which
many
opinions
are
expressed

is

communication
is

comment
periods
of
the
meeting.
All
questions
and
statements

public

you
wish

speak,
raise
your

the
chairman
will
recognize

state

order

allow

who
wishes

live

Fairfield
Court
in
Aitkin.
Basically,
we
purchased
this
land
from
the
city,
not
realizing
that
it
was
not
a
buildable
lot.
We've
since
purchased
a
lot
directly
next
door.
After
doing
so,
we
discovered
one
was
in
the
city
and
one
was
in
the
county.
We
would
like
to
join
those
two
pieces
of
property
to
build
one
small
buildup
lot.
So
that's
basically
the
reason
for
the
petition
to
Annex
it
in.

one
quick
public
clarification,
I
guess
in
the

section,
it
just
says
simply
a
road
Improvement
I
just

to
State
for
the
record
that
this
is

regards
to
the
Future
powder
house.

I,
just
think
it's
a
smart
idea
to
talk
about
how
the
city
is
very
keenly
aware
of
traffic
concerns,
and
this
is
part
of
our
continued
effort
to
help
alleviate
those
through
connectors.

approval

our
development
here,
which
consists
of
a
160
room:
dual
branded
hotel
that
we'll
be
building
on
that
site
right
there.
As
you
can
see,
we
are
catering
for
storm
water
management
for
all
three
development
Parcels
in
one
go
and
but
we'll
only
be
developing
the
hotel.
For
now
the
out
Parcels.
As
you
can
see,
one
and
two
will
be
for
future
development
at
a
future
date.

just
wanted
to
clarify
that
also
Mr
chairman
to
speak
briefly
on
the
connector
and
traffic,
the
connectors
that
the
city
are
doing,
at
least
in
my
personal
opinion,
I'm
not
going
to
speak
for
the
city
itself
are
going
to
more
than
help
alleviate
traffic
and
it'll
allow
for
future
development
as
well.
Obviously,
the
city's
not
looking
at
having
Barren
roads
stretched
everywhere.

commissioner
Clayton
Clarkson
said,
we're
we're
looking
at
every
possible
way
to
make
sure
that
this
is
planned
appropriately
different
than
Whiskey
Road.
So
it's
got
some
limited
access,
so
there
are
some
things
that
are
different
it.
You
can
look
at
it
at
Whiskey
Road
when
you,
when
you
look
at
it
as
a
future
connector
there's
opportunities
for
development,
but
there's
opportunities
for
for
the
city
and
the
Planning
Commission
and
those
involved
to
plan
this
so
that
we
don't
have
another
Whiskey
Road
repeat.

Aiken,

rural
Health
Services,
is
proposing
to
use
or
actually
we're
requesting
rezoning
so
that
we
can
build
an
internal
medicine.
Family
Practice
on
that
site
as
well
that
Family
Practice
are
the
internal
medicine
site,
will
also
double
as
training
for
residents
and
medical
students.

that
we
already
have

lot
of
traffic
right
at
that
corner,
coming
off
of
Lincoln
Avenue.
So
what
would
that
do
with
far
as
congestion
and
residents
get
in

out

there

their
homes?

we
already
have
a
problem
as
it
is
now.
This
General
business,

a
little
concerned
about
that.
One
and
I
just
don't
see
that's
happening
right
now,
because,
like
I
say
in
the
evenings,
