A
A
You
very
much
at
this
time,
if
you
please
rise
for
pledge
of
allegiance
storefly.
A
A
I
really
have
no
personal
announcements,
except
hopefully
everyone
enjoyable
summer
is
still
going
on,
although
the
leaves
are
falling
and
school
starting
but
other
than
that
I
do
have
something.
I
was
asked
to
read,
which
I
will
from
the
Warminster
tax
collector
Warminster
tax
office
will
be
open
on
Saturday
August
27th,
that's
next
Saturday
week
from
nine
to
noon
and
on
Tuesday
and
Wednesday
August
30th
and
31st
from
9
00
a.m
to
6
p.m.
For
those
who
would
like
to
pay
their
taxes
at
that
time,
I
don't
know
about
Southampton
or
Ivyland.
A
I
haven't
gotten
anything
from
them,
but
the
woman
said
Bobby
is
very
good
at
the
reminding
people
to
pay
their
taxes,
so
that
was
the
announcement
that
we
have
with
that.
I
always
asked
Dr
Breton
for
his
superintendent
report.
D
Good
evening
again
board
members,
those
in
attendance
and
those
who
are
watching
just
a
little
update.
Today
we
kicked
off
orientation
and
induction.
We
had
approximately
25
to
30
attendees,
a
combination
of
professional
staff
and
support
staff.
It
included
an
opportunity
to
get
information
from
teaching
and
learning
the
human
resources
department.
D
We
even
had
bus
tours
of
the
community
for
those
new
employees
that
are
joining
us
also
wanted
to
share
that
enrollment
at
the
previous
account
for
enrollment
at
a
centennial
virtual
learning
academy,
was
it
approximately
45
students
grades
K-12
at
a
rate
just
under
15
000
for
traditional
students
and
39
000
for
special
education
students
having
those
students
remain
with
us
here
in
the
school
district,
provides
a
savings
of
approximately
963
thousand
dollars
to
the
district.
Had
they
gone
to
a
Cyber,
Charter
School?
D
Oh,
we
also
want
to
complement
a
program.
We
have
seen
students
return
from
the
PA
virtual
Cyber
Charter
and
while
you
may
ask
what
we
were
able
to
pull
data
our
cvla
program
outperformed,
the
top
Cyber
Charter
Schools
in
PA,
with
our
graduation
rate
for
the
class
of
22
and
our
Centennial
virtual
Learning
Academy
being
91
compared
to
Pa's
virtual
78
percent.
Our
cvla
also
outranked
PA
virtual
cyber
chart
in
terms
of
the
number
AP
courses
that
our
students
are
enrolled
in
in
the
program.
D
The
summer
is,
as
you
wind
down,
we
had
a
panther
summer,
Cubs
summer,
All-Stars
that
ran
from
June
27th
through
July
21st,
serving
approximately
120
to
135
students
who
attended
each
day
from
Monday
through
Thursday.
We
also
had
the
panther
Cubs
kindergarten
boot
camp,
which
it
was
a
four
week
program
in
partnership
with
the
YWCA
that
was
free
of
charge
to
our
students
who
qualified
based
on
specific
criteria
where,
for
three
hours
each
day
they
were
working
with
teachers,
focus
on
skills,
most
important
to
lifelong
academic
success,
Reading,
Writing
and
math.
D
Our
extended
year
program
also
ran
from
July
5th,
through
August
4th,
serving
approximately
200
students
in
kindergarten
through
post
12th
grade,
and
a
big
shout
out,
I
like
to
close
with
recognizing
our
food
and
nutrition
services
program.
The
Food
Service
team
had
a
record
number
of
meals
that
they
served
last
year
with
the
final
review.
The
district
served
1
million,
41
000
59
meals
last
year,
a
44
increase
over
last
years.
D
So
if
you
could
join
me
in
giving
those
ladies
a
round
of
applause,
thank
you
the
reason
it's
also
a
big
deal,
Beyond,
just
the
fact
that
we're
helping
kids
get
necessary
basic
needs
met.
They
have
been
understaffed,
typically
by
anywhere
from
five
to
eight
people
throughout
the
entire
year,
so
they
stepped
up
to
the
plate
and
the
fact
that
you've
struggled
to
have
a
full
compliment,
still
increased
by
44
percent.
D
The
number
of
Mills
served
is
outstanding
and
we
wanted
to
take
this
opportunity
to
recognize
them
publicly
and
go
on
record
for
the
hard
work,
we're
full
strength
in
our
custodial
staff.
For
those
who
are
looking
at
employment,
we
have
opportunities
for
you
as
an
instructional
assistance.
Personal
Care
assistants.
Please
join
us
our
professional
staff
other
than
a
few
special
education
teaching
positions,
probably
two
or
three
Staffing
positions.
One
kindergarten
we
I
mean
excuse
me
elementary
grade.
D
A
A
I
think
we
ought
to
send
them
individually,
a
personal
letter
signed
by
the
school
board
and
yourself
thanking
them
personally,
rather
than
just
the
way
we
did
it,
which
is
what
we
have
to
do.
But
I
think
we
are
a
personal
letter
to
their
home
from
from
us
I
think
we
go
a
long
way
to
recognize
that
accomplishment
with
the
short
staffing
in
particular,
but
that's
just
a
wonderful,
a
wonderful
thing
that
they
were
managing
to
do
and
I
think
all
is
really
sincerely
appreciate
that
effort
on
their
part.
A
A
Any
questions
for
superintendent,
if
not
moving
on
1.6
public
comments
on
residents
on
agenda
items
now
I
have
one
request
and
basically
what
I
know
that
item
actually
is
not
on
the
agenda,
but
I
think
we
all
got
a
an
email
so,
rather
than
making
you
wait
till
the
end
of
the
meeting,
which
would
be
the
normal
thing
to
do.
E
Hi
good
evening,
my
name
is
Francis
Bell
and
I'm
here
today
regarding
the
placement
of
my
daughter,
Samantha
Vela
I
sent
it
on
sent
out
an
email
to
the
board
members
and
our
superintendent
for
those
of
you
that
did
not
receive
my
email
I
put
in
a
request
last
year
for
Samantha
that
was
approved
by
the
board
for
her
to
attend.
Davis
Elementary,
as
the
school
district
had
placed
her
older
brother,
Dylan
and
Davis,
as
he
required
autistic
support.
That
McDonald
could
not
provide.
E
To
my
surprise,
when
I
logged
in
yesterday
to
see
Samantha's
classroom
assignment
I
saw
that
she
was
placed
in
McDonald,
not
Davis.
After
calling
the
administration
office
I
found
out
that
a
request
had
to
be
placed
each
year,
which
I
was
not
aware
of
I'm
asking
that
you
allow
my
daughter
to
attend
Davis,
as
she
did
last
year
with
both
of
her
brothers,
who
both
require
autistic
Support
Services.
E
As
I
am
now
aware
of
this
annual
requirement,
I
will
be
sure
to
follow
the
proper
procedures,
in
addition
to
Samantha's
social
and
emotional
well-being.
Having
my
children
in
two
separate
schools
will
be
impossible
for
me
to
get
them
there
on
time
as
I
am
a
single
mom
and
both
of
my
boys
require
special
attention
to
get
them
to
the
front
door
and
into
and
out
of
school.
In
conclusion,
I'm
asking
for
your
sympathy
and
compassion
to
please
allow
my
daughter
to
attend
Davis
the
only
school
she
has
ever
known.
A
Thank
you
for
coming
as
well.
You
did
perhaps
have
conversations
with
Ms
Bolden
on
this
issue
recently.
A
A
Okay,
you
just
continue
to
work
with
Mrs
Bolden
and
anyone
else
you
were
meeting
with
and
they'll
see
how
he
works
out
for
you.
So
thank
you
for
coming
appreciate
it
now.
I
get
to
turn
this
over
to
Mr
godickson
for
item
two.
C
Thank
you
so
much
Mr
Martin
we're
looking
for
approval
of
the
agenda
being
resolved
that
the
Centennial
School
District
Board
of
school
directors
approves
the
August
16
2022
Committee
of
the
whole
agenda
as
per
attached.
Are
there
any
corrections
that
need
to
be
made
that
are
allowed
by
PA
Law?
F
G
C
Certainly,
can
all
right
we'll
take
2.1
first
3.1.
Yes,
people
thought
that
the
Centennial
School
District
Board
of
school
directors
approves
the
Personnel
agenda,
including
rescinding
job
offers
resignations.
Authorizations
who
are
employed
leaves
of
absence
change,
of
status,
mentors
and
co-curricular
additions.
As
per
attached.
H
C
C
Second,
second,
by
Mrs
Crossing
any
discussion
seeing
none
all
in
favor,
aye,
aye
aye,
any
opposed
me,
one
any
abstentions
passes
7-1
Mr,
Golden.
D
Sun,
yes,
you
have
one
of
the
people
who
just
approved
the
new
coordinator
of
teaching
learning
who
came
to
attend,
so
the
board
might
just
recognize.
So
you
all
know
Miss
Margaret
Burke,
if
you
just
stand
and
be
joining
a
team
overseeing
the
work
we're
doing
with
our
English
language
development
program.
H
We
will
have
our
presentation
for
the
federal
programs
grants,
Mr,
Gabriel,
Dr,
Kelly,
Mr
goldner,
and
our
news,
our
new
principal
for
McDonald's
School,.
H
I
It's
not
going
to
swap
this
around
all
right
well,
good
evening.
Everybody
welcome
back
it's
exciting
to
be
back
at
this
point
in
the
year,
and
students
are
starting
to
roll
in
teachers
are
starting
to
roll
in.
So
there's
a
good
feeling
in
the
air.
We
want
to
take
a
few
minutes
tonight
to
share
our
updates
and
overview
for
the
federal
programs
each
year.
I
As
you
know,
we
get
Consolidated
application
titles,
one
two
three
and
four
and
grant
money,
and
we
were
hoping
to
just
do
a
quick
little
overview
of
how
we're
spending
that
money
this
year.
We
also,
we
don't
have
the
final
Grant
yet
for
you
to
accept
the
funds
we
bring
that
in
the
future
board
meeting,
but
for
now
I
want
to
give
you
a
quick
overview
of
how
those
funds
are
being
used.
I
We
can
the
two
objectives:
objective
ones,
to
provide
an
overview
of
the
Pennsylvania
Department
of
education's
Division,
of
federal
programs
that
aligns
to
the
building
block
of
high
performing
schools,
building
block
number
one
clear
and
shared
Focus.
The
building
blocks
have
been
here
in
Centennial
for
quite
some
time.
They
were
a
part
of
and
embedded
into,
our
comprehensive
plan
that
runs
out
this
upcoming
year.
I
One
of
our
goals
this
year
at
Dr,
betten's,
request
and
encouragement,
was
to
really
try
to
bring
these
out
and
make
them
a
little
bit
more
public
and
really
connecting
to
the
work.
We're
doing.
There's
a
chart
there
on
the
on
the
wall
behind
Mr
Leiden
that
has
all
nine
building
blocks,
we're
trying
to
connect
them
to
the
goals
and
objectives,
as
we
work
through
our
presentations
with
you
all
this
year.
So
objective
number
two
is
to
share
the:
why?
I
How
and
what
behind
our
use
of
the
Consolidated
application
funds
to
support
our
Title
One
school-wide
schools
and
programs,
and
that
really
is
about
frequent
monitoring
of
teaching
and
learning,
which
is
one
of
the
building
blocks
of
high
performing
schools,
so
norms
and
expectations
again.
Another
revamp
you've
seen
our
Norms
before
we've
spent
some
time
across
different
departments
this
summer.
In
these
meetings
during
these
presentations,
you
know,
as
we
can
cultivate,
presence
and
curiosity
respect
the
learning
and
needs
of
yourself
and
your
colleagues
balancing
Fidelity
with
flexibility.
I
You
know
here
in
Centennial,
we
have
board
approved
curriculum
board,
approved
programs.
Title
funding,
especially,
is
something
we
have
to
be
very
cautious
about,
as
we
spend
the
money
of.
What
we're
spending
it
on
is
is
really
making
sure
that
we're
doing
it
to
Fidelity,
but
then
also
understanding
that
our
kids
are
different
and
that
sometimes
we
have
to
be
a
little
bit
flexible
with
how
we
deliver
services
to
make
sure
we're
meeting
their
needs.
Embrace
growth,
continuous
Improvement,
you've
heard
us
talk
about
that
a
lot
in
our
achievements,
our
achievement.
I
This
is
really
about
growing
kids
and
you'll,
hear
from
the
three
principals
that
are
here
tonight,
how
they're
planning
on
helping
or
how
they're
planning
on
programming
for
that
in
their
buildings
and
then
obviously
keeping
decisions
in
the
best
of
our
students
here
in
Centennial,
so
the
division,
Federal
programs
I'm
not
going
to
read
you
the
whole
slide,
but
because
we've
been
through
this
before
in
a
nutshell,
there
are
different
types
of
of
Grants.
We
get
from
from
the
state
for
different
uses.
Some
are
a
little
bit
more
open
with
their
use.
I
Some
are
a
little
bit
more
closed
and
restrictive
other
grants
we
just
get
because
we
have
based
off
our
percentage
of
poverty.
The
government
District
gets
certain
grants,
other
grants
we
have
to
apply
for
and
so
what
the
formula
grants
the
formula
grant
is
what
we're
talking
about
tonight.
This
is
a
grant
that
we
get
every
year
annually.
I
The
amounts
we
get
are
based
off
of
our
percent
of
free
or
to
lose
our
percentage
of
free
and
reduced
lunch
students
in
the
district,
and
so
we've
talked
a
lot
this
year
and
over
the
past
year
with
you
all
about
Esser
funding,
that's
obviously
that
is
also
a
formula
grant,
and
then
this
year
the
Consolidated
application
which
we'll
be
talking
about
tonight,
is
a
formula
grant
as
well.
There
are
four
sub
grants
to
the
Consolidated
app
Title
One.
Its
goal
is
to
help
students
meet
the
state
performance
standards
in
both
reading
and
math.
I
On
average,
we
get
about
670
000
a
year
give
or
take
depending
on
the
years
the
fluctuates
a
little
bit
twenty
to
thirty
thousand
dollars
up
and
down,
depending
on
what
the
total
pot
of
money
looks
like
each
year.
What
our
poverty
count
looks
like
what
other
districts
poverty
count
looks
like
where
the
money
comes
from,
but
we've
been
pretty
steady
in
that
area.
Title
two
is
used
for
teacher
and
principal
training
and
recruiting.
I
It
can
also
be
used
for
class
size
reduction
and
the
third
option
which
we've
taken
is
we
can
transfer
that
into
Title
One
or
title
three,
so
I'll
get
to
that
in
a
minute
title
three
is
the
money
is
specifically
for
language
instruction
for
limited
English,
proficient
and
immigrant
students.
So
it's
to
help
support
our
ELD
population.
That's
roughly
65
000
ish
a
year
I'll
go
back
to
title
two
we
get
roughly
134
a
year,
give
or
take,
and
then
title
four
is
to
support
academic
enrichment.
I
It's
a
much
more
a
little
bit
more
open
than
the
other
three
grants.
It's
about
a
well-rounded
education.
It
can
be
used
for
things
like
social
emotion,
academic
learning.
It
could
be
used
for
technology
things
of
that
nature.
In
the
past
we
have
used
all
four
of
these
separately
for
their
different
areas
over
the
past
two
years
and
we
started
this
practice.
I
So
what
we
decided
to
do
this
year
was
take
title
IV
and
Title
II
and
move
that
money
into
Title,
1
and
title
three
that
way
all
of
the
federal
programs
money
goes
towards
reading
and
math
Improvement,
as
well
as
helping
the
support,
our
English
language
students
more
effectively
and
efficiently.
Does
that
make
sense
so,
rather
than
spending
money
on
class
sizes
and
teacher
training,
we
said
you
know
what
the
main
thing
is.
I
The
main
thing
teaching
and
learning
is
where
we're
still
working
towards
improving
and
specifically
that
ELD
population
that
we've,
you
know,
continue
to
struggle
support
in
terms
of
some
of
those
scores.
All
the
money's
going
into
efforts
around
those
two
areas,
so
I'm
going
to
have
the
principles
come
up.
I
believe
Mr
Golder
is
up
first
for
LA,
College
and
he'll
explain
how
that
money
is
being
used
specifically
in
log.
J
Thank
you,
Mr
Gabriel,
good
evening.
Everyone
and
you
know
just
to
follow
up
with.
He
said
it
definitely
is
starting
to
feel
real
again.
We
just
had
tours
at
Log
College
today,
so
we
had
a
couple
hundred
people
just
walking
through
our
building
just
a
few
minutes
ago,
so
it
feels
good
to
be
back
so
generally,
what
we
look
at
is
we
want
to
see
an
achievement
growth
in
math
and
Ela
for
our
achievement
scores,
but
we've
also
had
really
good
growth
numbers
in
the
building.
J
Our
achievement
numbers
aren't
exactly
where
we
want
them
to
be
yet,
but
we've
shown
growth
consistently
and
we
continue
to
do
that.
So
that's
what
we're
looking
at
specifically
like
Mr
Gabriel,
just
just
talked
about
this-
is
a
targeted
population
for
economically
disadvantaged,
but
the
the
money
can
be
spent
for
the
school
in
general
for
the
entire
building.
The
way
that
we're
really
looking
to
spend
this
is
for
our
instructional
coaches
and
Target.
J
Professional
development
with
that
specifically
iready,
is
a
program
that
the
district
recently
purchased
and
it's
something
that
we're
using
as
an
intervention
tool
for
our
students
as
a
tier
one
and
even
beyond
that.
Additionally,
one
of
the
things
I
wanted
to
bring
up
was
a
little.
Over
a
year
ago,
the
board
approved
us
to
move
forward
to
a
new
schedule,
and
you
know
this
next
Thursday
is
our
first
day
with
our
new
schedule.
J
So
we
really
appreciate
the
support
that
you
guys
put
behind
that
for
us
and
those
interventions
that
we're
talking
about
targeting
are
going
to
be
implemented
directly
into
that
schedule.
So
we're
really
hoping
we're,
really
excited
and
we're
really
hoping
to
see
some
some
good
results
in
the
achievement
categories
and
that
continued
growth.
Thank
you.
K
Hi,
how
are
you
I'm,
Deanna,
Grace,
Nadia
from
McDonald,
Elementary
and
I
just
want
to
talk
about
the
the?
Why
the
what
and
the
how
of
how
we
are
using
Title
1
funding
in
our
school.
K
As
you
know,
we
have
seen
a
lot
of
growth
at
McDonald
from
the
presentations
Mr
Ortiz
has
done
for
you
in
the
past,
so
we
want
to
continue
to
see
that
growth,
especially
for
our
groups,
who
are
economically
disadvantaged.
Our
English
language,
Learners
and
our
Hispanic
population
of
students
and
the
areas
of
growth
that
we
are
focusing
on
is
math
and
English
language,
arts,
and
also
focusing
on
our
English
language
proficiency.
So
our
action
plan
similar
Jilla
College.
K
A
K
Apologize
I
should
have
said
that
it's
the
multi-tiered
system
of
supports,
so
it's
the
way
that
we
provide
intervention
for
our
students.
We
might
have
a
tier
one,
a
tier
two
or
a
tier
three
intervention.
The
tier
one
starts
in
the
classroom
with
the
teacher
and
as
we
meet
as
teams,
we
discuss
student
needs
and
then
we
might
increase
the
intervention
for
the
child,
and
then
tier
three
would
include
more
special
education
supports
mm-hmm.
F
Good
afternoon,
everyone
so
at
Willowdale
we
are
focusing
on
some
of
the
same
initiatives
as
McDonald.
F
However,
we
are
specifically
focusing
on
our
economically
disadvantaged,
as
well
as
our
multilingual
Learners,
also
known
as
our
ELD
population
are
what,
as
Mr
Ortiz
and
Mr
Gabriel
have
presented
in
the
past,
we
have
been
showing
tons
of
growth
in
terms
of
our
data
with
Ela,
as
well
as
mass,
and
as
we
continue
to
align
our
standards
to
our
resources
and
our
curriculum,
we
are
going
to
continue
to
show
that
growth
our
how
we
are
going
to
also
provide
targeted
professional
development
on
PD
days.
F
This
is
going
to
come
via
our
goal
time
via
our
coaches,
which
are
going
to
be
a
huge
asset
to
our
school
when
we're
going
through
the
mtss
model,
strengthening
our
tier
one
instruction
across
the
board
in
both
math
and
Ela,
and
helping
support
teachers
to
differentiate
so
that
all
students
can
get
what
they
need
and
that's
going
to
be.
Super
super
important
faculty
meetings,
communicating
the
building
blocks
of
high
performing
schools
and
helping
and
supporting
our
teachers.
F
We
have
an
mtss
coordinator
in
our
building
and
looking
at
data
to
make
more
informed
decisions
about
teaching
and
learning
again,
so
that
every
student
can
get
what
they
need
and
we,
as
Educators
can
be
reflexive
to
the
needs
of
the
student
on
a
continuous
basis
and,
lastly,
like
I
said
our
instructional
coaches
peer
coaching
and
that
being
through
Esser
funds
and
some
of
the
title
IV
money
that
Mr
Graybill
spoke
about
is
going
to
be
super
pivotal
to
supporting
our
teachers
to
support
our
kids.
Thank
you,
oh
and
then
sorry.
F
We
are
having
our
student
engagement
and
family
engagement
day.
This
coming
Monday
August
22nd.
We
will
be
holding
it
as
a
title,
one
event
where
families
can
come
and
help
their
children,
so
a
lot
of
our
staff
will
be
there
in
terms
of
applying
resources
in
the
areas
of
reading
math
and
some
just
kind
of
coping
strategies
to
help
students
be
successful
during
the
year.
Thank
you.
I
So
I
really
want
to
give
a
shout
out
to
the
team.
The
well.
The
federal
money
is
nice.
It
comes
with
a
lot
of
bells
and
whistles.
We
have
the
each
principal
has
to
complete
a
school-wide
plan,
which
includes
a
committee
meetings
planning
looking
at
data
setting
goals
deciding
on
strategies
at
the
same
time,
in
central
we're
working
on
sort
of
the
district
plan
and
Grant.
It's
a
pretty
lengthy
process
on
all
ends,
and
you
know
great
work
really
started
with
Dr
Perkins,
Mr,
Ortiz
and
their
teams
and
then
very
quickly.
I
This
group
picked
it
up.
Mr
Boulder
has
been
doing
it
forever,
but
Dr
G
and
Dr
Kelly
really
picked
it
up
this
year.
It
jumps
right
in
with
two
feet
and
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
this
summer,
making
sure
that
what
we
were
doing
as
a
district
and
how
we
were
writing
and
building
that
Grant
out
really
match
what
they're
doing
in
their
schools
for
their
school-wide
plans
in
terms
of
spending
the
money
so
you'll
see
more.
You
know,
as
the
grant
comes
out
for
approval
more
of
our
initiatives.
I
You'll
see
a
lot
of
this
alignment
around
reading
and
math
growth
across
all
of
our
students,
but
then
specifically
for
the
schools
that
are
title,
one
making
sure
that
we're
hitting
all
kids,
but
also
taking
care
of
some
of
our
sub
populations,
who
have
struggled
more
than
others
so
title
III
was
the
other
grant
that
we
moved
all
the
other.
The
two
and
four
into
title
three
is
focused
on
the
areas
of
English
language
development
and
achievement
and
growth
in
math
in
the
ELA,
as
well
as
parent
family
engagement.
I
Those
are
the
bulk
of
our
goals
that
we've
set
this
year.
Why
again,
we've
talked
in
length
about
some
of
the
state
Improvement
plans
we're
on
around
some
of
the
groups
that
were
struggling
to
meet
their
needs.
This
is
again
another
attempt
to
reallocate
funds,
reallocate
efforts
and
really
gain
a
clear
focus
and
connection
to
what
we're
doing,
why
we're
doing
it
and
who
we're
doing
it
for
the
action
plan
and
use
around
this
particular
Grant.
This
is
where
we
get
our
parent
Community
liaison
specialist
out
of
for
the
district.
I
I
Mr
rutz
has
been
working
this
year
with
the
ELD
group,
the
teachers
to
really
put
them
through
some
rigorous
micro,
credential
and
badging
PD
to
help
get
them
even
further,
along
in
their
knowledge
of
the
program
to
help
us
move
forward,
and
then
we
also
pay
for
some
of
our
trains,
not
all,
but
some
of
our
translation
services
out
of
out
of
title
III
to
help
offset
that
cost
a
little
bit.

C
I
do
have
a
question
before
we
do
that.
Why
are
we
looking
at
a
retroactive
approval
of
these
three
items?
D,
e,
f,
Would.
We
not
have
known
that
we're
using
these
Services
before
the
end
of
the
school
year.
M
M
But
it
was
contract
language
that
had
to
be
approved,
so
you
we
have
to
students
are
enrolled
in
school
and
sometimes
it
takes
a
while
to
get
the
contract
language
acceptable
between
the
district
and
the
school.
But
we
still
continue
to
support
the
students
in
that
school
because
we
know
it's
just
getting
the
contract
language
agreeable
between
the
two
organizations.
Okay,.
C
M
For
fsap,
I
will
tell
you
that,
with
new
grants
that
are
coming
out,
it's
a
tier
one.
It's
a
requirement
to
have
sap
in
place,
so
we
would
have
to
find
funding
whether
it
came
from
another
portion
of
the
student
services
budget
if,
if
needed
to
be,
but
the
next
mental
health
grant,
that
is
we're
supposed
to
apply
for
by
the
31st
of
August
requires
before
we
do
anything
that
we
have
a
tier
one
support
in
all
areas
and
sap
is
one
of
those
tier
one
supports.
M
C
C
H
Okay,
5.2
you
Miss

H
L
H
The
next
one
I
believe
is
5.2.

the

I
believe
the
final
one
is
5.2.
Why
is
that
correct?
Yes,
denies
a
request
for
an
exception
to
policy
206
assignment
within

for
student

McDonald

Second,
second
Miss

all
in
favor.
H
A
Thank
you,
Miss
Lynch
for

area.
There
are
three
items
for
information
and
one
for

The
items
presented

are
the

liquid

the
Pennsylvania

liquid

the

so
they're
the
items
for
information
purposes.
A
The
one
item
that
requires
approval,
be
it
resolved.
The
Centennial

proves
the
renewal

the

Software
a
district

not

dollars
and,
as
an
aside
I
believe,
that's
the
same
amount
as
was
paid
this
year,
and
we
will
be
going
out
for
a
more
extensive
copier

for
the

So
this
is
a
one-year

N
Yeah,
just
one
real,
quick
and
I
think
just
with
it
being
the
beginning
of
the
year,
I
think
it's
pertinent
to
remind
parents
that
they
have
the
ability
to
review
curriculum
for
their
children
if
they
want
it's
under

C
Just
a
comment
from
from
my
side,
being
a
board
chair
over
at
mbit,
there's
going
to
be
some
minor
changes
at
the
beginning
of
the
school
year
due
to
some
construction,
so
students
will
not
enter
from
the
normal
front
entrance
but
will
have
to
enter
from
a
newly
marked
and
directed
area
that
should
be
all
painted
and
recognized
by
the
beginning
or
the
first
day
of
school.
A
Thank
you,
Mr
cookson.
As
I
recall,
we
did
have
perhaps
as
many
as
three
table
items
at
our
last
meeting
in
June,
which
had
to
do
with
various
projects
bidding
and
such
were
fencing
and
sheds,
and
something
else
if
we
can,
if
we
can
get
those
on
some
resolution
on
our
next
agenda,
to
just
to
remove
them
from
the
table,
they've
been
tabled
since
since
our
June
meeting.
So
we
still
have
those
hanging
fire
to
resolve,
but
that's
the
only
thing
I
can
successful
opening
of
school
with
everyone
Dr
Brennan.
A
Thank
you
looking
forward
to
having
a
good
school
year
and
hopefully
get
off
to
to
a
good
start,
not
too
many
students
will
still
be
at
the
beach
until
Labor
day,
but
we'll
see
how
that
works
out.
Okay,
