1) Discussion of Appointments to Boards, Commissions, and Committees.
2) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Annex Property
at 3508 Augustus Road and Zone it Residential Single-family (RS-15).
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3508
AUGUSTUS ROAD NW AND TO ZONE THE SAME RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE- FAMILY ( RS- 15).
3) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Rezone Property
at 828 Richland Avenue W. from Office/Institutional (O) to Planned
Residential ( PR).
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY AIKEN COUNTY FROM OFFICE/ INSTITUTIONAL
O) TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL (PR).
4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Rezone Property
at 137 Prosperity Lane from Limited Manufacturing ( LM) to Planned
Commercial (PC) and Approval of a Concept Plan.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF REAL ESTATE
LOCATED AT 137 PROSPERITY LANE FROM LIMITED
MANUFACTURING ( LM) TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL ( PC).

IV. NEW BUSINESS: Consideration of:
1) First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend the City Code Regarding
Membership of the Municipal Development Commission.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11-2 OF THE AIKEN
CITY CODE REGARDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
2) First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance
Regarding Mobile Food Vending.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
ALLOW MOBILE FOOD VENDING WITHIN A PLANNED
INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT.
