Mayor Andrew "FoFo" Gilich gave a Biloxi Chamber of Commerce audience a wide-ranging update on a host of issues -- COVID-19, the promise of the present and the future, and, yes, talk of the Popp's Ferry bridge ("this is not just a Biloxi issue"). It was all covered during Breakfast with the Mayor, hosted by Edgewater Mall at the Food Court.
