A
B
You
Mr
President
I,
hope
everyone
had
a
great
Christmas
and
I
hope.
I
was
going
to
have
you
been
even
a
greater
New
Year
coming
up,
but
first
in
our
hearts
and
first
up
on
this
agendas:
Miss
forever
Biloxi
or
Miss
Biloxi
forever
Mrs
hunt.
Would
you
come
up
here
and.
D
E
E
E
I
want
to
thank
you
all
so
very
much
for
you're
helping
us
with
our
expenses,
giving
us
additional
monies
and
taking
care
of
our
utilities.
It
has
helped
us
immensely
I
also
want
to
share
with
you.
You
have
at
your
place.
12Th
night
is
coming
up,
be
Thursday
January,
the
5th
5
o'clock
gathered
at
the
Biloxi
Vista
center
six
o'clock,
Turn
Off,
the
Lights
of
the
Christmas
and
pray
to
the
City
Hall
6
30.
E
We
turn
on
the
lights
of
connoisse
City
Hall
to
celebrate
115-year
Biloxi
tradition,
so
we've
got
Bill
Raymond
here
and,
of
course,
Anna's
going
to
speak.
So
if
any
of
you
have
any
questions,
they
have
it
all
in
detail.
Also,
we
have
coming
up
the
shoebox
float
contest.
We
kicked
that
off
on
Monday
to
let
us
go
out
to
the
schools,
and
then
we
have
the
children's
marching
parade
on
February
the
11th.
So
you
all
will
be
seeing
lots
of
me
during
January
and
February
and
then
I
get
I.
B
E
C
Well,
thank
you
all
so
much
as
Susan
said.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
continued
support.
It
has
really
helped
us.
We
have
given
you
the
quarterly
report
at
your
desk
to
review,
but
we're
excited
to
tell
you
that
we
had
420
visitors
the
last
three
months
from
over
36
States
and
three
different
countries.
C
We
really
enjoyed
participating
in
several
City
events:
the
cruise
in
the
coast,
block
party
Halloween
on
Howard,
boo
on
the
Roo
and
Christmas
in
the
City.
We
also
enjoyed
hosting
a
couple
different
group
tours.
One
was
the
Keesler
key
spouses
and
the
state
Elks
conference
as
well,
and
as
Miss
hunt
just
mentioned,
we're
really
excited
about
12th
night
January
5th,
the
children's
marching
parade,
February
11th
and
the
shoebox
float
contest,
and
we
really
appreciate
all
the
city
does
to
support
these
wonderful
events.
So
thank
you
so
much.
F
B
G
Hello,
Merry
Christmas
a
day
or
two
late
and
Happy
New
Year,
so
yeah
I'm,
just
thrilled
that
you
gave
us
a
little
more
time
because
we
wanted
to
kind
of
redirect
how
we
were
going
to
make
and
beautify
this
project
and
I
guess
the
one
thing
I
wanted
to
say
before
we
got
started
on
anything
else.
You
know,
I
think
our
record
kind
of
speaks
for
itself.
Looking
at
the
boardwalk
looking
at
the
reef
looking
at
salute,
this
is
not
going
to
be
a
run-of-the-mill
we're
not
going
to
do
anything
halfway.
G
This
will
be
a
project
that
the
city
will
be
proud
of.
I
wanted
to
kind
of
also
add
that
I
think
key
to
this
is
that
a
single
woman
or
any
of
your
daughters
walking
into
this
establishment,
10
or
11
o'clock
at
night.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
they
feel
safe,
that
the
bathrooms
are
Immaculate.
The
business
will
be
Immaculate.
That's
all
added
bonus.
G
You
know
but
put
the
quality
of
our
dining
that
we're
well
known
for
in
a
location
with
indoor
outdoor
areas,
I
think
it's
going
to
be
be
something
everyone
will
be
proud
of,
and
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
going
into
this,
and
also
I
have
to
give
credit
to
Freddie
fountain
for
the
beautiful
job
they
did
planning
and
figuring
a
way
that
tree
for
tree
there'll
be
a
complete
replacement.
We're
not
going
to
do
anything
like
I
said
halfway.
This
will
be
a
beautiful
project
to
be
proud
of.
Thank
you.
Thank.
B
You
I
think
we've
had
some
some
some
folks
on
the
from
the
didn't
get
a
chance
to
speak,
so
I'd
like
to
invite
if
you'd
like
to
come
up,
speak
a
you
know
a
little
bit
about
what
you're
thinking
last
week
that
you
kind
of
got
boxed
out
in
sentences
of
citizens
comment.
Thank
you
very
much.
I
H
Year
I'm
Dr,
John,
Douglas,
I,
live
I,
have
several
properties
in
Biloxi
I'm
from
beloved
my
wife's
from
Biloxi
we've
been
raised
here.
We
live
just
on
the
other
side
of
deviz
road.
At
this
point
in
Tom
I'm.
Sorry,
can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
all
right
merry
Christmas
anyway,
what
I
was
trying
to
say
is
I'm
from
this
area
from
1981
on.
My
wife
has
been
born
here.
Kids
have
been
raised
here,
so
we
have
a
lot
of
investment
in
Biloxi
and
over
the
years
you
know
we
could
train
our
Camille
everything.
H
We've
seen
a
lot
of
the
area
wiped
out
rebuilt
and
the
there's
a
only
one
section
of
Biloxi
left.
Then
I
can
see
that
has
a
large
area
that
can
be
developed
and
two
Biloxi
more
of
a
tasteful
Industrial
a
nice
area.
We
have
a
lot
of
the
old
Biloxi
around
Veterans
Highway,
all
the
way
to
rodenberg.
You
know
the
race
car,
you
know
carve
entertainment
for
Beach
thing.
H
You
know
the
same
old
Myrtle,
Beach,
1960,
look,
but
there's
a
lot
of
areas
that
can
look
a
lot
better
and
I
heard
that
you
know
there's
a
lot.
It's
been
empty
for
a
while
and
we're
lucky
to
get
something.
Well,
look:
what's
happened,
the
tallest
manner
right
now,
there's
some
classic
areas
in
here
where
we
can
have
something
to
be
beautiful
and
that
we
want
for
the
future.
H
This
is
a
corner
where
the
friendship
house
used
to
be
the
Olive
Garden
used
to
be
at
the
Planning.
Commission
I
spoke,
and
there
was
some
lady.
There
wasn't
even
with
us,
and
we
used
to
come
here
every
year
to
the
Friendship
House
and
it
was
saying
our
family
looked
forward
to
well
family's,
not
going
to
look
forward
to
to
going
to
a
Speedway
and
it's
the
area
on
the
beach
is
what
what
does
Biloxi
have
that's
his
beachfront.
H
5000
square
foot.
Convenience
store
with
a
1500
square
foot
liquor
store
is
not
the
best
use
of
beachfront
property.
It's
not
attractive,
it's
not
necessary
that
area.
You
have
the
the
high-rise
Legacy
condos
right
there,
two
lots
empty
that
were
restaurants
before
and
then
you
have
that
whole
area
empty
all
the
way
to
the
Bowl
bow
View
Condominiums
at
the
other
end
with
IHOP
right
there,
and
then
you
have
them
all.
H
And
then
you
have
a
Merrill
Lynch,
and
you
have
some
some
nice
new
development
in
Biloxi,
not
Speedways
and
not
race,
car
tracks
and
not
t-shirts,
and
this
year
has
already
said:
there's
going
to
be
a
hotel
built
in
that
area.
It's
a
great
place
for
new
hotels.
It's
a
raceways
for
Business
Industrial.
H
H
H
H
H
The
traffic
is
a
lot
more.
It's
going
to
be
very
treacherous
and
just
think
there's
not
one
there's,
not
one
commercial
property
on
the
service
drive
and
Gulfport
or
Biloxi
this
time,
not
a
one.
So
I
think
you
ought
to
pick
things
that
you
want
to
be
that
Biloxi
will
be
proud
of
in
the
future.
When
people
come
down
Cowan
and
go
into
Biloxi
that
they're
not
seeing
another
service
station,
we've
got
them
coming
all
the
way
down.
H
Cow
Enough
by
the
interstate
we've
got
plenty
where
we
are
right
now
and
George
told
me
about
having
a
restaurant
in
there.
Well,
it's
going
to
be
a
self-serve.
Self-Serve
is
the
hot
dog
stands:
maybe
they
have
some
higher
end
food.
There's
not
gonna,
be
a
bunch
of
tables
where
people
can
eat
and
enjoy
themselves.
That's
just
not
going
to
happen.
H
H
I
live
there
I
see
what
goes
by
what's
wrong.
What
is
how
it's
changed
over
the
last
few
years,
so
I
think
this
is
an
important
part
and
the
trees
from
being
there.
You
know
that's
part
of
the
area
of
that
area.
That
starts
Biloxi.
I.
Just
think
you
all
are
really
waste
really
you're
losing
an
opportunity
for
that
section
of
the
beach
not
to
be
something
that
you
can
Zone
and
plant
appropriately
and
because
they
tell
you
what
they're
going
to
do
today.
H
They
flip
this
thing
tomorrow
and
the
next
people
do
whatever
they
want.
They've
already
gotten
approved,
so
this
is
going
to
be
a
16
station
service
station
food,
where
you
can
get
it
off
the
grill
self-serve
and
a
liquor
store,
and
that's
just
in
a
very
congested
corner
of
the
block.
They've
changed
it
from
what
it
was
before
it
was
not
going
to
be
trees,
I
believe
it
was
going
to
open
on
Division
I
mean
on
the
bees.
H
Now
it's
going
to
open
on
the
service
driver,
not
particularly
not
confused
and
I,
think
the
congestion
of
that
area,
the
need
of
that
area
and
the
plant
future
plans
of
Biloxi
just
doesn't
belong
there
and
for
all
the
people
who
are
living
there.
Here,
there's
high
rises.
It's
going
to
be
a
nice
nice
area
of
the
Biloxi
I.
Think
you
need
to
keep
it
that
way.
A
J
I
wish
everybody
had
a
great
Christmas
and
it
was
a
little
cold,
but
it
really
wasn't
that
bad.
You
know
20
degrees
down
is
that's
pretty
that's
pretty.
Once
you
break
45
down,
it's
not
good.
You
know
we're
not
built
for
those
three
couple
things
that
popo
on
the
fences
on
them
playground
equipment.
If
that's
in
motion
already,
we.
B
Had
defense
and
what
we
need
to
do
from
a
purchasing
standpoint,
that's
going
to
be
your
next
package
as
far
as
the
things
that
we're
going
to
do
with
with
the
bond
and
Recreation
and
AJ
Holloway.
That's
we're
working
that
up
right
now,
along
with
pickleball
all.
J
B
B
In
there
right
now
for
the
for
the
restrooms
and
locker
rooms
and
and
that
Court
then
whatever's
you
know
we
can
the
200
000
can
be
if
it's
two
more
courts
to
be
ordered,
but
I
think
it's
on
site.
You
know
the
I
guess
the
the
footprint
is
defined
and
we
can
fill
it
in
with
as
many
as
we
can.
J
The
reason
I
started
because
I
know
is
on
the
TV,
where
I
was
having
championships
and
people
back
there
to
go.
Watch
them
I
mean
it's
a
great
draw.
It's
a
good
venue
for
a
lot
of
elderly
people,
you
know,
and
they
have
a
lot
of
expendable
money.
So
we
have
a
good
time.
They
love
the
casinos
down
here.
So
it's
an
opportunity
to
expand
something
at
the
right
time
to
create
something
good
for
the
city
of
Boston.
Thank.
K
F
Thank
you,
Mr
President,
just
like
to
ask
Chief
Miller
I
know
we
had
an
incident
out
at
Destiny
Plantation.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
we
follow
up
with
the
I
guess
the
board
of
their
HOA
they're
they're,
waiting
to
hear
maybe
a
little
bit
of
feedback
on
the
incident
and
appreciate
it.
If
you
just
keep
me
informed
of
that
Chief
and
thank
you
to
your
officers
who
responded
promptly
to
that
issue,
it
could
have
got
out
of
hand.
F
Y'all
took
good
care
of
it,
also
like
to
wish
everyone
and
after
Christmas
greeting
I,
hope
everybody
enjoyed
the
the
little
Frosty
weather
that
came
through
and
I
understand
we're
going
to
get
up
into
the
50s
and
60s
in
the
coming
coming
days
here.
That
concludes
my
report.
At
this
time.
Thank.
D
D
So
I
was
frozen
when
I
came
home,
but
I
hope
everyone
has
a
great
New
Year
and
it
looks
like
we're
going
to
have
a
great,
a
great
New
Year
turnout
in
Biloxi
I
think
even
the
Motel
6
is
around
350
a
night
and
so
I
think
most
of
our
rooms
are
probably
booked
up.
So
we
should
have
a
great
what.
C
D
That
much
closer
to
getting
rid
of
another
getting
getting
empty
nests
but
looks
like
we're
going
to
have
a
great
New
Year's
Eve
here
in
Biloxi
I,
think
most
of
our
major
hotels
are
sold
out
and
even
the
the
smaller
ones
are
are
pretty
full
as
well.
So
looking.
I
Managed
to
drop
250
bucks
for
my
four
grandkids
at
Margaritaville
in
the
you're
welcome
you're
welcome
and
we.
A
And
likewise,
I
wanted
to
wish
everybody
seasons
greetings
and
a
Happy
New
Year.
Okay,
with
that
being
said,
I
want
to
move
on
to
citizen
comments,
total
a
lot
of
time.
45
minutes
three
minutes
per
person
will
be
strictly
enforced.
Is
there
anyone
on
my
left
that
would
like
to
come
up
and
say
anything
and
I
wanna?
Anyone
on
my
left,
okay,
anyone
on
my
right.
A
Anyone
in
the
back
of
the
room.
Okay
with
that
being
said,
we're
gonna,
close
citizen
comments,
all
right,
we're.
K
Gonna
take
president
I
would
motion
that
we
go
into
a
closed
session
for
the
purpose
of
examining
the
necessity
to
go
into
executive
session
to
discuss
the
director's
salaries
on
today's
agenda.
A
Matters:
okay,
move
by
Mr
Lawrence
need
a
second.
K
A
J
D
A
And
last
Anita
motion
and
a
second
to
go
into
executive
sessions.
