(6) First Reading of an Ordinance to Rezone 6.94 Acres on Richland
Avenue E. at Beaufort Street From Light Industrial (LI) to Planned
Commercial (PC) and Approve a Concept Plan.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY YANCY & ROGERS, LLC FROM LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL (LI) TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL (PC) AND TO
APPROVE A CONCEPT PLAN.
(7) First Reading of an Ordinance to Adjust the 2023-24 Budget to Include
Accommodations Tax Funds for the Purchase of a New Trolley and
Other Tourism Related Projects.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2023 AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 2024.
