of May 8, 2023.

(1) Presentation by Dr. William Molnar on the Activities and Programs of
the Lower Savannah Council of Governments.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW CHARGES FOR WATER
AND SEWER SERVICE.
(3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Amend the
2022-2023 Budget to Provide Funding for the Underground Utilities
Project.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022 AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 2023 FOR THE GENERAL FUND -
ENGINEERING DIVISION.
(4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Rezone Property
on Sundy Avenue and Jake Place to Planned Residential (PR) and
Approve a Concept Plan.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY WILLIAM CLYBURN FROM RESIDENTIAL SINGLEFAMILY (RS-10) TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL (PR) AND TO
APPROVE A CONCEPT PLAN.

NEW BUSINESS: Consideration of:
(1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Annex Property at 3502 Derby Lane
and Zone it RS-15 (Residential Single-Family).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3502
DERBY LANE AND TO ZONE THE SAME RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE-FAMILY (RS-15).
(2) First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance to
Provide a Silver Bluff Road Overlay District.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION OF
THE SILVER BLUFF ROAD OVERLAY DISTRICT AND
CREATION OF DESIGN STANDARDS FOR THE DISTRICT.
