Description
Chattanooga City Council Meeting — 11-29-22
B
We
thank
you
for
your
grace,
your
mercy,
your
love
suffering.
Oh,
we
thank
you
for
your
people,
but
we
pray
this
meeting
we've
done
recently
Lord.
We
may
not
agree
with
one
another.
The
community
may
not
agree
with
everything,
but
Lord
we
want
to
do
is
better
for
the
best
of
this
city.
We
love
you,
we
praise
you.
We
magnified,
of
course,
in
Jesus
name,
we
pray
and
ask
it.
A
C
All
right,
thank
you,
madam
Vice
chair.
We
are
a
Bittersweet
this
evening.
We
are
saying
goodbye
to
a
member
of
our
staff.
Who
is
we
we
want
to
wish
her
the
absolute
best
in
her
future
endeavors,
and
we
want
her
to
know
just
how
much
she
has
meant
to
our
Council
family
here
for
the
last
eight
years.
How
much
we
treasure
her
her
passion,
her
smile,
her
wittiness
I,
could
go
on
Karen.
Would
you
like
me
to
no
so
Madam
Vice
chair?
C
Now,
therefore,
be
it
Proclaim
that
we,
the
Chattanooga
city
council,
to
hereby
recognize
honor
and
congratulate
Karen
Leonardo
Campbell
for
eight
years
of
dedicated
service
to
the
city
of
Chattanooga
and
commend
her
for
providing
the
highest
level
of
support
to
the
administrative
office
of
the
Chattanooga
City
Council
Darren
Ledford,
chairman
Chattanooga,
City
Council.
Congratulations.
D
An
ordinance
to
admit
no
I'm
playing
I,
don't
know
how
to
say
anything
else
on
this
mic.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
a
wonderful
eight
years,
I've
learned
so
much
about
Chattanooga
and
its
residents,
some
areas
more
than
others,
but
I
do
appreciate
all
the
growth
and
wisdom
that
you
have
planted
in
me
and
I'm,
not
going
too
far
so
I'll
be
around
and
I,
don't
know
if
I
should
say
this
publicly,
but
I
got
your
back
all
right.
D
E
E
In
all
seriousness,
eight
years
in
some
ways
has
truly
flown
by
I.
Remember
the
day
of
the
interview,
I
remember
the
day
you
announced
that
you
were
pregnant.
I,
remember
the
day
that
you
left
to
have
that
baby
and
spend
time
away
as
a
new
mom
I.
Remember
how
excited
you
were
to
share
with
us
that
time
bringing
Kaden
to
the
office
the
very
first
time
you
always
included
us
as
part
of
your
family,
because
we
were
very
close
from
a
working
family
and
I.
E
Can't
truly
imagine
what
it's
going
to
be
like
to
walk
into
this
office
and
not
see
you
here.
You've
been
a
foundation
for
many
of
us
rough
days
fun
days.
Everything
in
between
you
had
a
way
to
make
people
laugh.
You
had
a
way
to
bring
them
back
down
when
they
needed
to
it's.
It's
just
really
been
remarkable.
E
F
F
It's
going
to
be
very
difficult
to
do,
but
Karen
I
have
I
will
say
that
you
have
always
put
this
counsel
first
and
made
this
Council
look
good
and
made
sure
that
we
have
always
understood
what
we
have
needed
in
the
way
of
information
schedules.
Whatever
it
may
be,
and
I
think
you
will
be
Irreplaceable
at
this
position.
You've
done
a
great
job
and
I'm
going
to
try
to
pronounce
this
correctly
hasta
la
vista.
G
Thank
you,
chair,
I
I've
already,
given
you
my
thesis
of
how
much
I'm
gonna
miss
you
and
how
much
I
appreciate
you,
but,
most
importantly,
since
I've
been
on
Council
from
day,
one
like
you've
always
just
accepted
me
for
me,
like
that
it
wasn't
trying
to
convince
me
to
put
on
lipstick
in
a
pair
of
heels,
with
you,
I
can
authentically
be
myself.
I
appreciate
you
the
many
times
that
you
straightened
my
crown
as
a
sister
and
and
two
fingers
helped
me
like.
C
E
C
We
love
you
you're
a
family
and
we
we
wish
the
very
best
for
you
and
don't
be
a
stranger,
our
door
and
our
hearts
are
always
open.
Thank
you.
C
I'll
pay
for
that
later,
I
know.
If
I
can
get
a
minute
of
approval,
please
I
do
have
a
motion
on
the
minutes.
I
do
have
a
second
of
that
motion.
Without
objection,
minutes
will
stay
in
order
of
business
for
city
council
ordinances
on
Final
reading.
We
have
none
this
evening
ordinances
on
first
reading
under
Council
Office
item
a
Madam
clerk.
Please.
A
Thank
you
so
much
chairman
I
appreciate
it.
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
few
comments
before
I
made
a
motion
on
this
I
diligently.
Listen
to
my
colleagues
today
regarding
the
comments
that
you
made
in
the
feedback
that
you
made
and
I
really
appreciate
it.
I
did
want
to
note
some
of
the
things
that
I
mentioned
earlier
regarding
this
ordinance
of
this
well
yeah.
Regarding
this
ordinance,
we
have
been
working
on
this
since
Late
July
they
did
go
to.
A
This
did
go
through
the
beer
and
record
board
as
well.
We
had
a
public
hearing
was
approved
by
the
beer
and
record
board
and
also
went
through
legislative
committee
a
few
weeks
ago,
so
I'm
very
excited
to
move
this,
hopefully
move
this
record
ordinance
through
and
notes,
and
also
note
that
the
amounts
that
you
see
are
maximum
amount.
So
this
is
a
regulated
industry
here
in
Chattanooga,
so
these
are
maximum
amounts.
A
C
G
I
didn't
have
a
second,
but
I
did
have
a
question
about
the
minimums.
Are
we
able
to
get
access
to
what
the
minimum
fee
would
be?
We've
been
presented
with
the
maximum
I
understand,
that's
the
maximum,
but
are
we
able
to
get
what's
the
in
between?
What's
the
minimum,
if
I
call
the
record
am
I
automatically
going
to
be
charged
250
dollars?
If
there's
a
minimum
I
would
I
would
like
to
know
what
that
minimum
number
is.
A
Regards
to
a
minimum,
it
depends
on.
The
type
of
toll
you
have.
Every
toll
is
not
going
to
be
250.
This
is
a
regulated,
and
thank
you
for
asking
that
question
too.
This
is
a
regulated
industry
again
here
in
Chattanooga,
just
as
if
you
call
an
emergency
vehicle,
you
know
they
can't
charge
you
any
more
than
x
amount
of
dollars,
so
it
doesn't
necessarily
mean
that
every
toll
is
250.
It
just
means
that
this
is
the
maximum
amount
allowed
to
be
charged.
A
So,
for
instance,
I
believe
we
mentioned
in
one
of
our
meetings
about
like
the
Housing
Authority.
They
manage
their
own
toes
and
I
believe
those
toes
are
thirty
dollars
for
those
individuals
that
have
those
violations
within
the
Housing
Authority.
So
we
don't.
Even
this
doesn't
even
apply
to
private
sites
like
that.
This
is
more
for
accidents
and
any
other
type
of
private
incidents.
That
may
happen.
Maybe
it's
somebody
parked
violating
in
somebody's
apartment,
complex
and
things
like
that
and
again
it
doesn't
necessarily
mean
it's
going
to
be
250
dollars.
G
By
explaining
that
I
think
what
would
be
helpful
for
me
and
my
constituents
is
if
we
have
that
language
included
like
it
could
be
a
range
from
here
to
here,
because
what
I'm
seeing
and
what
I'm
sure
my
constituents
are
seeing
and
we
received
an
email
from
a
constituent
that
we're
seeing
just
the
high
amount
like
this
is
what
you're
going
to
be
trying
now
I.
If
you
have
car
insurance,
of
course,
they
would
naturally
pay
for
it.
But
if
you
don't
have
insurance,
it
could
be
kind
of
costly.
G
A
Share
Yes,
actually
in
the
ordinance
it
says
it's
section,
35
160,
that's
what
this
is.
It
says
the
maximum
charges
for
district
record
calls
shall
be
as
follows,
and
then
those
are
the
rates
that
you
see
so
or
you
know
like
I
said
it
may
not
be
250,
it's
going
to
be
250
or
less
it
could
be.
Zero
to
250
just
depends
on
the
record
and
I
do
have
several
other
record
gentlemen
here
today.
If
you
would
like
an
example
of
what
I
mean
when
I
say
it's
250
or
less.
A
So
yeah,
so
that
is
the
maximum,
but
this
is
these:
are
the
maximum
amounts,
so
you
wouldn't
see
a
minimum
amount
because
it
may
be.
You
never
know.
You
know
it
may
be
where
you
know
they
working
with
a
person
to
get
their
car
out
of
tow.
So
it
may
not
be
you
know
250.
It
just
depends
on
what
is
the
difference
between
going
off
the
side
of
a
cliff,
and
maybe
your
battery
just
not
started,
and
you
need
regular
comment,
maybe
boost
you.
A
I
mean
I've
done
that
multiple
times
multiple
times
and
I've
never
been
charged,
not
even
a
hundred
dollars
for
that,
so
it
just
depends
on
the
situation.
This
is
shares,
but
it
does
stay
in
the
ordinance.
These
are
maximum
amounts,
so
you
wouldn't
necessarily
need
a
minimum
amount,
because
these
are
the
maximums.
If
that
may
that
makes
sense.
G
But
I
just
I
still
I
would
like
to
offer
an
amendment
to
it
to
put
up
to
so
the
clarity
to
our
constituents
because
we're
again
we're
so
people
look
at
it.
They
can
charge
us
the
max
it
doesn't
matter,
they
can
say
we're
going
to
charge
you
the
maximum,
but
we
need
to
see
up
to
this
amount
like
we
know.
We
can't
charge
you
over
this
amount,
but
we
can
charge
you
a
rate
between
here
and
here.
It's
that's.
What
I
would
like
to
see
added
in
here,
because
it's
just
quoting
the
maximum.
G
We
need
to
know
I'd
like
for
it
to
be
added.
It
could
be
up
to
250,
it
could
be
less
it
could
be,
but
we
understand
that
this
is
the
maximum,
but
for
my
constituations
I
need
to
make
sure
that
it's
they
clearly
understand
that
you're
not
just
going
to
be
charged
250.
It
could
be
anything
within
this
range
leading
up
to
250.
If
that
makes
sense.
A
It
says
no,
it
just
says
maximum.
It's
the
same.
It's
the
same
language,
maximum
or
up
to
either
way
is
250,
so
the
maximum
charges
for
district
record
calls
should
be
as
follows,
and
then
it
lists
those
terms.
So
it
is
the
same.
It's
the
same
thing
it's
maximum
versus
up
to
okay,
so
the
maximum
is
just.
This
is
the
most
that
this
is
the
most
that
they
could
charge
for
this
type
of
service.
So
again,
it
may
not
be
that
much
depending
on
what
it
is
like
I
said.
A
If
it's
just
you
need
you
call
it
because
your
battery,
you
know
your
car
stops,
you
just
need
to
jump
versus
if
your
car
went
off
the
side
of
the
ridge
or
you
know
it
was
a
terrible
car
accident,
or
things
like
that.
It
just
depends
on
what
the
situation
is.
So
it's
not
necessarily
it's
not
necessarily
nope.
It's
not
neces.
It's
not
guaranteed
that
it's
gonna
be
250.
It's
just.
This
is
the
most.
You
will
be
charged
for
this.
C
If
you,
if,
if
I
may
jump
in
Mr
Nova
is
the
way
line
item
four
is
written,
is
that
will
you
explain
to
us?
If
is
there
any
wiggle
room
in
that
is
the
maximum
250
or
is
there
any
doubt
that
that
that
number
is
higher.
J
No
there's
there's
no
doubt
that
the
number
is
not
higher
than
250
under
an
A-Class
daytime
tow
the
maximum
charge
is
set
out
in
in
the
amount
it
could
be
an
amount
less
than
that
if
the
the
the
record
charges
a
lesser
amount,
but
that
is
the
maximum
amount
that
can
be
charged
by
the
coordinates.
Okay,.
H
H
Whatever
Mr
chair,
yes,
ma'am
I,
make
them
I
make.
L
G
C
G
C
That
motion
is
that
is
in
the
form
of
emotion
as
an
amendment.
Yes,
okay,
it
did.
Okay.
Thank
you.
I
did
not
hear
that
we
have
a
second
to
that
Amendment.
Okay,
all
the
we
are
now
open
for
discussion
on
that
item.
So
Madam
by
share
see
your
light.
A
Thank
you
for
that
councilman
rod
and
councilwoman
Burrs
for
clarity.
Could
you
read
that
Amendment
back
to
us
attorneys.

We
had
to

the

and
I
think
we
need
a
little
time.
Mr
Anderson,
please!
Yes,.
M
Sir,
thank
you
chairman.
What
we
thought
was
going
to
take
until
January
it
turns
out,
will
not
take
anywhere
near
that
just
just
to
educate
the
council.
If
you
were
not
aware
there
was
an
issue
brought
to
us
this
morning,
kind
of
at
the
last
minute,
before
this
vote
about
a
potential
discrepancy
between
the
subdivision
regs
and
these

we
got
in
a

after
the

it

Ready

a

just
a

I
know
that
there
were
probably
many
many
people
involved
with

at

you

that
I

Allen
Jordan
that
the
city
assisted
in
putting
on
was
absolutely
outstanding.
E
You
and
those
that
were
involved
did
an
incredible
job.
It
was
fun,
it
was
upbeat,
it
was
what
everybody
should
ever
dream
of
as
a
celebration
in
life
and
seeing
the
looks
on
his
family
members
and
those
that
knew
him
so
well
after
and
during
that
event
were
worth
beyond
the
price
of
admission
and
I
just
want
to
say
publicly
thank
you
and
to
thank
the
staff,
the
mayor
and
everybody
that
was
involved
in
putting
that
on.
It
was
truly
something
special.
M
Thank
you
councilman.
While
it
was
an
honor
for
me
to
issue
the
mayor's
proclamation
in
his
absence,
I
I
have
to
give
the
credit
to
Ellis,
Smith
and
also
Jonathan
Sussman
for
how
well
that
event
ran.
But
thank
you
very
much.
The
the
family
was
very
appreciative
to
the
city
of
Chattanooga,
for
our
outpouring
of
love
and
support
for
Leslie,
and
his
legacy
touched
that
the
city
would
go
to
that
length.
C
L
C
So
if
you
have
any
questions
on
purchases,
let
them
fly,
this
is
Mr
Goldberg's
last
chance
as
our
Chief
Financial
Officer,
we'll
miss
you
too.
Sir.
Thank
you,
I'm!
Not
going
to
give
you
a
hug,
though.
L
All
right,
Mr
chairman
we
have
seven
purchases
recommended
for
approval.
First,
is
from
the
waste
resource,
Wastewater
division,
Public,
Works,
new
bike,
contract
for
electric
motors
and
pump
services.
Four
bids
were
received
and
the
award
goes
to
Remco
LLC
and
Chattanooga
Armature
Works.
This
will
be
a
four-year
contract
for
the
combined
annual
amount
not
to
exceed
300
000.
L
L
L
Next
Fleet
Management
division,
Public
Works
request
to
increase
contract
with
on
duty,
Depot
Inc
for
satina
police
vehicle
equipment
to
cover
equipment
excluded
from
previous
approval
and
error.
The
increase
is
25
000
for
a
new
annual
amount
not
to
exceed
115
000.
next,
also
from
Fleet
Management
division.
Second,
final:
renewal
of
contract
for
batteries
and
Battery
supplies.
L
Batteries
Plus
submitted
a
price
increase
of
12
percent
at
the
time
of
renewal,
with
an
annual
amount
not
to
exceed
85
000
and
lastly,
from
Street
management
increase
contract
with
excellent
Lawn
Care
LLC
for
grounds
made
for
City
right-of-ways
to
cover
right-of-ways,
not
included
in
the
original
approval.
The
increase
is
fifty
thousand
for
a
new
annual
amount
not
to
exceed
and
I
didn't
type
them
out.
C
I
have
a
motion
to
approve
purchases
this
evening
have
a
second
to
that
motion,
questions
or
comments
before
we
and
for
those
of
you
joining
us
not
regularly.
These
are
presented
to
us
and
then
again
to
follow
up
on
questions
at
our
330
agenda
session.
All
those
in
favor
say:
aye
opposed
purchases
carried
or
no
RFP;
no
emergency
purchases,
no
sole
sources
to
report
this
evening,
Mr
Goldberg,
correct
all
right.
Thank
you.
We
wish
you
the
very
best
as
well,
sir.
It's
been
an
honor
to
work.
C
Alongside
of
you,
I've
learned
a
lot
from
you
and
said
to
Karen
earlier
my
heart
and
my
door
is
always
open.
Thank.
L
C
E
Hey
Brent,
this
is,
it
truly
has
been
a
privilege
to
work
with
you
twice
at
the
city
and
a
couple
of
different
roles,
but
similar
and
I
I.
Honestly
I
can't
thank
you
enough.
The
the
professionalism
and
the
expertise
that
you
have
levels
in
the
entire
time
serving
at
the
city
has
been
invaluable
to
us,
whether
we
like
the
answers
or
not,
you
always
found
a
way
to
provide
the
information
that
was
needed
to
make
decisions
that
we
had
to
make
and
I.
E
Just
honestly,
I
just
truly
appreciate
the
candid
communication
that
you
have
been
willing
to
have
with
us.
I
there's
a
lot
more
I'd
like
to
say,
but
it's
it's
probably
not
a
great
place
to
do
that.
So
I'll
do
it
later,
but
it's
been
a
privilege
working
with
you
and
and
I
hope.
There
was
some
kind
of
exit
contract
of
US
every
year,
because
that
would
be
it.
We
can
figure
out
how
to
make
that
work.
F
Thank
you,
sir,
and
I
just
wanted
to
Echo
a
little
bit
of
what
councilman
Smith
said.
Brent,
it's
been
an
honor
and
a
privilege
to
work.
The
first
go-around
was
really
when
I
working
with
you
and
I
brought
a
problem
or
situation
to
you
and
you
and
I'll
never
forget
what
you
said.
You
said
I'll
have
that
fixed
tomorrow
and
it
was
fixed
tomorrow
and
in
government
that
really
impressed
me
that
there
was
somebody
that
could
actually
tell
me
they
could
have
something
done
and
they
actually
did
it.
F
B
Brent
has
been
great
work
review
and
man
from
Highway
58.
What
can
I
say
great
job.
C
G
I
just
want
to
announce
that
the
Taino
Rams
are
going
to
the
state
and
they
got
a
game
on
Saturday
at
three
o'clock
at
Finley
Stadium.
So,
let's
support
our
school.
Tiny
is
a
great
school
and
so
looking
forward
to
seeing
them
bringing
home
that
State
title
and
also
on
the
Thursday
December,
the
1st
we're
having
East
Chattanooga
area
Community
meeting
at
2901,
Taylor
Street.
So
if
you
live
in
that
area,
a
part
of
District
9
I'm,
looking
forward
to.
K
To
Brent
again
you're
really
getting
a
big
hit,
but
we're
really
proud
of
you.
We
wish
you
all
the
best
and
thank
you
for
all
I've
learned
from
you.
Thank
you.
E
Thank
you,
Mr
chair,
I,
have
no
report,
but
I
do
have
one
additional
comment
that
I'd
like
to
make.
You
know:
we've
had
a
couple
incredibly
valuable
employees
spending
their
last
evening
with
us
tonight
and
I'd
be
remiss
if
I
didn't
really
recognize
the
fact
that
we
often
wait
and
people
are
leading
us
to
issue
our
appreciation
and
how
valuable
they
are.
So
I
would
just
like
to
add
that
our
Council
clerk
is
one
of
the
most
outstanding
people.
I
have
had
an
opportunity,
you're
taking
notes
right,
write
it
down.
Nicole
is
outstanding
outstanding.
E
And
you
know
when
I
commented
about
Karen
being
Irreplaceable
I
mean
that
a
hundred
percent
but
understand
that
in
her
absence
our
clerk
is
doing
her
job
and
Karen's
job
and
she
has
done
it.
Similarly,
in
the
past
she
has
never
missed
a
beat
and,
while
I
don't
look
forward
to
her
having
to
do
it
by
herself
for
very
long
I
hope
we
have
plans
to
make
sure
that
doesn't
happen.
E
Whoever
is
here
from
HR
I
do
want
to
recognize
the
fact
that
I
know
you
could
do
it
and
again
without
us,
even
noticing
anything
was
missing.
So
thank
you.
So
much
for
everything
you
do
to
make
us
look
good.
As
chairman
Henderson
said,
a
lot
of
it
comes
straight
out
of
your
office
and
thank
you
so
much
for
everything.
Nicole,
okay,.
B
B
C
You,
sir
Madam
Vice
chair,
no
report
all
right.
We
will
now
move
into
and
I
Echo
your
comments,
councilman,
Smith
and
and
also
councilman
Henderson,
not
chairman,
but
I
tell
you
when
you're
in
this
position.
It's
not
easy.
There's
a
lot
of
paperwork
going
on
up
here,
there's
a
lot
of
conversations
with
the
clerk
to
make
sure
these
things
go
as
smoothly
as
possible,
so
we'll
be
here
for
you
as
we
transition
into
and
and
bring
someone
on
board.
C
So
just
let
us
know
what
we
need
Nicole
and
we
we've
got
you
covered.
This
is
the
time
we'll
now
move
into
persons
wishing
to
address
Council
this
evening
we
have
other
business.
C
J
Sir,
this
is
a
certificate
of
compliance,
indicating
that
there's
been
a
background,
investigation
and
Zoning
that
is
pursuant
to
state
law
and
that
the
retail
store
that
is
Harry's,
Wine
and
Spirits
run
by
the
patels
here
in
front
have
passed
all
of
our
requirements.
It's
located
at
705,
Signal,
Mountain
Road,
and
these
these
folks
meet
all
the
requirements
to
operate
that
business.
Okay,.
C
Thank
you,
Phil
and
just
record.
We've
already
signed
that
certificate,
so
we're
ready
to
go
on
that
now
we're
ready
to
move
into
recognition
as
a
person's
wishing
to
address
Council
this
evening.
Is
there
anyone
who
wishes
to
address
Council
this
evening,
if
not,
I
will
not
have
the
the
account.
The
City
attorney
read
the
rules,
but
if
there
is,
we
will
Mr
Noble.
Yes,.
J
Sir,
at
the
end
of
every
council
meeting,
the
chair
will
recognize
members
of
the
public
that
wish
to
address
it.
Here's
your
rules,
each
person
wishing
to
address
the
camp
can
only
be
recognized
up
front
with
the
microphone.
No
person
can
have
more
than
three
minutes
to
speak
and
you
can
address
the
council
only
upon
matters
within
their
legislative
and
quasi-judicial
authority
and
not
upon
matters
that
are
not
under
their
Authority
or
regulated.
J
These
are
agencies.
Don't
use
the
floor
to
allow
any
vulgar
or
obscene
language.
No
personal
attacks
or
personal
denigration
of
others
is
allowed.
You
have
to
address
your
comments
to
the
council
as
a
whole
and
not
make
comments
directed
towards
individual
council
members.
Don't
have
any
disorderly
conduct
or
disrupting
a
public
meeting
which
is
prohibited
under
Tennessee
law,
and
someone
commits
that
offense
if
a
person
substantially
obstructs
or
interferes
with
the
meeting
by
physical
action
or
verbal
utterance,
with
the
intent
to
prevent
or
disrupt
a
lawful
meeting
or
gathering.
N
Name
is
Mike
Smith
I
live
in
District
three
I'm,
the
executive
director
of
the
Chattanooga
Regional,
almost
coalition
here
tonight,
to
be
able
to
discuss
something.
I
know
that
tomorrow
we
have
a
community
meeting
and
our
in
District
six
to
discuss
the
city's
plan
to
convert
a
hotel
into
apartment,
Supportive,
Housing
project
I'm,
not
it's
kind
of
odd
being
in
the
council
chamber,
and
this
audience
being
so
bare.
N
The
Homeless
Coalition
has
been
busy
over
the
past
two
weeks,
I'm
pretty
sure
that
most
people
are
aware
that
there
has
been
a
crisis
that
occurred
outside
of
this
council's
jurisdiction
and
yet
the
Homeless
Coalition.
We
that
is
our
jurisdiction,
and
so
we
step
forward
with
our
best
foot
with
short
time
to
respond.
N
There
were
seven
people
on
hospice
that
would
have
died
that
night
without
the
quick
action
of
the
community,
and
this
is
a
we're
not
out
of
the
woods.
Yet
we
kicked
the
can
down
Road
a
little
bit,
but
it's
cause
for
celebration
and
I
look
forward
tomorrow
to
the
open
conversation
and
understanding
that
we
all
have
together.
