B) Application CERH23- 044: Applicant Cameron Scott is requesting approval to construct a
new storage/ golf starter structure at 275 Berrie Road SW ( TMP 105- 20- 01- 001).
C) Application CERH23- 045: Applicant William Fulton is requesting approval to replace
some of the siding and repaint the facades at 121 Florence Street SW ( TMP 105- 27- 02-
001).
D) Application CERD23- 001056: Applicant Patrick Stacey is requesting approval to bring
forward the recessed entry to flatten the storefront, place a new window opening and
granite bar with an awning on the façade facing The Alley, and replace the primary

Natural

windows
on
the

elevation,

two

identical
on
either
side.

changes
that

create

false
sense
of
bihistorical
development,

adding
conjectural
features
or
elements
from
other
historic
properties,
should

undertaken,

tempting

style
to
modify

incorporate
functions

other
architects
