(6) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Rezone 2.82
Acres on York Street and Columbia Avenue from Light Industrial (LI)
to General Business (GB).
AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY OWNED BY RURAL
HEALTH SERVICES, INC. FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI) TO
GENERAL BUSINESS (GB).
(7) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Dissolve the
Aiken Municipal Development Commission and Delete Chapter 11 from
the Aiken City Code.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE DISSOLUTION OF THE
AIKEN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE
AMENDMENT OF THE AIKEN CITY CODE TO DELETE
CHAPTER 11.
(8) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Amend the
2022-2023 Budget to Include Plutonium Settlement Funds.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022, AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 2023 FOR THE GENERAL FUND, ROAD
MAINTENANCE FUND, AND WATER AND SEWER FUND.
