
school
to
take
their
students
and
then
sometimes
by
the
time
they
get
to
us,
they
still
need
a
little
bit
more
time,
so
we
work
really
well.
That
happens,
but
I
have
a
saying
on
my
board.
B
B
Have
to
put
roadblocks
up
for
students,
I
talked
to
someone
today
that
was
telling
me
about
you
know:
we've
got
a
couple:
kids,
just
the
senior
project
is
just
you
know,
for
whatever
reason:
that's
all
they're
missing
and
they
haven't
completed
that.
So
that
becomes
a
school
issue
of.
How
can
we
help
those
students
get
through
that
and
make
sure
that
they're
able
to
get
it
done?
And
let
me
think
what
else
I'm
going
to
say.
We.
B
A
A
comment
that
I
wanted
to
make
is
you
know
in
the
last
few
years
that
I
have
gone
over
and
visited
cane
springs
because
it's,
I
guess
it's
it's.
It
is
one
of
my
favorite
schools
just
because
of
the.
A
But
just
to
get
down
well
to
get
close
to
those
students
and
learn
some
of
their
stories.
It's
it's
heart-wrenching
and,
and
the
fact
that
they,
you
know,
show
up
even
in
the
fifth
year
to.
B
E
A
So
I
give
kudos
to
the
teachers
who
are
there
that
are
supporting
these
kids,
that
you
know
that
are
saying
you
could
do
it.
You
could
do
it
and
some
of
those
kids
I've
met
after
they've,
been
college
graduates
and
I
think
wow
you
know
because
they
had.
A
Where
sometimes
they
don't
get
that
at
home?
So
you
know
it's,
it's
I'm
grateful
for
the
job
that
you
do.
I
know
that
there
are
some
kids
that
you
know
I
wish
we
could
catch
them
all
and
you
know,
and
hopefully
life
will
teach
them
that
they
could
still.
You
know,
get
their
education,
whether
it's
a
ged
or
whatever.
It
is,
but
you
know
it
is
it
is
I
I
the
numbers
you.
B
Can
look
at
the
numbers
and
you
can
say:
well:
that's
not
a
very
good
grade
or
graduation
rate,
but
if
you
go
in
there
and
look
at
their
stories
or
life
stories,
it's
it's
really
it
it's
impressive,
but
yeah.
So
thank
you
for
what
you
do
and
we're
excited
to
be
there
for
them
when
they
graduate
and
and
hopefully.
A
B
Full
month
and
to
give
them
high
fives,
so
that's
what
I
wanted
to
say,
but
just.
A
B
Yeah
I'll
add
the
the
conversations
that
are
difficult
for
us
are
the
ones
where
we
can't
find
a
pathway
forward
for
them.
They're
going
to
age
out,
they
just
haven't
made
enough
progress,
and
so
that's
those
are
the
struggle.
The
struggle
situations
and
the
difficult
conversations
to
happen
now
we'd
like
to
eliminate
that
we
want
to
create
pathways.
B
B
All
right
summer.
A
C
B
Well,
I
thought
maybe
we
could
manage.
Madam
chairman,
maybe
discuss
a
location,
you
know
if
you
have
some
ideas
of
those
topics,
because
you
wanted
to
invite.
A
B
It
was
really
nice.
Well,
the
facility
was
really
nice,
very
nice
yeah,
so
interesting
tour
you
can
get
the
library
or
the
campus.
A
B
Blaine,
the
head
guns,
basketball,
coach,
presented
to
their
admin,
consider
having
to
come
speak
to
to
this
group
about
leadership.
It
was
really
good
and
maybe
even
seek
the
college
presidents,
one
of
them
to
come
speak.
You
know
our
leadership
and
help
the
kids
moving
forward.
Like
next
steps,
I
don't
know,
there's
some
great
people
in
the.
B
A
A
B
What
is
your
retreat?
My
interest
in
the
conversation.
B
C
B
B
C
B
D
B
A
D
C
F
B
That
you
know.
B
B
B
Okay,
all
right!
Well,
I.
A
Okay
and
then
we'll
do
make
sure
trustees.
You
don't
do
on
everybody
to
your
email.
A
B
B
C
B
Thank
you,
madam
chair
and
trustees.
I
received
an
update
from
first
our
district
nursing
across
which
I
added
so
that
you
can
see
that.
Last
week
we
had
five
total
tests.
One
positive,
the
others
were
negative
and
then
southwest
district
health
sent
an
update,
which
I
was
able
to
add.
So
you
can
see
what's
happening
in
the
southwest
district
health
area.
They
are
seeing
an
increase,
it's
slight,
but
they
have
some
just
test
positivity
over
the
past
five
weeks,
which
you
can
see
by
their
graph.
It's
still
below
their
five
percent
threshold.
B
C
B
I
think
modify
it
to
say,
okay,
so
what
if
this
happens,
make
sure
what
will
we
do?
I
think
the
sub
issue
january
was
just
really
we
looked
at
the
sub
class
and
how
many
people
have
been
paraprofessionals
were
taken
out
of
the
classroom
with
a
couple
of
classes
that
was
our
most
challenging
january.
B
C
E
A
Okay,
all
right
future
agenda
items,
future
agenda
items
anything
you'd
like
to
see
on
the
on
future
meetings
and
once
again,
always
if
you
have
an
idea
or
anything
you'd
like
to
see
just
get
a
hold
of
dr
french.
B
Tonight
we,
my
policy,
says
if
we
get
to
trustees,
we'd
like
to
have
something
put
on
there,
just
give
us
a
ring
for
ourselves.
B
B
E
C
C
B
B
C
A
Yes,
okay,
and
what
about
do
we
need
to
put
on
the
agenda.
A
B
What
tamara
and
I
need
to
meet
with
them,
so
what
we
need
to
do
is
give
me
an
update
of
our
meeting
with
them.
Okay,
their.
B
B
That's
just
an
information.
Only
first
reading
there
were
several
policies
on
first
reading.
Some
were
mistakenly
identified
as
a
radar
revisions
from
last
time,
so
they
were
placed
on
here
for
your
review,
because
there
were
some,
as
vice
chairman
had
pointed
out,
that
were
some
of
them
were
significant
most
of
well.
They
were
all
significant
changes,
so
hopefully
you
had
a
chance
to
look
through
them.
Some
of
the
the
5
000
series
were
on
the
last
time
and
so
was
7
000..
B
Miss
burton
asked
me
to
hold
on
those
for
another
month,
at
least
for
her
to
just
have
a
better
chance
to
look
at
those
and
make
sure
that
it
is
what
we're
doing
and
then
the
electronic
banking
she
wanted
another
month
to
review
that
to
make
sure
that
would
be
in
line
with
the
our
practice.
Well,
we
don't
have
a
practice,
but
it
couldn't
be
in
mind
with.
B
C
F
Kind
of
what
was
going
on
in
this
new
paragraph
number,
two.
B
B
A
A
All
right
motion
carries
thank
you
very
much,
so
we
have
no
second
and
final
reading
and
information
only
so
may
9th.
Today
we
have
the
right
retiree
open
house
in
the
boardroom,
some
great
people
starting
their
retirement
lives,
so
that
was
awesome
to
meet
them.
Thank
you
for
district
office
for
the
snacks
that
we
had,
and
especially
thank
you
to
those
retirees
that
have
given
so
much
of
their
lives
and
careers.
Educating
cleaning.
I
already
had
a
janitor.
A
We
had
a
lot
of
people
here,
making
our
our
school
district
what
it
is,
so
we.
A
Tomorrow
may
10th
is
a
special
olympics
at
the
college
of
idaho.
It's
not
at
the
college
campus,
it's
at
the
stadium,
so
it's
from
10
to
12.
B
A
A
You
okay!
Thank
you,
jenny
for
that
miss
version
for
that
information.
So
it's
tomorrow
from
10
to
12..
We
also
have
may
10
tomorrow,
canyon
springs
high
school
community,
showcase
from
5
to
7,
00
p.m,
and
so
that's
just
showcasing
their
the
kids
work.
So
if
you
have
trustees,
if
you
can
make
it,
please
be
there
may
18
end
of
year
celebration
at
the
culver
high
school
auditorium
from
2
30
to
3
30.,
and
so
this
is
for
staff
for
corrective
depression.
A
So
end
of
year,
celebration
may
24th
canyon
springs
high
school
graduation!
That's
going
to
be
at
the
high
school
auditorium
at
6,
00
p.m.
