A
A
There
are
people
on
this
board
who
have
lost
dear
ones
to
breast
cancer.
This
bill
in
case
you
haven't,
read
it
will
no
cost
breasts
and
Mirage
no
Crush
brush
ultrasound
and,
of
course,
genetic
testing
no
cost
to
genetic
counseling.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
for
anyone
who
has
endured
cancer
victims,
we
must
be
very
proud.
This
bill
passed
unanimously,
both
houses.
Thank
you
just
wanted
to
mention
that,
because
it's
very
dear
to
Mrs,
Crossing
and
myself
thank.
J
You
well
thank
you
very
much
for
that.
It's
actually
was
my
first
bill
signing
as
well
as
the
governor's
first
bill
signing,
which
he
made
sure
everybody
was
aware,
the
on
top
of
saving
money
for
patients,
obviously
it
what
they've
discovered
during
the
discussions
were.
Basically
it
made
women
who
maybe
didn't
have
great
medical
insurance,
not
seek
the
care
or
significantly
delay
the
care,
and
anybody
who
obviously
has
gone
through
breast
cancer
knows
that
timing
is
extremely
extremely
important.
J
So
that's,
obviously
that
was
the
number
one
from
the
makers
of
Bill.
I
did
not
make
the
bill,
but
it
was
the
number
one.
Intent
was
obviously
to
save
lives
and
and
I.
Think
that's
that's
something
that's
going
to
happen.
So
thank
you
very
much
board
members
for
having
me
I,
really
appreciate
the
the
time
an
opportunity
to
talk
to
you
just
say
this
is
basically
been
six
months
since
I
took
office.
J
So,
to
give
you
just
a
brief
brief
update,
you
know
it's
a
very
messy
process
when
you
have
a
new
state
representative
coming
into
office
and
you
have
another
one
going
out,
and
essentially
what
that
is,
is
there's
a
significant
Gap
from
having
to
find
staffing
finding
an
office
et
cetera
Etc,
which
of
course
we
did
we're
at
1410
West
street
Road,
which
is
about
two
doors
down
from
Giuseppe's,
and
we
are
fully
staffed
now
and
what
that
allows
us
to
do
is
the
number
one
and
most
important
thing.
J
Besides
getting
you
guys,
money
is
constituent,
Services.
So
every
day
you
know,
I
know
you
guys
deal
with
it
in
your
roles,
but
it's
it's
really.
The
number
one
priority
is
any
issue
that
anybody
has
in
public.
It
doesn't
matter
what
it
is.
J
My
staff
I
mean
their
their
title
or
it's
actually
constituent
service
advisor,
so
their
whole
job
is
to
help
you,
so
you
know
reach
out
to
us,
regardless
of
whatever
the
issue
is
I'd
like
to
give
the
phone
number
it's
215-323-6997
or
you
can
email
us
at
rep,
Monroe
pahouse.net
after
we
got
Staffing
up.
You
know
the
the
first
thing
that
happens.
Is
stakeholders
really
reach
out
to
you
and
say
listen.
J
These
are
our
big
big
issues
and
I
I
can
say
over
and
over
and
over
again
every
not
every
stakeholder,
but
a
significant
amount
of
stakeholders
have
reached
out
to
us
about
education.
J
I
even
had
a
rear
Admiral
in
my
office
this
past
week
talk
about
the
threats
to
our
defense
and
from
their
perspective,
it's
it's
a
it's
an
organization
of
retired,
Admirals,
retired
generals,
it's
funding
and
education
and
they
centrally
focus
on
a
lot
of
pre-K,
but
that's
basically
been
the
the
focus
for
a
lot
of
these
people.
J
So
not
just
budgetarily
I
know
I'm
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
that
tonight,
but
also
about
Staffing,
especially
with
Pre-K
staffing
issues
have
been
something
that's
been
very
significant,
obviously,
teacher
Staffing
that
you
guys
know
very
well:
we've
had
conversations
with
Bucks
County,
Intermediate,
Unit,
director
Eisenberg
came
out
to
Harrisburg
to
sit
down
and
talk
with
me
with
some
of
the
people.
You
have
to
remind
me
who
is
with
you
from
the
Bucks
County.
K
I'm,
sorry,
us
I
think
she's
a
assistant
executive
director,
Rebecca
malamus
and
also
the
supervisor
of
the
pre-k
program
and
then
curriculum
the
supervisor
or
director
of
the
curriculum
program.
Right.
J
Yeah
so-
and
you
guys
were
pretty
much
reiterated
what
I've
been
hearing
over
and
over
and
over
again
so
yes
number
one
budget
money
and
we
are
coming
up
into
budget
season.
They
don't
tell
you,
don't
ever
go
away
in
June
as
a
state
representative,
because
you're
literally
in
Harrisburg,
pretty
much
all
all
of
June,
so
I
do
want
to
delve
into
a
little
bit
with
the
governor's
budget.
So
the
way
it
works
is
the
governor
proposes
a
budget
and
then
from
there
you
negotiate.
J
So
it's
negotiated
by
both
the
majority
and
minority
caucuses
in
the
House
of
Representatives
same
thing
in
the
Senate
and
then
out
of
that
process.
They
negotiate
with
the
governor
and
then
we
have
a
final
budget.
Hence
why
we're
in
June
the
entire
month
just
to
touch
base?
I'll
I
won't
bore
everyone
with
a
bunch
of
numbers,
but
just
a
couple
of
the
Top
Line.
J
So
there's
2.7
million
dollar
increase
to
Head
Start.
It
was
a
30
million
dollar
increase
to
pre-k
counts
in
total,
671
million
dollar
increase
for
basic
and
special
education
funding
and,
like
I,
said,
there's
a
lot
more
numbers
than
that.
But
I
will
say
that
for
all
of
the
positives
that
we
liked
in
the
governor's
budget,
I
would
be
lying
if
I
would
say
that
we
were
fully
happy,
especially
when
it
comes
to
education.
J
When
you
factor
in
inflation,
it's
pretty
much
keeping
your
head
above
water,
but
what
we
need
is
to
get
you
guys
into
the
boat
right
and
get
you
additional
funding.
So
our
number
one
priority
in
those
budget
negotiations
is
increasing.
That
line
item
as
much
as
humanly
possible.
J
J
That
morning
we
heard
rumors
that
it
wasn't
where
we
thought
it
would
be
so
again,
all
those
stakeholders.
You
know
those
conversations
restarted
because
you
know
that's
what
we're
doing
right
now
is
we're
fighting
for
money
outside
of
that
I
do
want
to
talk
about
Grant
opportunity,
so
one
of
the
things
that
we
get
routinely
I
think
Dr
Betten.
You
I
think
you
get
a
lot
of
those
grants.
Come
in
directly
to
you
guys
or
or
not.
You
know.
I
Right
but
we
we
appreciate,
because
some
we
haven't
gotten,
so
don't
stop
sending
your
counterpart,
your
former
colleague
from
Central
Council
Rock
sins.
So
we
don't
ever
assume
that
we've
seen
something.
So
we
appreciate
you
all
sending
them
right.
J
Yeah,
so
it's
and
those
are
the
big
grants
that
come
available
from
a
variety
of
State
departments.
Some
of
them
can
be
as
little
as
a
hundred
thousand.
Some
of
them
could
be
I
mean
if
it's
over
the.
If
it's
over
the
million
dollar
Mark,
then
we're
doing
something
right,
but
they
come
in
pretty
routinely.
So
it's
just
communicating
those
with
you.
If
there's
something
in
particular
that
you
guys
become
aware
of
that,
you
really
need
us
to
push
for
again
being
a
Freshman
state
representative.
J
You
know
I'm
learning
and
the
the
number
one
thing
is
to
work
with
the
Senate
side,
so
Senator
Frank
ferry
in
making
sure
that
we
push
through
the
Appropriations
Committee
to
get
you
guys.
The
funds
that
you
need
there
are
some
and
I
know
we're
going
to
talk
about
this.
A
little
bit,
I
think
there's
some
miscommunication
about
some
of
the
smaller
grants.
We
are
working
on.
J
There's
two
grants
specifically
for
the
the
food
bank
that
you
guys
do
a
fantastic
job
in
Centennial
and
there's
one
over
at
Berkeley
Elementary
that
we're
looking
at
getting
some
money
because
I
that's
another
big
need
is:
is
the
food
banks
so
with
Warminster
food
bank
Etc
et
cetera,
but
specifically
the
banks
that
you
guys
work
with
the
last
thing
I'd
like
to
mention
is
special
recognitions.
So
I
know
that
you
just
gave
two
special
recognitions
tonight.
J
That's
something
that
we
as
state
representatives,
do
and
speaking
with
representative
Marcel,
who
covers
the
upper
Southampton
portion
of
Centennial.
That's
something
that
we
really
would
like
to
expand
on.
Just
recently,
I
had
the
Archbishop
Wood
girls,
basketball
team,
actually
out
on
the
house
floor,
giving
them
special
and
they've
won
the
state
championship.
J
So
between
that
actually
mbit
got
a
series
of
citations
from
the
House
of
Representatives.
So
that's
something
I
would
like
to
work
besides
the
money,
but
getting
more
recognition
for
a
lot
of
the
great
work
that
your
students
do,
because
I
know
that
there's
a
ton
of
it
and
like
I
said
and
it's
bipartisan,
so
myself
and
and
Kristen
Marcel
are
very
excited
to
to
do
that.
So
with
that
I'll
take
any
questions
and
thank
you
for
your
time.
A
J
Yeah,
so
so
there
are
yeah.
There
are
certain
grants
that
basically,
the
state
representative
is
allowed
to
basically
highlight
that
that
pretty
much
guarantees
that
you're
going
to
get
the
money.
But
it's
not
from
me.
So
it
goes
through
the
Appropriations
Committee,
so
I
was
I
was
given
a
hundred
thousand
to
give
out
and
I
could
divvy
that
out
in
twenty
thousand.
J
So
my
first
responsibility
was
get
more
all
right,
so
I
got
another
twenty
thousand
and
I
spread
that
throughout
the
entire
District,
which
is
Warminster,
Ivyland,
Warrington
and
New
Britain
and
the
two
food
banks,
like
I,
said
that
I
identified
was
was
obviously
the
one
that's
run
through
McDonald
I
believe
and
then
the
one
that's
run
through
Barclay
Elementary
in
Central
Bucks,
so
the
Appropriations
Committee
has
it
there's
a
little
bit
of
a
train
transition
of
Personnel
in
the
Appropriations
Committee
right
now,
so
they
had
new
leadership.
J
So,
with
the
with
the
new
speaker
of
the
house,
who
used
to
be
one
of
the
party
leaders,
she
is
basically
he
had
all
these
roles
that
were
vacated.
So
the
person
that
was
ahead
of
Appropriations
moved
up
to
lead.
Her
and
then
someone
else
moved
into
Appropriations,
and
then
they
bring
all
their
staff
with
them.
So
but
I
am
in
pretty
constant
communication
with
them
about
it.
It's
just
making
sure
that
we
keep
pushing
them
along.
J
They
typically
say
it's
about
two
months:
a
two-month
turnover
from
when
I
give
them
the
contact
information
which
they
have.
So
they
have
all
the
contact
information
that
they
need
so
usually
about
two
months
before
you
get
the
money
so
I'm
trying
to
push
it
before
the
end
of
the
school
year.
Oh.
J
A
L
J
It
will
be
well
once
the
budget's
finalized,
so
the
intention
I
think
for
everybody
is
to
have
that
done
before
the
end
of
June.
I've
heard
some
nightmare
scenarios
where
nobody
goes
home
and
you're
there
and
you
don't
want
to
be
in
Harrisburg
in
in
July,
is
basically
what
they
say.
That
means
that
things
are
not
going
well
with
negotiations.
J
I
can
tell
you
that,
from
my
experience,
I
think
that
outside
of
the
speakership
arm
wrestle
that
occurred
earlier
in
the
year
and
again,
I'd
like
to
also
point
out
that
I'm
not
part
of
the
leadership
negotiations,
but
we
we
let
them
know
what
our
priorities
are.
It
sounds
like
everyone's
working
well,
so
I'm
optimistic
that
we
won't
go
into
July
that
that,
hopefully,
will
even
cut
a
little
short,
but
I'm
a
glass
is
half
full
kind
of
guy.
A
M
Good
evening,
everyone
so
about
two
years
ago,
Mr,
Hayes
and
I
came
up
and
we
asked
if
you
would
consider
the
the
offer
of
us
being
able
to
create
a
new
schedule
that
we
thought
would
really
benefit
our
middle
schools
in
a
variety
of
different
ways.
And
so
we
figured
you
know
we're
at
the
end
of
the
first
year
that
we've
been
under
this
new
schedule,
and
we
just
wanted
to
report
back
to
you
and
let
you
know
how
it's
going
so
far.
M
N
Thank
you
all
right,
so
thank
you
so
much
for
again
having
us
here
this
evening
and
when
you
hear
the
students,
that's
the
real
highlight
you
may
have
the
future
Brielle
and
Emma
here
with
you,
so
pay
attention
when
they
come
up.
We
wanted
to
talk
briefly.
Obviously
all
the
things
we
do
are
in
line
with
our
mission
and
vision
in
in
the
district
and
two
main
things
we
highlighted
through
our
reimagined
middle
school
program
is
academic
benefits
and
career.
N
Readiness
benefits
and
you'll
see,
as
we
highlight
some
of
the
things
tonight,
how
those
things
really
stand
out,
so
we're
going
to
start
out
of
how
things
are
going.
So
since
we've
worked
on
our
new
program
and
again,
thank
you
for
your
support
in
doing
all
the
things
we
put
together
over
the
past
couple
of
years,
we've
seen
great
academics
and
really
a
lot
of
success
with
things
with
our
students.
You've
seen
already
the
highlights
of
how
our
students
have
grown
with
iready
and
what
that's
looked
like
across
the
middle
schools.
N
We
hope
to
see
great
results
with
pssas
this
year.
Since
we
are
finishing
those
up,
we
also
have
a
lot
of
success
with
the
new
win
class
that
we
have
and
that's
the
30-minute
class.
We
have
in
the
middle
of
the
day
where
students
get
to
do
all
sorts
of
different
things,
we're
going
intervention
in
areas
where
they
need.
N
It
have
some
time
where
they're
doing
some
different
career
Readiness
activities
and
also
work
on
whatever
they
need
to
So
based
on
their
interests
and
what
the
teachers
see
that
they
need
and
all
kind
of
working
together
to
do
things
for
them.
We
throw
in
some
related
services
for
students
that
need
it
and
then,
whatever
our
students
need
and
really
it's
become,
a
program
that
has
been
really
successful
for
our
kids.
M
And
then
the
most
fun
part
for
the
kids
is
this:
last
month
of
school,
you
know
our
our
eighth
grade
class.
They
were,
they
were
the
last.
You
know
code
class
that
we
that
we
had,
as
they
were,
sixth
graders
and
for
the
last
two
years
we've
been
back
to
normal
and
we
really
appreciate
that.
But
we
have
a
number
of
things
coming
up.
We
have
our
strength,
our
spring
instrumental
and
choral
concerts.
We
actually
just
had
one.
M
Last
night
we
have
our
Awards
coming
up
for
our
students,
our
eighth
grade
dance,
our
Panther
games,
which
is
it's
only
in
its
second
year.
This
is
it
used
to
be
each
school
had
its
own
field
day.
We
still
have
a
field
day,
but
we
also
have
now
one
with
the
two
eighth
grades
from
log
and
Klinger,
combined
together
and
this
year,
we're
doing
it
at
William,
Tennant,
High
School,
which
we've
never
done
before.
So
we're
really
excited
for
that.
M
I
know
a
lot
of
the
students
are
we
have
our
promotion
ceremonies
each
season
that
we
that
we
wrap
up
fall
winter
and
spring.
You
know
we
have
a
friendly
competition,
Sports
log
versus
Klinger,
they're
kind
of
like
our
bowl
games
to
finish
out
each
year,
so
we
have
those
coming
up
and
then
our
eighth
grade
trip
is
on
the
same
day
that
year,
so
all
of
our
students
be
headed
to
Dorney
Park.
M
So
with
that
we're
going
to
lead
you
guys
into
a
video
and
then
when
it's
over
we're
going
to
introduce
some
of
our
students
to
speak
to
you.
Thank
you.
Everyone
thank.
A
I
You're
not
displaying
it
on
the
screen.
You
got
to
display
it.
N
M
Right
today,
we're
here
at
Vlog,
College,
Middle,
School
speaking
with
a
number
of
our
students,
many
of
whom
are
involved
in
a
few
of
our
different
groups
that
we
have
at
that
school
to
talk
about
their
experience
with
our
new
schedule
and
some
of
the
things
that
they
really
enjoy
here
at
Law.
College.
O
P
Q
Am
really
into
production
and
theater
and
I
really
like
to
doing
the
Newsies
play
this
year
and
I
was
also
on
stage
crew
for
Moana
last
year
and
I
got
to
be
one
of
the
state
managers
of
the
Newsies
this
year,
I.
S
M
O
Really,
like
the
team
learning
concept,
because
I
mean
if
every
single
team
has
their
own
schedule,
which
just
makes
things
like
it
feels
easier
to
figure
out.
Oh
I'm,
going
through
this
class
next,
like
it's,
not
all
mismatch.
You
know
everyone
in
your
class
like
it's
just
easier
well
and,
in
my
opinion,
more
well
organized
I.
R
The
William
Tennant
flight
trip
that
that
I'm
also
looking
forward
to
because
I've
never
really
been
to
William
Tennant
that
much
like
I've
been
like
around
there
not
really
inside.
Are
you
going
there
next
year,
yeah,
okay,
great,
it's
gonna,
be
great
to
like
learn
the
land
of
the
place
and
it's
probably
gonna
be
easier
to
navigate
it.
When
we
first
get
there
I'm.
W
Really
excited
for
the
mini
Bond,
because
it's
me
and
a
time
my
other
friends
are
running
this
mini-thon
and
we're
waiting
a
lot
of
the
money
and
I
think
it's
going
to
have
a
good
cause
and
I'm
really
excited
for
the
picnic,
because
it's
just
a
time
where
we
get
to
be
outside
and
hang
out
with
our
friends
and
just
goof
off
and
then
celebrate
the
end
of
our
year.
I.
V
Think
I'm,
looking
forward
to
the
panther
games,
I
I,
want
to
get
to
know
like
the
people
at
Klinger.
So
when
I
have
classes
with
them
in
high
school,
I
get
to
know
them.
Y
Be
looking
forward
to
field
day
two,
because
this
year,
I
feel
like
the
teams
are
more
organized
and
like,
and
everyone
like
enjoys
what
team
you're
on
so
it'll,
be
like
a
fun
like
day.
O
Well,
another
thing
I'm
like
most
interested
in
for
the
end
of
the
year
is
the
eighth
grade.
Move
up
ceremony
is
because,
like
I,
just
have
no
idea
how
it's
gonna
work
out,
like
I'm,
really
excited
to
just
be
able
to
experience.
It
I
feel
like
it's
gonna,
be
important
because,
like
we've
been
going
here
like
we
went
here
through
covid
and
like
we,
we
just
went
through
so
many
hardships
together,
so
I
think
it's
gonna
be
nice
to
see
all
of
us
graduate
together
too
I'm.
L
Excited
for
the
Hershey
trip
that
jazz
band
is
doing
well,
it's
gonna
be
my
first
time
at
Hershey
Park,
but
also
it's
my
first
time
performing
with
trombone.
AB
X
I,
like
that,
we
have
wind
now
so
I
can
finally
get
my
homework
done
quicker,
so
I
can
be
doing
after
school
activities
which
easy
since
beforehand
it
took
me
a
while
and
I
had
to
stay
at
the
lead
doing
homework.
So
it's
very
helpful.
Z
L
AB
I'd
say
that
one
of
the
major
increases
in
growth
eventually
would
be
like
the
activities
like
I'm
ready
that
we're
doing
this
year,
because
not
only
does
it
cover
reading
it
also
companies
mad
and
not
every
kid.
Has
the
talent
to
have
both
already
really
well
like
I
struggle
in
reading
and
everybody's
been
helping
me
out
I'm
pretty
far
so
well,
and
one
of
my
Mains
is
bad
and
I
really
enjoy
doing
math
and
I
already
I.
R
Think,
like
the
main
reason,
is
probably
when,
because
it
gives
us
extra
time
to
study
on
the
stuff,
we
really
need,
instead
of
just
spending
extra
time
on
stuff.
We
don't
so
it's
like
a
better
use
for
our
time
and
probably
also
the
teachers
because
they're
doing
a
pretty
well
that
pretty
good
job
of
teaching
us
this
issue,
I.
Z
U
That
you're
struggling
with
like
when
you
were
able
to
go
to
teachers
when
we
need
help
and
instead
of
having
to
like,
send
them
an
email
or
wait
till
the
end
of
the
day.
So
you
have
a
designated
time
where
it
doesn't
conflict
with
like
other
after
school
activities,
and
it
can
just
go
and
get
to
help
them.
P
T
And
everything
I
think
the
things
like
the
programs
like
teachers,
and
we
really
help
with
stuff
like
that,
because
it's
kind
of
like
make
it
back
what
he
said.
I
have
like
a
weak
subject,
which
for
me
is
math
and
I
feel
like
with
many
like
programs
and
like
enriching
opportunities
and
teachers,
and
things
like
that.
It
allows
me
to
like
get
better
and
better
myself
at
that
subject.
So
I
can
examine
it.
X
Since
it's
the
most
engaging
out
of
all
of
them,
whether
they're
the
game
that
at
your
place,
it
helps
me
answer
more
questions.
I'm
currently
in
second
place
right
now,
my.
Z
AA
AC
P
I
really
think
that,
just
in
general,
the
school
is
an
amazing
place.
I
love
my
friends,
they're
always
there
for
me,
like
you
guys,
said
the
my
teachers
they're
very
comforting.
They
make
me
feel
welcome
here
and
just
like
I
love
like
just
every
aspect
of
the
school
I,
like
all
the
opportunities
that
we
have
how
people
can
express
themselves.
It's
like
it's
not
just
like
it's
not
very
limited,
like
you
have
all
these
like
different
things
to
choose
from
with
everything
that
you
want
to
do.
AD
I'm
gonna
miss
some
of
the
certain
clubs.
For
example.
I
know
there
isn't
sewing
Club
at
tenant,
so
I'm
gonna
miss
that,
like.
AB
All
our
teachers
are
really
nice.
You
know
I
really
understand
like
you're
behind
on
word,
they'll
help
you
out,
try
to
get
you
catch
up
and
maybe
even
get
you
ahead
of
the
class
principals.
Here
are
awesome
too
I
get
along
with
all
of
them.
Both
of
them
are
really
nice
and
our
Expo
classes
are
also
really
cool
too
I
enjoy
them
as
well,
and
lunch
is
also
the
muscles
I'm.
O
Gonna
really
miss
the
teachers,
because
I
just
feel
like
the
eighth
grade.
Teachers
like
it
was
so
fun
being
done
in
this
year,
like
even
in
some
of
the
classes,
I
wasn't
interested
in
last
year.
It
was
they
made
it
like
a
lot
more
fun
this
year
and
I
really
am
going
to
miss
them,
especially
like
students
too,
because
like
even
if
I
haven't
known
most
of
the
students
on
my
team
now
I
know
like
almost
half
the
school
well
half
the
grade,
because
it's
a
team
schedule,
it's
just
I'm
gonna,
miss
them.
Yeah
yeah.
O
Z
AE
Gonna
miss
the
whole
like
atmosphere.
That
log
brings
it's
like
exciting
to
come
to
school,
sometimes
and
like
I.
Like
brings
me
jewelry
like
to
come
and
see
my
friends
and
like
the
teachers
are
like
really
inviting
and
they
like
make,
you
feel
like
you
belong
and
not
like
you
just
like
stand
out
from
everyone
else.
N
A
N
F
AB
Good
evening,
everybody
I
hope
you
haven't
heard
yet.
My
name
is
Moises
Matos
I'm
here
to
talk
about
how
this
year
and
schedule
that
we
have
is
better
than
previous
years,
because
I've
been
in
Klinger
for
all
three
years
and
I'd
like
to
start
with
how
like
organized
it
is
with
the
student
council
and
all
that
that
it
is
easier
to
schedule
like
field
trips
and
do
fundraisers
and
fun
things
for
school.
AB
That
way,
we
can
all
have
fun
in
Klinger
I'd,
also
like
to
bring
up
how
the
students
are
more
like
how
do
I
say,
they're
more
like
into
school
activities
like
we
have
more
students
staying
after
school
to
do
more
activities
such
as
Sports
and
just
in
general,
and
also
like
it's
just
like
awesome,
how
the
just
so,
just
because
this
new
schedule,
and
when
and
everything
people
are
able
to
get
caught
up
with
work
and
able
to
get
things
done,
so
they
can
have
fun.
Let's
Clinger.
AF
Hello,
my
name
is
Sophia
Santucci
I'm,
an
8th
grader
at
Klinger,
Middle,
School,
and-
and
this
is
my
first
year
at
Klinger
and
I've,
already
seen
that
it
is
a
great
place
and
everyone's
been
so
good
to
me
and-
and
there
have
been
so
many
ways
for
me
to
get
involved
like
I,
like
the
musical
student
council
stuff
like
that
and
a
lot
a
lot.
AF
A
lot
of
things
are
coming
up
soon,
like
like
the
spring
concerts
and
the
awards,
but
like
the
thing
I'm
looking
forward
to
the
most
is
the
promotion
ceremony,
because
I've
never
been
to
something
like
that
and
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
see
what
it's
like.
AG
Hi,
my
name
is
Ryan
lovenstein
and
I
will
be
presenting
to
the
board
what
I
like
best
about
Middle
School,
the
opportunities
that
you
get
at
excuse
me.
Let
me
start
over
the
opportunities
that
we
get
are
far
greater
than
an
elementary
school
and
prepare
you
for
what
opportunities
will
be
in
high
school.
Over
the
last
three
years,
I
have
been
a
part
of
several
clubs
at
Klinger,
Middle,
School
and
and
in
seventh
grade
and
eighth
grader
excuse
me,
I
participated
in
sports
too.
AG
There
are
opportunities
that
are
greater
than
just
Sports
and
clubs
as
well.
I
have
also
excuse
me:
I've
also
been
taking
classes
that
are
high
interest
to
me,
such
as
stem
and
music,
both
of
which
I've
joined
after
school
clubs
for
as
well
like
Robotics
and
concert
choir
and
I've
also
been
trying
to
get
into
jazz
band,
as
well
as
a
sixth
grader
I
joined
the
student
council,
despite
being
virtual
all
that
school
year,
I've
continued
to
be
a
part
of
it
and
I'm.
AG
AG
O
O
Something
I'm,
also
really
looking
forward
to
as
eighth
grade
is
coming
to
a
closing
I'm,
really
looking
forward
to
the
Dorney
Park
Dorney
Park
trip,
because
I've
never
been
to
amusement
park.
Actually
so
I'm
just
glad
that
law
college
is
able
to
provide
that
trip
for
me
because
it's
going
to
be
a
fun
experience,
I
believe
I'm,
wonderful,.
M
Right,
as
you
can
see,
everything
is
perfect
in
the
middle
schools.
So
no,
we
do
want
to
thank
all
of
you
for
giving
us
the
opportunity
to
trusting
Us
in
doing
this
and
and
for
all
the
collaboration
we
had
putting
this
together
and
also
just
to
give
a
shout
to
the
teachers
too.
I
mean
their
names
came
up
repeatedly
in
this.
They
do
a
fantastic
job,
and
so
do
our
kids
too.
It
was
a
big
change
and
they
they
Dove
right
in
and
did
a
fantastic
job
and
I'll.
K
Yes,
we
just
had
a
couple
of
comments.
First,
the
feedback
regarding
when
I
thought
was
amazing
when
it
was
first
presented.
I
thought
this
is
a
great
idea,
but
with
the
feedback,
it
is
very
clear
that
there
are
there's
an
opportunity
for
students
to
prioritize,
learn
how
to
prioritize
what
their
needs
are
in
that
period
of
time,
as
well
as
develop
time
management.
K
So
I
I,
just
love
that
opportunity
and
the
way
the
students
are
taking
advantage
of
it,
and
the
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
say
is
bringing
the
two
schools
together
for
field
day.
Fantastic
idea
I
feel
like
that
gives
an
opportunity
for
them
to
make
the
beginnings
of
new
relationships,
new
friendships,
especially
for
the
8th
graders,
going
into
tenant.
Wonderful
idea
all
right
well,
thank
you
so
much
thank.
A
AI
Excuse
me
not
a
problem.
No
just
just
a
comment.
Quick
I
mean
my
daughter
is
a
Clinger
right
now
my
son
went
through
and
what
what
you're
doing
over
there,
the
the
changes
that
have
been
made
have
been
wonderful
and
she's
benefit
from
from
it
as
well.
So
thank
you
for
the
work
you've
done
in
upgrading
the
curricula
and
really
investing
in
our
kids
and
to
all
of
you,
wonderful
job
speaking
tonight,
I'm
glad
you've
had
such
great
experiences
and
you
are
why
we
do
what
we
do.
AI
AJ
M
AJ
The
way
you're
doing
the
teams
they
did
that
back
in
the
old
days.
They
did
that
years
ago,
correct
correct,
maybe
a
little
different,
but
they
did
teams
right
right.
M
AJ
I'm
going
to
tell
you
I
think
that
was
I
was
sad
to
see
it
go
when
it
went
because
one
of
the
young,
ladies
said,
or
maybe
it
was
on
the
film
that
you
have
the
same
group
of
kids
and
you
do
form
these
bonds.
AJ
You
know,
I
have
old,
kids
and
my
daughter
is
still
with
the
boy
she
met
in
seventh
grade
on
her
team
10
years.
So
you
can
forge
lots
of
relationships
on
that.
AJ
I
Want
to
thank
you
for
the
work
you're
doing.
Thank
you
to
the
students
for
the
feedback.
I
think
is
important.
It's
another
example
of
we
continue
to
try
to
let
our
students
have
voice
voice,
doesn't
mean
always
give
what
you
want,
but
you're
part
of
the
decision-making
process
by
sharing
and
it's
nice
to
hear
that
you
feel
like
the
decision
that
was
brought
forward
works
like
Miss,
brancato
I
went
to
a
middle
school
that
had
teaming
model.
We
actually
had
houses.
I
Also
so
I
moved
with
the
same
group
of
teachers,
Middle
School
that
that
works
in
Middle,
School
matters
actually
still
says.
Research
says
teaming
is
the
better
way
and
a
better
model.
So
what
we
did
was
listen
to
the
research
with
Hanover
and
went
back
and
did
something
that
has
research
and
evidence
base
and
complements
to
the
team
for
being
courageous
enough
to
bring
that
forward
and
say
what
we're
doing
is
not
getting
the
return
on
investment
that
we
want
and
clearly
right
now
it
looks
like
we're
getting
a
better
return
on
investment.
D
N
Thank
you
so
much
to
all
of
you
for
having
faith
in
us
with
putting
all
of
this
together.
Centennial
is
the
place
to
be
and
we're
firing
on
all
cylinders
with
the
the
support
of
the
board
and
everyone
that's
working
with
us.
So
thank
you
so
much
and
thank
you.
A
Just
have
fun-filled
night.
The
next
item
on
our
agenda
is
2.4
Lego
stem
summer
camp
Mr,
Dressler.
AK
I
And
why
he's
coming?
If
anyone
wonders
you
all
know
why
the
desks
are
here
right
for
those
who
don't
know,
we
have
testing.
Ap
testing
occurs
here
in
this
building
for
all
of
our
high
school
students,
and
they
have
it
again
tomorrow,
so
this
building
is
used
in
compliments
to
the
board
whoever's
here
when
they
designed
the
building.
We
have
a
school
in
this
building
and
students
do
come,
use
this
building.
So
it's
not
just
administrators.
So
that's
why
the
guests
there.
So
that
was
a
good
decision.
AK
Hi
good
evening,
hi
Mr
Rouge
I
am
not
Mr
deisler
I'm,
not
nearly
as
handsome
but
I
did
want
to
introduce
Mr
deisler.
A
stem
teacher
Klinger
is
going
into
a
second
year
of
facilitating
and
leading
our
work
around
the
Lego
stem
Camp,
so
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
I
introduced
him
to
everybody
who
may
not
know
him
and
turn
over
the
presentation
over
to
him.
Thank
you
Kevin.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank.
AL
You
good
evening,
everybody
and
to
put
my
parent
hat
back
on
my
son,
is
a
sixth
grader
at
Klinger
and
you're
right,
Miss
francado.
We
had
teams
at
log
when
I
was
at
log
and
to
see
my
son
as
part
of
a
team
at
Klinger.
The
kid
is
participating
in
so
much
more
than
I
did,
and
that
just
goes
to
to
speak
to
what
an
awesome
school
we
have.
AL
So
thank
you,
Lego
robotics,
you
guys
have
played
with
Legos
before
right,
so
I
gave
this
presentation
last
year
and
we're
kind
of
updating
it
this
year
for
year,
two
a
little
bit
and
the
objectives
for
the
day
are
obviously
to
try
and
ask
for
a
second
year
of
our
Lego
robotic
stem
camp.
Now,
a
couple
words
or
words
you're
going
to
hear
is
first
first
stands
for
for
inspiration
and
recognition
of
Science
and
Technology,
and
our
purpose
is
to
give
the
kids
the
opportunity.
AL
We
heard
a
lot
about
that
in
the
last
video
to
learn
and
demonstrate
programming
and
Engineering
skills
and
through
this
Camp
we're
going
to
use
the
Lego
education,
Spike
Prime
kit,
which
I'll
talk
more
about
later.
AL
First
shares
a
lot
of
the
core
values
such
as
believing
that
kids
learn
through
collaboration
and
productive
struggle.
This
fail
forward
attitude
and
to
build
their
resilience
to
keep
moving
forward.
So
last
year
we
had
22
participants
from
fourth
to
the
sixth
grade,
which
is
our
our
window
of
of
kids.
Of
what
we're
aiming
for
here.
10
of
them
participated
in
the
first
Lego
League,
which
is
our
competition
teams
that
we
have
now
moving
forward.
AL
Thanks
to
the
help
of
the
CEF,
we
will
have
first
Lego
League
teams
in
every
Elementary
building
and
both
middle
schools
and
this
year
to
take
those
10
kids.
We
have
yes,
we
have
about
140
that
have
participated
in
robotics
across
all
schools
in
the
district
of
this
year.
So
this
is
just
a
small
Cog
in
the
stem
wheel
of
the
design
of
of
everything,
of
what
we
want
to
do
so.
AL
I
have
a
couple
videos
here:
I
couldn't
get
any
awesome,
kids
to
speak.
I
could
because
Ryan
lovenstein
was
our
team
captain
of
our
first
technology
challenge
team
at
Klinger,
and
he
actually
volunteered
to
help
out
at
last
year's
camp,
but
I'm
not
going
to
put
him
on
the
spot
for
this
one.
So
I'm
hoping
these
videos
kind
of
do
some
kind
of
Justice.
If
this
works,
it
won't,
but
imagine
this
as
a
robot.
That's
moving
using
a
touch
sensor
like
it's
a
remote
control
car.
It's
pretty
awesome!
AL
This
video
is
somebody
that
learned
how
to
use
the
ultrasonic
sensor
to
sense
distance
as
well
as
a
motor,
and
it's
kind
of
like
a
helicopter
robot,
and
then
this
video
were
parents
that
came
in
the
day
before
our
our
last
day
to
witness
a
competition
held
by
all
of
the
kids.
They
replicated
a
first
Lego
League
challenge
the
game
board
that
you
see
there
is
set
up
with
many
different
types
of
challenges
that
students
work
together
in
teams
to
solve
throughout
the
week.
AL
So
once
they
learn
the
basics
of
of
programming,
your
Motors,
your
sensors,
and
then
you
understand
how
the
game
works.
They
work
together
to
see
who
can
score
the
most
points.
We
invite
the
parents
in
for
a
showcase
and
it's
an
awesome
day
of
Celebration,
so
we
offer
this
opportunity
for
students
to
learn
they
design
they
build
they
program
they
test.
AL
They
modify
and
I,
always
love
Dean,
Cayman
who's,
the
founder
of
first
we're
not
using
kids
to
build
robots,
we're
using
robots
to
build
kids,
and
that's
my
Mantra
that
even
the
high
school
kids
when
I
tell
them
this.
They
they
just
laugh
at
me.
Oh
Geisler,
you're
talking
first
again
so,
but
this
is
really
what
we're
trying
to
do:
we're
trying
to
use
robots
to
build
kids
so
that
what
the
schedule
for
the
week
would
look
like.
AL
We
have
facilities
clearance
through
McDonald
Elementary,
we'll
run
it
July
17th
through
the
20th
from
nine
o'clock
to
one
o'clock.
Lunch
is
included
with
that
and
then
from
that
10
o'clock
to
11
o'clock
is
when
they'll
showcase
the
parents
Guardians,
you
guys,
are
all
welcome
and
I
can
fill
you
in
on
that.
When
that
time
gets
closer
as
well,
you
can
come
check
us
out.
AL
Registration
Student
Center
in
grades,
four
five
or
six
cap
it
at
25
students
I
feel
that's
enough
for
that
library
to
hold
there's
a
100
registration
fee.
Campers
will
see
the
T-shirt
which
will
benefit
the
future
camps.
First,
robotics
costs
I
have
budgeted
out
now
that
I
have
I'm
running
at
every
level
of
the
the
costs
now,
including
Davis
Elementary
insta
registration
costs
they
all
kind
of
go
up
a
little
bit.
So
this
all
helps
benefit
parts
and
registrations,
and
all
that
stuff,
we'll
have
five
scholarships,
will
be
available.
AL
We'll
talk
to
guidance
counselors
at
the
elementary
schools
and
see,
if
there's
anybody
that
might
need
a
little
help
and
they'll
attend
that
week
for
free
and
then
we'll
use
the
registration
through
a
Google
form
and
checks
made
payable
because
I
work
at
Klinger.
We
have
our
account
through
Klinger,
but
it
could
go
to
log.
AL
It
could
go
to
anywhere
else
Robotics,
and
all
of
that
goes
into
that
account
as
far
as
materials
and
staff,
the
materials
we're
using
the
Lego
spike
Prime
robots
that
were
provided
by
the
CEF
and
quaint
Oak
Bank
during
a
grant.
Last
year,
we'll
use
iPads
with
that
the
spike
Prime
app
is
phased
out.
So
now,
there's
actually
a
website
that
we'll
be
able
to
access
on
that
using
Chromebooks.
If
we
wanted
to
do
it
that
way,
there's
no
cost
really
associated
with
any
of
this.
Because
of
the
grants
and
through
registrations.
AL
We
have
4x8
Lego
tables
at
Willowdale
and
McDonald
that
will
ship
over
to
McDonald
and
we'll
be
able
to
work
with
that.
We
use
a
previous
first
Lego
League
game
which
I
have
stock
of,
and
so
there's
no
cost
really
to
run
this,
except
for
myself
and
for
Jess
conlon
from
McDonald.
We
would
be
the
facilitators
for
this
and
we'd
also
bring
in
FRC,
which
stands
for
first
robotics
competition.
That's
our
high
school
robotics
team
and
Ryan.
AL
Yes,
First
Technology
challenge
mentors
as
well
coming
in
to
help
the
elementary
kids.
So
it's
a
self-grown
program
that
we
want
to
build
back,
because
we
believe
those
kids
come
back
to
help.
Mentor
are
eventually
mentoring,
the
future
teams
as
they
come
up.
We
do
have
an
on-site
registered
nurse
as
well.
Should
anything
happen
with
a
Lego
somebody
steps
on
one
or
something.
AL
We'll
communicate
this
out
through
some
CSD
alerts.
Nate
Ross
does
incredible
work.
There's
a
great
video
on
on
our
website.
He
put
together.
We
actually
hosted
a
for
that
first
Lego
League
competition
in
January
at
Klinger
this
year
we
had
I
will
think
14
teams
from
around
the
area
come
into
Klinger
and
they
competed.
We
had
a
couple
teams
win,
Awards
and
Nate,
put
together
an
awesome,
video
that
showcased
that
that
event
and
we'll
send
out
email
updates
through
CSD
robotics
at
centennial.org
since
usd.org
once
we
start
getting
all
of
that.
AL
This
is
a
mock-up
of
the
flyer
that
can
go
out
and
it's
kind
of
a
repeat
of
last
year,
because
we
had
success
with
that
and
we
want
to
keep
it
going.
Questions
comments
or
concerns
I.
A
AL
You
so
much
I
appreciate
all
I
do
is
give
opportunity,
it's
kids
like
Ryan
and
everybody
else
that
really
through
their
passion
fuels
me
to
keep
going,
and
that's
that's
really
all
that
is.
But
thank
you.
Wonderful.
C
AL
Would
be
a
great
problem
to
have
I
would
say
with
with
this
at
the
limit
right
now
be
with
the
Google
form,
once
I
hit
25
students
I
can
toggle
that
receiving
off,
and
if
people
can
email
me
and
I
can
say.
Unfortunately,
we're
full
right
now
engage
how
many
people
at
that
point.
Beyond
are
interested,
and
then
we
can
reassess
for
next
year
right
now,
it's
Staffing
with
facilitators
and
time
depending
on
the
summer.
This
is
the
week
that
I
can
give
this
year.
AL
It
I
would
love
to
do
more
than
one
week
if
possible.
I
know.
Last
year
we
discussed
two
weeks
at
a
time
and
if
my
schedule
allows
I
can
do
it
this
year,
it
unfortunately
cannot
so
that's
going
to
be
a
summer
to
Summer
thing
for
me
and
if
I'll
make
it
a
priority,
if
it
happens,
sounds.
C
A
A
AM
That
was
that
was
an
awesome,
awesome
series
of
presentations
and
and
boy
the
the
kids
knocked
it
out
of
the
park.
So
congratulations
to
all
of
them
and
to
the
principals
and
to
the
students
and
to
Kevin
dysler
is
a
a
robot
machine.
A
one-man
robot
machine
I
have
just
a
quick
presentation,
literally
just
a
couple
of
pages,
we'll
click
through
the
regulars
and
we'll
jump
right
into
it.
AM
The
capital
plan
is
in
new
business
today
to
be
approved.
I'm
looking
for
the
adoption
of
the
capital
plan,
there's
some
projects
that
were
have
in
RFP
stage,
there's
some
projects
that
we
have
had
approved
over
the
past
several
months.
The
operations
committee
meeting
monthly
has
reviewed
multiple
projects
for
consideration
and,
while
we
may
not
have
endorsed,
may
we
may
not
have
gotten
an
endorsement
for
all
of
those
projects.
AM
The
committee
did
vote
in
favor
of
bringing
the
budget
to
to
all
of
you
and
that's
what
I'm
here
tonight
to
do
and
that's
to
seek
adoption
of
the
2324
capital
reserve
fund.
We're
doing
this
a
little
sooner
due
to
the
delays
and
the
challenges
we
have
in
getting
equipment
and
in
scheduling
the
work,
particularly
for
those
projects
that
are
going
to
happen
over
the
summer,
we're
looking
to
identify
them
now.
AM
Each
project
in
the
capital
fund
will
ultimately
come
to
you
to
vote
on
them
individually,
as
we
get
them
in
in
that
stage,
as
so
I
touched
on,
both
of
those
the
phone
system
was
approved
in
January,
it's
going
to
happen
over
the
summer.
So
it's
a
part
of
the
2324
Capital
plan
and
we
currently
have
rfps
out
an
RFP
out
for
the
paving
of
the
William
tenet
student
lot,
along
with
the
transportation
center
lot.
So
those
two
are
under
RFP.
AM
We
expect
to
have
them
back
shortly
and
we'll
present
that
for
your
approval
at
that
time,
the
proposed
projects
are
just
that
our
our
projects
that
we
have
in
mind
to
do
some
are
further
along
some.
You
know
technology
ones
that
we're
looking
to
knock
off
and
and
really
be
take
care
of
over
the
summer
time.
So
with
this
approval,
you'll
see
the
money
that's
allocated
and,
as
I
said,
each
one
of
those
projects
will
come
before
you
to
vote
on
independently
the
fund.
AM
This
is
shows
The,
Five-Year
Plan,
there's
no
additional
money
going
into
the
capital
fund.
As
we
sit
here
now,
we'll
look
to
make
recommendations.
You
can
see
along
the
bottom
that
the
capital
fund
hits
a
deficit
following
the
in
the
24-25
school
year
and
we'll
need
to
figure
out
a
way
and
we'll
present
to
you
opportunities
to
fund
that
Capital
fund
into
the
future
right.
Those
are
not
you
know.
Focused
right
now
is
on
the
2324
plan.
A
Questions,
I
I
have
one,
and
maybe
you
can
help
me
with
this.
We
have
fleet
vehicles,
five
hundred
thousand
correct
how
many
vehicles.
A
AM
Right
now,
I'm
just
we'll
bring
that
to
you
in
advance.
Okay,.
AM
AM
Members
nope
my
knee-jerk
reactions,
so
pardon
my
my
response.
My.
AM
Amount
right,
so
the
money
has
to
stay
in
the
capital
fund.
We
can't
take
money
out
of
the
capital
fund
and
apply
it
to
something
else
right.
But
yes,
if,
if
the
board
chose
to
not
buy
any
buses,
go
to
the
extreme
right,
if
the
board
chose
not
to
get
have
any
buses,
the
500
000
would
stay
in
the
capital
fund.
You
could
potentially
have
a
larger
Surplus
at
the
bottom
at
the
end
of
the
year.
Does
that
make
sense?
It.
A
Makes
sense
but
where
I
have
a
little
bit
of
confusion
and
I
don't
mean
to
be
drilling
down
on
you?
No,
if
we
approve
this
tonight,
which
we
don't
have
the
board
feels
about
the
one
subject
sure
buses
in
here
right.
So
this
is
the
we
approve.
This
excuse
me
just
for
a
second,
please
I
mean
I,
know
you're
the
expert
no
and
I'm
just
trying
to
learn.
Okay,
so
bear
with
me.
We
approve
this
tonight.
There
is
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
the
capital
fund.
A
A
H
I
A
I
A
B
I
AM
There
is,
we
are
anticipating
ending
this
school
year
with
approximately
3.6
million
dollars
in
the
capital
fund
right
it's
in
there.
It
can't
go
anywhere
else.
It
needs
to
stay
there
right,
so
this
chart
just
shows
shows
the
potential
capital
projects
that
we're
projecting
right.
Those
are
projects
that
have
certainly
been
heard
for
the
operations
committee
has
has
heard
those
requests.
We
have
debated
some
of
those
there's
support
for
some
there's,
not
support
for
others.
There's
support
for
some
buses.
AM
It
may
not
be
support
for
all
the
buses,
but
the
fund
and
the
capital
project
fund
needs
to
still
be
approved
by
you
and,
as
I
said,
as
those
projects
similar
to
the
phones
get
cleaned
up
and
ready
to
present
to
the
board,
then
we'll
do
that
right
when
the
we'll
look
to
issue
an
RFP
for
buses,
if
that
is
for
five
buses,
that
would
be
great
if
it's
for
something
less
than
that,
then
that
will
change
right.
AM
The
capital
plan
is,
is
one
that's
also
in
an
emergency
right,
so
you
know
two
years
my
first
year
here
I
think
it
was
month
two
and
the
high
school
was
was
shut
down
right.
So
you
have
those
emergencies.
You
have
those
things
that
you
need
to
be
ready
for
so
God
forbid
an
emergency
occurs.
There's
a
a
capital
need
outside
of
that
that
we
don't
this,
isn't
even
on
the
radar.
We'll
still
have
money
that
will
adjust
our
priorities
accordingly
and.
A
AM
A
Well,
I
know
that
most
people
in
authorities
don't
understand,
but
there
was
a
president
that
kept
saying
I'm
from
Missouri,
so
I'm
saying
to
you,
I'm,
not
from
Missouri,
but
the
thought
process
of
being
from
Missouri
is
how
I
feel
about
this,
but
you
have
cleared
it
up,
so
anything
can
be
changed.
I
appreciate
that
sorry
I
gave
you
a
hard
time,
I've
learned
more
tonight.
Thank
you.
Any
other
questions.
I
I
I
do
want
to
because
you
had
the
benefit
of
this
Satan
entire
board.
If
you
have
not
been
watching
your
weekly
reports,
you
have
anywhere
from
10
to
13
buses
that
are
out
each
week
right
out
of
commission.
So
that's
part
of
the
reason
just
so
you
know
why
the
recommendation
we
put
it
off
and
then,
if
we
keep
putting
it
off,
those
numbers
are
going
to
grow
with
how
many
buses
are
out
of
service,
potentially
just
an
FYI.
AM
A
C
A
I
Chair
they
are
and
board
members.
There
are
three
items
to
share
with
you.
One
is
as
always,
a
follow-up
when
there
is
a
question
wrought
by
the
board.
Last
week
there
was
a
last
meeting.
Excuse
me
a
question
regarding
curriculum
online
access
so
and
policy
105
so
to
share
the
board.
To
put
context
of
where
we
are
here
is
some
information
next
slide.
I
Next
slide,
the
work
that
is
done
with
our
curriculum
in
our
online
access
is
actually
hitting
at
least
four
areas
on
our
nine
characteristics
of
high
performing
schools.
Tonight's
presentation
is
to
share
what
CSD
has
done
is
doing
to
provide
parent
Guardian
access
to
the
CSD
curriculum.
It
is
driven
to
promote
high
levels
of
collaboration
and
communication,
frequent
monitoring
of
teaching
and
learning.
I
We
often
think
about
that
from
the
context
of
just
the
students
and
a
teacher,
but
our
system
allows
that
to
happen
with
the
parents
who
are
able
and
make
themselves
available,
to
use
the
system
to
have
a
supportive
learning
environment
and
a
high
level
of
peer
and
involvement.
In
fact,
one
of
your
colleagues
who
has
a
child,
as
you
heard
earlier
in
the
school,
actively
uses
the
system
right
now,
because
I
checked
next
slide.
I
The
the
issue
that
was
raised
that
was
around
following
the
seal
presentation
and
I'm,
not
going
to
read
that
to
you.
But
the
question
was
that
it
might
be
a
good
time
to
think
about
addressing
the
curriculum
view
policy
to
allow
online
access.
What
you're
going
to
see
the
night
is.
We
actually
do
that
and
have
been
doing
that
for
several
years.
It
was
a
reference
to
the
section
of
the
policy
that
talks
about
a
establishing
A
Place
In
Time.
I
It
was
a
concern
about
whether
or
not
we're
somehow
a
parent
is
limited
ability
to
keep
up
on
their
child's
education
and
that
the
idea
of
investigating
online
access,
so
the
Crux
of
this
is
to
share
with
you
what
we
currently
do
before
we
delve
into
the
idea
of
making
changes.
In
fact,
when
you
look
at
the
policy
development
process,
the
job
of
the
superintendent
is
to
give
you
background
information
to
determine
whether
there's
a
need
to
make
a
change
or
not.
I
So
you
can
make
an
informed
decision,
so
the
Highlight
is
to
try
to
address
those
questions
specifically
next
slide,
so
the
policy
itself
and
I'm
going
to
read.
You
really
has
two
parts:
105
is
curriculum
development
and
it
actually
provides
the
purpose.
The
definition,
the
guidelines,
the
delegation,
responsibility
and
all
the
policies
have
legal
citation
associated
with
them.
That
says
why
or
what
it
is
connected
to
by
state
law
or
federal
law
applies,
and
those
guidelines
and
again
I'm
not
going
to
read
that
to
you.
This
is
online
for
the
public
next
slide.
I
The
second
portion
of
that
105,
the
highlighted
part,
is
probably
the
most
critical
enlisting
of
all
curricular
materials
shall
be
made
available
for
information
of
parents,
Guardians
students,
staff
and
board
members,
and
that
should
be
two
all
planned
course
outlines.
Bulletproof
textbooks,
instructional
resources
and
instructional
software
will
be
maintained
by
the
curriculum
office.
They
do
that
now,
so
by
board
policy.
We
have
to
do
that
and
legal
review,
which
I
asked
the
attorney
to
review.
This
basically
said:
there's
no
mandate
to
do
anything
online.
I
I
The
second
part
of
that
is
105.1,
which
is
a
curriculum
review
by
parents,
Guardians
and
students.
It
also
provides
a
purpose
definition,
guidelines,
delegation,
responsibility
and
a
legal
citation.
A
specific
importance
to
that
is
that,
upon
a
request
by
a
parent
or
guarding
our
student,
the
district
will
make
available
existing
information
about
the
curriculum,
including
academic
standards,
to
be
achieved
in
Structural,
Materials
and
assessment
techniques.
I
So
we're
mandated
that
when
a
parent
asks
us
those
for
that
information
by
policy,
we
have
to
make
it
available
to
them,
and
that's
what's
expected
and
to
date,
my
knowledge,
we
haven't
had
any
issues
that
I'm
aware
of
when
doing
that.
I've
only
had
one
request
since
I've
been
here
that
I'm
aware
of
and
the
person
did
not
qualify
because
they
didn't
have
a
child
in
the
system
and
we
don't
give
access
to
that
stuff
because
of
also
FERPA
and
other
things
that
may
play
a
factor
in
it
next
slide.
I
The
three
key
points
I,
think
of
that
fight,
105.1
that
get
to
the
question
or
concern
was
number
one
where
it
says
the
district
will
respond.
So
to
be
clear
again,
it
doesn't
say
we
may
that
we
have
a
choice.
We
have
to
respond
within
a
10
day
and
design
time
and
location
for
the
review
in
CSD
at
time
and
location
for
review
can
be
in
person.
I
It
can
be
virtually
now
because
we're
much
more
equipped,
so
you
can
do
that
online
or
or
via
canvas
which
you
will
see
later,
where
parents
have
access
that
can
happen.
Independent
of
a
CSD
staff
member
or
in
collaboration
with
the
staff
member
I
would
suggest
that,
in
the
spirit
of
collaboration
and
communication
and
understanding
working
together
off
the
means,
having
discussions
and
conversations
for
clarity
and
understanding
the
person
who
is
doing
instruction,
the
person
who's
assigning
the
work.
There
is
some
value
that
some
point.
I
Obviously,
once
the
person
explains,
if
there
is
a
concern,
then
we
actually
have
a
design
process
by
policy
to
address
a
complaint
to
address
curriculum
challenges.
That's
already
spelled
out
in
your
policy
or
how
a
parent
can
do
that.
We
also
have
very
freely
an
opportunity
for
parents
to
exempt
their
children
from
an
activity
that
is
driven
by
policy.
If
there
is
a
religious
exemption
or
some
other
preference
or
just
parental
choice,
they
want
their
child
excluded
from
an
activity.
They
have
that
right
right
and
then
we're
required
to
give
them
another
assignment.
I
We
only
do
that
if
there
is
some
reason
that
we
have
to
guard
against
the
loss
of
materials,
so
it
doesn't
always
mean
that
an
employee
has
to
be
involved
with
the
parent
or
the
guardian
if
they
want
to
review
the
material.
In
fact,
what
you
would
see
with
canvas
is
they
can
review
it
without
us
anyway
electronically,
but
if
it
was
something
that
was
still
in
a
textbook
format,
we
can't
give
that
to
them
to
take
it
with
them.
So
we
have
to
ensure
that
we
get
that
back
and
maintain
it.
I
No
parent
or
Guardian
a
student
shall
be
permitted
to
remove
the
material
which
gets
into
the
other
one,
but
they
can
take
notes
from
it.
We
also
have
to
be
careful
of
any
copyright
issues
and
laws
that
we
have
to
protect
and
not
be
liable
for
giving
that
information
without
permission
or
for
the
purpose
of
educational
use
that
is
tied
to
the
student
to
use
it
next
slide.
F
I
Do
and
have
done
so
over
the
past
three
years
you
there
has
been
I
think
the
comment
was
made
about
the
progression
in
I.T,
which
is
really
true,
but
we
have
had
significantly
expanded
our
online
access
and
to
a
curricular
materials.
We've
significantly
expanded,
just
our
own
online
use
period
by
virtue
of
the
board's
approval
and
commitment
to
sustaining
our
Centennial
virtual
Learning,
Academy
Cisco,
which
has
been
here
even
predating
me,
has
long
been
driven
by
online
access.
That
academic
program
is
housed
in
this
building.
I
What
I
do
want
to
remind
the
board
is
what
you
often
get
is
that
the
issue
that
we
keep
saying
is
that
all
of
this
requires
continued
investment
and
resources
to
maintain
the
equipment,
the
staff
to
provide
the
service
and
assistance
to
support
it,
including
cyber
security.
Today
we
had
a
team
in
doing
a
cyber
security
assessment
on
our
system
as
part
of
our
Safety
and
Security
assessments
example
is
LAUSD
was
held
hostage
for
ransom,
their
systems
were
hacked.
We
had
a
district
locally.
I
That
was
done
the
same
thing,
so
the
more
you
make
online
the
more
you
also
have
to
build
protections
and
Safety
and
Security
Nets.
Once
the
system
goes
down,
we're
crippled.
So
all
of
that
I
want
you
to
keep
in
mind
that
we
also
have
to
maintain
those
we
give
one-to-one
to
every
student.
Now,
that's
an
investment
that
we
have
to
plan
for
in
the
future.
We
have
to
replace
those
and
refurbish
those.
I
So
that's
a
budget
line
item
that
has
to
be
planned,
for
that
has
a
significant
cost
on
a
cycle
right
now
we
have
a
significant
amount
of
secondary
information
that
is
already
available
online.
There
is
discussion
occurring
right
now,
which
you
will
see
the
system
of
migrating,
our
elementary
schools
to
that
level.
Also,
that
was
a
reference
to,
as
we
continue
to
move
to
grow
this
to
create
the
same
access.
That's
a
process,
that's
a
multi-year
process,
you
don't
just
flip
a
switch
and
we
can
just
put
it
all
online.
I
We
have
to
build
it
out
and
support
it.
So
we
use
canvas.
Campus
is
a
learning
management
system?
There's
two
things
that
you
hear
about
constantly
Skyward,
which
is
a
student
information
system
which
is
really
more
about
from
the
parent
side
about
they
can
see
their
grades.
They
can
see
their
attendance,
those
types
of
things,
but
the
learning
management
system
is
where
the
curriculum
is
housed
and
that's
the
learning
management
system.
I
F
AI
Is
canvas
is
a
pretty
great
resource
for
the
parents
to
keep
up
with
what
kids
are
doing
in
all
their
classes
and
I've
been
using
it
for
several
years
now.
For
my
kids
and
there's,
there's
not
an
assignment
that
my
children
get
that
a
lesson
that
they
learned
that
I
don't
know
about.
So
it
is
a
great
resource,
and
so
we
have
access
to
the
grading
rubrics
the
results.
AI
What
they're
working
on
what
they're
learning
and
I
get
unlikely
said:
I
get
updates
throughout
the
day
every
day
on
my
phone
and
through
email.
So
you
know
I
I,
you
know
I'm
pretty
involved
I
try
to
keep
on
top
of
what
the
kids
are
doing,
but
canvas
makes
it
a
lot
easier
and,
as
Dr
Ben
said,
any
any
grades
or
info
that
aren't
there
often
pops
up
in
Skyward.
I
Now
what
I
will
say
that
I
know
that
we
continue
to
work
on?
Is
the
digital
divide,
with
our
parents?
Everybody's
not
in
the
same
place,
with
the
comfort
of
using
it
and
everybody
I
found
out
today
have
had
not
easy
access
of
understanding
how
to
get
the
pairing
done.
So
there's
one
person
I'm
aware
of
when
I'm
doing
my
research
that
I
have
to
follow
along
and
why
that
hasn't
happened
for
their
experience
so
that
they
can
have
access,
but
that's
the
growth
opportunity,
but
educating
our
parents
on
how
to
access
it.
I
In
fact
so
yeah
Miss
eidenberg,
who
has
a
child
still
in
the
system.
Your
daughter,
I
think
you
have
a
grandchild.
Yeah
should
actually
have
access
to
the
system
and
I,
don't
know
who
she
is
I,
don't
know,
I
couldn't
check
so
I'm.
Sorry,
but
at
least
three
people
two
should
have
direct
access.
One
board
member.
If
your
daughter
allowed
you,
you
could
look
over
her
shoulder
or
she
choose
to,
should
give
your
password
and
let
you
be
a
part
of
it.
If.
AG
I
The
system
I
can't
even
see
the
kids
work
because
they're,
not
my
child.
It
is
a
connection
between.
Let
me
rephrase
that
I
can't
see
without
going
making
a
special
requests
with
a
purpose
as
a
superintendent.
Obviously
there's
an
issue:
I
can
get
access
to
review
it.
If
there's
a
concern
or
parent
complaint,
but
just
to
go
in
I
have
a
password.
It
is
a
higher
level.
I
It
can't
change,
but
when
I
log
in
I
will
see
no
kids
because
I
don't
have
a
class
I
see
just
broad
General
stuff
to
see
what's
happening
in
the
system.
Does
that
make
sense?
There
was
a
safeguards
for
protect
preparing
rights
and
children's
information,
in
other
words,
unless
I
have
a
purpose
to
remove
their
information.
I
can't
just
log
in
and
review
it
I
could
go
and
ask
for
a
class
if
there
was
a
concern,
and
they
would
give
me
rights
to
see
that
then,
as
part
of
my
administrative
responsibility,
next
slide.
I
So
Mr,
rutz
and
Kristen
are
here
part
of
what
they're
also
going
to
show.
You
is
what
it
looks
like
on
a
dummy.
They
can't
really
show
you
alive
scenario
because
we'd
be
displaying
a
kid's
information
in
public
and
that
would
get
us
in
trouble.
So
she
tried
to
create
some
shell
of
an
example
for
you
to
see.
AK
Don't
know
if
it's
that's
the
link
and
it
doesn't
look
live
in
the
slide,
so
my
apologies
yeah.
Do
you
need
to
cast
them?
No
I'm,
not
I.
Don't
this
is
not
going
to
work
here.
Unfortunately,
can
just
see
she
should
be
the
cast.
AK
B
AN
A
Yep
well,
while
we
had
this
lull,
Mr
denhart
myself
and
you
DR
bedden
had
a
meeting
plan
for
May,
24th
I
believe
at
2
30..
It
changed
so
many
times,
I
believe
it
was
the
24th
yeah.
I
I
So
he's
going
to
do
that
with
Mr
Gabriel
and
Mr
rutz.
All
right
originally
discussed
the
first
time.
A
I'm
in
a
happy
mood,
but
next
time
we're
not
going
to
have
a
meeting
then
I'm
planning
to
go
to
please
advise
me.
We.
AK
So
Dr
Ben
already
reviewed
most
of
policy
105
about
curriculum
review
and,
as
he
said,
we've
had
we've
had
a
in
in
my
role
here,
the
last
two
years.
A
few
curriculum
requests,
curriculum
review
requests,
one
was
the
parent
did
not
have
parents
in
the
district.
A
few
are
informal.
It's
a
phone
call
asking
a
few
questions.
AK
Policy
109
also
covers
resource
materials,
supplemental
materials
that
we
use
aside
from
the
core
textbooks
I'm
using
that
term
loosely
right
now
in
each
in
each
course,
and
just
add
to
a
point
Dr
Ben
made
it
has
been
years.
AK
It's
I
think
it's
been
many
years
since
we've
actually
purchased
physical
textbooks
right,
I
think
I'm,
going
on
four,
maybe
five
years
since
we
purchased
actual
textbooks,
everything's
been
digital
licenses
or
digital
textbooks,
digital
resources,
so
that
everything
can
be
housed
in
class
link
where
everything
can
be
housed
in
canvas
so
that
we
have
equity
in
in
Access.
To
that
just
want
to
hit
a
few
points
post
pandemic.
One
thing
that
we've
been
doing
in
the
office
teaching
and
learning
is
bring
Core
Curriculum
materials
for
review
to
the
Ed
committee.
AK
That's
something
that
currently
is
not
in
policy
but
again
to
continue
to
support
transparency,
get
more
eyes
on
curricular
resources.
Curricular
materials
have
been
bringing
core
materials
in
to
Ed
committee
for
review.
In
addition,
this
year,
Mr
Gabriel,
my
self-serving
supplemental
material,
one
example
that
we
added
here
was
just
recently
the
women's
voices
in
American
history.
Supplemental
list-
there
are
previous
supplementalists
of
books.
AK
America,
like
me,
I
think,
was
another
course
where
we
brought
that
to
egg
committee
as
well
again
for
review
to
get
more
eyes
on
it
and
to
again
support
transparency
with
what
we're
doing,
with
either
core
materials
to
support
the
tier
one,
Core
Curriculum
or
supplemental
materials
for
core
courses
and
even
for
electives
as
well.
There's
more
points.
Do
you
want
to
hop
in
or
you
want
me
to
finish
my
point.
AK
Thank
you
Mr
Gabriel,
put
them
out
of
order
here,
but
that's
okay,
Ms
summer
we'll
talk
about
canvas
here
in
a
second
on
the
Centennial
website.
If
you
go
to
the
teaching
and
learning
you
go
to
that
sub
page,
if
you
will,
you
will
find
separate
tabs
for
both
Elementary
and
secondary
curriculum
links
to
standards
and
things
of
that
nature
that
are
already
uploaded
for
parental
review.
What
we're
going
to
be
doing
when
we
get
to
there
we
go
in
our
Coming
Attractions.
AK
AK
That's
going
to
list
all
of
the
curricular
courses
that
we
have
and
curricular
materials
that
we
use
for
them
again,
there's
nothing
that
we
have
that
we
would
be
adding
that
we
haven't
made
public
I'm
thinking
about
things
like
when
we
brought
on
with
wisdom
or
we
brought
on
I-Ready
anytime.
We've
brought
in
anything
new
curricular
instructional
the
last
few
years
in
the
announcement
in
the
announcement
to
the
public
to
the
community
about
bringing
those
on
we've
always
included
the
parent
resources
link
to
that
site.
AK
If
it
exists
so
when
we
brought
on
IXL,
we
shared
out
the
parent
resources
page
on
IXL.
We
brought
it
rolling
out
with
wisdom,
share
that
out
with
the
community
that
there
was
a
parent
Resource
page
now,
not
every
publisher
because
of
their
own
internal
copyright
or
rules
or
whatever
internally
publish
that
or
provide
that.
But
where
applicable,
where
we
have
that
we
always
share
out
those
parent
resource
pages.
So
the
community
has
access
to
any
core
materials
or
supplemental
materials
that
we're
adopting
in
the
district.
AN
Kristen
Hermann
online
and
digital
learning
I
want
to
give
a
brief
demo
very
brief.
I
know,
there's
anniversaries,
I
know,
there's
basketball,
so
very
brief.
Demo
about
hand
baseball
about
what
this
access
to
Canvas
looks
like
just
so
there
could
be
Clarity
among
everyone
on
the
board.
So
here
I
am
in
the
William
Tennant
High
School
website
and
the
Klinger
and
log
are
similar
as
well.
I
just
pulled
up
one
for
examples.
The
canvas
LMS
button
is
right
here,
as
a
parent
I
can
click
on
that.
AN
AN
I
don't
want
to
put
actual
student
data
out
there,
for
so
this
is
myself
now
Kristen
Herman
the
citizen.
As
a
parent
using
my
personal
email,
observing
a
demo
student,
this
is
Donna
Coletti,
one
of
our
instructional
coaches,
who
we
enrolled
as
a
student
in
some
courses.
So
you
can
take
a
look
at
what
a
parent
would
see
because
we're
doing
a
demo-
and
this
is
not
my
device
as
well
Dr
Button-
had
bought
brought
up
the
digital
divide
for
some
of
our
parents.
AN
Immersive
readers
free
all
students
and
families,
have
access
to
immersive
reader
as
well
as
all
of
our
staff
as
well.
It's
phenomenal
very
good,
so
here's
a
demo
course
what
I've
done
in
the
sandbox
course
that
I
have
in
canvas
is
I've,
pulled
our
springboard
English
10
curriculum
into
it,
so
you're
seeing
actual
curricular
resources.
Please
do
realize
that
again
licensing
and
things
like
that,
because
this
is
a
test
student,
not
everything
is
going
to
be
a
perfect
sync
as
a
parent
here,
this
account
is
my
account.
So
this
is
kind
of
my
face.
AN
My
maiden
name
there,
it
is
and
kind
of
I
can
set
up
my
settings
myself.
The
dashboard
is
where
we
were.
That's
where
I
see
all
the
courses
my
child
might
be
enrolled
in.
We
can
see
Donna,
as
my
child
is
oh
I,
guess,
maybe
slacking
a
little
just
enrolled
in
two
courses
and
I
have
a
couple
of
different
other
views.
Here.
A
calendar
does
populate
once
courses
are
active
during
a
during
a
semester.
AN
AN
You
have
access
to
due
dates
as
well
as
points
for
each
assignment,
so
you
can
follow
up
with
your
child
about
what
should
we
do
when
and
how
many
points
that
should
be
work
worth,
and
you
can
see
I'm
not
just
seeing
September
I'm
able
to
see
a
good
chunk
of
the
year.
That's
been
published
so
far
in
this
course.
When
we
talk
about
course,
resources
and
what
this
looks
like
this
could
be
things
like
I
need.
The
sink
to
catch
up.
AN
So
this
says
audiobook
Things,
Fall
Apart.
What
that
pulls
up
if
this
ever
catches
up
to
us
is
there
is
actual
I,
almost
vamped
for
long
enough.
There
is
actual
curricular
resources
in
here
where
you
can
listen
to
the
actual
text
of
the
Things
Fall
Apart
book.
So
again
we
think
about
things
like
copyright,
but
we
are
able
to
put
some
curricular
resources
directly
embedded
in
canvas.
AN
Put
in
curricular
resources
so
documents
that
teachers
make
that
surround
this
text
that
students,
maybe
even
given
a
paper
copy
of
during
the
day,
a
lot
of
times
our
teachers
will
say:
hey.
If
you
lost
your
paper
copy,
here's
a
link,
you
can
make
a
copy
of
the
Google
document
as
a
parent.
You
can
see
that
copy
of
that
Google
Document.
Then
so
we've
moved
Beyond
just
instructional
resources.
AK
That's
right,
one
thing
that,
because
I
just
think
it's
important
to
point
out
is
that
the
LMS,
so
canvas
supports
a
lot
of
the
curricula
we
bring
in.
So
when
we
do
the
integration,
so
we
go
ahead
and
purchase,
say
cpmf
where
we
purchase
springboard
Ela,
the
Publishers
of
those
curricula
have
Integrations
with
canvas.
It's
one
thing:
the
tech
side
of
the
house.
We
work
with
so
we're
always
bringing
Leon
in
when
we're
talking
Kristin
and
when
we're
talking
about
curriculum,
because
this
is
the
other
one
of
the
other
legs
of
the
stool.
AK
AH
F
AG
AN
AN
AN
So
if
I
have
a
curricular
resource
that
doesn't
embed
within
canvas
no
problem,
we
put
a
hyperlink
in
like
we
did
with
the
Google
Doc
and
the
slide
deck
and
we're
right
there,
and
just
the
last
example
I
wanted
to
show
is
even
in
some
cases
you
can
see
access
tonight
you
can
see
sorry
rubrics,
so
there's
rubrics
kind
of
built
out
for
these
different
curricular
resources,
where
the
teachers
will
say
exactly
how
students
are
going
to
be
graded.
Let
me
try
to
back
navigate
into
that
by
going
into
the
grades
section.
AN
With
the
grade
section,
as
a
parent
I
can
see
if
I'm
not
interested
in
this
kind
of
granular
view,
I
can
see
here's
a
list
of
all
the
assignments,
the
order
they
were
due.
Here's
all
the
points
they
were
worth,
here's
how
my
child
did
so
there
could
be
a
discussion.
Why
is
this
an
8
out
of
10?
Why
is
this
a
zero
out
of,
however
many
points
it
should
be?
It
can
foster
some
of
that
great
communication
with
your
children.
AN
They
hit
college
or
whatever
they
choose,
and
when
we
see
higher
ed
institutions
replacing
their
lms's,
it's
typically
they're,
replacing
a
a
d2lr
brightspace,
a
Blackboard
one
of
the
lower
lms's
and
replacing
it
with
canvas,
so
I
feel
quite
confident.
This
is
a
great
sustainable
tool
for
us
to
be
using.
Are
there
any.
AH
AE
AH
This,
but
some
parents
are
not,
you
know,
as
computer
yeah,
you
can
navigate
through
it
right.
AN
We
typically
do
that
through
our
instant
IQ
ticketing
system.
So
if
a
parent
puts
in
an
instant
an
IQ
ticket,
they
typically
get
directed
to
me.
If
it's
something
like
a
canvas
pairing
observation
code,
we
can
explain
to
them
how
to
generate
that
code,
how
to
get
matched
up
with
their
student
and
how
to
see
everything
that
you've
seen
tonight.
So
there's
help
out
there
there's
help
out.
Thank
you
and
channels
for
help.
D
Wonderful
yeah,
so
thank
you
for
the
presentation,
a
big
reason
for
my
bringing
up
at
the
last
meeting
and
the
reason
I
brought
out
months
ago.
Just
the
existence
of
policy
105.1
was
to
continue
to
re,
reinforce
the
parents
what's
available
to
them
right,
so
they
can
partner
with
us
and
see.
What's
going
on
and
since
I
brought
it
up.
Two
weeks
ago,
I've
been
talking
to
a
couple
of
you
know:
whatever
parents
I
can
talk
to
not
are
completely
aware
of
what's
available
or
how
to
use
it.
D
So
this
has
gone
a
long
way
to
accomplishing
what
I
was
looking
to
accomplish
was
to
just
continue
to
reinforce
to
parents
what's
available
how
to
use
it.
A
lot
of
information
here,
I,
don't
think
I,
don't
know.
If
you
know
a
lot
of
parents
are
are
aware
of
just
how
in-depth.
Apparently
this
goes.
So
it's
a
good.
It's
a
good
step
of
letting
people
know
what's
available
to
just
continue
to
reinforce
to
them.
This
is
available
to
them.
So
that's,
and
just
so
big
part
of
what
I
wanted
to
see
happens.
I
appreciate.
D
D
N
I
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
The
two
final
things
is
no.
This
you
know
this
past
week
was
a
fine
arts
showcase
I'm
happy
to
share
that.
It
was
with
great
pleasure
that
I'm
able
to
share
that
this
year's
winner
for
the
prize
was
Alexandra
and
I
can't
say
her
last
name:
I
won't
even
try,
but
Alexandra's
artwork
will
become
a
permanent
part
of
our
student
collection.
Here
she
will
be
coming
to
a
pre
upcoming
meeting.
Can
you
click
on
the
show?
I
The
Prize
winner
picture,
guys,
the
link
that
says
Fine
Arts,
showcase.
I
I
So
last
year
you
know
we
had
some
ceramic
this
year,
maybe
another
painting-
and
that
was
the
prize
chosen
this
year-
that
will
be
presented
showcase
here,
as
well
as
a
presentation
of
the
monetary,
and
the
final
thing
is
this
week
is
guys
go
back
to
teacher
appreciation.
This
week
is
Teacher
Appreciation
week
and
we
want
to
say
thank
you
to
our
CSD
teachers
for
this
service
to
the
district,
the
community,
the
state
and
the
nation.
I
It
is
ironic
that
the
representatives
spoke
about
the
rear,
Admiral
and
the
generals,
and
people
often
don't
realize
that
education
is
a
part
of
National
Security.
Even
as
a
former
Army
enlisted
an
officer,
we've
always
told
that,
and
we
are
a
significant
part
of
the
fabric
of
the
U.S
economy
and
the
U.S
defense.
I
A
A
A
So
that
you
can
speak
it's
it's
just
that
it's
it's
protocol.
We
need
to
know
your
name
and
address.
So
when
we
get
to
that
section,
we'll
we'll
call
on
you.
So
thank
you
for
your
patience.
I'm.
E
President,
if
I
might
you
know
looking
at
these
agendas?
Is
there
any
way
that
we
can
make
public
comment
prior
to
presentations?
Folks
want
to
address
support
of
now
how
to
sit
here
for
two
hours,
interesting
presentations,
but
I,
don't
know
as
they
expected
to
wait
two
hours
to
make
their
comment.
Is
there
any
way
to
public
comment,
which
is
very
important?
Probably
one
of
those
important
things.
We
have
couldn't
be
moved
up
to
number
two
and
have
presentations
wait
till
after
public
comment.
A
I,
don't
see
any
reason,
I
mean
two
hours
waiting
is
a
long
time,
but
then,
on
the
other
hand,
they
don't
know
about
a
green
card,
so
they
could
have
been
sitting
here
all
night
long,
but
the
idea
is
to
move
it
up.
I
agree
with
you:
two
hours
is
a
long
time
for
somebody
to
wait.
They
couldn't
filled.
E
The
green
card
out
after
they
made
the
presentation
too,
but
that's
okay,
it's
just
making
the
public
wait
while
we
conduct
whatever
business
we're
going
to
conduct
just
seems
like
not
a
very
good
public
relations
thing
to
do
with
lengthy
presentations.
Sometimes
we
don't
have
them,
but
tonight
we
did
tonight.
A
K
AH
Or
maybe
if
we
knew
or
maybe
if
we
could
move
it
after,
our
students
should
pretty
much.
A
AH
A
F
A
AO
Anyhow,
I
just
want
to
say
a
big
thank
you
to
Dr
Julie
Henrick.
She
at
the
first
off
the
showcase
on
Friday
night
I
was
blown
away.
It's
been,
it
was
the
last
century.
The
last
time
I
was
at
a
showcase.
We
won't
say
how
many
years
it
was
I
can't
believe
the
difference
yeah.
It
is
just
phenomenal.
AO
There's
kindergarten,
kids
doing
this
great
artwork
and
I'm
like
the
whole
night,
was
incredible,
but
Dr
Heinrich
opened
up
the
Courtyard
in
the
11th
grade
house
and
we
invited
the
people
that
had
purchased
benches
for
the
students
to
come
and
see
their
benches
for
their
family
and
everything.
Oh,
my
gosh.
We
were
in
there
laughing
rolling
on
the
floor.
Practically
we
had
a
lot
of
people
come
back
and
look
at
them.
AO
They
enjoyed
it,
they
had
family
members
come
back
and
all-
and
it
was
great
there
were
you
know,
their
Origins
are
still
the
most
historical
family.
You've
ever
met
in
your
life
and
I
went
to
school
with
some
of
them,
but
it
was
just
phenomenal.
We
have
a
bunch
of
stuff
coming
up
from
the
Alumni
Association.
Our
golf
adding
is
on
June
2nd.
If
you
want
to
sponsor
it,
you
can
still
sponsor
it.
We're
taking
sponsors
we're
basically
sold
out
as
usual.
It's
a
great
day
over
at
five
ponds.
AO
I
know
you
guys
have
the
c
e
f
see
if
that
other
golf
outing,
like
the
two
weeks
later,
a
week
later,
the
19th
yes,
so
you've
plenty
of
time
to
go
off
with
tennis
this
year,
and
we
have
something
else.
I
was
supposed
to
tell
you
about
and
I
forgot,
but
it's
not
that
important,
because
I'll
be
up
here
again
next
month,
alrighty.
A
AP
AP
Guys
are
great,
you
guys
have
been
left
and
you
guys
have
given
me
a
lot
of
information.
AP
As
you
see,
my
accent
is
a
Puerto
Rican
accent,
so
I'm
from
Puerto
Rico,
my
name
is
Pablo
Matos,
I'm,
Moses,
mata's,
father
and
I
was
I
came
to
support
my
son,
not
knowing
that
it
was
going
to
be
this
amazing
and
and
the
opportunity
of
learning
learning.
You
know
who
you
guys
are,
and
you
know
the
the
teachers
and
all
what
you
guys
do
for
our
for
our
kids.
AP
I
want
to
learn
more
I'm,
a
person
that
you
know
love
to
be
involved
in
in
many
things,
and
this
is
one
of
the
things
that
I
like
to
be
involved.
My
son
is,
you
know,
going
to
high
school
right
now,
he's
going
to
William
turn
it.
He
loves
sports.
He
plays
football.
So
I
would
like
to
know
if
there's
anything
that
as
parents
we
can
do
to
help
you
guys.
One
of
the
things
that
I
was
going
to
ask
was
your
Greenwood
Mr
Greenwood.
AP
It
was
how,
as
parents
we
can
support
also
the
school
district
in
their
budget
and
the
stuff
that
you
know
they
need
and
to
get
all
the
information
needed
from
you
guys
so
I'm
here.
My
name
is
Pablo
I
want
to
be
your
friend
and
whatever
I
can
do
and
anything
that
we
can
help.
AP
We
want
to
get
involved
with
the
community
I'm,
also
one
of
the
Pastoral
assistants
in
the
Pentecostal
Church
here
in
Warminster,
so
whatever
we
can
do
to
assist
the
school
district,
anything
that
is
in
our
hands
we're
here
to
help
okay,
so
I
just
wanted
to.
Let
you
guys
know
that,
and
by
all
means
give
me
all
the
informations
that
you
can
give
me
so
I.
You
know,
I
can
get
all
the
help
that
I
can
hear
for
you
guys
all.
A
Right,
thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you,
sir.
Yes,
before
you
go
I'll
turn
after
I
speak
I'll
turn
you
every
doctor,
no
problem.
It
is
a
rarity,
a
rarity
that
we
ever
have
anyone
come
to
the
school
board
meeting
and
say
I
want
to
help
you.
Thank
you.
I
can't!
Thank
you
enough
and
Dr
Patton
can
inform
you
of
some
some
items
or
he
can
talk.
I'm.
I
AP
I
I
enjoyed
it.
My
wife
is
here
with
me
too
she's,
my
secretary,
pretty
much
you
know
my
English
is
not
so
good
but
she's
trying
to
say
everything
for
me
and
then
she
turns
everything
back
all
right,
but
anything
that
we
can
help
seriously
yeah
we're
here
to
help-
and
that's
you
know,
part
of
the
church
in
the
community
by
all
means.
Okay,
we're
here
to
give
you
a
hint
all
right
and
I
might
add.
You
must
be
very
proud
of
your
son.
I
am
extremely
proud
of
my
son.
F
AP
Yes,
yes,
that's
it!
Yes,
you're
right
actually
actually
he's
heavier
than
me,
but
he's
a
lot
stronger
than
me.
So
he's
doing
pretty
good
and
I'm
I'm.
You
know
proud
for
what
the
director
did,
and
you
know
the
guys,
my
son,
my
older
son,
he
was
in
the
robotic
Pablo
Matos
I'm
Junior,
and
he
and
he
found
it
really.
He
said
what
I
have
of
ugly.
He
have
it
this
morning,
so
I
mean
he's
really
good.
He's
really
really
good.
AP
My
my
I
mean
all
the
teachers,
my
kids
enjoy
all
the
teachers
and
everything
when
they
come
back
and
they
talk
to
me
about
the
classes.
It's
all
you
know
that
they
have
fun
in
the
classes,
so
I'm
really
proud
of
of
you
know
this
school
district
and
anything
that
I
can
do
to
help
I'm
here.
Thank.
A
You
guys
your
wife

April,
was
a
month
of
the
young
child
and,
as
such,
we
discussed
at
our
last
meeting
our
Pre-K
Head
Start
and
Early
Head
Start
programs
and
the
funding
that's
needed.
The
enrollment
and
the
growth
of
the
enrollment.
We
also
visited
I
had
the
honor
of
visiting
several
state
representatives
in
Harrisburg
last
week
when
he
was
a
week
before
last
anyway
got
to
meet
with
some
legislators
and
voice
our
concerns
about
the
funding
voice.
Our
concerns
about
the
way,
the
money.
K
One
thing
that
a
lot
of
folks
don't
know
is
that
the
IU
IU's
are
not
permitted
to
own
property,
so
they
always
have
to
lease
all
of
their
buildings.
We're
looking
for
this
to
change.
It's
more
cost
effective,
so
we're
hoping
to
push
that
along
as
well,
and
that's
all
I'll
say
about
that.
Okay,
thank
you.
AI
Thank
you.
Our
school
board
is
invited
to
submit
proposals
for
consideration
for
psba's
2024
legislative
platform,
for
which
we
will
now
be
voting
delegates.
The
windows
to
submit
those
proposals
is
open
through
June
30th
boards
can
create
new
proposals.
Voice
support
for
continuation
of
specific
items
in
the
current
platform
amend
some
language,
all
that
kind
of
stuff
that
was
sent
out
in
the
most
recent
liaison
Edition
newsletter.
So
if
anybody
would
like
to
learn
more
about
that,
I'd
be
very
happy
to
forward
it
along
and
coming
up
on.
AI
AI
We've
been
talking
a
lot
about
it
here,
so
this
is
an
hour-long
complimentary
member
webinar
for
Organization
for
districts
and
folks
within
the
school
boards
administrators
security
directors
to
get
an
expert
overview
of
requirements
of
the
reports
and
tips
for
what
should
be
you
know
presented
to
school
boards
and
what
we
need
to
know.
Hot
Topics.
All
that
kind
of
thing
for
school
safety
right
now
and
on
a
somewhat
related
note.
AI
Psba,
is
pretty
excited
about
a
new
partnership
with
Pennsylvania
school
safety
Institute
which
we'll
be
reaching
out
with
more
information
very
soon
about
training
scenarios,
training
available
to
psba
member
districts
and
as
we
continue
to
beef
up,
Safety
and
Security
here
in
Centennial,
it's
going
to
be
interesting
to
see
what
comes
out
of
that
new
partnership
and
that's
all
I.
Have
there.
AI
Thank
you.
The
CEF
monthly
board
meeting
was
held
this
morning
at
William,
Tennant
High,
School,
Board
appointments
and
officers
were
nominated
and
approved
and
CEF
is
in
very
good
hands.
It
continues
to
be,
but
I
want
to
mention
that
Dr
alcataro
is
stepping
down
as
executive
director.
He
is
an
amazing
Force
for
good
and
Centennial,
as
everyone
knows,
but
he's
taking
some
time
to
focus
on
family
and
we're
all
very,
very
grateful
for
all
he's
done
for
our
district
over
the
years.
I
wanted
to
make
sure
everybody's
aware
of
the
2023
graduation
ticket
raffle.
AI
That's
right,
it's
back
and
tell
them
what
they
can
win
Tony.
Well,
here's
your
chance
to
win
four
on
the
field:
VIP
tickets
to
our
high
school
graduation,
with
reserved
parking
for
the
families
of
William,
Tennant
seniors
and
the
winner
will
be
drawn
on
June,
2nd
five
dollars
a
chance
or
six
for
25..

Good
luck,
everybody
we
mentioned
earlier.
AI
You
can
learn
more
on
the
website
as
well,
and
one
more
shout
out
to
Emma
Weinstein,
who
spoke
earlier
tonight
and
has
at
many
of
our
meetings
over
the
course
of
this
year
and
she,
you
know,
I've
had
the
pleasure
of
being
the
liaison
for
CEF
for
the
past
two
years
and
during
that
time,
Emma
has
served
as
one
of
the
student
reps,
helping
out
with
their
board
meetings
and
lots
of
events
and
I
was
immediately
impressed
by
her,
and
she
is
no
doubt
going
to
go
very
far.
Incredibly
bright.
A
K
The
sake
of
gravity
I
was
going
to
go
and
read
a
little
bit
more
about
these
bills
that
are
being
presented
on
in
Harrisburg,
relating
to
education,
but
I'm
just
going
to
go
through
the
numbers,
so
that
parents
and
folks
can
research
them.
If
they
wish
to
I
will
say.
The
following
legislation
has
been
recently
introduced
and
removed
in
either
chamber
and
directly
involves
some
of
the
education
reform.
K
So
I'm
just
going
to
shout
out
the
actual
names
of
them:
parent

eating

Bill,

A
C
Had
our
board
meeting
last
night
and
we
had
a
board
meeting
with
a
full
house
over
a
hundred
Tina
parents
and
students
there,
because
we
also
recognized
a
lot
of
winners
and
successes.
You
know
throughout
the
year
this
is
the
largest
honor
roll
group
that
we've
had
to
honor
at
mbit
this
year.
We
also
recognize
the
auto
ChalleNGe
Program,
where
more
than
285
thousand
dollars
were
awarded
to
scholarships,
including
money
to
one
of
our
own
students
here,
Austin
pelesario,
so
congrat,
congratulations
to
him
as
well
on.
C
C
We
have
you
know,
as
mentioned
earlier
by
the
mbit
student
13
U.S
skills,
competition
winners,
including
Brianna
Brielle
sin
herself,
getting
a
second
place
in
career
pathways.
C
The
other
area
that
we
had
you
know
great
success
in
as
well
was
mentioned
by
Mrs
sin
was
the
Greenfield
Film
Festival.
We
had
seven
winners
in
narrative
film.
We
had
five
winners
in
sound
design
and-
and
we
had
four
that
won
best
in
the
funniest
movie,
including
one
of
our
students,
Joseph
Shannon.
C
We
will
have
our
local
advisory
meeting
on
Friday
and
we
are
likely
to
pull
back
a
little
bit
on
the
thought
of
adding
a
program
for
next
year,
so
we
can
save
some
tax
money
in
particular
for
ourselves.
You
know
here
in
Centennial,
but
it
is
you
know
at
the
cost
of
40
students
not
entering
into
mbit
next
year.
C
A
Your
report-
that's
a
very
good
report.
Thank
you.
Next
item
is
item
1212
miscommunication.
Actually,
the
board
members
did
receive
Communications
from
a
gentleman
about
an
exception
for
their
students.
I
forwarded
to
Dr
Ben
only
today
so
I'm
sure
the
proper
procedures
will
be
put
together.
For
that
exception,
I
did
move
Mr
Martin
Public
comments
up,
so
this
is
board
comments.
Does
anybody
tonight
have
any
comments?
E
I
might
very
briefly
several
of
us.
Probably
everyone
has
received
some
emails
from
parents
regarding
the
appearance
of
Davis
Elementary
School
I
just
want
you
to
know
that
this
afternoon
I
visited
Davis,
Elementary
School
I
walked
around
the
entire
building.
They
were
cutting
the
grass
while
I
was
there
in
general.
It
looks
very
good
with
one
exception:
there's
a
flower
box,
that's
growing,
prized
dandelions
in
one
of
the
little
alcoves
there,
but
other
than
that.
Now,
on
the
way
out,
as
I
was
leaving.
E
Lo
and
behold,
I
encountered
a
parent
who
happens
to
be
involved
with
the
home
and
School
Association.
Now
what
they
they
building
looks:
okay,
they
want
Shrubbery
and
flowers
and
whatever
along
the
front
and
the
side
of
the
building,
so
that
it's
a
more
welcoming
environment
for
the
students
who
attend
there
and
therefore
that
will
relayed
in
Better
Learning,
but
my
suggestion
simply
would
be
and
I
understand,
from
Dr
Breton
they're
looking
into
these
kinds
of
things
that
perhaps
Alex
meet
with
the
Holman
School
Association.
E
Efforts
yeah,
but
it
looks
from
Maple
Avenue
the
school
looks:
fine.
The
grass
is
being
cut
and
again
with
separated
flower
boxes
with
a
private
price
which
would
either
be
used
or
removed
the
rest
of
the
premises.
Here
it's
a
little
hilly
in
the
back
where
the
playground
is,
it
really
does
look
in
general
I
would
say
it
looks
pretty
good
flowers
are
separated.
A
I
Chair
to
his
comments,
that's
just
before
you
leave
this
Alex
has
met
with
almond
school
and
he
actually
has
gotten
quotes
of
things
that
are
easily
maintainable
and
not
high
cost
to
to
to
maintain.
Additionally,
one
of
the
things
that
we
talking
about
is
the
past
history
of
projects
that
happen
when
homeless,
schools
do
them
and
then
the
home
of
school
representation
change,
sometimes
they're,
not
maintained,
but
he
did
meet
he's
will
be
bringing
quotes
for
some
consistency
about
low
maintenance,
easy
to
maintain
additional
stuff
and
the
the
Sixers
are
leading
88-72
Mr
Martin.
E
There
were
bushes
in
front
of
Davis
school
at
one
time
that
evidently
either
weren't.
AI
A
AI
In
the
community-
and
it
was
an
honor
to
be
part
of
the
evening
as
I
co-hosted-
to
introduce
some
of
the
categories
and
announce
some
of
the
winners,
so
it
was
a
lot
of
fun
along
with
Jason
Lee,
wphl,
17,
anchor
and
producer.
So
thank
you
to
miss
Dina
McCaffrey
for
organizing
get
another
great
program
this
year.
Yes,.
A
K
AH
I,
just
I
wanted
to
touch
also
on
the
film
festival
that
Mr
Sadowski
and
Jason
Lee,
who
also
is
a
graduate
from
tenet,
hosted
it.
It
was
wonderful
to
see
I,
guess,
that's
where
you
would
get
your
start,
I'm
not
much
for
filming,
but
it
was
wonderful
to
see
these
kids
make
these
videos
and
and
movies
small
movies
that
they
were.
They
were
really
well
done.
It
really
shows
that
just
how
strong
our
district
is
and
the
Fine
Arts
Festival-
oh
Fine,
Arts
Festival,
just
terrific,
these
kids
have
such
talent,
I
I.
AH
A
