AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OLD AIKEN OVERLAY DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR ART.
2:46:00 4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Approve the Issuance and Sale of Installment Purchase Revenue Bonds for the Aiken Public Facilities Corporation Public Safety Project.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF A NOT EXCEEDING $8,725,000 INSTALLMENT PURCHASE REVENUE REFUNDING BOND ( CITY OF AIKEN PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY PROJECT), SERIES 2020, OF THE AIKEN PUBLIC FACILITIES CORPORATION; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY TO DETERMINE CERTAIN MATTERS RELATING TO THE BOND; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BOND AND THE DISPOSITION OF THE PROCEEDS THEREOF; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
