1) Consideration of the Minutes of the Work Session and Regular Meeting of November 9, 2020, and the Special Called Meeting of November 12, 2020.

II. PRESENTATIONS:
1) Presentation of Appreciation for Council Support for the Hometown Hero Banner Project.

III. OLD BUSINESS: Further Consideration of:
1) Approval of Appointments and Discussion of Appointees to Various City Boards, Commissions, and Committees.
2) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance Accepting the FY 2019- 20 Audit.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2019- 2020 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING VARIANCES TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2019- 2020 BUDGET.
3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance Amending the Code Regarding the Demolition Program.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, SECTION 3 OF THE AIKEN CITY CODE REGARDING DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS.

IV. NEW BUSINESS: Consideration of:
1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Properties at 501 Chatham Street, 618 Boardman Road, and 111 Westwood Drive.
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX THREE PROPERTIES TO THE CITY OF AIKEN.
2) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 880 Banks Mill Road Owned by Andrew Phifer.
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 880 BANKS MILL ROAD AND TO ZONE THE SAME LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ( LI).
3) First Reading of an Ordinance to Approve a Revised Concept Plan for Property on Old Airport Road.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REVISED CONCEPT PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON OLD AIRPORT ROAD.
4) Resolution Approving Reimbursement Agreement with Woodford Trace for Road Construction on Owens Street.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF AIKEN TO ENTER INTO A REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH WOODFORD TRACE SC, LLC.
5) First Reading of an Ordinance Adjusting the 2020-21 Budget.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2020, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2021, FOR ROAD MAINTENANCE AND PURCHASE OF PROPERTY.
6) First Reading of an Ordinance to Sell Property in Governor Aiken Park to Tom and Christine Sherer.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SALE OF A LOT IN GOVERNOR AIKEN PARK TO TOM AND CHRISTINE SHERER.

V. PETITIONS AND REQUESTS:
1) Request for Water Service for Property on U.S. Highway 1 North Known as Arbor Ridge.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO PROVIDE WATER UTILITY SERVICES TO PROPERTY LOCATED ON U.S. HIGHWAY 1 NORTH.
