A
B
I'm
Lori
Pelletier.
I
live
at
124
lombard
road,
I'm
here
on
the
same
item.
I
was
here
a
year
ago
that
taylor,
which
looks
like
a
pig
pen
and
right
now
it
is
a
pig
pen,
I
like
to
see
something
done
with
that
shed
and
the
mess
that
he's
got
in
front
of
it
and
the
stuff
that
he
had
in
the
front
is
trailer
last
year
went
to
the
back
of
the
trailer
and
something
done
with
that.
I
feel
it
certainly
taxes.
B
B
B
B
You
know,
II,
no
matter
what
you
do
tell
him:
I,
don't
believe
he
worked
all
winter
and
he's
got
a
dog
there
that
barks
and
barks
and
barks
it's
a
new
sense.
The
poor
fellow
next
door
to
me
he's
getting
that
he's
over
and
he
fell
he's
hurting,
so
he
don't
get
up
very
early
and
that
dog
is
out
there
barking.
You
call
the
place
for
us.
Bay
come
out,
go
in
and
say:
well,
you
gotta
bring
your
doggy
and
that's
it.
You
call
it
yeah.
B
Let
me
become
woodland,
I'll
get
three
percent
back
when
my
taxes,
the
mill
rates,
is
only
eighteen
dollars,
a
thousand
I
know:
I
got
a
daughter,
it
lives
out
there
and
you
know
I'm
just
getting
discuss
it
with
that
thought,
and
you
know
I
can
be
pirate
London.
So
I
just
want
big
part
of
woodland.
I
know
mr.
B
Martin
might
not
want
to
be,
but
you
can
divide
the
road
right
in
half
and
let
them
plow
it,
because
I'd
get
a
lot
more
from
my
tax
dollars
this
year,
I
had
to
clean
my
own
dish,
get
the
water
to
get
out
of
the
hill
last
year,
and
this
year
beg
him
out
for
the
veterans,
their
cemetery.
They
do
a
nice
job
for
mr.
B
What
am
I
getting
for
my
tax
dollar
other
and
saying
oh
I,
live
in
curable
baked
deal
I,
don't
think
it's
worth
that,
so
you
know
I'm
nasmyth,
also
taking
consideration
you're,
giving
parking
lots
away
and
everything
else.
Why
don't
you
give
that
piece
when
the
woodland
I
feel
I'd
be
a
lot
better
off?
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
A
A
C
A
A
Do
we
no
wonder
the
17,000?
That's
still
in
there
I
don'ts
under
the
impression
that
we
weren't
going
to
have
anything
in
these
accounts
that
we're
all
going
to
go
to
where
they
belong
to
well,
there's
they're,
still,
there's
still
17
thousand
dollars
left
in
there.
Year-To-Date
in
that
particular
account
for
insurance
and
retirement.
I
thought
things
like
on
the
workmen's
compensation.
It
was
all
going
to
be
charged
to
the
departments
that
it
pertained
to.
A
C
A
Those
in
banging
later
those
going
automatically
somehow
or
what
happens
and
the
only
reason
I
ask
that,
because
if
they
go
in
manually
I
just
don't
understand
how
you
could
put
fifteen
dollars
in
for
health
insurance
premium
for
the
month
and
not
say
Jesus
that
can't
be
right.
I,
just
don't
get
yeah.
C
A
A
C
So
our
last
meeting,
the
Secession
representative,
presented
a
freedom
of
access
act,
request,
sense
and
staff
has
worked
together,
the
information
they
requested
and
that
information
was
given
to
them.
Earlier
this
evening,
at
the
meeting
two
weeks
ago,
the
representatives
s
for
the
council
to
set
the
meeting
for
7
p.m.
on
Saturday
May
twenty-third,
which
is
memorial
day
weekend.
C
As
noted
at
the
last
council
meeting
and
looking
at
the
potential
dates
and
facilities,
it
was
recommended
holding
the
meeting
on
Tuesday,
the
19th
of
May
or
the
26
that
may
at
the
center
or
May
nineteenth
21st,
26
or
28
that
the
cepek
we
could
utilize
the
regular
ferry
but
Stephanie
to
figure
out
a
way
to
record
the
meeting
and
talking
with
see
white
superintendent.
We
would
not
have
to
pay
to
use
the
CPAC
for
those
dates
as
their
custodial
staff
already
there.
C
If
it
was
held
on
a
Saturday,
the
cost
would
increase
and
we'd
have
to
hire
a
custodian.
If,
if
it
were
held
on
a
Saturday
for
a
person
to
run
the
sound
at
the
CPAC,
which
would
be
approximately
hundred
dollars
at
either
location,
we
would
probably
unlikely
have
to
look
into
costs
to
having
the
proceedings
recorded.
Those
costs
would
depend
upon
how
long
the
medium
lasts.
So
at
the
meeting
we
are
required
to
allow
non
purchase,
have
been
non
residents
to
participate
and
it
does
not
appear.
C
We
can
limit
the
number
of
people
that
speak
or
require
them
to
sign
up
ahead
of
time
to
speak.
The
meeting
requires
at
least
two
14
of
at
least
a
14-day
notice,
with
one
notice
we
publish
as
close
as
possible
to
14th
day
before
the
hearing
second
notice
be
published
as
close
as
possible
to
the
seventh
day
before
the
hearing.
So
tonight.
If
the
council,
the
council,
should
decide
on
a
location
for
the
meeting
subject
in
time
for
the
meeting
or
request
more
information
from
the
Secession
representatives
before
that
meeting.
Is
that.
D
A
Guess
my
position
on
setting
the
meeting
really
hasn't
changed
that
I
think
we
should
wait
until
you're
done.
Ok,
then,
we'll
set
the
meeting
it'll
only
be
two
weeks
beyond
that,
and
that
way
we
don't
have
to
worry
that
we
do
have
the
meeting
set
and
then,
for
some
reason
or
other
you
come
across
something
else
you
require
from
the
city
or
you
just
don't
get
the
time
amongst
yourselves
to
get
everything
together.
So
I
guess
I'm
still
of
the
opinion
that
that's
probably
the
best
way
to
handle
this.
D
A
You
I
guess
I
won't
want
to
consider
anything
I,
don't
obviously
I,
don't
think
we're
going
to
be
ready
by
the
first
suggested
date
of
the
memorial
day
weekend,
but
it
is
just
a
little
bit
of
information.
I've
tried
to
gather
here
about
it
too
is
and
I
think
Austin
has
done
some
inquiries
to,
and
you
know
some
of
the
other
secession
that
the
chebeague
island
one
was.
You
know
for
hours
at
least
I
believe.
A
D
A
I
say:
I:
don't
have
any
problem
with
using
see
packet.
That's
you
know.
I'm,
just
you
know
to
be
honest
with
you.
I
was
just
a
little
surprised
that
that's
what
you
wanted
to
do,
knowing
there
was
going
to
be
a
cost
and
everything,
because
truthfully
most
you
fellas
every
time
you've
been
in
here.
You've
been
talking
about.
You
know.
Why
do
we
spend
money
that
we
don't
have
to?
A
And
that
was
just
another
instance
where
it
was
free
over
here,
but
there
was
going
to
cost
us
money
so
but
I
don't
have
any
problem
with
you.
Isn't
it
something
I
don't
know
both
the
rest
of
counsel,
but
I
don't
care
about
doing
it.
Cpac.
I
think
it's
a
great
facility
and
it
was
there
would
work
very
well
counselor
I.
G
Don't
have
a
problem
with
the
Saturday,
but
I
I
would
just
assume
it'd
be
a
Saturday
morning
for
saturday
afternoon,
when
I
think
if
people
are
really
interested
in
this
issue,
I
think
you'll
get
more
production
from
a
morning
meeting
or
an
afternoon
meeting
than
you
would
an
evening
meeting,
especially
if
it
lasts
for
five
hours.
Well,.
D
H
A
I
think
I
mean
I
think
the
same
way
is
David.
Does
I
mean
I
think
people
want
to
be
involved
there
to
come
regardless,
whether
we
do
it
on
saturday
morning,
thursday,
night
or
or
whatever
and
I
so
I?
Don't
think
that
that
will
have
a
big
effect
and
again
there's
there's,
no
reason
why
we
can't
have
a
scenario
if
there's
someone
that
wants
to
have
a
question
presented.
Er
wants
a
statement
made
there,
that
they
can't
put
it
in
writing
and
we
could
arrange
for
it
to
be
read
into
the
meeting
I
again.
A
D
A
A
Anyway,
it's
something
we
can
decide
upon,
but
it,
as
I
said,
I
think,
we're
best
that
we
wait
until
you
fellows
have
got
everything
put
together
and
then
we'll
call
the
meeting
and
we
do
well.
It
might
be
two
weeks
and
three
days
or
whatever,
depending
on
the
publishing
of
the
paper
and
so
on,
because
we're
supposed
to
try
to
give
14
days
notice
so
or
as
close
to
as
possible.
How.
A
Still
I
don't
think
I
do
either
other
than
you
know.
I
I
do
a
NOS
has
stated
it
in
here
that
we
can't
I,
don't
think
we
can
limit
any
citizens
that
want
to
speak
and
and
again,
if
there's,
if
there's
a
hundred
citizens
there
that
want
to
speak
about
secession
and
there's
only
one
that
wants
to
speak
against
it,
I
don't
think
we
can
stop
the
hundred.
They
want
to
speak
for
it.
I
know
you
talked
about
trying
to
balance,
but
I
mean
whatever
anybody
wants
to
say.
A
A
A
G
A
A
A
No
meaning
said
with
that:
much
more:
oh,
okay,
mister
tourism,
the
details
I
got
have
it
next
item
an
island
near
museum
I?
Guess
we
just
table
the
Secession
setting
the
date,
because
the
next
item
is
the
900
museum
ordinance-
and
this
is
this-
is
a
public
hearing.
I
believe,
is
it
not
correct?
Okay,.
C
As
discussed
at
the
council
means
with
an
Islander
board,
we
need
to
update
the
ordinance
the
ordinance
changes,
as
proposed
rule
of
four
a
five
or
seven
member
board
removes
the
requirements
that
members
must
be
residents
of
caribou
and
I
lose
the
position
of
treasure
from
the
board
ordinance
was
introduced
at
our
last
meeting
tonight.
We
need
to
have
the
public
hearing
and
the
council
may
act
on
it
after
that.
J
C
J
J
Niley
under
family
members
are
honorary
trustees,
but
they're
not
voting
members,
and
so
we
have
president
actually
I
have
copies
of
the
bylaws
they'd.
Actually,
we've
actually
talked
about
trying
to
change
it,
so
that
would
also
be
someone
who
owned
a
rep,
a
business
in
the
city
as
remember
the
board
trustees,
but
I,
don't
know
if
that's
been
much
done.
That's.
A
A
C
The
following
pages
of
the
proposed
changes
to
the
sexual
harassment
policy
of
our
administrate
administration
ordinance.
These
changes
are
being
made
based
upon
the
recommendations,
row
Department
of
Justice,
so
tonight's
council.
We
need
to
introduce
the
ordinance
and
a
public
hearing
scheduled
form
a
11.
C
C
Carry
medical
center
was
using
our
tax
ID
number,
which
is
why
we
were
the
beneficiary
since
then,
they've
gotten
their
own
tax
ID
number
and
as
this
money
is
to
be
used
only
for
the
hospital
make
sense
that
we
transfer
ownership
of
the
funds
to
the
hospital
for
them
to
maintain
and
watch
over
rather
than
keeping
it
on
the
city
books.
We
would
need
the
Council
authorization
to
transfer
ownership
to
the
of
the
city
to
carry
were.
C
We
went
out
for
bids
for
a
nineteen
ninety
fire
truck
that
we
have
replaced
utilizing
grant
funds
through
FEMA.
The
old
truck
cannot
be
used
in
the
United
States
as
a
fire
truck
anymore
per
the
regulations
of
the
grand,
as
the
council
will
recall,
or
share
the
cost
for
over
her
cost.
For
the
stranded
$50,000
truck
was
17,500.
We
received
three
bids
on
the
vehicle.
The
bid
results.
C
I
I
A
C
C
Portions
of
the
country-
it's
a
guess:
I
could
be
way
off,
but
you're,
probably
right,
I.
Think.
E
A
G
A
C
A
I
think
I
mean,
even
if
you
called
anybody
over
there
called
down
to
Woodstock
New
Brunswick
they'd
be
able
to
tell
you
real,
quick
who
might
be
interested
and
you
could
put
it
on.
You
know
you
could
put
it
in
the
paper
over
there.
There's
just
like
you're,
just
like
the
Republic
in
their
art
and
observer
and
the
floor
and
fill
times
or
whatever
all
kinds
of
different
is
over.
There
too,
so
I
mean
I.
Don't
think
someone
has
to
spend
a
whole
lot
of
time
at
it,
but
I
think
it
would.
C
G
A
G
G
D
A
L
Even
a
near
council
we're
just
here
for
money,
yes,
yes,
I
was.
We
would
like
to
replace
one
of
our
old
Z
mowers
that
we've
had
in
our
fleet.
For
the
last,
it's
a
two
thousand
two
x
mark
z,
mower
we'd,
like
to
replace
it
with
the
new
2015
total
zero
turn
and
we're
going
to
take
one
of
our
zero
turn.
Toros
and
put
it
down
into
the
line
of
the
x
mark
lie.
G
B
L
L
As
you
guys
know,
we
were
I
was
over
here
last
October.
We
were
writing
a
grant
in
RTP
grant
to
obtain
thousand
hundred
thousand
dollar
grant
for
some
trail
work
in
the
caribou
area.
We
didn't
get
our
hundred
thousand
dollar
grant,
but
we
did
receive,
or
we
can
receive.
29,000
939
is
what
we
can
receive
from
a
grant,
certainly
not
enough
to
do
what
we
wanted
to
do
wonders
on
a
whole
entire
system.
L
So
what
we've
done
is
we've
changed
our
our
focus
and
we've
looked
into
putting
in
a
permanent
bridge
structure
across
terrible
stream
down
off
of
where
the
boat
launch
is
located
off
a
lower
linden
that
that
is
a
removable
Wharf
is
what
we've
called
it
less
since
2008
we
remove
it
in
the
fall
away
from
the
brook,
and
then
we
put
it
in
the
spring
as
time
goes
on.
Everybody
knows
that
the
bottom
of
the
stream
bed
moves
and
it
becomes.
It
just
becomes
a
nightmare
to
get
this
bridge
back
and
forth
into
into
place.
L
It
has
moved
a
couple
of
the
during
the
big
storms.
It
has
moved,
we've
had
to
close
it
down.
We
looked
into
we
wanted
to.
We
want
to
put
a
permanent
structure
in
something
that
we
don't
have
to
mess
with,
and
we've
we've
gotten
pretty
good
historical
numbers
in
the
last
couple
of
years.
With
the
ice
outs,
the
ice
does
not
affect
the
where
the
bridge
is
set
now,
so
we
wouldn't
have
to
worry
about
about
erosion.
A
L
The
way
we
had
wrote
the
grant
is
we
had
written
it
for
was
like
a
four
and
a
half
mile
stretch
trail
with
a
bunch
of
different
projects.
We
didn't
get
that
full
complement,
so
they
decided
to
still
give
us
some
money,
because
there
was
some
money
left
over
to
give
and
that's
what
you
see
is
that
basically,
thirty
thousand
dollars
is
what
they're
there.
A
L
Been
using
the
highway
department,
the
our
public
works
department
and
it's
it's
a
about
a
two
and
a
half
hour.
Three,
our
job,
it
all
depends
on.
It
all
depends
on
what
kind
of
spring
we
are
Wow
spring
runoff.
We
have
if
whether
I
got
to
go
when
the
broken
move,
some
rocks
by
hand
to
get
get
the
two
bridge
pieces
to
meet
up
with
them
relatively
easily,
how
many
people.
L
Bridge,
it's
gonna
still
be
as
high
as
the
bridge.
That's
there
now,
which
is
about
14
and
a
half
feet
above
the
water,
but
on
I
beans.
It's
gonna
be
on
I
beans,
correct
how
wide
wide
enough
to
support
to
support
of
any
of
the
widest
four-wheeler
traffic
that
we
have
now
it'll
be
about
seven
feet.
No,
it
won't
be
wide
enough
for
vehicle
vehicular
traffic.
Nor
will
it
be
wide
enough
to
put
the
groomer
across
it,
but.
L
I
L
K
I
got
a
few
questions
here:
you're
asking
for
nineteen
thousand
four
hundred
and
twenty
dollars
from
the
Collins
pond
recreation
trail
reserve
yeah.
That
looks
like
you're
emptying
that
no.
C
K
K
L
This,
yes,
since
this
lagasse
connector
trail,
has
been
put
into
the
town
back
in
no
way
is
when
we
opened
it
up,
traffic
has
increased
immensely,
it
has
it
has
before
we
were
separated
because
we
couldn't
get
from
point
A
to
from
one
side
of
town
to
the
other.
Now
this
is
traffic
down.
Here
is
been
very,
very
good.
It
has
been
increased.
We
also
see
a
tremendous
amount
of
walkers
and
bicycle
errs.
Using
utilizing.
This
bridge
is
what
we
is,
what
we
want.
We
want
to
have
as
many
recreational
as
we
can.
L
K
L
L
We
approached
the
landowners
and
it
was,
it
was
said
open.
The
ramp
will
close
the
trail
down,
so
we
felt
that
the
north
south
side
of
that
trail
was
more
important
than
the
ramp
for
right
now,
we've
got
some
information
about
the
ramp
that
hopefully,
in
the
next
couple
weeks,
we're
going
to
hear
some
more
information
on
it
and
it
will
possibly
be
reopened
and
that
serves
basically
just
serves
Presque
Isle
traffic
on
the
CP
side
on
the
other
side
of
the
river
correct.
L
L
E
L
L
A
Guess
my
only
comment:
I
mean
you're
going
to
get
the
grant
money
regardless
to
spend
somewhere
in
the
trail
system,
wherever
you
want
to
use
it,
we're
talking
about
replacing
a
temporary
bridge
that
we
now
have
with
a
permanent
one.
It
takes
us
two
or
three
hours
to
people
to
put
it
in
or
take
it
out.
So
you
know
we're
talking
about
a
couple
hundred
dollars
a
year
to
put
this
bridge
in
and
out
and
we're
going
to
spend
forty
five
thousand
dollars.
So
we
don't
have
to
do
that
anymore,
a
bit.
L
L
L
It
out
how
late
we
typically
take
it
out
any
time
after
the
atv
season.
Again
that
all
depends
on
on
what
type
of
weather
we
have
in
in
November.
We
typically
try
to
keep
the
trails
open
till
latest
we
can
in
November
as
long
as
as
long
as
we're
not
doing
any
damage
to
the
ground
so
first
week
of
December's,
when
it
usually
will
block
it
off
and
then
we'll
remove
it.
First
week
a
December
I.
A
L
And
will
we
will
repurpose?
The
bridge
part
of
the
ranch
structure
now
will
be,
has
been
designed
to
be
incorporated
in
the
new
one
and
the
section
that
we
would
be
removing
I've
got
other
locations
that
I
can
utilize
that
so
it'll
be
repurposed.
There's
not
going
to
be
any
waste
of
of
the
material
they're
still.
F
L
H
L
K
L
I
mean
we've
got
a
seven-year
seven
years
spring
of
isil's
come
you
know,
they've
come
through
and
I.
Think
last
year
was
probably
one
of
the
biggest
outs
we've
had
in
several
years
again.
I
said
there
was
ice
chunks,
they
were
huge
and
they
were
sitting
on
top
of
the
bridge
and
the
bridge
never
never
moved,
never
moved
because
I
know
because
I
pulled
it
out
and
I
I
mark
the
sections
where
it's
at
I
there's
a
section
of
it.
That's
got
to
be
pulled
back
to
the
edge
of
the
brook
and
it's
cable
down.
L
K
L
There's
a
section
of
it
that
stays
in
the
water
okay
has
to.
We
can't
pull
it
out.
Okay
and
there's
a
section
we
all
we
do
is
pull
it
up
to
the
edge
of
the
bank
of
the
book,
and
then
we
cable
it
down
to
the
telephone
poles
that
we
sunk
in
the
ground
15
feet
deep
by
the
boat
launch,
and
it
has
it,
it
doesn't
move
and
it
gets
beat
up
by
the
by
the
ice
in
the
springtime
like
you
just
mentioned,
and
it
hasn't
yet
to
move
now.
A
A
G
A
E
Business
yeah,
yes,
I
do
mr.
Pelletier
brought
that
place
on
lombard
street
got
robbed
I'd
rolled
up
to
us
and
he
was
in
here
last
year
Larry
last
year
there
was
some
improvements
made
there,
because
I
went
by
frequently
and
checked
it
out.
Okay,
and
if
you
okay,
I,
know
well
I'm,
just
saying
it
almost
made
it
sound
like
nothing
happened
last
year.
Okay,
is
this
the
first
time
that
you've
come
back
to
us
since
then
have.
