don't
see
a

A
D
I
would
like
the
city

to
give
the
proper
total,
rather
than
47

A
resolution
authorizing
administrator
for
the
department
of
public
works
to
award
contract
number
two:
zero
to
pnc
construction
of
chattanooga,
tennessee
yfd
gem

In
the
amount
of
eighty
nine
thousand
one
hundred
five
dollars,
plus
a
contingency
amount
of
nine
thousand
dollars,
one
amount
not
to
exceed
ninety
eight
thousand
one
hundred
five
dollars.
A
F
F
The
annual
cost
remaining
on
the
contract
is
approximately
25
000,
and
the
contract
expires
on
june
30th
2021
approval
is
recommended
to
reflect
the
name
change.
The
second
item
is
for
the
waste
resources
division.
This
is
a
new
blanket
contract
for
ladder
climbing
safety
equipment.
The
contract
is
for
12
months
with
an
option
to
renew
for
two
additional
12
month
terms.
There
was
six
bids,
there
were
six
bids
and
the
low
bidder
was
not
selected
due
to
exceptions
with
our
terms
and
conditions.
F
The
second
lowest
bidder
did
not
bid
all
line
items.
Therefore,
approval
is
recommended
to
award
to
rolaid
industrial
supply
with
an
annual
amount
of
25
thousand
dollars,
and
the
third
item
is
for
the
facilities
division
of
public
works.
This
is
the
first
of
two
renewal
options
with
american
paper
and
twine
for
the
purchase
of
janitorial
and
cleaning
supplies.
F
American
paper
and
twine
submitted
a
thirty
four
and
a
half
percent
price
increase
at
the
time
of
renewal
for
a
new
annual
amount
of
130
000..
We
have
two
vendors
on
contract
for
janitorial
and
cleaning
supplies.
Even
with
this
increase
from
american
twine
and
paper,
some
of
the
prices
are
still
lower
on
certain
items
than
the
other
vendor
on
contract.
This
contract
does
cover
gloves
disinfectant
and
other
items
for
which
the
pandemic
has
caused
price
increases.
Therefore,
the
increase
is
recommended
for
approval
and,
as
a
note,
the
contract
expires
june,
2nd.

have
a
motion
on
the
floor
to
approve

as
presented
with
a
proper

any
questions
or
comments
before
we
vote
all
right.
Madam

E
Each
speaker
shall
limit
his
or
her
remarks
to
three
minutes
unless
permission
for
additional
time
is
provided
and
the
use
of
the
floor
by
person's
addressing
counsel
shall
not
be
used
to
personally
attack
or
personally
denigrate
others.
A
G
Hello,
my
name
is
ann
rudd
and
I
am
in
district,
seven
believe
and
my
address.
I
work
at
717
east
11th
street
chattanooga
tennessee,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
speak
as
a
woman
who
has
a
voice.
Thank
goodness
and
I'm
surely
I'm
not
attacking
the
organization.
G
I
know
that
planned
parenthood
has
wanted
is
seeking
to
come
to
chattanooga
to
get
a
license
in
the
city,
though
I'm
not
sure
if
they
have
yet.
I
know
they
are
planning
on
having
people
outreach
to
the
schools,
so
I
just
thought
it
my
opportunity
to
just
talk
to
you
guys.
You
know
talk
to
you
all
that.
G
To
do
your
research
on
planned
parenthood
and
personally,
we've
been
abortion
clinic
and
a
planned
parenthood
free
for
28
years.
G
So
please,
I
urge
you
all
just
to
do
your
research
and
to
really
ask
yourself
if
chattanooga
needs
the
health
care
that
planned
parenthood
says
they
provide,
because
most
of
a
lot
of
what
they
do
say
they
provide
is
just
abortion
minded
and
I
have
spoken
with
planned
parenthood.
Also,
so
just
you
know
not
to
put
any
of
my
personal
beliefs
on
there.
G
I
I
am
pro-life,
but
just
to
ask
yourselves
if
that's
something
that
you
would
like
in
chattanooga,
if
you
would
like
women
to
actually
exercise
their
freedom,
because
it
is
proposed
that
they
do
offer
mammograms
and
tests
and
std
options
and
contraceptive
options,
but
in
reality,
when
I
did
ask
them,
I
was
you
know
a
woman
who
was
interested
and
wanting
to
keep
my
baby.
