A
B
A
A
C
There,
my
name
is
Sonia
Godin
I
will
be
I'm,
attempting
to
open
up
reopen
sore
any
beauty
spa
here
in
Caribou
I
had
it
I
had
my
own
salon
here
in
Caribou
from
2005
to
2016,
and
then
I
relocated
down
state
and
I'm
trying
to
come
back
here
in
Caribou,
my
father
right
there,
the
handsome
man
is
Gilles
Levesque.
He
will
be
owning
the
piece
of
property
I.
A
C
A
D
D
Do
you
see
that
parcel
there
and
it
previously
was
a
long
route
route,
1
commercial
and
then
it
kind
of
borders
toward
the
back
towards
the
industrial
park,
a
commercial
there's,
a
swath
of
commercial
there,
and
then
there
was
r2.
So
I
guess
my
first
question
being
what
was
the
reasoning
behind
this
change?
If
anybody
can
recall.
D
B
B
B
F
B
D
And
I
mean,
like
you
said:
the
sewer
goes
through
there
and
that's
kind
of
what
that
C
zone.
You
know
follows
a
little
bit,
but
you
know
I,
don't
I'm,
just
not
sure
I'm
kind
of
surprised
by
it
by
the
change
that
I
just
I'm,
not
sure
if
I
want
to
change
that
at
this
point
in
time
or
I
haven't
had
time
to
think
about
it.
I
guess
is
mice,
so.
G
D
You
know
it's
a
pretty
big
piece
of
land
and
I'm.
Just
worried
like
there
might
be
access
if
it's
changed,
getting
access
to
the
rear
of
that
property.
You
know
that
frontage
along
Route,
one
is
I,
think
a
commercial.
You
know
the
other
side
of
it.
You
know
I
think
is
like
lends
itself
to
commercial
development
across
the
street.
Is
you
know
commercial,
so.
A
F
B
D
B
A
A
A
A
A
F
A
F
So
this
application
has
come
back.
We
thought
before
that
it
wasn't
a
really
complete
application.
At
last
time
we
entered,
we
considered
it,
so
we've
been
working
with
Miss
Miss
Gogan
to
to
perfect
the
application,
I
believe
it's
complete
and
I.
Think
Sonia
would
like
to
have
a
few
words.
If
you
would
like
to
hear
from
her
regarding
our
business.
C
Do
you
guys
want
you
everything
all
over
again?
Well,
anyways
I
think
everybody
kind
of
gathers.
Why
I'm
here
trying
to
open
up
a
salon,
it's
to
be
located
pretty
much?
The
building
is
a
duplex,
so
when
one
area
will
be
my
living
area,
the
other
half
is
gonna,
be
the
beauty
salon.
It
has
its
own
private
entrance.
C
There's
gonna
be
a
room,
is
a
separate
waiting
area,
reception
area
where
the
entrance
is
a
separate
room
to
do
hair,
there's
going
to
be
a
specific
room
with
two
main
and
carrying
tables,
two
pedicure
tables,
there's
another
room
that
is
going
to
have
to
be
for
facials
electrolysis,
pan
up
pretty
much
a
massage
bed,
and
then
the
other
room
of
the
shop
is
going
to
be
a
brand
new
tanning
bed.
That
I
have.
G
H
C
F
A
C
C
G
G
C
E
D
C
G
G
G
J
I
A
A
C
G
F
F
B
E
J
B
F
G
A
A
A
F
Also
old
business,
we
had
action
from
the
board
at
the
last
meeting
that
we
would
check
to
see
if
we
should
have
the
fire
marshal
look
at
this
establishment.
It
turns
out
that
the
amount
of
square
footage
doesn't
does
it
doesn't
call
for
the
fire
marshal
to
visit.
Our
building
officials
have
been
there
to
the
site.
I've
been
there
myself
personally
and
find
no
issues.
A
E
G
F
F
M
M
We
know
a
little
bit
more
about
what
we're
doing
now,
but
basically
Marshall
Avenue.
There's
the
baseball
field,
this
adjoining
neighborhood,
everybody
know
where
we
are
okay,
so
here
is
the
existing
building.
That
was
the
existing
entrance
main
entrance
of
the
school.
This
is
the
gymnasium.
These
are
the
two
classroom
rings.
There's
an
existing
driveway
that
comes
out
from
Marshall
Avenue
comes
in
to
the
existing
parking
lot
here
and
it
comes
around
and
connects
actually
there's
a
little
triangle
right
here.
It
actually
connects
back
through
and
heads
back
up
to.
M
What
I
want
to
describe
is
what
we're
doing
and
what
is
already
given.
So
the
parking
eric
the
street,
the
party
stays
the
same.
This
street
are
roadway,
is
the
same
up
to
here
we're
going
to
take
out
this.
It's
all
asphalt
along
the
front
of
the
building
here,
and
what
we're
going
to
do
is
take
some
of
it
out
so
that
we
have
some
green
space
and
walking
space
along
the
front
of
the
building,
because
they're
pen
units
along
that
side,
you're
going
to
have
exterior
doors
up
to
them.
M
Okay,
side
watch,
so
we
want
to
agree
space
there
and
we're
gonna
create
spark
parking
spaces
all
on
the
front
within
the
existing
asphalt
area,
we're
taking
out
that
little
section
of
asphalt.
It
makes
that
triangular
connection,
and
then
what
we're
gonna
do
is
we're
going
to
have
a
small
roadway
that
comes
back
along
the
back
side
of
the
building
here
and
it's
primarily
just
to
provide
access
to
the
unit.
So
when
people
move
in
and
move
out,
they
can
go
on
the
back
door
and
bring
their
furniture
in
enough.
M
Line
of
fire
access
to
the
building,
so
what
we're
adding
is
a
turnaround
right
here
that
is
going
to
come
in
under
a
new
four
cochere
and
the
entrance
to
the
building
will
be
into
what
is
now
the
kitchen
of
the
building.
No
go
on
there'll
be
happy,
don't
mean
to
walk
where
that
comes
in
to
the
parking
area,
there'll
be
a
walkway
to
read
on
the
side
of
the
gym.
This
will
stay
the
same.
M
What
we
intend
to
do
for
utilities
is
this
is
the
existing
sewer
line.
It's
gonna
stay
where
it
is,
there's
an
existing
overhead
power
line
that
comes
in
to
a
pole
here
and
a
second
pole
here
and
take
those
two
poles
out
and
put
new
pole
in
here.
We're
gonna
drop
down
and
go
underground
to
the
up
to
approximately
this
location,
to
a
transformer
bed.
They'll
then
come
in
to
the
building.
At
this
point,.
M
M
We
will
at
this
point
we
have
a
sprinkler
line
that
comes
into
the
building,
we're
assuming
that
well,
we've
had
tested
the
sprinkler
line,
it's
going
to
be
large
enough,
so
we'd
have
to
dig
it
up,
we'll
be
able
to
use
the
existing
shingle
on
it
comes
in
comes
into
the
building
approximately
here
and
we'll
probably
have
to
split
it
up
about
here.
Someplace,
but
I.
Don't
think
that's
going
to
affect
anything
along
sight.
M
There
is
an
existing,
the
era's
roof
water
there's
a
flat
road,
so
their
roof
drains
that
come
down
both
quarters
and
then
connect
to
a
line
and
I
can't
really
tell
exactly
where
it
goes
and
exactly
what
it
is.
But
it's
there's
a
dry
wall
back
here
that
catches
all
the
rainwater,
so
it
doesn't
go
into
the
sewer
line.
So
it's
separate
and
we
plan
on
maintaining
that
so
we
are
increasing
the
number
of
parking
spaces,
but
we
are
not
increasing
the
amount
of
basketball
increasing.
M
M
M
M
M
I
M
Familiar
with
school
comes
right
up
that
corner
classroom
where,
yes,
it
comes
right
out
of
the
air
and
goes
right
straight
across
over
to
the
line
on
the
string,
yeah
and.
D
M
The
the
lines
that
the
roof
drains
are
like
right
here
and
they
drop
down
and
located
all
the
lines
in
the
building
and
they
go
down
underneath
the
slab,
yeah
and
the
quarter
and
they
connect
down
through
here,
and
you
can
actually
actually
added
up
right
now.
You
can
see
the
storm
water
line.
It's
right
here.
Okay,.
M
F
A
A
G
M
B
A
J
M
E
A
L
A
G
G
I
E
B
M
Yep
I'm
located
we're
gonna
have
lighting
underneath
the
porte-cochere.
There
will
be
lights
at
each
of
the
entrance
ways
they
are
there
and
then
what
we're
going
to
do
is
we're
going
to
have
Volkov
Oh
lights.
One
two
three
four,
but
who.
M
A
I
M
This
I
just
thought
I
would.
This
is
just
the
overall
plan
and
I
just
thought:
I'd
just
give
you
the
five
minute
little
bit.
Yes,
that
isn't
really
a
requirement
of
the
planning
board.
I'll
do
so.
What
worked
as
I
said?
If
this
is
the
gym
portion
here
was
the
old
entranceway.
So
right
here
is
where
that
turnaround
is
those
that
dark
line
again
so
that
shaded
area
right
there
is
the
Porte
cochere
you're
gonna
answer
right
here,
which
is
right
through
the
hood,
the
co-angler
and
what's.
M
Yeah,
so
there's
so
that
that
whole
space
right
along
here
is
gonna,
get
divided
in
the
two
and
part
of
its
going
to
be
a
kitchen
area,
and
this
this
area
right
here
is
all
entrance
related
stuff
vestibule,
with
an
era
with
a
locking,
unlocking
vestibule
with
intercom
security
and
the
whole
nine
yards.
There'll
be
a
office
here
for
the
staff
person.
There's
a
bathroom
animal
and
a
and
a
space
here
for
is
it's
not
really
defined
yet,
but
for
maybe
a
health
care
provider
teleMed
opportunity
for.
M
M
M
You
come
through
and
you'll
come
through
and
into
the
main
court.
This
is
a
sort
of
the
connecting
core
of
the
existing
connecting
quarter
across
the
classroom
and
you'll
come
down.
One
wing
and
you'll
come
through
here
to
get
down
to
the
other
wing.
The
quarters
we're
breaking
up
a
little
bit
trying
to
provide
some
natural
light
in
there.
Don't
do
some
nice
things
for
opportunities
to
sit
at
tables
card
tables
and
so
on
and
so
forth,
and
then
each
of
the
classrooms
it's
kind
of
complicated,
how
we
did
it,
but
each
of
the
classrooms.
M
It's
like
you,
take
two
classrooms
and
you
get
three
units
out
of
it.
The
classrooms
are
deep
and
they're
big
deeper
than
normal.
So
this,
but
there's
two
types
of
there's
two
types
of
unit
once
a
full
one-bedroom
and
once
kind
of
modified
one
bedroom.
Each
unit
has
living
kitchen,
dining
bedroom
and
direct
access
to
the
outside,
which
is
very
unique,
a
little
city
that
happens
on
both
sides,
and
then
we
have
a
couple
of
different
units
there
they're
different
because
they're,
because
in
the
location
of
the
building
they
have
to
be
different.
M
M
I
M
M
M
So
that's
my
last
one
is
basically
the
picture,
and
so
there's
that
there
is
the
kitchen
area
existing
kitchen
area.
So
there's
the
book
this
year
and
then
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
to
take
the
school
parents
away
from
the
school
and
create
more
of
a
residential,
smaller
scale
comfortable
for
the
elderly.
The.
M
A
Personal
load
yeah,
you
mentioned,
we
can
include.
How
are
you
gonna
heat
all
these
units,
like
oh.
I
M
M
M
M
Its
that
he's
done,
we
looked
at,
we
looked
at
a
boiler
system
and
you
know:
I
I
think
that
the
we
felt
that
the
electric
is
environmentally
hard
to
believe.
You
want
to
said
this
20
years
ago,
but
is
the
sort
of
a
more
appropriate
way
to
go
if
you
can
afford
to
do
it
and
when
we've
done
the
space,
that's
what
we're
at
it's
a
big
service
that
were
putting
in
but
yeah
Jeff.
A
M
I
M
Did
a
project
in
Brewer
and
record
it
was
a
brick
building
the
week
each
unit
record
a
seven
inch
wall
through
the
bread
we
put
a
plug
in
at
the
winter
time
and
the
summer
time
you
take
it
out
and
you
can
hook
up
a
little
one
of
those
little
portable
bloodying
air
conditioners
and
you
it's
great.
The
tenants
love
it
because
they
can
move
it
around.
So,
if
they're
playing
cards,
both
images
and
it's
very
inexpensive
difference
between
the
plug
that
they
are
I.
M
F
So,
by
way
of
what
we've
done
in
town
there's
a
standing
committee,
basically
regarding
safety-
and
we
in
when
we
did
the
initial
review
of
this
project,
we
cited
emergency
access
around
the
perimeter
of
the
building
and
also
some
what
appeared
to
be
pinch,
points
on
the
small
plans
regarding
the
inner
corridors
and
so
forth.
For
8088
compliance.
The
architects
got
have
done
a
great
job
in
addressing
those
concerns.
So
as
far
as
his
staff
we've
been
through
it
and
we're
satisfied.
J
M
K
M
A
A
A
A
A
B
B
A
A
That's
yeah
that
screamed
pretty
well
scream
from
the
public
there.
The
buffering
is
as
exists
on
the
society
natural
and
there
are
natural
areas
around
the
border.
Exterior
lighting,
we've
talked
about
and
I
didn't
hear
any
objections.
Stormwater
management
we've
discussed
a
provision
for
it,
it
doesn't
go
into
the
sewer
erosion
and
sediment
control
is
starting
existing.
A
I
A
G
A
B
G
F
B
G
F
L
B
A
F
J
G
B
F
A
I
F
Have
some
interesting
new
communications
we've
had
an
interest
in
a
proposed
medical
marijuana,
caregiver
activity,
and
this
young
fellow
actually
addressed
the
council,
this
past
Monday
and
as
a
result
of
council
action
taken
that
evening,
there's
no
issue
with
him
conducting
his
activity
and
currently
nothing
in
our
code.
That
says
that
we
can
regulate
much
of
what
he
does
so
the
other.
The
other
proposed
Medical
Marijuana
caregiver
activity
proposal
would
have
been
in
edibles,
so
a
bakery,
but
I
haven't
heard
from
that
interest
in
a
while.
A
F
But
it
also
introduced
a
whole
bunch
of
kind
of
nonsensical
language
back
into
the
ordinance
that
was
removed,
that
being
tidal
marshes,
commercial,
fisheries
and
maritime
activities,
all
most
coastal
things
that
really
don't
apply
to
us
that
were
removed.
They
were
put
back
in
so
as
we
move
forward,
we'll
make
arrangements
to
start
in
the
faucet
is
a
process
to
revise
our
Shore
land
zoning.
It
updated
it's
time
to
updated
anyway.
So
it's
timely
and
it's
a
good
thing
to
put
in
our
comprehensive
plan,
update.
A
F
That
that
would
be
the
next
thing.
We've
already
started
work
on
our
comprehensive
plan
update
in
that
I
found
out
that
n
MDC
actually
has
funding
to
help
us
with
our
transportation
and
demographic
sessions,
and
so
I
engage
them
to
do
just
that.
So
we're
off
and
running
I
guess
I
I
need
to
know
if,
if
the
Planning
Board
would
like
to
have
a
committee
to
participate
in
in
the
comprehensive
plan
or
if
you
want
to
tackle
it
as
a
whole
board.
F
A
F
F
F
A
F
F
They're
all
around
the
community-
we
just
flat-out,
don't
know
where
they
are.
We
can't
ask
if
a
name
comes
forward,
and
so
on
says
well
they're
doing
these
things,
I
can
actually
call
the
code.
Enforcement
officer
can
actually
call
the
Department
of
Health
and
Human
Services
and
I
ask
and
they
will
say
yes
or
no.

Need
to
understand
exactly
what
rights
that
the
Medical
Marijuana
caregivers
have
and
that's
the
load
of
my
state
statute.
So
that's
not
hard,
and
we
need
to
recognize
that
action.
The
council
did
do,
which
was
nothing
in
this
case,
but
and
that's
part
of
the
statute
as
well.
So
we'll
recognize
that
we'll
put
it
together
right
under
our
prohibition
against
retail
sales.
G
F
No
I,
actually,
we've
had
a
couple
days
of
sunshine.
Now
the
snow
banks
going
down
a
little
bit
so
I
had
a
fella
call
today,
and
this
is
ongoing
and
he's
upset,
because
his
neighbor
is
a
hobbyist
into
and
fixes
cars
and
trucks.
So
he
built
himself
a
big
garage
and
basically
it's
well
known
with
his
neighbors
or
all
the
big
farmers
in
this
neighborhood
bring
their
pickups
to
be
serviced.
So
at
any
one
time
there
might
be
six
or
eight
cars
in
the
driveway
and
they
think
it
looks
like
a
junkyard.
F
Basically,
these
vehicles
are
registered,
so
it's
not
like
having
a
bunch
of
unregistered
vehicles
sitting
around.
He
does
have
part
sitting
out
on
his
back
tree
line
that
I've
talked
to
him
before
the
Remington
remedy.
This
would
not
satisfy
his
neighbor,
but
it
would
be
a
use
permit
an
alarm
to
do
a
garage
worth,
but
he
didn't
want
to
spend
$90
I'll
give
him
another
call
we'll
have
another
conversation.

B
That
way,
it's
known,
you
know,
because
you
know
Joe
Blow,
who
was
you
know
three
or
four
houses
down
from
this
person
who
may
not
really
care
may
see
that?
Well,
what
does
that
mean?
That's
going
to
pose
that
question,
but
that
gives
me
that
for
providing
that
information
money
property
over
is
that
yeah,
you
know,
there's
a
covenant
for
that
particular
property.
You
know
and
that'll
help
them
if
they
choose
exercise
those
rights
to
do
address
it
in
civil
court
