B
B
Appreciate
it
feel
free
to
take
where
all
the
food
history.
C
C
D
E
F
G
I
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you.
You
know
you
guys
in
servant
leadership,
your
your
criticizers
are
always
going
to
be
louder
than
your
supporters.
So,
if
that's
not
lost
on
me,
just
wanted
to
thank
you
for
your
leadership.
Let's
pray
God.
G
When
you
taught
us
to
pray,
you
asked
us
to
pray
in
a
way
that
would
bring
Heaven
to
Earth
and
and
I
think
that's
what
we
are
trying
to
do
whenever
we
are
leading
organizations,
especially
people
who
take
on
the
task
of
leading
the
a
city
organization,
caring
for
people
taking
care
of
the
infrastructure
and
policies
and
budgets
and
procedures,
just
no
small
task.
G
So
we
just
ask
for
wisdom
to
be
given
to
our
City's
leaders
and
that
the
right
plan
would
become
obvious
and
we
would
be
just
an
epicenter
of
what
it
looks
like
to
take
good
care,
but
the
cut
of
Earth
that
you've
entrusted
to
us
in
your
name
whether
we
pray,
amen.
A
A
Oh
okay,
so
yeah
any
other
change
of
revisions
to
the
Tinder.
H
A
A
D
A
D
I
The
financials
that
were
provided
are
nine
months
into
our
fiscal
year,
so
overall,
revenues
are
where
they
should
be,
or
better
and
expenditures
are
running
under
budget.
With
the
exception
of
the
sanitation
fund
being
three
quarters
through
the
fiscal
year,
the
general
fund
has
been
able
to
operate
while
leaving
Financial
reserves
fully
intact.
I
A
Other
announcements,
I
have
one
I
just
want
everyone
to
save
the
date
for
the
second
annual
Multicultural
Festival
it'll
be
Saturday
September
10th
in
Etowah
River
Park
from
eight
to
three.
There
will
be
a
5k
music
food
art,
Sports,
entertainment
events
from
cultures
around
the
world.
If
you
attended
our
first
annual
one
last
year,
you'll
know
it's
a
wonderful
event
and
so
make
sure
you
come
to
this
one.
It's
going
to
be
bigger
and
better
and
it's
a
wonderful
event
and
so
get
that
on
your
calendars
and
and
don't
miss
it.
A
I
A
J
J
They
have
a
world
of
experience.
They
actually
came
in
with
the
lowest
bid
of
the
three
that
we
did
receive.
They've
done
a
good
bit
of
work
with
the
home
builders
that
do
work
in
the
city
as
well
as
Woodstock,
Holly
Springs
have
a
great
knowledge
and
we
would
recommend
utilizing
a
branch
concept
for
the
developing.
These
plans.
A
Thank
you,
Mr
Patton
I
think
it's
a
certainly
excellent
value
and
an
exciting
step
forward
in
our
Housing
Initiative
and
any
discussion
or
questions.
E
Patton,
what
is
their
experience?
Designing
small
homes
and
tiny
homes.
J
They
have
worked
with
Piedmont
if
you
will
and
they
build
a
smaller
home
product.
I've
been
researching
and
looking
at
house
plans
since
I
moved
into
this
new
position
with
the
city.
If
city
council
does
look
favorably
upon
proving
Branch,
Concepts
I
will
be
reaching
out
to
Mr
Branch,
to
set
up
a
meeting
with
the
city
manager,
Mr
Tolland
myself,
to
discuss
moving
forward
with
the
project
and
getting
a
vendor
a
package
signatures
for
him
and
moving
forward.
But
he
has
a
designed
smaller
homes,
as
well
as
larger
homes.
Do.
J
He's
been
in
business,
I'd,
say
at
least
20
years.
E
Do
you
know
if
they're
interested
in
doing
things
differently,
or
do
they
just
do
things
their
way
and
have
cookie
cutter
homes?
That's.
J
A
part
of
the
reason
I
want
to
schedule,
meeting,
counselor,
Tolland,
Mr,
peppers
and
myself
to
discuss
options
and
that
sort
of
thing
before
he
begins
his
work
in
regards
to
the
adus,
as
well
as
other,
affordable,
Workforce
housing
options.
You
know
we're
looking
at
affordable,
Workforce
housing,
it's
going
to
be
a
driven
more
by
square
footage
to
come
up
with
something
that
is
going
to
hit
that
affordable,
Workforce
price
point.
J
If
you
will,
until
we
get
the
concept
plan
from
Lou
Oliver
for
the
property
at
Laurel,
Canyon
have
to
see
how
that's
going
to
go
and
I'll
be
coming
back
to
a
city
council
with
some
things,
because
we
might
have
to
make
some
adjustments
on
that
side.
We
don't
know
exactly
yet
what
light
prices
would
be
for
that
particular
piece
property.
There's
a
lot
of
things.
J
That's
going
to
go
into
it
to
ultimately
determine
you
know:
I'm,
taking
a
price
point
of
250
000
right
now
is
what
I'm
working
on,
which,
looking
at
the
latest
mortgage
rates,
that
I
found
that
price
point
in
monthly
payments
would
hit
that
80
percent
grouping
of
the
HUD
Ami
number.
J
Don't
and
I'll
be
coming
back
to
city
council
to
see
if
you
want
to
hit
a
60
percent
or-
and
you
know
if
city
council
wants
to
go
the
60
percent.
That's
going
to
reduce
the
square
footage
to
hit
a
price
point
in
that
sort
of
thing
that
Council
considers
affordable.
Workforce
have.
J
E
Curious
to
know
if
they're
in
tune
with
space,
saving
and
storage
ideas
and
storage
options
in
odd
places
like
in
stairwells.
F
Yeah
I
guess
I
would
like
to
comment
Mr
Mayor,
Mr
Patton.
Thanks
for
your
work
on
this,
you
know.
Clearly
this
is
a
fluid
Market
with
ever
increasing
interest
rates.
F
Building
costs
are
not
stabilized,
yet
labor
costs
seem
to
be
relatively
stable
from
what
I'm
hearing
you
know
this
is.
This
is
going
to
be
a
great
template.
Community
for
us,
as
a
city
to
you,
know,
offer
plans
for
other
residents
outside
of
this
community
to
utilize
at
no
charge,
which
I
think
is
a
really
a
really
great
thing
that
we're
doing
a
lot
of
really
good
good
components
to
this
project
and
thank
you
for
your
work
and
Mr
Pepper's
work
and
staff's
work
on
on
this
project.
F
K
Yes,
this
is
a
sort
of
a
follow-up
item
from
our
abandonment
easement
that
we
did
earlier
in
the
course
of
the
developer.
Looking
through
their
land
disturbance,
permit
planning,
they
realized
they
were
going
to
have
to
get
into
a
he's
the
area
that
was
within
our
easement
for
the
sewer
and
that
led
to
discussions
about
whether
let's
amend
that
previous
easement
or
just
amend
the
sewer
easement,
because
we
actually
have
a
recorded
Series
in
here,
but
it's
30
feet
wide.
K
If
we
make
it
20
feet
wide,
which
is
all
we
get
now,
they
would
be
able
to
do
what
they
have
to
do
without
any
problems,
and
it
would
reduce
our
easement
to
the
width
we
typically
take
now.
So
it's
it
looked
at
it.
He
he
wished
that
they
would
have
already
sort
of
shown
a
plant
with
the
sewer
on
it.
I,
don't
think
they're
even
going
to
do
that
as
part
of
their
their
plan.
We
don't
make
people
do
that
normally.
A
C
You
so
this
is
just
a
annual
update
in
our
title
VI
plan
it's
required
for
our
lab
certification.
There
are
no
changes
from
last
year.
We
just
have
to
have
it
every
year
per
g
dot,
so
I'm
I'm
not
asking
for
a
motion
tonight
I'll
ask
at
the
next
meeting,
but
I'll
be
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
If
you
have
any.
C
So
as
part
of
our
title
VI
agreement
with
GDOT,
we
have
a
process
that,
if
anybody
has
any
complaints
that
they
have
a
way
to
to
know
about
it.
So
that's
what
the
public
notice
on
the
website's
for.
A
C
I
will
have
it
at
the
next
meeting
for
your
approval,
but
there
is
a
couple
of
things
that
we
need
to
discuss
as
far
as
funding
whether
or
not
we
want
GDOT
involved.
Of
course,
as
you
know,
when
you
get
GDOT
involved,
things
do
take
more
time.
I
will
say
that
this
is
on
our
Capital
Improvements
element
for
the
impact
fees,
so
we
could
use
funds
for
that.
I
did
talk
to
Atkins
today
to
try
to
get
a
better
order.
C
C
A
C
They
knew
what
the
process
was.
He
we
didn't
discuss
reimbursement,
but
the
way
that
he
put
it
to
me
was
that
they
would
it
would
get
on
a
list
of
projects
and
whenever
they
had
the
budget
and
priority
that
that's
when
it
would
happen
so,
but
I
will
talk
to
them
about
reimbursement.
B
So
this
would
just
be
for
basically
traffic
lights
at
that
intersection.
It's
not
the
roundabout
plan.
B
C
A
much
better,
feasible
project
for
the
benefit
and
just
the
concept
that
we
have
now,
which
does
have
to
go
through
g
dot
approval,
regardless
of
whether
or
not
they're
involved,
shows
a
two
left
turn
Lanes
on
to
Reservoir
Drive
off
of
Reinhardt
College
Parkway
too.
D
C
So
it
will
take
probably
four
to
six
months
for
design
that
would
be
without
I.
Don't
know
how
long
GDOT
will
take
for
design
review,
probably
close
to
two
months.
I
would
think,
and
so
then,
from
there
I
would
say.
Probably
six
months
of
construction,
which
there
is
a
you'll,
have
to
do
the
procurement
process,
so
it
could
be
as
early
as
next
summer,
but
when,
when
it
was
complete
right
now,
we
do
have
delays
on
those
signals
at
Teasley.
C
B
C
There's
a
couple
of
things
that
can't
happen
until
those
signals
are
in
so
they
should
have
I
haven't
been
out
there.
This
week
been
pouring
concrete.
B
C
C
A
G
C
J
It's
my
understanding
that
with
Riverstone
Parkway
at
four
laning,
the
the
developer
did
pay
for
all
of
that
work
and
part
of
that
was
reimbursed
by
g-dot.
After
all
of
that,
work
was
done,
city
of
Woodstock,
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
with
the
interchange
at
575,
at
Ridge,
walk
in
the
outlet
shops
and
all
they
paid
for
a
good
bit
of
that
work
and
were
reimbursed
when
I
worked
with
the
city
of
Alpharetta
back
in
85
through
88,
the
city
of
Alpharetta
paid
for
the
Mansell
Road
interchange
and
were
reimbursed
for
that
cost.
K
B
B
K
J
Another
method
is
go
through
the
Georgia
legislature
that
occurred
with
I-575
at
the
time
of
construction.
The
I-575
there
was
a
legislation,
and
every
bit
of
the
I-575
right
away
from
Canton
Holly
Springs
up
to
Riverstone
is
actually,
if
you
will
inside
the
city,
but
GDOT
still
maintains
and
operates
other
right-of-way.
L
Welcome
thank
you.

Farmers

A.M
to

and

Saturday

this
National

program
from
11
A.M
to

p.m.
At
the

parks
in
downtown
Woodstock.
A
L
L
Did
yes,
I
do?
Did
you
did
and
I
do
spill
it?
Yes,
Georgia
power
is
going
to
be
on
site
in
about
two
weeks
on
the
16th
to
start
installation
of
those
solar
panels.
We
are
still
hoping
for
a
completion
date
of
September
1st
so
to
have
those
installed
now.
That
being
said,
though,
the
the
solar
panels
and
the
Chargers
will
get
those
operational
as
soon
as
possible,
but
it
could
be
a
few
days
after
that,
but
we
hope
to
have
all
the
construction
here.
All
the
installation
complete
by
September
1st.
D
F
L
Yeah
just
I'm,
sorry
and
the
electrical
the
Electoral
is,
is
in
probably
important
association
with
the
Georgia
Power.
What
they're
doing
I
mean
they
can
only
go
so
far
to
finish
it
up
and
then
there's
Miss
Watson
just
mentioned
cleanup.
Well,
there's
some
punch
lists
I
noticed
a
few
things
that
still
have
to
be
done.
Yeah
yeah.
A
We're
talking
with
Mr
peppers
are
we're
talking
and
been
a
little
preoccupied
this
week,
but
possibly
about
having
an
event
on
the
deck.
Before
we
have
cars
on
there
a
little
celebration
of
the
parking
deck.
So
hopefully
we
can
make
that
happen
too,
have
a
little
bit
of
fun.
So
any
further
questions
from
Mr
Ingram.
