From YouTube: Controlled Burn Informational Meeting, November 10, 2021
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So,
let's
begin,
unfortunately,
I'm
afflicted
with
bronchitis
and
a
fever
right
now,
so
I'll.
A
Situation,
a
better
situation
would
have
been
to
include
city
staff
who
have
been
working
on
this.
A
Attend
that
invitation
was
declined,
and
so
we
will
just
have
to
go
ourselves
and
and.
A
To
collect
debris
really
from
the
morning
of,
in
fact,
the
first
that
I
heard
of
it
matt
was.
A
Beginning
and
then
we
will
go
to
after
matt's
presentation
on
his
reconnaissance
and.
A
What
what
he
has
collected
found-
and
he
has
taken
to
gabe
philippelli,
who
is
a
geochemist.
A
At
iupui
for
analysis,
we'll
have
some
information
about
the
analysis.
A
A
And
she
can
speak
to
lead
hazard
in
exposure
and
she
has
experience
in
that
and
then
we
will.
A
So
so
this
is
concerning,
of
course,
the
event
last
friday,
the
winds-
this
was
a
controlled.
A
In
coordination
with
the
landowner
and
and
idem
to
on
this
burn
to
receive
permission.
A
Which
of
course,
left
the
site
so
that
morning,
when
the
burn
occurred,
a
plume
was
created.
A
That
drifted
westward
and
it
seemed
to
have
gone
due
westward.
I
think
the
winds
at
the
time
were.
A
West
and
this
these
particulates
rained
out-
and
it
seems
like
most
of
the
particulates
of
course,.
A
So
matt
realized
this
right
away
and
began
collecting
samples
and
noticed
all
of
his.
A
Neighbors
were
affected,
and
he
can
tell
you
about
that.
So
I
I
found
out
that
morning
and
I
and.
A
On
the
part
of
city
staff
and
then
essentially
realizing
that
these
chips,
when
they
were
tested.
A
With
the
standard
test
kits
that
you
get
from
a
hardware
store
lit
up
to
reveal
lead
so.
A
So
that
evening
I
found
that
we
were
already
the
city.
Administration
was
working
on.
A
Attend
to
it,
this
first
involved
a
company
called
servpro.
A
Which,
I
believe
was
hired
on
saturday.
They
initially
attempted
to
begin
the
remediation.
A
Remediation
was
halted
and
then
later
on,
I
think
on
sunday
they
backed
out
completely
so.
A
They
decided
that,
apparently
it
was
probably
two
too
large
a
job
for
for
them
to
operate.
A
A
Well
and
my
spouse
heather
reynolds
who's,
a
professor
at
iu
in
biology,
has
a
colleague.
A
Is
gabe
philippelli
and
he
is
a
geochemist
and
he
studies
urban
contamination
of
this
nature.
A
So
he
seemed
like
the
best
go-to
person
and
he
was
willing
to
examine
the
samples
and
test
them.
A
A
A
A
Obviously
this
is
a
it's
a
volunteer
effort,
and
so
you
know
we're
not
expecting
scientific
rigor.
A
In
the
sense
of
controls
and
and
that
sort
of
thing
or
or
even
a
complete
analysis,
because.
A
Mirrored
his
his
walking
and
his
excursions
into
the
neighborhood
westward
of
the
burn
site.
A
Is
now
being
copied
by
the
fire
chief
and
they
are
going
out
primarily
at
this
point.
A
Plume
went
that
where
they
can
find
lead,
and
so
they
have
swipes
that
they
have
gotten
from.
A
Threshold-
and
I
don't
know
it's
a
safe
threshold,
though
so
we
can
assess
sort
the
extent
of
it.
A
Out
of
the
agreement,
jason
moore
fire
chief
and
by
the
way
jason
has
been
working
around
the
clock.
A
The
ones
on
for
covenanter,
maryland
and
ruby,
and
and
so
forth,
that
are
just
due.
A
West
and
they're,
working
in
tandem
with
another
environmental
company,
vet,
environmental,
which.
A
So
the
that
is
thankfully
ongoing
right
now,
and
so
we
do
have
work
being
done.
A
In
terms
of
what
that
consists
of
at
this
point,
so,
mr
lucas,
could
you
display.
A
Website
the
website
came
out
and
published
in
a
flyer
which
is
this:
you
might
have
received.
A
And
there's
a
website,
bloomington.edu.gov
bfd
burn
info
that
you
can
go
to
and
you
can
find.
A
Because
it
would
be
too
too
timely
time
consuming
at
this
point
so
right
now
it
the
effort.
A
A
A
And
this
is
actually
dis
advantageous
in
one
way
and
advantageous
in
a
second
way.
A
They
apparently
can
take
water,
so
they
shouldn't
dissolve
at
least
that's.
A
A
On
it
and
so
forth
and
skin
contact
and
so
forth,
so
so
that
is
what
I
wanted
to
say.
A
The
extent
of
the
contamination
of
the
soil
later
on
and
and
so
we
can
keep
track
of
that.
A
A
They
come
into
the
house
and
you
may
want
to
wipe
down
surfaces
and
we
can
have
those
tested.
A
A
Why
don't
you
tell
us
from
the
beginning
your
odyssey
on
this
and
what
you
found
and.
B
B
B
And
watched
the
fire
for
a
few
minutes
and
I
quickly
after
the
roof
structure,
collapsed.
B
B
B
B
B
In
real
life,
I
needed
to
have
some
sort
of
method.
My
mist,
I
blocked
bags,
a
sharpie.
B
That
rain
down,
as
well
as
dust
samples
which
I
think
are
going
to
be
increasingly
important.
B
And
lead
was
present
in
every
sample
he
tested
and
I
just
received
an
updated,
an
email
from
him.
B
Some
of
the
other
samples-
and
they
are
all
unfortunately
tested
very
high
for
lead.
B
B
B
Thousand
seven
hundred
parts
per
million-
one
thousand
south
jordan,
which
is
quite
a
distance.
B
From
the
burn
site
is
21,
400
parts
per
million
and
so
on
so-
and
these
are
just
preliminary.
B
Them
in
such
a
way
that
we
can
understand
them,
but
so
so
matt
just
to
put
contextually.
A
B
B
Me
share
my
screen.
Give
me
a
second
here
all
right,
all
right,
and
let
me
start
that.
B
B
B
Mercury
and
unfortunately,
left
several
thousand
square
feet
of
lead
paint
on
the
exterior
of.
B
B
A
map
I
can
minimize
all
right.
Let
me
see
it's
okay,
this
is
a
map
I
grab
from
the
local
from.
B
B
Range
they're
all
based
upon
very
obvious
physical
evidence,
not
intuition
or
hunches.
I
walked.
B
Distribution
area-
and
I
also
made
a
I
haven't-
put
this
on
a
map.
Yet
I
did
make
kind
of
a.
B
B
B
The
one
of
the
porch
columns
from
the
house,
you
can
see
kind
of
beyond
where
he's
making.
B
B
This
map-
I
don't
know
why
that
keeps
just-
don't
touch
this
map.
I
I
numbered
all
the
samples.
B
B
And
hopefully
I'll
get
a
report
from
what
we
will
all
get
a
report
from
the
lab
in
the
next.
B
Couple
days
and
then
hopefully
have
some
guidance
from
them
and
from
the
city
about.
B
What
to
do,
obviously,
with
these
lead
levels
that
were
given
to
me
about
an
hour
ago,
I'm
even.
B
B
Okay
and
I,
if
anybody
has
any
questions
for
me,
I'm
happy
to
answer.
B
Them
to
the
best
of
my
ability
and
I've
I've
offered
to
work
with
gabe
in
his
lab.
B
B
Had
mentioned
they've,
they
have
proposed
possibly
using
several
sampling
and
testing
techniques.
B
One
of
which
is
ongoing
program,
I
think
dave-
is
it
called
the
bookworm
program.
B
Too
feel
free
to
chime
in,
but
it
we
would
be
collecting
worms,
earthworms
and
earthworms
as.
B
Most
of
you
probably
know,
travel
up
and
down
throughout
through
the
soil
throughout.
B
B
B
Surface
like
a
car
that
hasn't
been
driven,
the
top
of
a
recycling
or
trash,
can
a
patio
table.
A
Sampling,
so
yes,
if
people
could
do
that,
that
would
be
really
helpful.
Yep.
B
Taking
your
shoes
off
as
you
enter,
I
talked
to
a
woman
earlier
who
was
pushing
an
infant.
B
Take
them
for
a
walk,
wipe
off
their
paws
and
if
you
have
a
hepa
vacuum
or
a
damp
mop,
that's.
B
A
A
Initiative
and-
and
I
also
want
to
thank
gabe
phillippelli
who's-
not
here
but
john
shukla-
is.
A
Answers
to
those
questions
so,
and
you
can
also
email
me,
your
questions
so
is
dr
frank,
indra.
C
C
C
2004.,
I'm
currently
with
the
hoosier
environmental
council,
as
their
director
of.
C
Environmental
health,
so
just
why
are
we
worried
about
leads
getting
into?
You
know.
C
Being
distributed
around
the
neighborhood
anyway,
I
feel,
like
my
my
job,
is
just
to
answer
that.
C
Question
lead
is
a
toxic
heavy
metal,
it's
toxic
to
the
human
nervous
system.
This
has
been
known.
C
Since
roman
times,
and
yet
humanity
keeps
using
lead
for
some
reason,
lead
paint
was
banned
in.
C
Or
from
inhalation,
it's
my
understanding
that
some
can
soak
in
through
the
skin,
but
that
would.
C
Be
to
a
much
lesser
extent,
so
I
love
all
of
this
discussion
about
controlling
the
the
dust.
C
So
I
mentioned
that
lead
is
toxic
to
the
nervous
system.
That's
especially
true
for
children.
C
C
Them
since
then,
and
then
what
you'll
want
to
do
is
damp
wipe
off
surfaces
to
get
rid
of
any
dust.
C
That's
on
windowsills
or
tables
or
or
surfaces,
and
and
then
for
the
floors
that,
if
you
have.
C
Floors
that
you
can't
damp
wipe
you'd
want
to
use
a
vacuum
cleaner
that
has
a
hepa
filter
in
it.
C
It's
best
to
handle
them
with
with
gloves
on
that.
Just
keeps
your
hands
from.
C
From
picking
up
that
dust
and
then
you
know
you
could
accidentally
ingest
it
from
your
hands.
C
But
also
wearing
a
face
mask
we're
all
used
to
face
masks
at
this
point,
but
this
in
this.
C
Case
it's
to
keep
from
inhaling
lead
dust.
If
you're,
you
know
working
outdoors,
not
using
leaf.
C
C
It
would
be
if
there's
a
lot
of
lead
dust
or
chips
in
your
driveway.
I
think
the
best
thing
is.
C
To
wait
for
the
remediation
company,
but
at
the
at
the
very
least
I
I
wouldn't
use
a
broom
on
it.
C
Amount
that's
toxic.
This
is
this
is
another
reason
that
we
pay
close
attention
to
lead.
C
This
standard
a
couple
weeks
ago,
based
on
you
know
they
keep
accumulating
more
and
more
data
on.
C
A
Questions
well,
first
of
all,
let
me
say
that
I
spoke
to
jason
moore
about
the
remediation.
A
A
A
C
I
think
the
blood
test
for
for
young
children
are
a
good
idea
to
see
if
they
were
exposed.
C
C
Inside
the
house,
just
aside
from
lead
from
from
this
burn
so
yeah,
it's
it's
a
good
idea
to.
C
Test
children
at
age,
one
and
age,
two,
regardless
of
whether
they
were
near
this
burn
site.
I
think.
C
The
the
burn
site
makes
it
that
much
more
important
for
the
for
the
children
to
be
tested.
C
It's
a
lead
check,
swab
that
you
can
use
that
turns
bright
red
if
it's,
if
it
sees
lead.
C
To
keep
in
mind
is
that
if
your
house
was
built
before
1978
that
lead
check,
swab.
C
May
be
showing
you
that
you've
got
lead
paint
in
your
house.
That
was
that,
isn't
there
because.
A
A
John
chuklar
are
you're
here.
I
saw
a
message
from
you:
do
you
want
to
tell.
A
Us
a
little
bit
about
you
know
the
laboratory
or
laboratory
observatory
results
the
results
and.
D
Certainly
so
hi
everyone,
my
name
is
john
schuchel.
I'm
a
graduate.
D
More
detail
for
everybody,
and
then
I
can
talk
about
the
testing
kits
that
we
will
pass
out.
E
Phillippelli's
lab
and
I
do
environmental
lead,
research
and
lead
poisoning
prevention,
work.
E
Those
this
afternoon
and
we
did
get
all
of
them
analyzed.
First
of
all,
I
would.
E
E
I'm
very
very
impressed
with
your
community.
We
community
engaged
science
is
our
bread
and
butter.
E
In
our
lab,
this
is
this
is
what
we
do
is
taking
samples
receiving
samples
from
the
community.
E
And
that's
going
to
make
it
it's
going
to
make
them
so
much
more
useful
in
getting
getting.
E
Answers
and
getting
this
remediated,
so
we
used
the
same
xrf
gun
that
matt
showed
you.
E
As
matt
started,
to
tell
you
a
little
bit
about
some
of
the
results
they
they
ranged
from.
E
Sadly,
instead
of
parts
per
million,
so
they
ranged
the
samples,
the
38
samples.
E
Ranged
from
below
detection
limit
in
the
case
of
two
samples
to
as
high
as
10.8
percent
lead.
E
And
the
mean
the
average
was
about
four
percent
lead
and
the
median
value
was
two
and
a
half.
E
Percent
lead,
so
these
are.
These
are
extremely
high,
lead
values
and
I
have
just
begun
to
kind
of.
E
Map
those
results
onto
the
actual
addresses
and
for
privacy
reasons
I
won't
share.
E
Individual
individual
data
points,
but
I
will
say
that
I
have
noticed
that
there
is.
There
is
not.
E
That's
the
work
that
we
were
able
to
do
so
far
in
the
lead
today
or
in
the
lab
today.
E
In
the
form
of
those
bookworms
kits
that
john
will
talk
about,
but
we
also
have
potentially.
E
Have
the
the
ability
to
come
down
and
do
some
sampling
of
our
own
bring
the
xrf.
E
E
Just
found
out
about
it
this
morning,
but
yeah,
I'm
also
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
A
A
The
the
dust
samples
I'm
talking
about
yes,
so
the
as
far
as
as
far
as
like
getting
those.
E
White
surfaces,
I
would
expect
that
those
will
mostly
wash
away
if
it
rains
so
any
any
white.
E
D
Yes,
hello,
so
thank
you
leah
and
thank
you.
Everybody
else,
who's
here
for
just.
D
It's
going
to
take
to
for
every
kind
of
an
event
like
this,
so
we
will
bring
down
to
bloomington.
D
D
D
From
around
your
property
from
any
place
that
you
would
like
to,
they
will
allow
you
to
collect.
D
Worms
from
your
property
and
they
will
allow
we
will
put
in
another
ziploc
bag
that
lets
you.
D
D
D
In
a
ziploc
bag,
and
then
you
know,
vacuum
your
house
again
right
and
put
that
into
a
different.
D
Ziploc
bag
that
will
be
very
useful
for
letting
us
know.
You
know
pre
and
post
lead
values
and,
as.
D
D
D
D
Well,
and
all
of
these
kits
will
like
have
full
instructions
included
full
testing
materials.
D
So
I'm
happy
to
answer
any
questions
about
that.
You
know
throughout
the
meeting
tonight.
D
Or
via
email,
if
somebody
wants
to
just
send
me
a
direct
email,
I'll
post,
my
email
in
the
chat
so.
B
Comes
and
take
some
wipe
samples
I
and
I
may,
as
leah
suggested,
I
may
go
beyond
brian
parked.
B
B
Is
that
useful,
yeah
sure
so
absolutely
a
control
sample
is
always
always
useful
to
have.
D
D
If
somebody
wants
to
wipe
a
12
by
12
inch
square,
that's
fine!
We
can
take
that
we'll.
D
D
Down,
thank
you,
yep.
Wonderful.
Thank
you,
john.
That's
extremely
helpful
and
very
generous
of
you.
A
I'm
getting
a
text
from
a
city
employee
that
there
is
a
new
map
available
on
the.
A
A
No
one's
here
to
talk
about
it,
but
maybe
we
can
have
a
look
at
it
if
you
can
pull
it
up
so.
A
Oh
there,
you
are
it's
that
visible
looks
like
it.
If
you
can
maybe
it
a
bit.
A
It
it
looks
like
that
that
is
an
estimation
of
the
plume
anyway,
so
that
I
think
that
that's.
A
What
we're
seeing
here
is
that
it's
an
it's
a
based
on
hand
and
the
fire
department's.
A
Excursions
today
to
determine
you
know
what
the
plume
consists
of
so
okay,
that's
helpful.
F
Well,
this
map,
along
with
the
other
information
put
out
by
the
city,
is,
is
available
on
that.
F
Fire
department
controlled
burn
website
I'll
share
that
again
in
chat
just
in
a
moment.
Okay,.
A
Good,
so
it's
it's
ten
to
six
and
I
forgot
to
to
to
warn
people.
We
have
a
council
meeting
this.
A
We're
gonna
have
to
end
it
at
6
15,
because
stephen
lucas
has
to
leave
to
in
order
to
set.
G
G
A
A
Those
who
have
raised
hands
you
can
use
the
raised
hand
function
and
who
do
we
have
first.
A
Welcome
ms
foster
doctor
hi,
I
I
want
to
know
if
anybody
knew
about
the
traveling
of.
H
Lead
through
from
the
soil,
into
vegetation,
both
vegetables
that
we
eat
and
what
animals
eat
like.
H
C
If
soil
gets
contaminated
with
lead,
the
the
biggest
concern
is
for
root
vegetables,
because.
C
C
In
clean
soil,
for
for
vegetable
gardening,
okay,
leah
and
john,
do
you
have
in
your
experience.
A
Do
you
have
an
opinion
I
would
agree
with
with
indra
well
said,
I
will
say
that.
D
D
To
be
like
quite
high
for
that
to
really
be
a
like
of
major
concern,
so
you
know
eventually.
D
D
Make
that
clear
for
everybody,
so
you
know
eventually
it
will
dilute
into
the
soil
into.
D
Lower
concentrations
that
will
be
less
dangerous
and
less
less
scary
and
won't
affect
the
plants.
D
E
Occasion,
and
so
you
can
send
us
soil
samples
as
well
and
we
can,
we
can
figure
out
a
way
to.
E
Get
get
that
information
to
you
how
to
collect
those
samples
and
that
kind
of
thing
we
can
do.
E
That,
as
well
as
the
the
wipes
and
the
indoor
dust
terrific,
by
the
way,
this
video
will
will.
A
Get
answers
and
we'll
also
be
doing
updates
in
in
coordination
with
vfb
website.
I
I
I
On
that,
but
I
wanted
to
thank
you
first,
this
isn't
a
question,
but
maybe
more
of
an
urgent
plea.
I
A
But
it
really
takes
an
executive
order
from
the
mayor,
but
I'll
check
on
that.
I
think
dave.
A
A
D
A
I
I
david,
I
think,
parker.
I
think
that
the
people
were
reporting
debris
to
the
west
and
the.
A
Winds
were
prevailing
that
direction,
but
I
will
put
the
question
to
the
fire
chief
and
and.
F
Okay,
stephen
next
up
is
peter:
hey
peter,
yes,
hi
peter
dorfman.
Here
I'm
wondering.
K
When
and
how
we're
gonna
get
an
eventual
accounting
of
the
cost
of
this
event
to
the
city.
K
And
that
would
cover
not
only
the
cleanup
events
but
also
all
the
testing
and
then.
K
You
have
to
assume
that
there
will
be
eventual
litigation
associated
with
this
might
be
no.
A
That's
something
I
have
to
I'll
have
to
ask
staff
there.
There
is
a
public
safety.
A
Meeting
next
tuesday,
what
time
is
that
mr
lucas
5
30.?
There
is
a
public
safety
meeting.
A
And
chief
moore
is
presenting
and
I'll
I'll
ask
him
if,
at
that
point
he
can
make
an
estimate
of.
A
A
That
was
ser
pro
estimate
and
I
don't
know
about.
I
can't
speculate
on
litigation
so.
L
There's
a
there's:
a
board
of
public
safety
meeting
next
tuesday
november
16th.
F
Stephen,
I
I
don't
see
any
additional
hands
raised
at
the
moment.
I
know
several
questions.
F
Have
come
through
on
chat
and
as
counselorallo
mentioned,
we're
compiling
those
it
might
be.
F
The
more
button
there
we
go,
I
see
a
hand
raised
to
raise
dancing.
Yes,.
M
M
Contamination
of
the
the
water
that
headed
down
to
our
child's
neighborhood
and
down
the
path.
C
In
them
and
that
you
know
there
was
a
fair
amount
coming
off
of
the
off
that
house.
C
Once
once
the
rainwater
carries
this
lead
dust
into
a
waterway,
you
know
that'll
lead.
C
A
A
Goes
into
jackson
creek,
so
it
seemed
important
to
us
to
create
erosion,
control
barriers
to.
A
A
A
B
Further
to
the
south,
if
that's
useful
to
anybody,
if
I
can
manage
to
do
it
again,.
D
So
if
it
even
if
chips
were
to
get
into
the
stream
and
stuff
like
that,
it's
very
unlikely.
B
Okay,
all
right
here,
I'll
pull
up,
you
can
keep
working
on
it
and
we
can
move
on
to
the
next
sure.
B
Yeah,
here's
that
can
everybody
see
that.
B
F
Yes,
next
is
ingrid
hi,
ingrid
hi,
I
I
had
a
quick
question,
so
we
the
remediation,
started
on.
N
N
N
A
But
that's
you
know
important
to
finish
the
job.
It
seems.
N
N
Or
something
or
boy,
that's,
I
would
just
venture
to
guess
that
it's
this
is
going
to
take
some
time.
A
A
Probably
six
or
eight
homes
so
far
and
there
are
120
applicants.
I
think
40
of
them
may.
A
N
With
the
mediation
I
I
suspect
that
this
is
going
to
be
given
to
you
know:
jason,
moore
and
I'll.
A
Hi
steve,
yes
dave,
I
was
wondering,
was
the
fire
chief,
the
make
was
he
the
one.
A
So
he
probably
is
the
one
that
determined
to
go
ahead
with
it
and
but
that's
a
good
question.
A
A
A
Rescue
people
and
pets
and
save
property.
So,
but
it
seems
to
me
that
the
risk
is
just
too
great
if.
A
A
To
see
if
there
can
be
action
at
the
general
assembly
and
we
will,
we
will
see
how
that
goes.
P
Great
good
evening,
everybody
thank
you
for
having
this
this
meeting,
I'm
sorry
for
being.
A
It
does
appear
that
it
is
it
does,
it
did
travel
due
west
or
west
north
northwest,
so
that
is.
A
Not
toward
the
school,
thankfully,
but
let
me
find
out
whether
that's
being
examined.
Okay.
L
Hi,
can
you
hear
me
yes
welcome
thanks.
I
just
wanted
to
say
reading
the
description
of
the.
L
L
L
B
B
B
So
and
burning
the
individual
rooms
could
also
be
releasing
lead
ash
in
into
the
air
yeah.
F
Q
The
city
to
do
something
that
they
should
be
doing
anyway,
yep,
I
think
it's
because
initially
they.
A
A
Look,
I
think
anybody
who
feels
that
they've
been
affected
even
if
they're
outside
the
zone.
A
A
Complete
so
I
think
it's
it's.
You
know
they're
going
door-to-door,
so
they're
inquiring
of
people.
A
You've
been
affected,
so
that's
why?
But
the
onus
isn't
purely
on
you.
I
didn't
mean
to
employ
that.
Q
Q
E
Repeat
the
question:
yes,
that
it
was
a
very
it
was
a
high
percentage
of
10
or
more
of
the.
A
E
E
There
were
a
couple
that
were
as
high
as
10
from
different
addresses
and
then
you
know,
there's.
E
Others
here
I
here's
one
at
six
percent,
one
at
seven,
five
and
a
half.
I
know
I
saw
yeah
here's
one.
E
E
And
yeah,
as
I
mentioned
before,
the
the
average
value
the
mean
is
almost
four
percent
lead:
okay,.
A
Okay,
so
we're
getting
now
to
the
point
where
mr
lucas
has
to
leave
and
we
have
to
end
this
meeting.
A
Let
me
just
say
that
leah,
so
you're
you're
working
on
a
map-
and
this
is
going
to
be
plotted.
A
A
That
have
been
posed,
do
we
have
those
recorded
and
the
meeting's
been
recorded
as
well.
D
D
Is
john,
so
yeah
I
just
want
to
make
this.
I
want
to
make
the
point
that
the
the
ten
percent
lead.
D
D
Know
there
are
a
lot
of
paint
chips
that
have
been
dispersed
across
this
area,
but
the
10
lead
is.
D
A
Okay,
great,
thank
you
for
that
explanation
and
I'll
call
this
meeting
to
an
end.
For
now.
A
I
guess
we'll
join
for
the
time
being
and
I'll
make
sure
that
my
cell
number
is
on
the.
A
A
Posted
at
asap,
I
want
to
thank
everybody
for
coming,
and
I
want
to
thank
the
people
who
came
and.
