tell
you
about
some
of
the
things
happening
in
your
community
for
the
week
of
August
21st.
First
off.
We
want
to
start
this
week
by
saying
good
luck
to
all
the
students
throughout
Chesterfield
who
are
starting
school
this
week.
We
hope
you
have
a
great
school
year
now,
once
your
students
finish
up
their
first
week
of
school,
maybe
treat
them
this
weekend
to
the
112th
annual
Chesterfield
County
Fair.

This
year's
Fair
will
run
from
Friday
through
the
following
Saturday
September,
2nd,
as
always
there'll
be
plenty
of
things
to
do
at
the
fair
this
year
from
lawnmower,
races
and
a
wild
west
show
to
a
glassblower
artist,
nightly
bands
rides
games
and
so
much
more
tickets
and
wristbands
are
on
sale
now
at
the
fair's
website.
Elsewhere
this
week
on,
Thursday
come
out
to
the
north
Courthouse
Road
Library
from
6
to
7
for
Chesterfield
County
and
the
American
Revolution.
A
During
this
living
history
program,
a
heracos
historical
Park
expert
will
Don
clothing
from
the
a
period
and
guide
guests
through
Chesterfield's
role.
In
the
American
Revolution
registration
is
required
on
Saturday
morning
how
about
heading
over
to
the
Enon
library,
from
10
to
11
30
a.m
for
fall
into
lawn
care,
where
Lawn,
Care,
Specialists,
The,
Lawn
Doctor
of
Greater
Richmond
will
be
sharing
plenty
of
tips
and
tricks

year.

swimmers
of
all
ages
and
levels
are
invited
to
participate
in
the
5th
annual
Richmond
swim
across
America
event
at
Quest
swimming
in
Midlothian,
which
will
raise
money
for
cancer,
research
prevention
and
treatment.
Gretchen
Walsh,
a
three-time
NCAA
champion
and
record
holder
at
UVA
will
be
on
deck
and
vpm
hosts.

be
the
