Next
we
have
Audi's
participation
if
you'd
like
to
address
Council,
please
let
the
podium
state,
your
name
and
address,
and
you
will
have
five
minutes
to
address
Council.

That
point
we'll
have
a
puc
meeting
prior
to
the
the
meeting.
Hopefully
it's
on
the
agenda
next
next
meeting
and
we'll
have
a
quick
puc
meeting
just
to
recommend
it
and
then
we'll,
if
as
long
as
it's
on
the
agenda
as
long
as
we
have
everything
done
by
the
next
meeting
or
the
following
meeting,
we'll
have
a
PC
meeting
prior
to
it
run
through
the
agenda
and
then.

F
C
Mack,
when
you
get
that
prepared,
if
you
would
send
me
a
message,
so
I
can
call
puc
meeting
in
a
timely
manner.
Thank
you.
K
K
I
have
pictures
of
the
house
and
I
want
to
know
when
something
could
be
done,
because
my
mom
has
spent
a
fortune
with
Orkin.
My
sister
has
with
rats,
so
we
have
called
the
mayor.
He's
never
returned
our
calls.
My
sisters
called
five
times
nobody's
ever
returned
the
call
so
I
came
here
tonight
to
find
out.
What's
going
on,
I.
G
K
J
A
A
You
so
now.
K
I
understand
that
dick
and
Debbie
Fisher
own
the
house
and
they're
trying
to
get
the
people
out
of
the
house,
so
they're
not
allowed
on
the
property
until
they
can
get
ownership
of
the
house
back
I
mean
it's
terrible.
A
G
K
A
K
Right
on
the
Alley
Lawrence
Street
between
six
and
seven.
A
K
A
To
our
compliance
officer
and
he'll
go
and
then
I
mean
he's
pretty
quick
once
he
gets,
you
know
downloaded
onto
his
workload.
Okay,.
K
A
A
A
J
J
A
I've
had
to
I've
had
to
relay
to
people
that
we
there's
a
lot
more
to
come.
A
B
E
Section:
four
of
that
to
have
a
reversionary
calls
back
to
the
city
of
Ironton
and
and
I
pulled
it
back
out.
Section
four
says
that
the
highest
bidder
must
be
complete
or
must
complete
the
construction
project
within
24
months
of
purchase,
and
then
we
were
going
to
add
to
that
forward.
Reverse
back
to
the
city
of
Lincoln,
so
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
amend
ordinance
2343
before
it
started.
Reading
I.
G
G
E
Anything
Sean.
A
A
A
Aye
ordinance
2343
has
been
amended
mortal.
Would
you
please
give
ordinance
2343
third
reading.
G
C
G
L
L
We,
the
veterans
in
the
city
and
breeding
the
character
under
where
it
is
now,
and
it
doesn't
need
to
have
something
done
with
it,
but
I'm
not
sure
that
I'm
I
want
to
sell
without
getting
some
input
from
some
of
the
veterans
out
there.
It
took
probably
two-year
figure
out
who
even
owned
the
building,
which
it
was
that.
L
So
anyways
I
just
think
that
I
think
we're
living
too
fast.
You
know
apart
not
supported,
but
later.
M
Chris
to
Bob's
point
I
spoke
to
the
folks
at
the
Ohio
Historical
Society
in
Columbus.
They
are
interested
in
having
a
survey
team
come
down
just
for
the
historical
aspect
of
it.
So
I
asked
them
to
contact
the
mayor's
office
to
arrange
just
a
survey,
so
they
can
take
a
look
at
it
and
determine
like
that.
Alabaster
piece
and
some
of
the
other
things.
E
Yeah
I
think
the
last
it's
been
a
month
since
we
had
this
discussion
about
I,
think
Sam,
Harvest
loud
and
cleared
that
we
all
had
reservations
about
the
about
the
historical
significance
of
that
building
and
about
the
plaques
and
about
the
Sandstone
base,
and
so
I
think
he's
heard
that
loud
and
clear
and
I
trust
and
I've
trust.
That
he's
hurt
that.
E
So
that's
why
I
I
know
it's
been
a
month
since
we
discussed
that
that
Chris
brought
up
the
plaque
and
Bob
brought
up
the
jail
and
I
brought
up
the
sandstone,
and
we
could
amend
that
to
death
and
and
have
really
hamstring
him.
But
I
want
him
to
be
able
to
to
turn
that
if
we
really
want
to
honor
our
veterans,
we
we
want
to
turn
that
polite
and
eyesore
into
something
that
we're
proud
of,
and
so
I
trust
the
same.
To
do
that.
A
All
historical
factors
is
going
to
be
lost,
so
you
know,
like
you,
said,
the
mayor's
current
concerns
and
I
trust
that
you
know
it'll
work
with
whoever
that
buys
the
property
to
you
know
honor
the
meeting,
the
veterans
honor.
You
know
what
it
was
and
kind
of
update
it
and
yeah.
Hopefully
it
stands
for
another
100
years,
but
I
think
right
now,
we've
got
to
move,
because
if
we
wait
much
longer
it's
it's,
you
never
know.
What's
going
to
happen,
bad
storm
comes
through
everything's
gone.
