the
topic
practicing
active
listening
and
approaching
each
topic
under
consideration
with
an
open
mind,
The
District,
Administrative
team
and
cea
team
will
respond
to
proposals
within
two
meet
and
confirm
meetings,
and
all
proposals
will
be
submitted
for
consideration
by
December
14th
of
2022.
B
All
right
good
afternoon,
everyone-
hopefully
you
guys,
have
had
a
good
day
today.
We're
gonna
keep
this
nice
and
Swift
We
do
have
four
proposals
and
I'm
gonna
hand
them
on
to
each
of
you.
So
give
me
just
a
sec.
Okay,.
C
B
B
First
proposal
is
a
the
cea
for
post
substitute
stipend,
it's
pretty
self-explanatory,
where
asking
for
a
one-time,
500
stipend
for
a
long-term
substitutes
for
this
current
school
year,
and
this
would
apply
to
current
long-term
substitutes
and
new
long-term
substitutes
brought
on
after
the
implementation
of
this
proposal,
and
this
is
pretty
much
just
to
help
create
an
environment
and
a
workspace
and
loyalty
to
substitute
teachers,
because
I
know.
At
this
time
we
are
struggling
to
retain
substitutes.
B
The
next
proposal
is
a
cea
proposed
stipend
for
esps,
and
this
will
also
be
a
one-time,
500
stipend
for
esps
and
hard
to
fill
positions
for
the
2223
school
year.
This
is
pretty
much
for
those
who,
for
those
esps
that
are
being
moved
around
due
to
being
in
answer
positions
that
are
going
to
be
cut
or
vacant
later.
B
This
is
pretty
much
for,
because
I
I
understand
recently,
they
have
been
moved
to
positions
that,
from
what
I
understand,
are
hard
to
fill
and
I.
We
heard
a
lot
of
our
staff
voice
their
concerns
about
this
issue,
and
you
know
we're
doing
the
best.
We
can
to
make
sure
that
we
create
a
safe
out
and
happy
work
environment
for
them
and
I
feel
like
this
gives
some
kind
of
incentive
for
them
to
want
to
stay.
B
Next,
we
have
the
cea
proposed
changes
to
teachers
that
substitutes
we
added
a
new
section
to
this
part
of
the
handbook.
It
is
now
under
Section
9.,
and
this
is
pretty
much
for
special
education
teachers,
so
go
ahead
and
give
that
a
read
and
we'll
answer
any
questions.
If
you
have
any.
B
And
lastly,
we
have
the
cea
proposed
change
to
dress
code
policy
and
I.
Believe
Miss
kobos
can
tell
you
more
about
this,
so
Melanie
whenever
you
can
get
a
second
absolutely.
C
So
it's
not
really
a
proposed
change,
but
actually
a
reinstatement
back
in
2019
we
changed
cooperatively.
We
worked
at
the
district
office
to
change.
Well,
let
me
provide
a
little
bit
more
of
a
history.
It
was
inadvertently
emitted
from
the
handbook,
so
there
was
absolutely
no
dress
code
policy.
C
So
what
we
did
was
we
looked
at
it
together
and
kept
it
as
close
as
we
could
to
the
original,
but
added
a
couple
of
changes,
one
of
them
being
that
custodians
were
able
to
wear
jeans
any
day
and
the
other
one
was
that
there
was
there
wouldn't
be
an
exact
limit
or
number
two
jeans
so,
like
the
principles
are
the
principal's
discretion
on
the
amount
or
the
number
of
blue
jeans
days
that
they
can
have
for
spirit
days,
and
it
was
also
up
to
the
principal
to
say
no:
they
weren't
going
to
have
any
other
site.
C
So
it's
it
absolutely
LED
it
up
to
the
principal's
discretion.
The
number
and
the
amount
right
now
I
believe
it's
capped
at
14.,
so
so
cabbage,
together,
cooperatively,
put
them
into
the
handbook
and
then,
for
whatever
reason,
this
policy
under
it
was
locked
in
with
a
couple
other
policies
that
were
again
inadvertently
changed
back
to
what
the
original
language
was
without,
which
appeared
to
have
circumvented
the
being
confirmed
process,
because
it
was
changed,
reverted
back
without
any
input.
However,
that
was
not
the
intention.
C
I
think
it
was
done
by
accident,
so
I
I
was
at
the
very
very
last
page
material.
C
Look,
it
wasn't
a
email
that
I
received
primarily
Travis
at
the
time
unless
I
believe
last
year,
and
she
gives
like
an
exact
date
and
timeline
of
what
happened
and
it
was
again
completely
by
accident,
but
we're
just
asking
to
speak,
reinstated
and
put
back
in
I
I
asked
because
it
was
done
universally
or
just
be
put
in
immediately
back
anyways,
because
it
already
come
to
the
main
comfort
table
and
was
agreed
upon,
and
they
said,
nope
wait
to
the
table.
C
So
here
we
are
and
then
I'm
trying
to
make
sure
that
it
gets
re.
Put
back
as
as
agreed
to
in
a
handbook
that
makes
sense.
B
So
I
understand
we
gave
you
a
handful
proposals,
so
I
know
we
can
discuss
these
as
needed.
We'll
gladly
answer
any
questions
we
can.
A
A
C
C
A
C
Fashion
had
changed
and
many
women
could
wear
long
big,
you
know
shirts
with
leggings,
and
it
would
look
really
nice
and
professional
and
and
fashionable
and
because
it
said
leggings
that
was
not
permitted
at
all.
Of
course,
we
would
still
go
and
lean
to
the
rule
of
three
inches
above
the
knee
and
making
sure
that
you
know
you
were
presentable,
but
that
just
in
moving
with
fashion
and
and
just
that
would
be
nice
thing
to
have
added
to
that.
A
A
A
A
A
Anything
else
on
pending
proposals
or
I'm
sorry,
new
proposals
that.
A
B
A
The
District
board
team
does
not
have
any
proposals
to
submit
today.
We
do
have
one
request
for
information:
okay,
that
would
be
a
breakdown
of
your
current
membership.
A
What
are
your
teacher
numbers?
How
many
certified
teachers
do
you
have
on
your
membership?
A
B
I
believe
we
do
I
don't
have
an
exact
number
to
provide,
but
I
will
pair
up
with
our
organizational
consultants
and
see
what
kind
of
data
we
can
provide
to
you.
Okay,.
B
At
this
moment,
no
we've
had
a
new
influence
influx
of
members
who
signed
up
within
the
last
well
within
the
start
of
the
school
year.
So
so
I'll
have
to
get
back
to
you
on
that.
Okay.
A
B
B
A
B
B
Okay,
we
do
have
a
couple
questions
we
like
to
ask
and
I.
Don't
expect
you
to
answer
these
today,
just
probably
won't
at
our
next
meeting.
It's
pretty
much
just
you
know,
moving
forward
what
happens
to
ESPN
certified
staff
who
no
longer
fit
in
the
salary
schedule.
B
B
Also
upon
reviewing
of
the
handbook
that
you're
going
to
resend
to
us
once
everything
is
tidied
up
and
ready
for
publishing.
How
soon
can
we
expect
it
to
be
added
to
the
CSD
website.
A
The
meet
and
confer
agreement
portion
of
it
can
be
added
immediately.
Okay,
once
you
guys
get
back
with
me
to
confirm
that
it's
accurate
as
to
what
was
adopted
last
year.
B
B
B
We'll
get
it
right
now,
no
worries,
okay,
I
just
received
it.
So
thank
you.
Jeff
I
appreciate
it.
That
concludes
all
of
our
requests.
A
But
I
I
don't
know
with
regards
to
esps,
that's
a
new
one
to
me
with
regards
to
being
off
schedule,
yeah
I
actually
didn't
know.
We
had
esps
off
schedule.
B
A
A
B
A
B
Don't
have
the
exact
number,
but
we
do
have
a
number
of
them
that
reached
out
to
us.
So.
A
B
A
B
It
okay
yeah,
if
we
can
just
know
by
the
next
meeting,
that'd,
be
great.
C
Point
clarification
I
just
want
to
make
sure
just
some
people
who
are
listening
and
so
that
we
have
it
straight
as
well.
So
we
share
the
same
message:
there
are
folks
who
were
expecting
a
cola
check
this
winter.
You
know
just
planning
for
Christmas
and
what
have
you
that
will
no
longer
be
happening.
Correct.
A
I
think
it
depends
if,
if
they're
coming
on
schedule
and
they're
being
paid
retroactively
to
July
1.,
and
if
that
December
check
is
intended
for
this
calendar
year,
then
you
are
correct.
In
that
scenario,
I
just
described,
you
would
be
receiving
your
retroactive
pay
to
July
1
of
your
new
placement
on
schedule,
rather
than
a
December
Cola
check,
perfect.
B
Thank
you,
Melanie
I
do
have
one
more
follow-up,
and
this
is
in
regards
to
the
new
raises
that
were
approved
by
the
governing
board
through
meet
and
confer.
When
will
we
start
seeing
that
extra
money
into
this
our
base
salaries,
because,
as
of
today,
they
I
I?
It
doesn't
reflect
in
night
visions
that.
D
Is
correct?
We
are
working
on
updating
a
salary
schedule
because
sort
of
that
today
effective
for
the
next
pay
period,
so
we
will
be
working
with
public
relations,
Mr
Hugo,
to
send
out
communication
to
all
staff
exactly
what
those
effective
dates
will
be.
B
Got
it
thank
you
so
and
just
for
clarification,
it
was
passed
through
the
grapevine
I.
Don't
know
how
you
know
certain
this
is,
but
someone
was
told
well,
an
ESP
was
told
more
like
that.
Their
base
salary
increase
was
going
to
be
received
as
a
one-time,
stipend
and
I
just
want
to
clarify
that.
That's
you
know
what,
albeit
whether
it's
true
or
if
it's
false,
the
agreed
upon
decision
was
that
that
would
be
added
to
their
base,
not
as
a
stipend.
D
A
C
C
B
That's
the
difference
got
it.
Okay,
thank
you
for
clarifying
that
Victoria
any
more
questions
on
our
team.
B
A
C
B
B
A
All
right,
no
requests
from
us
next
scheduled,
mink
confirm
meeting
will
be
held,
November,
2nd
at
4
pm,
same
location.
