If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
We
will
be
allowed
to
make
comments
on
wording
of
bylaws
or
whatever.
We
will
not
be
voting
on
the
hearings
tonight.
That
will
be
happening.
We
hope
and
intend
at
a
special
meeting
on
november
24th,
which
is
the
tuesday
prior
to
thanksgiving
any
questions
on
that.
B
I
would
just
like
to
comment,
mr
chair.
This
was
an
excellent
treatment
of
the
minutes,
a
lot
of
detail,
maybe
a
little
long,
but
a
lot
of
work
went
into
this.
Oh.
C
D
A
F
A
A
Nine,
actually,
we
should
go
to
page
10..
The
first
hearing
which
I'm
going
to
open
now
at
6
34,
is
a
rezoning
request
at
31
hershel
street
map.
31
lot.
17
and
related
area
proposal
is
to
re-zone
from
c1,
which
is
in
our
vernacular
high
density,
commercial
to
r2,
which
is
residential,
single
and
multifamily
dwelling.
D
Good
afternoon,
good
evening,
mr
chairman,
my
name
is
rick
solman,
so
members
of
the
planning
board,
I
would
I
live
within
the
proposed
zone
to
be
changed
over
to
the
far
right
on
the
east
side
of
main
street,
and
this
is
adjacent
to
my
office.
It's
almond
hunter
and
I
fully
support
the
consideration
of
rezoning
this
to
join
in
with
the
r2
zone.
That's
adjacent.
D
The
west
part
of
my
property
is,
is
the
high
density
zone
and
the
east
part
of
my
property
adjacent
to
the
to
the
baptist
church
is
considered
c2.
I
don't
know
exactly
where
the
line
is
in
the
middle
of
my
property,
but-
and
I
don't
know
why
it
was
divided
like
that,
but
it
was
done
before
I
bought
the
property,
but
I
fully
supported
and
looking
down
herschel
street.
D
I
just
think
it
makes
sense.
So
I
fully
support
it.
C
A
Change
to
r2
is
area
that
is
strictly
business,
known
right
now
to
be
business.
A
couple
of
unoccupied
buildings,
dr
small's
office,
a
parking
lot,
that's
in
his
commercial
area,
the
the
residences
on
the
west
end
of
herschel
street
are
multi-family.
A
Collins
homestead
has
already
been
pointed
out,
and
the
property
that
prompted
the
issue
in
the
first
place
is,
is
right
now
office,
space
on
the
first
floor,
mostly
in
apartments.
On
the
second
floor.
G
G
G
H
I
have
a
question
about
the
number
of
residential
versus
commercial
units
in
that
building
right
now,
and
maybe
what
would
maybe
what
would
happen
with
that?
If
we
did
change
it
to
r2,
would
it
completely.
H
G
Well,
I
have
the
end
that
I
actually
built
for
a
a
hair
salon
that
was
completely
redone
and
then
the
food
pantry,
where
they
were
located
gotten
in
a
real
jam.
Their
building
was
flooded
with
a
roof
leak
or
I'm
not
sure,
so.
I
actually
took
part
of
the
hair
salon
out
to
put
the
caribou
food
pantry
in
there.
We
also
have
a
laundromat
on
the
end,
which
is
only
accessible
by
all
my
tenants
in
caribou,
and
then
I
have
a
conference
room
space
that
is
my
own.
G
B
On
the
residential
unit,
sir,
it's
our
plan
to
do
and,
as
is
permitting
almost
my
understanding,
is
there
was
no
permitting
on
the
residential
units
that
you
built
out
we're
going
to
back
that
up,
and
maybe
that's
the
question
more
for
ken
than
it
is
for
you.
E
So,
yes,
we
do
have
an
existing
non-conformance
right
now
right
and
that
initially,
when
mr
kelly's
people
went
in
and
renovated,
they
got
their
billing
permit
and
they
renovated
the
whole
building,
not
realizing
that
the
second
floor
should
have
been
residential
and
by
our
zoning
chapter
13.
What
explains
our
commercial
one
zone
would
have
no
residential
units
on
the
first
floor,
so
we
we
do
have
an
existing
non-conformance
there
right
now
and.
B
E
G
My
tent
was
never
to
do
anything
out
of
code.
I
had
also
owned
another
building
on
herschel
street
at
the
same
time
and
that's
all
residential
units.
Two.
On
the
bottom
floor,
three,
on
the
top
floor,
I
I
wasn't
made
aware
that
that
was
going
to
be
a
problem.
I'm
I'm
all
we
can
can
test
this.
I
mean
I
own
multiple
properties
in
cable.
I
always
call.
I
always
follow
everything
by
the
book.
I
do
the
same
thing
preschool
washburn,
caribou,
madawaska
ashland.
G
G
Yeah
and
then
it
just
well,
they
were
both
originally
under
pines,
I
think,
and
then
they
transferred
asked
if
I
transferred
one
to
kerry
because
they
wanted
some
of
the
carry
doctors
to
stay
there.
This
is
close
to
the
hospital
and
they
they're
happy
with
what
we
do.
So
I
think
we
transferred
one
at
one
point
in
time
and
then
once
the
year
we
just
do
month
to
month
after
that,
they've
been
in
the
upstairs
one
for
two
years.
G
B
B
C
G
G
B
G
C
G
I
G
G
Extreme
shortage
that
was
explained
to
rick
earlier
we
have
I've
redone
a
bunch
of
buildings
in
pascal.
Some
of
them
are
very
high-end
departments,
but
pascal
housing
authority
sent
me
a
letter
this
week
saying
they
would
give
me
a
500
bonus
if
I
would
put
any
pascal
housing
people
in
any
of
my
units
and
there's
just
such
a
demand.
A
All
right,
then,
here's
seeing
no
further
conversation
and
we'll
close,
we
will
recess
this
hearing
at
6,
40,
5,
47
p.m
and
we'll
take
it
up
again
on
the
24th.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
A
And
there
is
provision
in
this,
as
I
understand
it,
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
mr
marker
there's
provision
in
the
state
zoning
regulations,
there's
more
there's
room
in
there
for
this
kind
of
temporary
sewage
disposal
system.
Should
there
be
a
problem
with
the
public
one,
but
we
don't
have
it
in
our
boat.
I
That
somebody
that
needs
to
connect
to
a
public
sewer
system
they
can
get
a
temporary
private
waste
water
disposal
system
installed
in
the
anticipation
that
they're
going
to
be
connecting
to
the
public
one
and
the
the
plumbing
code
outlines
that
they
can
be
given
a
12-month
period
of
time
in
which
to
have
this
temporary
private
system
with
up
to
a
12-month
extension
if
necessary,
and
so
it's
a
it
is
a
provision
in
the
in
the
plumbing
code.
That's
there,
it's
not
one
that
we've
utilized,
because
the
city's,
the
current
organ
simply
states.
I
If
you're
within
so
many
feet,
you
have
to
connect
to
the
public
sewer.
So
it's
a
conflict
between
the
city's
development
standards
and
the
plumbing
code
that
we
have,
and
so
this
proposal
that
was,
you
have
two
in
your
packet.
One
was
drafted
by
an
attorney
for
for
mr
bacon,
who
lives
on
the
washburn
road
and
as
staff.
E
E
A
F
C
I
H
A
J
Well,
just
going
back
to
that,
let's
go
I
mean
I
can
see
where
you
guys
crossed
out
this
and
that
on
it,
but.
J
J
and
I
don't
know
what
this
language
means
here
at
the
end
about
performance.
Does
this
mean
here
the
property
owner
provides
to
the
city
a
performance
guarantee
in
accordance
with
that
section,
13
of
750,
which
shall
be
submit
sufficient
to
cover
the
connection
cost
and
demonstrate
the
bids
received
for
the
work
that.
C
A
J
J
E
Just
past
experience
in
working
with
the
small
communities
grants
that
we've
been
doing
these
past
couple
years.
We've
we've
had
two
examples
of
of
what
we
thought
were
typical
stone.
Bed
septic
systems,
pretty
simple
work,
we're
eighteen
thousand
dollars.
B
E
E
Prior
to
proof,
so
if
we
need
to
provide
a
temporary
system,
you're
gonna
pay
nine
ten
thousand
dollars
for
a
temporary
system,
and
then
you
get
a
re-hook
to
the
to
the
city.
H
Basically,
it's
what
jimmy
has
already
gone
through
is
that
he's
gotten
an
estimate
for
27
or
so
thousand?
That's
the
that's
he's
hit
the
threshold
at
20
and
18
at
10.
10
might
be,
is
a
reasonable
actually
possible
is
like
a
real
cost
for
that
type
of
work,
so
we're
going
to
start
including
a
lot
of
people
if
we're
getting
into
that.
If,
if
we
leave
it
at
10,
possibly.
A
A
A
To
to
reconnect
with
new
pipe,
has
already
been
estimated
out
for
this
gentleman
at
well
over
twenty
thousand
dollars,
and-
and
so
he
has
come
to
us-
for
relief,
at
least
short-term
relief
in
terms
of
being
able
to
use
the
property
by
attaching
a
septic
system,
a
private
septic
system
and-
and
hopefully
I
guess,
saving
up
money
to
do
the
reconnect
in
in
a
year
or
18
months-
yeah,
that's
that
was
just
so.
The
public
watching
tonight
can
understand
what.
C
B
H
F
H
F
I
You
are
right,
mr
bagley,
that
this
is
the
twenty
thousand
threshold
is
saying:
if
the
cost
to
reconnect
exceeds
twenty
thousand
dollars,
then
we'll
consider
letting
you
have
a
temporary
system.
B
Do
we
have
a
good
feeling
of
what
the
actual
average
reconnect
cost
might
be?
Is
20
000
a
good
number.
K
B
L
A
L
K
They're
gonna
replace,
I
don't
know,
you're
more
familiar
with
how
much
is
degraded.
What's
the
length
of
orangeburg
that
needs
to
be
replaced.
J
On
what
the
streets
of
the
city
yeah?
Well,
I
think
that's
a
clay
pipe
they're
talking
about
there
and
that
was
30s
they're
telling
me
and
then
what
the
problem
was.
Was
they
built
that
street
up
so
much
that
it
made
it
that
deep,
because
usually
a
line
68
feet
deep?
Usually
that's
what
it
is,
but
when
you're
talking
14
16
feet,
so
I
don't
even
know
how
they
would
fix
it.
J
A
A
C
J
That
yeah,
I
don't
know
I
mean
I
think
anybody
run
the
cd-
would
know
how
that
works
to
yeah,
how
you
would
make
that
work,
I'm
sure
they
can.
I'm
sure
this
isn't
the
first
time
this
has
happened,
but,
like
you
said,
the
cost
would
probably
be
crazy,
but
then,
if
you
have
to
start
giving
people-
oh
well,
you
if
you
have
to
replace
your
pipe,
you
have
to
put
a
grinder
and
a
pump
station
to
get
to
us.
That's
on
the
water
cost.
You
know
that.
G
H
I
have
one
other
question
bob
on
number
two,
the
red
underlined
part
is.
H
They
shall
be
installed
all
of
these
items
listed
unless
otherwise
provided
by
a
credit
enhancement
agreement
with
the
city.
So
can
we
get
some
maybe.
H
I
There
are
some
places
in
the
city
that
are
covered
under
tax,
increment
finance
area
and
one
of
the
allowable
uses
of
those
tif
funds
is
to
fund
the
construction
of
infrastructure,
but
that
mechanism
to
use
tif
funds
and
have
a
developer
use.
Those
funds
is
a
credit
enhancement
agreement,
and
so
this
just
it
clarifies
that
we
know
we
have
that
tool
and
that
we
could
potentially
use
that
if
it's
in
place
and
so
a
developer
rather
than
saying
that
the
developer
has
to
cover
all
of
those
costs
period.
I
A
A
A
K
I
The
reason
why
that
was
stricken
was
in
addition
to
we
don't,
like
you
know,
forcing
somebody
to
do
that,
but
the
cud
its
own
funding
agency.
It
sets
its
own
fees,
it
sets
its
own
policies
and
it's
not
good
for
the
city
as
being
independent
to
begin
establishing
policy
for
another
entity
or
in
a
sense
we're
saying
if
cud
is
going
to
continue
to
make
that
charge
of
the
people,
that's
their
policy.
B
H
B
Anything
further
one
another
question:
so
what
happens
at
the
year
of
at
the
end
of
a
year
and
a
half
and
the
temporary
system
is
still
in
place
and
no
progress
has
been
made.
D
B
I
I
A
A
B
A
H
F
Would
be
in
the
property
owner's
interest
to
make
it
occupiable.
B
J
A
C
A
J
H
There
was
one
one
item,
two
on
page
fifteen
number,
three,
a.
H
H
H
H
A
E
Then
I
would
offer
mr
chair
that,
in
in
in
the
recent
past,
we
we've
been
approached
by
at
least
one
one
businessman
that
would
like
to
open
this
kind
of
medical
marijuana
retail
store,
and
we
came
to
find
that
we
really
have
no
help
in
our
present
ordinance
that
that
would
allow
this
to
legally
happen,
as
we
discovered
in
our
whole
attempt
to
to
deal
with
a
site
design
review
earlier
this
season.
E
So
what
we've
done
is
we've
gone
back
into
the
maine
medical
marijuana
law,
all
part
of
the
main
marijuana
law
and
better
go
into
our
ordinance
and
again
become
more
more
compliant
with
what
the
state
statute
looks
like
to
maybe
give
us
some
tools
be
able
to
cite
these
businesses
and
to
be
able
to
regulate
the
industry,
which
is
something
we
really
can't
do.
If
we
don't
opt
into
the
main
marijuana.
E
Law,
so
I
think
that
what
we
gave
you
is
is
some
pretty
good
language.
It
both
allows
us
to
to
be
able
to
handle
these
type
of
enterprises
and
also
to
to
regulate
the
industry.
The
best
of
our
ability.
A
A
E
Pretty
sure,
today,
okay,
on
the
side,
there
is
a
pretty
detailed
map
exercise
going
on.
Basically,
we
attempted
to
to
identify
those
areas
that
could
be
eligible
to
for
a
business
of
this
sort
to
come
into,
but
we
have
to
think
about
what
our
ordinance
says
is
as
far
as
areas
that
that
aren't
developable
for
medical
marijuana
applications.
E
For
instance,
we
have
schools
and
churches
that,
according
to
our
ordinances,
you
need
to
stay
away
from
so
500
feet
from
a
school
or
church,
and
over
and
above
that,
we
have
in
our
charter
under
miscellaneous
offenses,
that
we
have
drug-free
safe
zones
of
a
thousand
feet.
So
going
back
to
look
at
schools
and
playgrounds
and
thousand-foot
buffers.
E
So
when
we
figure
out
that
you're
going
to
stay,
300
300
feet
away
from
a
residential
area,
a
thousand
feet
away
from
our
our
drug-free
safe
zones,
300
500
feet
away
from
our
places
of
worship.
E
And
there
will
still
be
a
prohibition
on
adult
use,
recreational.
A
H
B
A
B
Yeah,
so
is
our
esteemed
business
in
town?
Is
that
a
caregiver
or
a
dispensary
dispensary.
C
E
E
E
B
E
You
don't
have
a
dispensary
you're
allowed,
so
many
mature
marijuana
plants
and
so
many
immature
medical
marijuana
plants.
B
F
B
I
Now
pertains
to
who
your
patients
are
and
you're
you're,
dispensing
medical
marijuana
to
them,
and
you
could
still
grow
it
on
your
own
property.
You
could
have
bought
it
from
somewhere
else
and
dispensed
it,
but
a
dispensary
category
has
unlimited
patient
capacity,
but
a
caregiver
has
a
fixed
number
of
patients
that
they
can
be
involved
with,
but
you
can
be
a
for-profit
or
non-profit
dispensary.
It's
just
more
the
classification
of
license
that
the
state
will
issue
to
you,
based
on
your
operations.
B
I
B
B
C
A
I
H
A
H
A
H
Me,
I
actually
admit
I
didn't
spend
a
lot
of
time
on
this,
because
in
doing
some
other
reading
we're
talking
about
opting
in
opting
in
for
our
municipality,
which
requires
the
city
council
to
vote
this.
So
are
we
going
to
spend
a
lot
of
time
talking
about
this
before
they
vote,
or
are
they
going
to
vote
and
then
tell
us
to
work
on
an
ordinance.
I
C
B
B
C
C
E
In
it
would
allow
us
to
regulate
how
many
so,
for
instance,
we
don't
want
a
dozen
but
g.
Maybe
we
could
have
four
it
allow
things
like
assessing
fees,
that's
where
a
lot
of
communities
have
sat
down
in
and
you're,
seeing
fees
across
the
board,
you're
seeing
fees
and
tens
of
thousands
of
dollars
and
you're
seeing
fees
at
you
know,
500
bucks.
A
A
F
E
C
I
I
E
And
we're
seeing
it
in
the
county
already
if
you
travel
up
route
1
and
get
past
van
buren,
grand
isle
and
those
areas
up
there,
we
went
by
one
the
other
day
that
was
a
cannabis
boutique
and
basically
it
was
an
old
potato
storage.
If
they
they
set
up
a
shop
down
down
their
little
ways
was
a
cult.
Was
a
cultivation
facility
you're,
seeing
a
lot
of
in
pascal
you'll,
see
green
crosses
instead
of
red
crosses.
That's
the
medical
marijuana
businesses
in
town.
A
B
A
B
The
use
table
yeah
I'm
just
maybe
somebody
can
help
me
understand
this
so
c1
in
the
right
side
of
the
table.
C1
through
h1
there's
a
lot
of
no's
in
there,
and
I
just
don't
understand
why
there
would
be
a
no.
I
mean
commercial
and
industrial.
Why
wouldn't
we
allow
those
facilities
in
those
areas.
B
A
I
B
H
A
H
Changes
I'll
bring
up
I'll
break
up
one
for
the
rc2.
I
thought
that
a
caregiver
retail
store
or
a
testing
facility
might
be
appropriate
for
those.
So
the
south
main,
I
think,
there's
a
south
main
area
as
r2.
So
there's
a
lot
of
there's
some
properties
up
there
that
might
lend
themselves
to
a
caregiver
retail
store
and
then
out
are
two.
C
H
Okay,
maybe
I
have
a
wrong
zoning
map,
but.
B
Just
one
thing
I
noticed
in
the
wording
for
consistency
on
page
19,
the
the
phrase
dispersing
facilities
popped
up
and
I
think
you
want
to
be
stay
consistent
with
dispensing
dispensary
or
dispensing
facility,
or
is
that
a
new
category
that's
defined
somewhere
else?
I
didn't
see
it
in
the
definitions.
C
B
In
the
language
there,
and-
and
so
by
the
way
we
talk
about
medical
marijuana
related
facilities
throughout,
but
it's
never
defined
anywhere,
but
I
could
see
it's
not
in
the
definitions.
C
I
B
A
F
E
And
by
way
of
staff
report
our
business
on
412
access
highway
continues.
The
court
has
stayed
the
defendant
again.
She
didn't
show
up
for
a
second
time.
Apparently,
she's
also
wanted
for
other
crimes
against
society
is.
E
E
This
will
be
our
third
meeting
of
the
riverfront
develop
front
redevelopment
committee,
which
is
basically
an
offspring
of
the
downtown
team.
Basically,
one
of
the
strategies
from
the
downtown
team
was
to
come
up
with
a
riverfront
redevelopment
committee
that
that
was
my
job
to
run
with
and
so
we'll
meet
together
and
we'll
we'll
introduce
ourselves
to
the
downtown
team.
E
So
in
the
meantime
I
was
talking
to
dan
earlier
jan
and
I
were
in
the
bangalore
area
last
weekend,
so
we
took
the
opportunity
to
go
to
brewer
and
really
really
study
their
their
riverside
trail
project
a
little
bit.
We
took
lots
of
pictures,
it's
a
really
good
example,
because
they
use
so
many
different
techniques,
so
they
use
pavement
in
places
they
use.
Crusher
dust
in
other
places
they
used
timber
fences
and
areas
and
architectural
looking
fences
and
others.
They
have
retaining
walls.
E
E
They
they
have
an
overlook.
And
again
I
mentioned
it
to
dan
that
that
one
time
was
a
pier
along
the
penobscot
river
and
now
they
they
set
it
up
for,
like
an
overlook
so
again
a
place
to
hang
out
with
with
benches
and
shrubbery
and
so
forth.
And
that's
that's
one
of
the
things
I
can
see
along
the
rustic
river.
E
Starch
plant
bill,
so
the
old
starch
plant
is
located
at
the
very
end
of
water
street
on
the
right
just
before,
where
the
old
bridge
used
to
go
across
the
rooster
river.
So
if
you're
on
water
street
continue
until
it
says
you
can't
go
any
further,
it's
on
the
right
hand,
side;
okay,
that's
the
old
kobe
starch
building.
E
So
that's
that's
that
downtown
slash
riverfront
redevelopment
meeting
on
the
17th
small
communities
grants
we're
trying
to
close
out
our
small
communities
grants.
E
Subject:
system
projects
for
the
year
we've
run
into
a
couple
small
snags
with
both
contractors
and
and
our
our
clients,
but
we're
working
through
it.
We
still
have
a
pending
daycare
permit.
I
don't
know
if
it's
related
to
covid,
but
she's,
still
waiting
on
her
licensure
from
the
state.
I've
got
her
application
on
my
desk,
where
I'll
keep
it
until
we
have
that
licensure
caribou,
riverside
trailer
park,
delwood
trailer
parks
and
cable
stream
trailer
parks.
E
We
have
huge
septic
issues
in
all
three
of
those
larger
parks
in
our
community.
We're
addressing
those
a
couple
of
them
were
actually
presented
to
us
by
the
department
of
environmental
protection.
So
our
our
job
as
a
parent
there
we
need
to
get
a
plan
and
a
solution
as
soon
as
possible.
E
We
we've
had
communications
with
them
from
the
from
the
start,
communications
slowed
down
really
towards
the
end
of
summer.
We
were
told
that
he's
also
having
similar
problems
in
the
trailer
park
in
houlton.
It
was
taken
care
of
so
we
waited
all
summer
on
on
him
to
come
back
with
it
with
a
project
for
us.
E
E
E
So
I
guess
my
point
would
be.
The
communication
should
go
both
ways,
and
so
I
replied
nicely
to
him
today
that
we
respected
his
concern
and
our
concern
was
the
safety
of
his
tenants
and
we'll
move
forward
and
resolve
those
problems.
E
That
time
of
year
to
have
people
looking
for
a
new
home
and
to
be
in
court
trying
to
get
damages
from
an
out-of-state
owner,
so
we
have
late
breaking
news
from
the
van
buren
road
up
to
our
auto
repair
yard
that
that
we
did
permitting
for
a
year
ago
here
we
still
have
some
neighbor
disputes
going
on
we'll
be
working
with
the
neighbors
to
try
to
try
to
take
care
of
those.
E
We
have
some
other
neighbor
issues
over
on
route
on
the
access
highway
between
two
businesses.
Long
long-time
neighbors
we'll
be
working
with
them
to
take
care
of
some
issues.
There
are
a
bunch
of
junk
cars
that
should
be
taken
care
of,
and
some
yard
work
that
should
be
done
on
one
side
and
well
we're
trying
to
respect
everybody
but
work
through
these
problems.
E
C
E
I
A
I
H
H
H
Side
by
side,
I
guess
comparison
and
make
sure
that
we
weren't
changing
anything
that
we
didn't
want
to
change.
H
H
I
A
I
I
I
But
if
it
meets
certain
standards,
then
it
would
be
okay
there
and
those
are
the
standards
that
we
need
to
build
into
the
code
rather
than
just
say
it's
a
it's
like.
It's
requires
planning
board
approval.
Well,
we
can
do
that,
but
sometimes
they
might
just.
They
might
just
be
okay
as
long
as
they're
meeting
certain
standards
and
as
long
as
we
get
those
into
the
code,
we
can
save
everybody
a
lot
of
extra
time
and
and
processing
and
help
move
some
things
forward.
I
I
C
I
Non-Residential
use
in
those
same
zones,
and
so,
if
we've
already
established
that
there
are
other
things
that
are
permitted
in
that
zone
that
are
not
residential.
You
essentially
have
to
allow
those
religious
institutions
in
there
as
permitted
uses
as
well,
so
that
one
I've
kind
of
flagged
for
future
discussion,
but.
A
I
I
I
H
C
E
So
I
didn't
bring
forward
anything
from
the
comprehensive
plan
tonight.
I'm
working
on
the
land
use
study
so
far,
I've
loosely
based
it
on
on
a
review
of
some
tax-fired
property
that
we
had
done
earlier,
but
I
had
some
other
time
sensitive
issues
that
I
had
to
attend
to
so
we'll
bring
that
up
in
december
as
well.
A
Okay,
well,
I
want
to
thank
the
members
for
their
attention
and
then
at
three
hearings
tonight
and
please
give
that
all
that
subject
matter
some
serious
thoughts
so
that
we
can
put
those
three
items
hopefully
to
bed
on
the
24th
and
get
letters
to
the
city
council
drafted
as
appropriate.
