valuable

neighbor

good
people,

we
consider
this
what
they're
getting
ready
to
do.
They
showed
us
the
plans.
We
think
it'd
be

enhancement

our
neighborhood
and
make
everybody's
property
value
look
good

they
would
look
better.

includes

with

tiley
flooring

the
back
of
the
house
is

house

I
hosted
for
the
outgoing
chancellor
of

the
dream
wedding
for
my
cousin,
miss
taylor,
harding,
and
the
wedding
of
my
dear
friends,
tom
and
laurie
sargent,
as
well
as
a
charity
benefit
for
the
united
way
and
a
birthday
celebration
for
my
partner.

my
death,
the
same

lawyer
quotes
that
my
intention
was
to
further
my
philanthropic
endeavors
to
support
various
charitable
causes
in
town.

serve
on
the
board

historic
green
boundary
foundation,

historic
property
and
protect

lives
on
hane
avenue

is

a
neighbor

mine

constantine
house

wisteria

That
is
like
saying.
The
condition
of
the
wilcox
is
like
the
hotel
aiken
for
my
neighbors
to
say
that
my
plans
will
decrease
their
peace
and
tranquility
is
mute
because
0.25
miles
to
the
left
of
my
house
are
senior
living
facility,
medical
practices,
retail
establishments
that
include
a
gas
station.

said
they

so
glad
to
see
it
coming
back

After
many
years
of
neglect,
I
purchased
my
home
for
over
three
hundred
thousand
dollars
more
than
market
value
due
to
it
not
being
for
sale
with

purchase

investments

neighborhood
according
to
morgan
stanley,
private
bank's
recent
appraisal,
my
home
has
increased
a
million
and
a
half
dollars,
if
not
more
in
one
year's
time.
This
helps
my
neighbors,
as
my
neighbors
suggest.

no
time
do
I
intend
to
add
up
to
10
rooms
or
stables
for
20
horses
on
my
property.
Furthermore,
aiken
is
an
equestrian
town
with
an
equestrian
which
brings
in
revenue
equestrian
rise
over
a
billion
dollars.
My
property
was
originally
24
acres
before
it
was
subdivided
to
crete,
where
many
of
them
live.

notion
that
I
wish
to
add
more
structures
to
my
property
to
accommodate
more
rooms
is
mute
because
I'm
actively
working
to
landmark
my
property
to
protect
it
from
such
actions,
going
back
to
the
original
reasons
and
purpose

my
purchase
of
the
home
is
to
restore
it
and
open
it
to
the
public
for
the
public
good.
Much
like
how
many
of
the
old
homes
in
europe
now
operate.

When
I
purchased
constantine
house,
I
had
not
planned
to
turn
it
into
a
bed-and-breakfast,
but
demand
came
to
me
the
wilcox
reached
out
instantly
and
said
due
to
covet
and
other
things
being
cancelled
for
two
years.
They
didn't
have
room
because
they
already
had
things
booked
for
2022
and
they
couldn't
accommodate.
Also
many
other
people
responded.

a
business
person,
I
see
the
potential
on
a
very
limited
basis
to
use
my
primary
residence
as
a
bed
and
breakfast
a
bed
and
breakfast
meets
the
city's
criteria,
creates
historic
value
and
protects
it,
and
the
surrounding
neighbors
to
operate
in
such
zoning
returning
constantine
house
as
a
bed
and
breakfast
will
fit
it
with
the
charm
that
makes
aiken
so
special.
It
will
allow
constantine
house
to
support
its
missions
of
opening
the
house
to
the
public
and
for
the
public
good.

on

very
limited
