Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
My
name
is
Chuck
Durham
I'm,
the
manager
of
Office
of
business
diversity.
We're
going
to
review
these
plans
with
our
commissioner
I'm
gonna
turn
it
over
to
Dr
Hall.
B
Okay
well
good
afternoon,
everyone
and,
as
Chuck
said,
welcome
to
the
ERC
monthly
meeting
as
you
speak
today.
We
just
really
want
to
know
about
your
good
faith
effort
and
how
you
were
able
to
achieve
the
percentages
of
mbwe
and
really
that's
that's
about
it,
and
then
we
will
vote
to
either
prove
or
not
approve
your
plan.
So
if
any
questions
please
you'll
have
an
opportunity
to
ask
so
positive.
We
can
pull
up
the
first
plan.
Please.
A
Okay,
this
first
plan
is
for
the
Homewood
field
project.
It's
the
electrical
part
of
the
project,
certain
electric
is
the
prime
and
I
think
we
have
dodged
on
the
line
to
to
talk
about
this.
Commissioner,
okay,.
B
Thank
you,
okay,
Josh,
so
thank
you
for
tuning
in
Josh.
Can
you
just
talk
about
how
you
were
able
to
achieve
the
the
percentages
of
the
mbes
and
wbes?
Please.
C
Thank
you,
your
thing,
I,
don't
have
the
plan
in
front
of
me,
I'm
filling
in
for
Andrea
today,
but
as
I
understand
it,
the
selected
vendor
reached
out
to
a
lot
of
companies
that
were
provided
by
Chuck,
as
well
as
one
of
the
minority
companies
that
actually
bid
on
the
project
as
a
prime.
C
They
subsequently
were
not
awarded
the
lowest
responsible
bid,
but
they
I
do
believe
they
were
able
to
get
a
letter
of
commitment
from
that
company
as
a
as
a
contracted
sub,
and
they
are
actually
a
local
contractor
as
well
I
believe
they
are
based
out
of
the
Homewood
area.
B
Joshua,
do
you
know
if
they
were
able
to
not
because
I've
seen
the
lgbtqia
is
still
at
zero
percent?
Do
you
know
if
they've
reached
out
to
that
Community
by
any
chance,
I.
B
D
This
or
not
I
do
not
I'm
I'm
pleased
to
see
that
they
they
got
the
percentages
up
and
it
meets
all
the
criteria.
For
me,
I
mean
same
thing,
I'd
like
to
see
more
of
the
lgbtq
Community
involved,
but,
as
we've
talked
about
many
times
there,
there
there's
a
limited
amount
of
qualified
contractors
in
that
area.
So.
B
Thank
you,
commissioner.
So
no
other
questions.
So,
if
I
commissioner
Livingston
I
need
to
make
a
motion
to
approve,
please.
B
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Josh
for
playing
passes
all
right,
we're
going
to
move
on
to
our
second
one
today.
The
second
one
is
for
today
is
a
domey
plan
and
I
don't
see
Michael
on
the
line
but
I'll
take.
It
is
anybody
here
for
that?
A
No
okay,
I'll
take
it.
This
is
Michael
engineering,
the
consulting's
Dr
Ho.
A
A
Reached
out
to
them
too
we're
doing
them
and
we're
still
working
with
Three
Rivers
business
Alliance
there
are
certified
body,
I
actually
met
with
them.
They
started
Tuesday
to
get
a
a
better
list,
they're
still
trying
to
certify
folks
through
their
body,
and
there
was
nobody
that
we
did
reach
out
to
a
few,
but
there
was
nothing
we
could
get
on
here.
B
Okay,
but
we'll
still
keep
working,
we're
all
working
to
include
lgbtqia,
Community,
all
right
so
and
everyone's
local,
so
that's
very
good
to
see
as
well
yeah.
Commissioner
Livingston
here,
you
are
again
need
to
make
a
motion
to
approve.
E
B
B
A
You
Commissioners
all
right
we're
going
to
to
the
third
plan
on
here
and
we
have
I
think
Andrew
Jackson's
on
here
to
talk
about
this.
One.
B
Okay,
so
welcome
Andrew.
Can
you
just
talk
about
the
plans
and
and
how
you
were
able
to
achieve
and
and
some
other
points
of
emphasis
in
regards
to
the
good
faith
effort.
F
Sure
so
Ender
Dash
deputy
director
City
Planning.
This
is
for
strategic
planning
work
that
we're
doing
for
our
department.
We
went
through
received
nine
proposals
through
a
competitive
bid
process
through
an
RFP.
F
You
know
at
the
time
HR,
hrna
advisors
at
the
time
was
it
was
you
know
they
had
a
wbe
consultant
on
and
they
had
their
good
faith
effort
and
I
I
know
Jose
from
hrna
is
here
as
well.
We
did
reiterate
before
we
brought
them
in
for
an
interview,
the
importance
of
meeting
these
goals.
They
came
back
to
us
with
a
proposal
at
the
interview.
F
You
know
with
the
you
know,
with
the
addition
of
an
MBE
to
you
know
to
the
team
of
Davis
Consulting
Services,
which
I
know
you
know
that
we
have
representation
from
Davis
on
here
as
well.
Dr
Davis
is
on
as
well.
You
know,
which
was
really
to
supplement
the
work
that
hrna
was
doing
and
be
a
local
consultant
to
do
some
of
the
engagement
that
we
have
to
do
as
a
part
of
the
strategic
planning
process.
F
F
You
know:
18
MBE
participation
and
seven
percent,
WWE
participation,
and
so
the
wbe
participation
is
for
graphic
design
and
writing
of
the
ultimate
strategic
plan
and
the
the
MBE
is
relative
to
you
know:
engagement
on
the
process,
primarily
external,
but
you
know
some
beyond
that
and
like
I
said
Jose
is
on
from
hrna
and
Dr
Davis
is
on
from
Davis
Consulting
Services.
If
there
are
any
other
questions
so.
B
Dr
Davis
is
just
nice
to
have
you
back
in
this
capacity
and
we're
glad
you
now
are.
You
are
a
recipient
of
some
work
here
in
this
city
and
being
a
compensated
for
your
work.
So
just
welcome
back.
Do
you
have
anything?
To
add
I
mean
it
looks
good.
E
Thank
you,
I'm
excited
I
was
giving
Jose
some
feedback,
even
as
it
relates
to
preparing
for
this
meeting.
For
those
of
you
that
don't
know
I
used
to
be
the
mwdbe
compliance
specialist
for
the
Housing
Authority
City
of
Pittsburgh,
so
I
was
the
one
that
was
presenting
these
plans
before
and
having
you
all
question
me
about.
E
We
were
able
to
convince
the
vendors
to
actually
increase
their
participation.
I
do
want
to
ask
for
one
correction:
the
company
name
is
Davis
Consulting,
Solutions,
okay
and
other
than
that.
No
we're
excited
we're
excited
because,
of
course,
this
aligns
with
our
mission
and
vision
that
helps
support
the
regions.
B
E
B
Again,
thank
you
for
coming
back.
We're
really
excited
that
you're
on
this
other
side
of
the
Ledger
now
so
you've
earned
that
so
congrats
so
Jose
did.
You
need
to
add
anything
other
than
that
I.
G
Was
just
saying
how
the
project
got
twice
as
exciting
when
we
got
a
chance
to
engage
with
David's,
Consulting,
Solutions
and
Dr
Davis,
and
and
we
are
grateful
for
the
partnership.
Okay,.
B
So
I
see
that
New
York,
where
did
that
New
York,
because
my
screen's
a
little
little
yes?
So
that's
the
prime
right.
B
And
everything
looks
good,
but
you
know
we
always
look
at
like.
Where
is
everyone
coming
from?
So
how
are
you
able
to
find
your
way
to
this
particular
plan
and
project
Jose.
G
We
paid
for
that
question,
so
one
of
the
advisors
we
have
been
we're,
we're
National,
consulting
firm,
our
I'm
I'm
based
in
New
York
and
our
largest
office
is
there,
but
we
have
been
doing
work
in
Pittsburgh
for
a
number
of
years.
We've
worked
with
the
Heinz
endowments
we've
worked
with
We've,
wrote
the
organizational
strategy
or
rethink
for
the
for
the
Ura.
We
have
worked
in
Wilkinsburg
we're
currently
working
got
approved
to
to
do
some
work
in
the
Hill
district.
G
So
we
know
Pittsburgh
really
well
and
are
really
excited
about
the
opportunity
to
to
be
part
of
of
another,
really
important
part
of
work.
There.
B
F
B
Definitely
appreciate
that
that's
important
to
the
Commissioners,
so,
commissioner
Livingston
do
you
have
any
questions.
D
B
I
do
not
okay.
So
again
the
plan
looks
good.
We've
identified
the
whole
idea
of
the
Prime
being
from
New
York.
So
again,
thank
you
for
that.
No
other
questions
from
this
end.
So
if
I
can
get
a
motion.
B
A
Okay,
that's
it
we'll
turn
it
over
to
rupaz,
not
everybody's.
Yes,
we'll
turn
it
over
to
a
positive
from
the
itq
updates.
Yes,.
H
So
good
afternoon,
Commissioners
thank
you
for
joining.
There
are
four
itq
work
orders
or
from
dumi
the
first
one
is
project
management,
traffic
and
planning
assistance.
The
prime
here
is
CDR
Maguire.
They
have
one
wbe,
SB
Thomas
and
the
project
cost
here
is
52
518
and
that
it
is
the
entire
amount
is
going
to
the
wbe.
H
The
second
one
here
is
Sylvan
Avenue
Trail.
The
prime
here
is
bucket
horn
and
they
have
the
project
cost.
Here
is
625
thousand
174.
There
are
two
MB
mbes
that
constitute
26
participation,
three
wbes
that
constitute
14
and
one
veteran
owned,
which
is
12
percent.
So
the
participation
here
is
really
good,
and
these
are
the
amounts
that
have
been
allocated
to
different
mwbes
here.
I
won't
go
through
each
one
of
them,
but
the
participation
here
is
good.
H
The
next
one
is
Brownsville
Road
Corridor
safety
and
accessibility
Improvement
plan.
The
prime
is
Michael
Baker
International.
There
are
two
wbes
on
the
plan:
evolve,
EA
and
Imperial
traffic
and
data
collection.
H
The
project
cost
is
97
063,
and
these
are
the
amounts
allocated
ten
thousand
and
seven
thousand
five
hundred
and
three
respectively,
the
the
last
one.
Here
is
the
project
amount.
C
H
I
also
wanted
to
bring
to
your
notice
about
a
change
order.
This
was
a
plan
Highland
Park
pedestrian
tunnel
restoration.
This
was
a
plan
that
was
introduced
in
2021.
The
original
project
cost
here
was
three
hundred
Twenty
Thousand
Seven.
Seventy
seven
there
were
two
change
orders.
One
was
for
seventy
one
thousand,
eight
sixty
seven
and
the
other
one
was
for
ninety
six
thousand
and
sixteen
making
the
total
new
project
cost
to.
It
has
gone
up
to
488
660.
H
the
out
of
all
these
subconsultants.
They
have
retained
E.L
Robinson
engineering,
which
is
not
a
mwbe,
but
that
is
just
an
update.
I
want
to
provide
on
this
particular
work
order.
So
that's
it
from
me.
Thank
you.
Let
me
know
if
you
have
any
questions.
B
So
I
just
have
one
on
that:
Highland
Park
restoration,
the
one
that's
not
mwbe,
does
that
matter
or
how
does
that
work
with
our
itqs?
So.
H
H
However,
we
see
that
the
the
original
amount
stay,
as
is
these,
were
the
amounts
that
were
allocated
originally
and
now,
with
this
change
order,
only
the
non
mwpeel
Robinson,
which
is
going
to
help
them
with
Structural
Engineering
has,
you
know,
stayed
on,
so
that
is
definitely
something
Dr
Hall
that
we
would
like
to
see.
More
of
that,
there
is
a
corresponding
increase
in
the
amounts
allocated
to
mwbs.
Okay.
B
A
Mom:
okay,
a
quick,
quick
manager's
update,
Dr
Hall
and
commissioner
Livingston
October
19th
is
going
to
be.
The
October
meeting
is
going
to
also.
H
B
H
A
Are
okay,
great
I'm,
sorry,
I'm
on
the
machine?
We
just
went
blind,
October
19th,
it's
gonna
be
ERC,
appreciation
day.
I'm
gonna
have
lunch
in
here
for
you
guys,
right
after
our
meeting,
I'm
gonna
have
a
cater.
We
don't
know
who's
gonna
be
catered
by
yet
but
I'm
happy
for
you
guys.
A
I
really
need
to
know.
Dr
Hall
and
commissioner
Livingston
and
I
need
to
know
from
the
rest
of
the
Commissioners.
If
you
are
coming.
Okay,.
F
B
A
Okay,
I
will
do
that
and
there's
one
other
thing
that
I
want
to
stress
guys,
even
if
you're
not
coming
to
the
meeting,
which
I
have
no
problem
with
you,
two
guys
Dr
r
or
commissioner
Livingston,
but
I
would
like
to
know
either
way
at
least
a
couple
days
before
the
meeting.
If
you
can
make
it
or
not,
I'm
gonna
stress
that
to
all
the
Commissioners.
Let
me
know
a
couple
days
before:
that's
all
and
that's
it
for
me:
Dr
Hall,
anything
from
you.
B
A
I
want
to
I
really
appreciate
both
of
you
guys.
Both
your
Commissioners
really
appreciate
you,
commissioner,
Livingston
and
Dr
Hall,
appreciate
you
so
much.
We
couldn't
have
done
this
without
you
today.
B
Yeah
definitely
all
right.
Well.
That
concludes
the
meeting.
If
I
can
get
a
motion
to
adjourn,
commissioner
Livingston.
A
B
Okay,
yeah
yep
yep.
Can
we
get
a
motion
to
approve
the
minutes.
