Mayor
Thank
You,
mr.
president,
like
welcome
everybody,
have
a
same
happy,
st.
Patrick's
Day
on
this
March.
The
17th-
and
you
know
we're
here
together
to
address
some
of
these
things
that
are
unknown
to
us.
I
mean
from
this
virus
challenge
that
we
have
it's
very
serious
and
people
worried
and
we're
worried
and
what
we
want
to
say
to
the
folks
on
be
TV
and
we'll
be
watching
that
you
know
we.
This
is
a
fluid
situation
and
no
one.
A
Everyone
here
is
interested
in
one
thing:
our
citizens,
our
way
of
life.
You
know
the
future
of
Biloxi
and
you
know
I
think
Biloxi
is
positioned
to
address
the
things
that
we're
gonna
obviously
be
facing
with
10,000
jobs
and
some
of
these
other
things
that
are
happening
to
us
directly
and
indirect
we've
established
I
think
our
governor
has
indicated
that
he'll
be
helpful
and
in
there
they're
at
stake
just
like
us,
but
this
is
a
multi
million
dollar
challenge
that
rest
assured
together.
A
A
A
A
I
We
discussed
back
in
the
budget
hearings.
We
knew
this
year
was
going
to
be
a
very
difficult
year
as
far
as
you're
pretty
market,
the
property
market
has
hardened
and
it's
been
kind
of.
Like
the
mayor
said,
it's
been
very
fluid
of
which
option
we
would
take,
and
so
the
in
front
of
y'all.
If
you
look
towards
the
middle
of
the
page,
the
only
area
to
really
try
to
save
money
is
in
the
wind,
deductible
buyback,
and
so
last
year
we
had
and
that's
our
wind
deductible.
I
I
Our
agency
is
willing
to
do
a
third,
a
third,
a
third
payment,
with
no
interest
that's
as
far
as
we
can
go
as
an
agency
and
then
we're
also
going
to
look
at
11
pay.
So
we
can
spread
that
out
over
time,
while
the
budget
is
is
being
modified.
So
I
can
answer
any
questions
you
might
have
besides
the
deductible
all
other
terms
and
conditions
remain
the
same
as
last
year.
B
Because
we're
doing
the
best
we
can
by
Justin
he's
saying
Farley's
for
this
year,
save
ourselves.
You
know
it
was
like
220
so
we're
down
on
her
knees,
talking
about
40-something
thousand
and
right
now
we
control
everything.
We
came
from
far
as
money
wide,
so
it's
a
good
option
and
I
appreciate
if
you
break
it
down
on
three
payments
600,000.
So
that's
good
for
the
city,
because
right
now
we're
gonna
be
losing
a
lot
of
money
with
York
exchanges
and
everybody
being
shutting
down.
So
let's
go
have
two
and
a
half
million
a
month.
Yes,.
B
B
Couple
of
things
being
a
medical
field:
Plaquenil
200
is
the
drug
they're
talking
about
on
TV,
it's
malaria,
drugs
they
use
it
for
and
also
dermatology
people
use
it.
So
it's
quickly
available
and
it
seems
to
work
with
the
virus
and
its
chemical
name
is
hydroxyzine.
Chloe
limp
the
chemical
name
compared
to
the
brand
name
which
everybody
for
me
where
it's
black
Whannell
200
milligram
there
can
be
Google
sees
anything
with
malaria.
That's
the
drug
you
take
when
you
go
over
there.
You
see
that
work,
so
that
was
one
thing
on
the
TV.
B
So
if
somebody
thought
get
sick,
that's
one
way
to
do
it.
Pretty
quick
and
the
other
one
of
the
Ebola
vaccine
actually
works
the
same
way
with
the
virus,
so
they
have
stuff
out
there
available
right
now,
if
somebody
feeling
sick
and
somebody
in
their
family
gets
sick,
that's
a
medical
question
101!
So
that's
all
on
that
one.
J
B
So
everybody
wants
to
same
everybody
gets
approved,
that's
easy
way
of
doing
so.
That's
got
your
pants
on
and
on.
I
got
my
sense
of
stuff.
Yesterday,
I
don't
know
if
anybody
else
got
any
and
that's
what
it
is.
They
give
you
a
number,
but
when
you
put
that
numbers
it
brings
up
your
name
and
you
just
fill
it
in
it's
done
instantly.
So
that's
a
good
thing.
D
C
K
F
F
The
only
other
thing
that
that
I'd
like
to
say
is
there
were
two
students
at
Biloxi,
High
School,
who
had
really
outstanding
AC
t--
scores,
so
one
is
a
senior
McKayla
Herndon
and
she
scored
a
33
on
her
AC
T
test
and
the
other
is
a
sophomore
Madeleine
Petrie
who
made
a
perfect
score
of
36
and
just
the
significance
of
scoring
in
the
30s
is
that
it
opens
doors
to
huge
scholarship
possibility.
So
congratulations
to
them
and
it's
a
great
two-phase,
see
good
things
happening
in
our
school
district.
That
concludes
my
report.
Thank
you.
Thank.
L
L
L
L
E
Barrett
just
echo
and
what
everyone
else
has
said:
I'm
sure
that
we
have
some
tough
times
ahead
of
us,
especially
at
this
last
any
amount
of
time
and
some
tough
decisions
to
make
as
a
city
but
I
believe
in
this
body,
and
our
administration
I
believe
that
we'll
make
the
right
decisions.
I
just
wish
everyone
the
best
and
if
anyone
gets
hungry,
I
have
plenty
of
ramen
noodles
at
my
house.
C
Thank
You
councilman
Burton.
My
report
will
be
short
and
sweet
first
off
mr.
Coggins,
thank
you
for
showing
up
to
morning
and
I
apologize
that
I
wasn't,
but
as
most
of
small
business
owners
on
the
round
the
coast
or
running
around
like
chickens
with
a
head
cut
off
trying
to
adjust
how
they're
gonna
maintain
personnel
and
staff
with
these
low
numbers
and
in
sales
and
revenue
generation.
C
I
was
doing
that
this
morning,
so
I
apologize,
I
wasn't
able
to
be
here,
however,
with
what's
going
on
in
our
community
and
our
economy
right
now,
I
think
that
I
would
hope
that
the
board
would
look
to
suspend
any
unreasonable
expenditures
at
this
time
until
we
get
some
certainty
fiscally
at
least
other
than
that
my
family,
safe
and
healthy
and
I
wish
the
same.
For
all
of
you
guys
that
into
my
report,
we'll
move
on
to
public
agenda.
It
gives
us
citizens
comments.
We
have
45
minutes
total
three
minutes
per
person.
C
C
H
Good
afternoon,
esteemed
members
of
the
council,
my
name
is
Leo
Carney
from
Biloxi
Mississippi
I'm
on
killer
Avenue.
I,
just
want
to
you
know,
give
a
shout
out
to
all
you
guys,
hard
work,
you're
doing
this
team
here
and
you
guys
who
ran
for
office.
You
know,
I
was
supporting
all
you
guys.
All
right,
I
want
to
address
the
coronavirus
issues
for
our
small
businesses,
I'm
the
kitchen
manager
at
McElroy,
our
bowels
in
Biloxi,
and
a
lot
of
our
staff
are
concerned
as
well.
H
As
you
know,
our
ownership,
our
concern
as
far
as
what
again,
what
assurances
will
there
be?
As
for
us,
you
know
payroll
losses
on
payroll,
whatever
would
be
a
payroll
tax
exemption
for
somebody,
small
businesses.
What
would
be
some
some
some
of
the
ways
that
cadet
could
recoup
some
of
the
losses
from
you
know
revenue.
H
A
lot
of
the
employees
are
wondering
if
they're
gonna
have
to
file
unemployment
benefits
and
what
apparatus
were
they
used
to
file
those
and
from
the
bill
that
was
passed
in
Congress
in
Washington,
from
what
I
saw
there
were
only
compensation
for
businesses
of
for
over
500
employees
and
I.
Think
macros,
we
only
have
maybe
120
employees
total,
and
so
those
employees
wouldn't
be
covered
in
the
bill.
That
was
passed
as
far
as
what
I'm
understanding,
and
so
what
I
understand
we're
doing
a
state
of
emergency
here
in
Biloxi.
H
C
C
C
N
Testing
testing,
we
needed
a
mechanism
for
the
people
to
be
able
to
apply
for
an
event,
a
special
event
agreement
and
for
the
police
department
to
be
able
to
review
their
ability
and
the
ability
of
the
other
first
responders
to
to
cover
that
we're
not
saying
no.
What
we're
saying
is
if
I
have
more
than
250
people-
and
you
know,
you're
gonna
have
more
than
250
people.
You
need
to
come
to
the
police
department,
get
a
permit
to
have
that
event
in
a
special
event
in
the
leisure
recreational
areas
we
have.
N
We
have,
for
example,
dirt.
Let's
say
during
cruising
the
coast
when
the
when
the
police
is
is
committed
to
traffic
control
and
all
the
things
they're
doing.
If
somebody
decided
to
have
a
thousand
people
at
Point,
cadet,
marina,
we'd,
have
to
say
no
we're
committed
during
that
time.
We
can't
can't
support
that.
It
gives
us
a
mechanism
to
say
no
that
that's
the
purpose
now
it's
this
ordinance
only
addresses
events
in
the
entertainment
districts
and
only
events.
N
It
exempts
city
sponsored
events,
so
in
that
case,
cruising
the
coast
would
be
a
sponsor
event
that
wouldn't
have
to
apply
for
a
permit.
That's
what
we're
trying
to
do
with
this
trying
to
give
ourselves
mechanism.
You
know
something
wanted
to
go
to
club
level,
for
example
during
spring
break
when
the
police
is
committed
to
the
Coliseum
area
and
and
have
a
thousand
people
at
a
party
where
the
police
couldn't
cover
it.
Just
didn't,
have
the
cover
it
so
there
the
ordinance
as
you
as
you
see
it,
you
read
it.
N
B
B
That,
once
you
have
some
of
these
events
and
we
shot
plays
out,
then
we
come
back
and
look
at
this
time
to
make
sure
we
right
and
everything
in
it
should
be
in
there
or
not
in
there.
So
after
you
have
a
few
things
you
need
to,
let
us
know
so
we
can
look
at
it
and
adjust
it.
I
saw
the
other
night
I.
Think
it's
a
good
thing.
Thank
you.
F
N
J
Briefly,
the
Coliseum
itself
is
within
the
leisure
district,
along
with
the
boardwalk,
where
shacks
and
all
this
I
think
looking
this
over
would
be
a
good
idea
to
where
it's
a
city
sponsored
event.
We
also
say
a
Gulf
Coast
Coliseum
sponsor
event
is
just
two,
so
the
police
know,
if
we're
events,
are
that
a
better
stage
and
have
already
been
been
scheduled.
J
J
You
know
we
prefer
getting
two
of
Judaea
in
a
permit
or
not
because
they're
gonna
they're
gonna
make
an
argument
that
they
don't
they're
a
part
of
the
county
and
they're
in
a
special
jurisdiction
and
they
don't
have
to
comply
with
certain
zoning
laws.
I've
been
getting
all
those
arguments
we
know
with
their
events,
are
we
know
how
they're
scheduled
I
think
a
chief
of
police
and
sheriff
work
well
together
and
wait
and
see.
Pop-Up
events
like
that
at
the
Coliseum
that
you
give
us
any
concern.
Our.
D
This
is
one
of
the
area's
wanted
to
I,
don't
like
table
and
things
too
much,
but
this
is
one
that
I
think
needs
further
discussion.
There's
some
areas
that
that
I'm
concerned
with
on
this
year
and
I
think
it
needs
further
explanation
in
in
a
few
areas.
So
that's
my
take
on
it
I'm
a
vote
against
it
either
one
of
them,
but
I
am
open
for
table
in
it
to
get
further
discussion
on
it.
So
we
can
make
sure
that
this
is
right
because
some
yeah
to
get
it
right.
There's.
C
E
C
C
C
G
C
N
There
is
a
place
called
press
live
or
the
crest
building
downtown.
It
holds
1,800
people
mm-hmm,
it's
often
used
for
parties,
because
it's
in
the
entertainment
district
people
attending
a
party.
There
could
also
wander
around
the
parking
lot
downtown
with
their
alcohol.
There
is
a
club
level
that
holds
850
people
which,
if
you
had
an
event,
the
people
could
leave
that.
N
And
walk
around
downtown
with
their
drinks
that
that's
going
to
cause
a
problem
for
the
police,
especially
if
they're
committed
elsewhere
during
those
times
when
those
kinds
of
events
happen.
Those
pop-up
events
that
we
won't
know
about
till
they
happen
right.
So
I
mean
I'm,
fearful
that
you
have
1500
people
at
the
crest
building
drinking
alcohol
and
carrying
their
alcohol
out
in
the
parking
lot
and
enjoying
themselves
in
the
parking
lot,
and
this
happens
without
the
police
and
even
knowing
that's
going
to
go
down
until
such
time
as
it
pops
up
from.
F
What
you
said
earlier
right
now
folks
have
have
to
get
a
permit
or
they
can.
They
can
schedule
these
events,
but
there's
no
reason
given
whatever
concerns
the
city
might
have
for
the
city
to
say
before
you
get
a
permit.
We
want
to
be
assured
of
some
things,
and
one
of
those
is
that
we
have
adequate
police
coverage,
for
whatever
events
may
pop
up.
Under
these
circumstances,
would
that
be
accurate
and.
N
F
N
F
Are
events
of
this
nature,
given
the
circumstances
are
they
foreseeable?
In
other
words,
might
we
have
a
a
party
pop
up
here?
Are
there
outside
establishments
in
East,
Biloxi
or
West
Biloxi
in
the
leisure
district
that
that
we
would
might
have
to
provide
police
in
that
area
for
safety
welfare
reasons?
Is
that
foreseeable?
Would
a
prudent
man,
pretty
much
say
or
a
reasonable
man
say
it's
spring.
These
things
happen.
This
would
be
a
reasonable
thing
to
do.
At
this
time,
I
mean.
F
You
don't
always
know
that,
given
the
Internet
in
today's
world
and
what
goes
on
anyway,
I'd
I'd
like
to
discuss
it
more.
If
there
are
other
issues
we
hadn't
touched
on.
I
just
agree
that
this
is
a
good
time
to
approve
this
measure
to
approve
this
amendment
and
move
forward.
But
maybe
there
are
other
issues
I'm,
not
aware
of
so
be
glad
to
hear
I'd
like
more
discussion.
Thank
you.
So.
K
N
N
K
K
N
An
example
on
your
agenda
today,
you'll
see
there
are
three
two
or
three
special
event:
agreements
that
you're
approving
for
people
to
use,
city
facilities
so
and
that
that
goes
for
the
MGM
park
as
well.
Somebody
wants
to
have
an
event,
an
NGO
Park.
They
have
to
come,
get
the
city
permission
too.
So
so
you
know
there
are
no
pop
ups
on
city.
If
there
is
a
pop-up
with
a
thousand
people
and
on
the
city
property,
that
would
be
a
real
problem
for
the
police
department.
I'm
sure
they
would
not
be
happy.
D
C
Tell
you
what
I
don't
like
and
I
was
raised
in
a
family
that
was
raised
in
a
hospitality,
State
and
I
was
taught
never
say
no,
so
I
would
like
instead
of
a
mechanism
to
say
no
I
would
like
to
see
some
mechanism
to
say
yes,
and
how
do
we
achieve
that?
How
do
we
get
there
instead
of
telling
someone
they
can't
have
an
event?
How
do
we
create
an
environment
where
they
can
have
the
event?
How
can
we
utilize
their
participation,
other's
participation
and
create
a
situation
to
where
we
tell
people?

It's
just
north
of
the
tracks
there,
but
it's
an
expansion
of
what's
already
currently
there,
the
storage
facility,
that's
there.
The
difference
in
these
buildings
will
be
climate-controlled.
There
all
will
be,
will
have
HVAC
inside
the
buildings
for
for
people
to
walk
in
and
have
a
unit
inside
a
climate-controlled
facility,
and
then,
as
mr.
Tisdale
said,
they
purchased
a
property
to
the
to
the
west
of
this,
and
that
way
they
have
a
secondary
exit
out
on
the
missionary
mission
lane.
M
B
B
B
J
We've
we've
gotten
inquiries
about
space
over
the
last
twenty
years
and
the
the
response
has
always
been
we're
full.
We
don't
have
any
response
and
talking
with
Christie
our
engineer
and
looking
at
some
of
the
plants,
we
think
there
are
some
spaces
and
some
adjoining
areas
they've
never
been
plotted.
So
it's
just
to
give
us
authority
to
go
out
and
and
start
looking
into
that
get
those
replated.
And
if
we
have
those
spaces,
we
need
to
set
rates.

Councilman
Glavine
councilman,
Barrett,
Councilwoman,
Newman
and
I
have
no
other
if
you've
been
I.
Looked
at
all
of
the
requirements
and
I
know
that
we
talked
about
the
net
savings
of
2%,
then
the
1%
savings
for
the
underwriter
or
the
1%
expense
for
the
underwriter.
You
know
with
the
rates
as
low
as
they
are
right
now.
If
we
can
get
those
savings,
actualized
I'm
all
for
it.
I'll
call
for
question
on
the
favor
motion
carries
unanimously.
C
D
B
C
You
going
to
vote
on
them
separately;
well,
okay,
so
you
want
to
move
them
outside
of
the
consent
agenda.
Okay,
a
motion
to
bifurcate
the
consent
agenda,
moving
a
and
B
outside
of
the
consent
agenda;
I'll.
Second,
that
motion
by
Councilman
Laurence
seconded
by
Councilman
Tisdale,
all
in
favor.
The
motion
case
unanimously
will
vote
on
a
and
B
individually
as
excluded
from
the
consent
agenda.
B
Was
just
trying
to
make
sure
I
limited
all
the
ones
we
did
remove
I'm
sorry,
so
we
removed
so
many
I'm
just
trying
to
make
sure
we
got
them
all
straight.
There's
a
reason:
I
did
that
which
is
a
good
thing,
but
other
than
that,
those
main
two
with
the
first
two,
the
rest.
You
know
pretty
much
as
you
teen
stuff,
so
I
don't
have
any
other
questions.
Don't
anything.
E
B
E
E
E
C
J
If
I
could
get
that
to
you
next
week,
we've
got
a
list.
We
have
more
that
are
coming
in
route.
One
of
them
includes
a
Josette's
building
and
I
think
it's
going
to
after
that.
We're
gonna
leave
about
a
hundred
hundred
and
twenty
thousand
left,
but
there
are
probably
15,
not
counting
Josette,
which
would
be
two
units
there's
about
15
or
so
other
units
that
are
that
are
on
board.
Okay,.
B
J
J
The
new
the
new
tax
increment
and
we're,
basically,
we
would
pay
the
economic
security
fund
back
in
stepping.
It
still
is
all
going
into
the
general
fund,
but
it
would
be
paying
back
to
the
Economic
Security
Fund.
This
is
the
first
year
coming
up
where
we
will
show
what
the
amount
will
be.
The
first
building
is
now
the
first
property.
B
J
P
Okay,
there's
two
tax
programs
that
are
there's
two
different
programs
that
we're
doing
we're
doing
a
tax
abatement
program,
that
is
where
they
have
up
to
15
years,
to
pay
back
in
sales
taxes
from
their
business
and
one
of
those
that
is
doing
that
is
Machado
putana.
That
is
the
only
one
that
is
currently
participating
in
the
tax
abatement
program,
where
the
city
will
get
taxes
back
now
we
have
also
the
grant
program
that
we
have
that
the
city
gave
the
$500,000
for
our
grants.
P
C
B
P
B
B
P
C
C
D
Think
because
of
the
position
we
in
I'm
at
a
point
where
I
think
we
can,
we
should
do
a
little
bargaining
in
this
thing.
I
think
we
should
split
it
in
half,
or
at
least
a
little
over,
give
them
2500
and
look
at
it
as
our
economy.
You
know
if
I
kind
of
Miss
starts
to
look
a
little
bit
better
and
this
virus
thought
going
away.
E
This
is
a
it's
it's
a
very
difficult
decision
to
spend
money
at
this
time,
for
something
not
like
this,
not
knowing
how
the
state
or
the
federal
government
is
going
to
help
us,
l
or
if
they
will
at
all
the
Casino
in
the
hotel
industry
is
the
bulk
of
our
revenue
here
in
the
city
of
Biloxi,
if
not
a
bulk,
a
very,
very
large
percentage
of
it,
and
today,
basically
or
in
the
last
24
hours,
that's
went
from
that
to
zero.
We
don't
know
how
long
that's
going
to
last.
E
You
know.
I
was
looking
at
all
these
other
things
that
were
moved
removed
from
the
agenda
as
well,
and
you
know
there's
some
of
these
things
and
they
may
not
have
been
removed
because
of
this,
but
there's
some
of
these
things
that
this
isn't
the
first
meeting
that
we're
gonna
have
to
look
at
things
and
say:
okay.
Yes,
this
is
a
good
cause,
I
believe
in
this.
But
can
we
justify
spending
this
money,
not
knowing
what
our
revenue
is
going
to
look
like
for
the
next
14
days,
30
days?
E
You
know
we
don't
know
how
long
it's
going
to
be,
and
we
don't
know
what
kind
of
assistance
that
we're
gonna
get.
I'm
gonna
go
with
the
rest
of
the
council
on
this.
Whatever
everyone
else
feels
personally,
if
it
was
just
me
making
the
decision,
I
save
every
penny
that
I
can
say
for
the
city
to
make
sure
that
our
Police
Department,
our
fire
department,
can
provide
the
essential
services
of
protecting
our
city
and
if
this
passes
in
14
days-
and
they
do
have
to
start
the
30-day
window
of
shutting
it
down.
E
F
My
only
comment
would
be
that
we've
discussed
this
for
several
meetings
now
over
several
months.
We
discussed
it
during
the
budgeting
process.
Just
voted
up
or
down
today.
The
gentleman
needs
to
know
coast.
Transit
authority
needs
to
know
how
to
deal
with
their
budget
for
the
rest
of
the
year.
So
if
you
can't
support
it,
just
don't
fall
vote
for
it
today.
If
you
can
support
it
vote
for
it
but
vote
today.
Thank
you.
L
L
L
L
C
You
counselor,
Glavine
and
I
know
I
didn't
make
it
this
morning.
I
apologize
Chicago,
but
I
wasn't
able
to
be
here
again.
I
meant
to
call
you
personally
and
talk
to
you
about
it.
I
was
actually
and
when
we
did
this
with
the
deer
out
through
my
ward
and
through
Kenny's
Ward,
and
we
needed
funding,
I
went
to
the
city
of
geography.
C
Well,
apparently,
that's
not
going
to
happen
at
all
right
now,
I
discussed
a
problem
with
fighting
with
with
additional
funding,
because
we
passed
the
deficit
budget
and
the
the
money
crunch
that
we're
facing
now
is
probably
more
important
than
ever,
and
so
I
concur
with
with
counseling
live
and
the
rest
of
the
members
on
the
board
that
understand
that
fiscal
responsibility
at
this
moment
is
more
important.
I'm.
It's
not
political
posturing,
I'm,
not
looking
for
an
hour
to
stop
the
coronavirus.
Giving
me
an
excuse.
C
I
was
against
this
budget
from
the
beginning
and
I
was
against
more
additional
spending.
I
appreciate
the
service
that
that
CTA
provides
and
on
the
on
the
beach
and
those
routes
right
now
is
probably
less
necessary
than
than
most
other
things.
So
I'll
call
for
the
question
all
in
favor
of
consent
agenda
item
a
all
against
the
agenda
item,
fails
2
to
5
those
for
Dixie
Newman
and
Paul
Tisdale,
all
others
against.
Well,
this
will
bring
us
to
consent.
Agenda
item
be
voted
on
individually,
I'm
gonna,
open
the
for
discussion,
beginning
with
Councilman
Lawrence,
pretty.
B
D
Ginés,
you
have
to
agree
with
George
such
time
to
do
it
so
I'm,
a
big
supporter
of
the
library
system,
I
think
they're
gonna,
but
they're
gonna
be
close
to
so
thank.
E
I
just
echo
the
same
thing,
you
know
if,
if,
if
two
weeks
this
passes
and
the
casinos
open
back
up
and
the
hotels
are
full
I
have
no
problem
voting
YES
for
this,
but
right
now
just
anything,
that's
not
an
absolute
necessity.
Until
we
know
more
I,
just
can't
you
know,
and
my
right
conscious,
supportive
councilmen.
L
For
that
16
those
resources
and
any
time
stream
is
going
to
be
drastically
affected
by
what's
going
on,
and
so
it's
not
you
don't
oppose
this.
It
just
I
think
we
better
take
pause
and
see
exactly
whatever
until
we
know
how
drastic
this
coronaviruses
government,
if
you
cannot
make
a
cycle
of
our
city.
So
after
this
past
we
can
come
back
and
revisit
these
requests,
but
right
now
I,
don't
think
this
is
the
time.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
You,
councilman
and
I
think
I'm,
just
gonna
echo
my
original
comments
regarding
consumption
to
a
I
know.
We
talked
after
the
last
meeting
and
I
expressed
that
my
faith
and
belief
in
the
in
the
Public
Library
system.
Of
course,
that
was
prior
to
the
current
conditions.
How
much
patronage
has
or
do
you
expect
the
library
to
see
during
this?
C
D
Don'ts
manoomin,
real
quick,
you
know
just
thinking
about
and
and
Paul
did
make
a
good
point,
because
once
the
crisis
come
to
a
minimum,
we're
gonna
need
those
computers
right
afterwards,
so
I
don't
think
we
need
to
close
it
down
up.
You
know:
I'm,
like
you
in
the
voting,
you
know
saving
the
money,
but
we
need
to
kind
of
look
at
if
there's
once
this
crisis
come
to
a
knee
and
we're
gonna
probably
need
those
computers
well,
especially
on
an
area
where
there
not
a
lot
of
people
are
at
so
on.
C
That's
why
I
and
I
agree?
That's
why
I
want
to
wait
until
we
have
a
better
understanding
of
where
we're
gonna
be
at
financially
and
what
this
crisis
is
actually
gonna
entail
a
long
term.
So,
if
you
want
to
table
it,
I'd
be
happy
to
or
can
just
be
represented.
D
Q
C
F
F
There's
always
going
to
be
some
reason
to
kick
this
down
the
road.
So
if
you
support
the
libraries
just
vote
it
up
or
down
whether
you
support
it
or
not,
vote
it
up
today,
so
they'll
know
not
to
count
on
or
even
remotely
think
about
anything
additional
this
year
and
they
can
begin
planning
for
next
year
and
make
plans
to
finish
this
year
with
the
technology
they
have.
That's
all
just
voted
up
and
down
today.
C
Thank
You
councilman
to
say:
oh,
there
is
a
motion
on
the
table
before
I
would
a
little
discussion
if
you
would
indulge
me
I,
would
ask
her
her
position
on
that
I
think.
Procedurally,
it's
very
similar
which
tabled
subject
a
call
and
we
bring
it
back
up
or
if
we
vote
it
down
and
they
repin
them,
the
administration
puts
it
back
on
the
agenda.
It
makes
very
little
difference.
C
A
R
R
C
C
B
O
C
O
C
Q
So
we
do
have
some
good
news
memo
last
Thursday
reimburse
the
city
six
hundred
thirty
thousand
we're
also
in
discussions
with
them
about
additional
six
hundred
nine
thousand
for
some
other
items
that
want
to
let
that
lie
until
we
got
positive.
Moving
on
it
and
I'll
be
in
discussions
with
meme
about
releasing
some
of
the
funds.
