Welcome before you begin this meditation, please find it comfortable and uninterrupted space where you can be quiet and still for a while, and please make sure you pause any tasks and activities and focus on your own breathing and the images being suggested.

A

It's meditation it's the time for you to cut the connection of all the energies that no longer serve you this day.

A

So now begin to allow yourself to relax in a comfortable position, either sitting or running down and taking a nice deep breath and let it out slowly.

A

And as you release it, allow yourself to get comfortable and relax with your eyes closed, continue to focus on your own breathing and breathing in the warm calming energy breathing out and releasing any stress and any tension to add in your whole body.

A

Relax and let go with each breath. You take a big, deep breathing and, as you release it, allow yourself.

A

You begin to think deeper and deeper down, Soca and so peaceful know that you are completely in control of this. Experience continue to stay focused on your own breathing, the sound of my voice and the music, so that you can remain completely comfortable and relaxed, sinking, deeper and deeper down.

A

Imagine now or Pretender you are somewhere in the warm and safe place. The temperature is just W right here. It's a very beautiful and comfortable place wherever you imagine, that is just perfect.

A

You can find peace and breathe deeply there.

A

You feel so calm and so peaceful.

A

You may feed your heart, lift, take in a deep breath and you become aware of your surroundings.

A

Now imagine that they are Sparkles of a line gently rattling down just above your head. They are very delightful soothing and relaxing.

A

Now they are peacefully comfortably and protectively surrounding you.

A

They begin to quiet your mind, calm your heart and relax your whole body.

A

Breathe deeply breathing the Sparkles of life as you breathe in Breeze.

A

Now they rely all the muscles in your hair, your shoulders, your arms and your fingers, and you let go even more.

A

Now they relax all the muscles in your chest. You are stomach, you are back and all the way down to your torso, you relax deeper.

A

A

Breathing deeply keep breathing in the Sparkles of line.

A

Now they relax all the muscles in your lower body, your thighs, your caps and all the way down to the tips of your toes You Now sing, even deeper and deeper into your own body, softening every muscle, every sound every now. Every organ, your whole body is really and completely relaxed.

A

Or your greatest benefit.

A

As you relax and feel comfortable in this warm and safe place, you see a bright path ahead.

A

This path is illuminated by the Sparkles of life, and it seems to welcome you, no instinctively, that this is the path to guide and direct to you to move on to the next stage of your life.

A

Know that this path gives you great guidance or you unlimited possibilities and boundaries, opportunities to create a life of greatness.

A

Perhaps the life where you accomplish a goal that you have been seeking within you. Perhaps the life where you have a healthy mind and body whatever life you have all this Envision. That is absolutely perfect.

A

Foreign just know that you have a bright stage of your life waiting for you, father up this path.

A

You are totally drawn to this wonderful opportunity, so you now become truly excited to move toward the bright path and you decide to move on.

A

You find yourself beginning to move along the bright path with the excitement. This path is saying and you are protected by the Sparkles of the life.

A

You feel delighted and you want easily enlightely with a big smile on your face. We follow as you keep going. You feel like something is slowing you down or something is even stopping your progress.

A

You pause for a moment and look along and you find something holding you back.

A

No restart some weighted objects or burdens are connected to you through rebellious threads, chords or connectors of energy.

A

As you focus on the objects, you realize that these are the symbols of all the behaviors habits, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, feelings. You have been holding over any other energies from any outside sources attached to you and anything that you're ready while waiting to let go in your life.

A

Look carefully at the symbols of out of date, Energies, remember the connections or part of your life acknowledge them you're, ready to keep moving on the path of great guidance.

A

You are ready and truly waiting to be free of those Energies.

A

You have the light to be free for your own growth.

A

So now imagine that some of the Sparkles who lie turned into a cutting tool any two or anything you imagine that is just perfect to cut these clothes know that it is safe to use. You now hold the tomb and you're ready to be free of these all the energies.

A

Breathing deeply and breathe out slowly hold on to the tool and focus on the chords.

A

You know that it is your choice and you know what is best to remove or your greatest benefit to move on to the next part of your life.

A

If you like, you can ask your guiding spirit, your guardian angel, your loved ones, who are anyone you choose or help. They are happy to come help you in calling the energy connectors or your highest good.

A

When you're ready, cut and Savor any tight lines or Sublime lines of all the energies affecting you in an unhealthy manner, as you cut and severe the energy chords, you see them dissolving off through the spot of the blue line, watering down above your head completely cut and Savor any tight lines of all the energies. You think no longer serve you who are no longer belong to you to be free to move on to your next stage of life, disconnect from anything else.

You think that is beneficial, for you acknowledge the chords you can and make sure they all dissolve through the Sparkles of life.

A

Breathing deeply and breathe out now breathe in the spark of the blind to feed your body. Your own energy space with life and love.

A

Feel the new energy, a new vibration within you, you feel that you are now completely free free to keep moving on this bright path, guiding you to create a life of greatness with you, unlimited possibilities and boundaries opportunities.

A

If you had asked anyone for help, please thanks them for coming and supporting you and say where well to them with love.

A

You feel very delighted and honored as you go.

A

You are totally free to move on to the next stage of your life and create a life of greatness with the joy and now continue to walk on this bright path easily and lightly with the joy.

A

Thank you know that, anytime, you feel something holding you back or any time that would be beneficial for your well-being.

A

You can repeat this meditation, what simply using your creative imagination, as you have done today, you can cut and silver any threats of unhealthy and unwanted energies attached to you consciously or unconsciously, to move yourself to our one now, as you keep walking on the bright path you're.

A

Returning to this time, in this space to move on to the next stage of your life in this world, with the new energy of freedom and great guidance, you feel calm and refreshed and feed yourself come back into full awareness, eating returning to your fingers and toes and all of your limbs or energy in complete balance becoming more aware and more present, remember, your complete experience realize that you are completely free to move on to the next stage of your life and create a life of greatness.

When you are ready open your eyes.
