From Dr. Jules Wetchi:
An early childhood educator training program is available to Burlington residents, 18 and older with a high school diploma or GED. This program is fully funded by the city and participants are eligible for a completion bonus. This program includes Fundamentals, Diversity Training, Pediatric First Aid and CPR, as well as observation hours with area programs.
