Hazel
Recreation
Center,
has
consistently
provided
quality.
Public
Recreation
services
to
the
citizens
of
Aiken.

past
60
years,
collaborated
with
numerous
organizations
across
the
city
County

State,

a
resource
and
lifelong
connecting

Lifeline
connecting
our
community.

the

truck
just
lots

officers

mingling
with
the
community

lots
of
parks,
recreation

tourism

with

council

seriously
consider
hiring
a
City
attorney
to
be
on
staff.
I've
lived
in

Georgia,
been
living
in
the
city
for
five
years,
and
I've
lived
in
a
lot
of
other
cities
and
it's
a
regular
practice
that
the
City
attorney
is
only
client
is
the
city
and
it
avoids
conflicts
of
interest.

attorney
would
have
expertise
in
making
sure
that
all
the
city
and
state
ordinances
and
laws
are
followed,
and
it
would
avoid
a
lot
of
the
trouble
that
has
come
up
recently
with
the
city
of
Aitkin,

better
legal
advice,

regularly
walk
where
the
by
the
farmer's
market
and
now
I'm,
avoiding
it
because
it's
an
ice,
War
I
feel
like
if
you'd
had
good
legal
advice
on
that.

wouldn't
have
happened
in
the
first
place.

far

parks
are
concerned,
I
regularly
walk
in
the
park,
that's
behind
Schofield
middle
school
and
the
grass
is
cut.

that's
about
all
that
you
can
say
I
don't
feel
like
it's
well
maintained
at
all.

pond

disgusting:
they
took
up
fence
left
the
holes
where
the
fence
posts
were
so
that
you
know
it's
easy
to
step
in
one.

to
avoid

the

meetings

clear

Mr
O'brien
is
supervising

communicating
most
directly
with
him.

seems
obvious
when,

those
meetings,
when
you
watch
the
interactions,
that's
why

asking

know
those
questions
that
I'm
asking
are
straightforward
who's
choosing.
What
I'm
wondering
is,
is
anyone
driving
the
ship
really
is
what
I'm
wondering
is
the
money?
Does
the
250
000
just
a
boondoggle
on
money
that

spent
on
something?
That's
never
going
to
happen.

it

available

the
National
Labs,

make

non-profit
youth
education
and
service
program.

with
organizations

work
with
to
better,
communicate
and
coordinate
the
use
of
facilities

resources
during
the
center
of
the
city.
This
mou
is
very
similar
to
the
one
we
have
with
vita
the
tax
preparation
program
and

they're
using
the
facility
during
normal
operating
hours.
They
have
certain
commitments,
they're
going
to
provide
and
we're
providing
the
space.
It
has
been
reviewed
by
staff
and
the
City
attorney,
and
we
recommend
Council
consider
its
approval
and

entirety
of
the
property
owned
by
the
city
of
Aitkin
of
the
reservoir
and
the
so-called
Brunswick
track.

Branch
track
and
we've

looked
at
initially
protecting
the
majority,
but
as
as
noted,
it
now
includes
the
entirety
of
the
property.

happens

north
side
of
town
in
an
area
where

greenway

week
