seating
area,
with
food
initially
offered
by
a
food
truck.

is

to
express
my
concern
about
the
approach
of
proposed
annexation
and
zoning
for
the
purpose
of
housing,
a
business
that
brews
craft
beer
and
proposed
food
truck
on
the
property
which
will
create
you
know
additional
trafficking.
The
building
that
is
there
now
is
only
about
75
feet
from
our
fence.
In
my
property,
the
thing
that
I
spoke
about
in
the
first
reading
was
privacy,
and
maybe
I
didn't
say
much
about
noise,
but
my
biggest
concern
was
privacy.

had
no
problem
with
other
tenants
that
were
in
the
building
in
my
backyard
because
they
were
gone
about
five
o'clock
six
o'clock,
but
now
they
are
going
to
be
open
until
11
o'clock
at
night
on
a
couple
of
nights,
10
o'clock
most
of
the
week,
which
is
not
giving
me
much
privacy
in
my
backyard,
with
whoever
wants
to
come
to
the
brewery
company
to
drink
some
craft
beer.

they're
welcome
to

not
anti
business
or
anything
like
that,
but
I
am
a
anti
crap.

building

company
shortly

we

son

promise
that
the
envisioned

not
allow

the
tragedies
that
have
occurred
in
other
businesses,

want
my
son
to
be
there
and
as
a
business
owner,

there

police

back

I

am
excited
to
see
this
business
come
to
aiken.
I
have
known
mr
pfeiffer
for
about
four
years
now
he
has
been
one
of
the
most
honest
and
trustworthy
people.
I've
ever
met,
and
I
know
that
he
will
take
the
necessary
precautions
to
prevent
over
serving
to
prevent
any
kind
of
ruckus.
That
might
that,
may
that
mr
base
was
concerned
about.

a
non-residential
property

residential
property,
it's
a
10
foot,
evergreen
buffer,
so
very
similar
to
what
was
described
by
the
applicant,

something

we
typically

be
three
foot

least
seven
feet
in
height
when
it's
fully
grown.

we
see
a
lot
of,
as
you
mentioned,
hollies
dials,
those
sorts

should
be
peaceful

you're
working
a
full-time
job,
you
come
home,
you
don't
want
to
hear
things
that

interfere

privacy
as
you
can,

I'm
placing
myself

mr
bates's
shoes
and
what
I
would
want
to
hear
when

return
home

not
want
the
drinking

county
transportation
committee
representative
for
aiken
contacted
us
recently
about
this
possibility
and
we
got
formal
requests
via
letter
thursday
afternoon
after
the
agenda
was
published,
but
the
after
consultation
with
the
city
attorney
as
long
as
since
we
had
time
to
advertise
at
least
24
hours
ahead
of
time.
We
did
make
the
agenda
amendment.

This
is
the
stretch
of
silver
bluff,
road,
approximately
two-thirds
of
a
mile
from
whiskey
road
to
hitchcock,
parkway
and
they've
got
money
allocated
and
they've
asked
that
we
contribute
up
to
100
000
to
assist
in
the
paving
which
is
in
substandard
condition.
We
do
have
some
sufficient
funds
in
road
maintenance
to
do
this
work,
but
it
would
require
a
budget
adjustment.
In
order
for
this
work
to
occur,
they
estimate
the
cost
of
they
did
get
us
a
number
today
of
approximately
a
hundred
and
seventy
thousand
dollars
total
to
do.

valves

installed

locations
to
easily
remove
smaller
areas

service

lose
service
during
the
repair.

and

there's

advice
ahead
of
time
as
we
prepare
a
budget
to
submit
to
you
and
other
objectives
as
well.

that

we
have
recommended
to
you
as
a
meeting
schedule
and
we
also
checked
all
the
dates
to
make
sure
they
don't
coincide
with
or
significant
federal
holidays
or
and
so
forth.
