A
Welcome
everybody,
our
air
force
and
team
and
general
Sprague
ins
with
DMR
welcome
again
and
everybody
here.
It
is
exciting
times.
I
got
it,
but
you
know
there's
a
lot
of
things,
we're
going
to
talk
about
and
that's
on
the
screen
cost
point.
You
know
the
Point
cadet.
This
is
the
village
of
the
point.
A
You
know
and
we
just
returned
from
Europe
and
you
can
see
how
Biloxi
evolved
this
was
you
know
you
hit
bakeries,
you
hit,
you
know,
of
course,
seafood
operations
and
you'd
be
live,
you
prayed
and
you
you
did
everything
in
Biloxi,
that's
a
little
okay.
So
you
you
ready
for
me
to
point
something
out,
go
back
one.
A
That
is
the
view
of
what
was
here
Biloxi
at
different
points
in
town.
We
went
up
on
the
left
hand.
Side
was
back
in
the
80s
before
you
know
the
gaming
and
there
you
remember
who
rope
was
starting.
Everybody
remembers
of
Europa
star,
and
that
was
a
sort
of
the
beginning
of
what's
happening
here
today
in
in
Mississippi.
There's
another
low
point
there,
the
lower
left,
see
you
got
a
there's
a
boat
right
there
in
under
under
construction.
A
That
was
actually
that
the
John
marver
senior,
that
was
probably
a
140
full
foot,
croaker
boat
and
it's
pulled
about
a
hundred
and
ninety
foot
nets
in
in
the
actual
indoors.
If
you
know
what
I'm
talking
about
the
doors
that
would
spread
the
thing
well,
big
is
a
truck,
and
that
was
a
probably
one
of
the
biggest
boats
ever
built.
A
You
know
on
the
coast,
but
every
little,
your
every
little
boat
yard
you
along
side
the
factories
they
would
build
their
boats
right
alongside,
but
that
was
a
pretty
unique
vessel
and
its
first
time
I've
seen
that
picture,
but
the
you
know
from
the
80s
and
and
as
it
has
evolved,
we've
we're
here
today
and
a
lot
of
lot
of
possibilities
on
you
know
what
can
happen.
We
just
had
a
workshop
you've
seen
yeah.
Let
me
go
back
in
history.
A
little
bit
cause
Katrina
changed
everything
prior
to
Katrina.
A
A
We
came
up
with
some
concepts
to
you
know
revise
what's
what
you're
seeing
joining
here
to
the
east,
but
literally
it's
one
of
the
most
beautiful
pieces
of
property
around
and
those
concepts
that
you
see
in
with
the
high-rise
a
little
bit
of
a
I
guess,
futuristic,
but
that
actually
was
about
seven
or
eight
years
ago.
Before
the
downturn-
and
you
know
we
had
an
excess
of
condos
and
those
kinds
of
things
we
were
planning
to
build
and
build,
but
that's
a
rendering
from
Frank
ginza
a
number
of
years
ago.
A
What
we
need
to
do
in
our
waterfront,
the
subject
of
the
waterfront
workshop
and
we
had
I,
think
30
or
40
people
there.
Just
hey,
throw
out
these
ideas.
What
can
happen?
We
know
one
thing
that
the
waterfront
you
build
it
on
the
waterfront.
You
build
it
over
the
water,
it
winds
and
you
see
a
little
bit
about
you
know
what's
going
on
here
and
we've
got
a
number
of
unique
things,
I
think
the
Betsy
and
the
the
Ship
Island
Ferry
note
the
Ship
Island
excursion
boat.
A
You
know
everything
is
related
to
the
success
in
to
the
ability
to
touch
that
water
and
be
part
of
the
water.
So
what
now
I
think
for
us
is
to
kind
of
develop
a
plan
and
course
get
money.
Generals
frightens
you
listening
back
name,
we
need
money,
we
got
a
deal.
We
got
a
deal
cooking
on
the
bay
on
back
on
back
bay,
but
go
next.
I
think
see
this
is
actually
and
with
the
the
port
bond
money
with
together
with
the
the
financing
that
the
port
bond
is
provided,
where
we're
actually
putting
the
boardwalk.
A
You
know
up
between
the
important
point:
cadet,
marina
and
they've.
You
know
redoing
the
bulkhead
and
but
we're
going
to
give
you
the
ability
to
walk
all
the
way
you
know
underneath
the
bridge
from
from
the
marina
all
the
way
to
the
palace
casino,
so
that
will
be
rebuilt
in
ISM
actually
at
the
top
part
of
the
screen.
There's
some
pretty
good
little
beach
there
good
soft
shell
and
Lisa.
A
It
was
when
I
was
a
kid
and
they
had
riffraff
and
all
that,
so
they
demolished
the
old
bridge,
but
that
we're
gonna
be
revising
that.
So
that
little
stretch
that
you
see
right
now
by
the
seafood
industry
museum,
you
know,
it'll
be
carried
Falk
carried
forward
and
that's
gonna
be
really
exciting.
I
think
Mike.
What
about
1/8
1.8
million?
Something
like
that
so
everything's,
a
million
there's,
nothing
less
than
a
million
dollars.
A
I
can
tell
you
how
just
what
I've
learned
so
just
give
me
a
number
and
how
many
zeros
behind
it
it's
a
Honi,
okay,
but
another
one
that
was
a
million
plus,
was
what
we
just
opened
and
not
anything
official,
but
was
the
West
Biloxi
boardwalk,
and
you
see
some
pictures
of
that
and
it's
it's
truly
exciting
and
it's
sort
of
exotic
when
you
see
those
lights
and
in
those
pictures
are
good
good
pictures
there,
but
that
West
Biloxi
has
been
very
successful
in
restaurant
roll.
Everybody
knows
what
we're
talking
about
there.
Now.
A
We've
got
a
second
part
of
that
to
come
very
shortly,
we're
in
the
engineering
phase
of
that.
That
would
take
that
boardwalk
from
veterans
all
the
way
to
treasure
Bay,
it's
camellias
tree
so
that
that's
on
the
drawing
boards
and
we'll
go
from
there.
But
another
exciting
thing
that
happened
the
other
day
after
was
it
support
the
Popp's,
Ferry
causeway
Park
and
we're
I
think
officially
opened
and
available
24
hours
a
day,
but
not
to
car.
So
4
o'clock
I
thinks
things
close,
but
that's
a
pretty
exciting.
A
We
have
to
guess
hop
island,
that's
right,
but
again
the
exciting
possibilities.
They
are.
You
know
it's
just
one
of
the
abilities
that
that
facility
there
eventually
you
know
you
sort
of
a
stop
where
you
can
get
fuel
and
get
beer
and
getting
all
those
kinds
of
things
that
that
you
do
when
you
get
on
water,
and
so
we're
really
excited
about
that.
A
Of
course.
That
brings
the
system
not
so
exciting
things
as
far
as
construction
and
the
vision
straight
I
think
it's
almost
all
the
way
pave
now
I
think
we've
got
Billy
Ray
would
is
we
got
between
radar
and
the
muse
Walt?
Is
that
right?
So
man
in
the
muse?
Okay?
But
that's
been
a
long
time
in
coming?
But
again,
if
you
go
from
Oak
Street
look
down
to
vision,
Street,
you
know
it
never
has
looked
so
good.
A
Now,
although
we
got
two
more
inches
of
asphalt
to
go
for
it's
really
completed,
but
again,
all
those
little
lateral
streets
will
be.
You
know
coming
up
coming
online
and
you
know
it's
a
project
that
really
from
a
conceptual
situation.
You
know
it
went
from
Nichol
Street
down
to
Oak
Street
things,
gravity
flows,
one
way
and
from
Nichol
Street
to
the
east,
to
the
west.
A
You
know
it's
just
a
very
short
table
size
kind
of
area
where
they
have
to
get
down
and
to
actually
connect
the
sewer,
which
is
gravity
fed
and
trying
to
eliminate
the
whole
reason
why
we're
doing
this
is
to
eliminate
about
seventy
five
lift
stations.
So
hopefully
you
that
effort
that
you
know
we
want
to
visit
that
effort
in
another
hundred
years.
So
we're
real
pleased
with
the
at
least
finalizing
and
doing
going
coming
to
a
completion
of
that
north
contract
and
then
on
a
noun.
A
The
city
on
the
south
side,
which
is
south
of
the
railroad
tracks,
except
for
the
bones
we've
discovered
on
highway,
90
I.
Think
that's
going
along
very
well
and
I
think
that
that
happened
in
April,
I
believe
and
we're
finally
coming
to
determination
on
what
that
was,
but
again,
as
explained
to
some
folks
from
Nima
and
FEMA
that
that
cemetery
actually
went
almost
all
the
way
to
the
water's
edge
before
the
for
lining
happened.
That
was
part
of
a
cemetery
and
I
think
we've.
A
The
big
concern
was
that
there
was
a
sort
of
an
Indian
or
Native
American
mound
that
that
we
would
have
disturbed
but
I
think
the
latest
determination
that
was
you
know
the
part
of
the
cemetery
that
was
covered
over
when
the
road
was
actually
put
on
top
of
the
for
landing
of
highway.
90
was
was
put
there,
but
this
and
then
again
everything
needs
to
tie
together.
So
we
got
the
North
contract
in
the
south
contracting
course
I.
A
You
have
to
jackie-boy
a
poor
under
the
the
railroad
tracks
to
tie
this
thing,
because
all
of
this,
the
this
stuff
has
got
to
get
to
big
uns
Bayou
for
processing,
so
there's
a
big
critical
area
right
around
manake
on
Howard
Avenue
and
Porter
Avenue.
So
that's
the
action
that's
taking
place
now
and
there
was
a
deep,
deep
holes.
A
Ashley
cement,
Gary,
Gregory
Michelle
is
the
head
of
Mima
and
we've
I
think
spent
about
two
hours
with
him
going
to
every
bit
of
the
the
contract
north
and
south,
and
he
I
think
he
realizes
from
the
state.
You
know
you
got
yet
Mima
and
FEMA
and
everybody
else,
but
he's
a
you
know,
think
appreciates
what
we're
going
through
right
now
again.
In
the
conversation,
all
this
project
should
have
been
done
in
two
2013.
A
A
You
know
you're
always
seeing
a
pipe,
that's
not
supposed
to
be
there
and
bill
ray
knows
where
all
the
pipes
are,
so
we
got
to
make
sure
he
stays
healthy
over
there,
but
so,
but
that
brings
us
to
to
something
I'm
really
excited
about,
and
our
folks
in
the
team
Keesler
to
look
at
that
old,
shot
of
Howard
Avenue
and
that's
about
three
thousand.
A
It
was
an
Army
Air
Force
at
the
point,
at
the
time
on
Armed
Forces,
Day
Parade
and
the
thing
we
noted
we
were
going
through
the
design
and
said
it
looks
like
a
dance
floor
really
and
those
Armed
Forces
Day
parades
as
well
as
Mardi
Gras.
All
those
events
were
happening
down
on
Howard
Avenue,
so
we
hope
to
see
a
similar
situation
as
we
go
through,
but
those
bricks
of
are
pretty
cool
and
we
actually
saved
a
few
hundred
of
the
original
1905
bricks
and
they're
integrated
into
the
to
the
to
the
footprint.
A
So
we're
expecting
to
be
complete
with
with
it
from
Ray
North
Street
Lemieux
straight,
and
then
we
extended
all
the
way
to
the
you
of
the
loop.
But
you
know
it's
really
exciting.
To
see
that
thing
come
to
life
again
talked
a
little
bit
about
the
business
opportunities
and
if
now
that
you've
visualized
and
how
you
see
it,
then
people
are
really
interested
in
we've
got
folks
that
that
have
seen
their
opportunity
at
least
vision
their
opportunity
like
we
did
as
we
went
through.
A
Of
course,
we
got
cruising
the
coast
and
then
a
little
shot
right.
There's
of
my
wife
says:
when
are
you
going
to
sell
that
car,
but
that's
a
65
Malibu,
but
we'll
be
cranking
it
up
and
here
shortly
and
they
want
to
invite
everybody
to
you
know
Wednesday
is
our
gathering
in
downtown
well,
so
you
might
see
that
from
last
year
we
used
the
oldies
Chevrolet
property.
Well,
I've
got
patio
44th
and
mugshots
is
on
that
property.
That's
been
built
so
now
the
community
bank
who's
actually
in
a
construction.
A
You
know
development
phase
of
that
property,
where
the
old
federal
courthouse
is
well,
we've
kind
of
cleaned
that
up
and
so
the
we're
expecting
a
number
of
cruisers
to
be
parking
there.
So
between
that
spot
and
then
you
know
down
Lemieux
Street
and
all
the
way
to
the
beach
of
beep
Party
Central
on
Wednesday.
So
please,
please
join
us.
If
you
got
your
car
just
bringing
out
we'll
figure
out
a
place
to
park
it
can
we
do
questions
and
answers?
Yes,
we
can't
all
we
can
do
questions
yeah
I'll,
give
you
an
answer.
A
So
that's
the
main
thing,
but
you
know
the
one
that
pops
very
in
Cedar
Lake
is
going
to
be
a
truly
a
good
center
of
training
and
it's
a
multi-million
like
everything's
multi
million
hours,
but
that's
that
first
project
will
replace
a
number
of
trailers
that
they've
been
living
in
and
breathing
in,
and
so
we're
really
excited
about
that,
as
well
as
the
one
in
in
will
market
or
actually
see
the
lake.
Any
other
questions.
D
Maybe
right
I
just
want
to
thank
you
for
your
support,
while
we're
organization.
Equally,
we
are
behind
your
efforts.
It's
important.
We
look,
so
it's
one
of
the
most
important
components.
You
know
where
there
isn't
platform
and
I
would
like
to
get
your
opinion
on
the
hotels
that
are
coming
in
to
into
the
city
which
are
so
important
for
the
growth
of
the
industry.
Right.
A
It's
truly
exciting.
You
know
it's
sort
of
a
confirmation
of
what
we
feel
the
conditions
are.
You
know
these
folks
don't
put
money
in
the
ground
without
a
plan,
so
we're
not
privy
to
all
the
marketing
studies.
You
know-
and
you
know
it's
important
as
far
as
bringing
CEOs
of
companies
that
that
you
know
want
to
expand
so
we're
sort
of
a
complement
that
yet
the
conditions
are
right
for
Biloxi.
A
No,
we
just
draw
put
a
center
somewhere
and
draw
a
one-mile
radius,
we're
talking
about
six
or
seven
thousand
hotel
rooms
here
and
with
about
300
to
come
back
online
very
shortly,
so
we're
excited
and
again
I
think
it's
all
part
of
our
one
Coast
situation.
You
know
that
we
are
the
Senate
synergy
of
where
the
hotel
rooms
are
and
we're
trying
to,
you
know,
add
to
I
guess
the
the
conditions
to
say:
hey
come
build
your
hotel,
because
this
is
where
to
do
it.
This
is
where
everybody
is
yeah.
B
A
Still
here
he's
not
anyway,
we
worked
out
a
situation,
we're
trying
to
expand
that
the
the
boardwalk
you've
seen
the
10-foot
boardwalk,
and
we
talked
a
number
of
times
about
the
the
neewollah
10-foot
walkway
that
we
have
for
17,000
linear
feet
to
do
throughout
the
Paluxy.
But
this
will
be
3,500
between
the
Oak,
Street
and
small-craft
Harbor
right
along.
You
know
that
area,
so
it
it's
all
coming
together
and
those
crossovers
and
the
ability
to
to
walk
and
we've
seen.
A
A
So
that's
a
30
million
our
plus
project
that
we
just
dreamed
about
for
a
number
of
years,
but
it's
its
reality
and
it's
happening
and
we've
been
very
careful
not
to
as
oscar-winner
completes
the
north
project
that
most
of
that
is
below
the
surface
and
we're
we're
very
confident
that
we'll
be
actually
putting
those
contracts.
You
know
after
design
in
play
very
shortly,
but
that
truly
is
exciting.
A
You
know
to
look
at
that
whole
corridor
and
you've
been
looking
at
a
little
bit
of
a
more
of
the
Economic
Opportunity,
the
development
of
the
corridor
leading
into
Keystone,
which
we
were
very
excited
about.
Some
of
the
designs
that
that
you
know
the
gateway
into
Keesler
along
Division
II
will
be
very
cool,
yeah
yeah.
C
A
I
think
over
the
years
Milton
has
you
know
from
his
data
collecting
same
point,
I.
Think.
Yes,
we've
had
a
you
know,
eighty,
our
daily
rates
and
percentages
of
going
up
and
yeah.
We
feel
it's
getting
better.
You
know
the
the
number
of
people
are
interested
in
putting
other
hotel
if
not
casinos
operations,
but
you
know
I,
think
that
indicates
you
want
to
follow
that.
Yes,.
D
Sir
well
last
year
we
received
thirteen
point:
five
million
visitors,
five
point:
eight
million
overnight,
seven
point:
seven
million.
They
visit
just
to
give
you
an
idea
to
to
you
and
to
all
the
people
here,
one-third
approximately
of
all
the
tourism
activity
in
the
state
of
Mississippi.
It's
here
with
us
at
the
coast.
Fifty
eight
percent
of
the
total
visitors
to
the
state
of
Mississippi
comes
here.
The
state
received
twenty
three
point:
1,
we
get
thirteen
point
five
of
those.
D
A
Thank
you.
Let
me
congratulate
you.
Two,
you
know
he's
got
a
handle
on
on
what's
happening,
you
know,
we've
got
eight
operations
that
hit
their
own
marketing
and
and
in
Milton,
is
trying
to
put
a
plan
together
to
say
we
have
our
marketing.
You
have
your
marketing.
Let's
put
our
heads
together
to
make
sure
that
you
know
frequency
and
reach
that
result
in
in
more
tourism,
so
I
mean,
if
you
don't
again
below
the
scenes,
you
don't
understand.
A
Each
casino
has
their
goals
and
their
way
to
get
there
for
their
players
and
get
new
players
to
the
ball
game
again.
Sports
book
has
really
kicked
it
up.
Another
notch
and
you
know
you
look
at
the
folks
that
are
coming
from
Louisiana
every
weekend
to
bet
anything
to
take
a
bet
on
and
then
of
course
well
you
know
Alabama,
they
have
a
group
in
it
and
they're
we're
the
closest
that
to
be
able
to
do
this
legally
and
we're
really
excited
about
that
again.
A
Every
weekend,
it's
like
the
Super
Bowl
as
far
as
I'm
saying
so
it,
although
it's
not
a
big
moneymaker,
it's
it's
to
the
you
know.
It's
another
thing
you
can
do
in
Biloxi
you
can
do
and
along
the
coast
that
really
excites
us.
So
we're
we're
thumbs
up.
I!
Think
that's
a
that's
a
good
thing!
You
know
you've
been
able
to
do
this
over
the
internet
for
forever
and
you
still
can
and
FanDuel
and
some
of
these
other
things
that
happen
and
there's
some
significant.
You
know
effort
that
people
do,
but
now
this
is.
A
Weekend
we
would
call
yeah
I'm
glad
you
mentioned
that
Vincent.
Are
we
having
our
44th
Slovak
Invitational
golf
tournament
and
I
think
they're
513,
two
men
teams?
This
is
an
event
that
that
started
at
just
hey,
let's
get
together
and
go
play
some
golf
well.
This
is
our
44th
year
and
you
know
over
over
five
good
cebra
over
six
golf
courses,
so
that's
happening
right
now
and
I'll
probably
leave
here,
and
it
goes
to
make
sure
that
the
the
world
wide
web
is
updated
on
where
you'll
be
playing
Friday
morning.
